Hi I'm Rose, I'm a full time student studying Graphic Design. About me; I'm someone who is tidy and likes my downtime, so would like to move into a house with others who tidy up after themselves and are pretty laidback too. I enjoy: reading, writing, hanging out at home watching movies, and the occasional night out :)
Software engineer, currently starting up my own business. Pros living with me: 1. I'm clean. I wash my dishes straight away after cooking/eating, I clean my mess in common areas ASAP, etc. 2. I'm quiet. I don't watch TV. If I need to watch a movie, I watch it on my laptop with headphones on. In general, I try to keep the noise to minimum. 3. I'm considerable. If I think something is going to impact the quality of living of my flatmates, I'll think twice before doing it, and in general won't do it. 4. I'm friendly. I don't lock myself inside the room. I like to have a chat with my flatmates from time to time. 5. I don't cook very often. Usually just once a week for the whole week. 6. I'm IT savvy. I may be able to help you with your WiFi, laptop or even with your home assignments :D Potential cons of living with me: 1. I work from home. You'll have to be ok with me spending a lot of time inside. 2. I sometimes do odd hours. If I'm awake after midnight, I try to keep it quiet. But I'll make myself a cup of coffee/tea/sandwich. It should be ok with you. What I'm looking for is a quiet and clean home (preferably no shoes inside) with house trained flatmates.
Hi, I'm Michael! I'm an advertising analyst Mon-Fri and every second Sun and I'm currently looking for a second job to help supplement my savings and stop Sydney rent from killing me! Basically looking for anywhere in Sydney close to a train station as I work in Macquarie Park and have been dealing with getting there from Revesby so anywhere's better really! I am applying for my Irish citizenship/passport very soon so am hoping to save up as much money as I can and move to England before I turn 25 in May next year (so not looking for 12 month stay) plus a few short cheeky holidays along the way :) (planning Chile atm) I love music and singing in the shower is one of my favourite pastimes so any musicians would be sick as I love a jam but definitely not required. I generally spend my weeknights watching Netflix, playing games and planning holidays as I am pretty dead after work (hopefully this will change living closer!) but enjoy socializing and hanging with my mates on weekends. I’m hoping to find roommates who I can actually consider as mates and have a bit of banter and sing our favourite songs together after a few bevs every now and then but of course I respect everyone’s need for privacy and space and would hope my roommates would be the same as I do love retreating into my room :) Also trying to get back on the weight-loss train so a gym buddy would be sweet too
Hi I’m Gabby, work in marketing full time looking for an additional flat mate to live with myself and my friend Brittany. We are both active, very social and super excited to move out into the lower north shore of Sydney. DM for more info.
Hi, I will be relocating to Sydney to work for a national government organisation. I am in my late 40's, friendly, easy to live with and tidy. I like the outdoors, my bicycle, skiing, eating out, travelling, photography and festivals. Originally from Germany, I have lived in Melbourne and Canberra for the past 15 years. I am looking for a friendly uncomplicated house for a long term stay. My kids are in Canberra, so I will be away every second weekend.
I am from Australia but have been living in the USA and Italy for many years with my husband. I have been back in Australia for family reasons and am wrapping thing up in Sydney before returning to Italy in the next few weeks. I will go into more detail if we talk. I am super easy going... I enjoy markets and exploring new areas, sometimes eating out but I mostly cook my meals at home. I like to watch movies or spend time chatting with friends online who are mostly overseas ...pretty normal stuff really. I don't smoke and and only have a glass of wine occasionally. I like a clean and tidy home. No party houses please. I am respectful, clean and live healthy. My budget is 150per week including bills and internet and furnished rooms only please.
The lease on the house I was in has ended so I am looking for a place to call home. I am ideally looking for something long term. I am 25 years old and I work full time in North Sydney, Monday - Friday. I am super easy going and also tidy. My move in date Is flexible so if you have anything suitable feel free to send me a message!
I'm from Brazil, living in Sydney for over a year, looking for a place to stay long term. In my house I like to chill, watch movies, I'm not a party person, but enjoy a good talk and some wine sometimes. Like yoga, incenses, meditation, bushwalking , watch sunsets, maybe go for a run... Work with kids, studying to became an early childhood educator. Open for more questions.
Hey, my name is Robert! I'm from Hungary but have lived all over the world in the last few years. I'm came to Sydney in July for a Working Holiday and am looking for long term accommodation from August on!
I'm starting a new full-time job as an environment graduate with Downer Group in Sydney in July 2019. My work will have me out of the house from 8am until 6 or 7 during the week and some Saturday's as well. I've been house sharing for 7 years now. I have full respect for boundaries, cleanliness in shared spaces as well as the need to destress and chill out together every now and again. I am clean (won't leave dishes in the sink) and I'll do my fair share of the housework without being asked but definitely not a neat freak by any stretch. Happy to compromise on household chores :) In terms of hobbies, I love a good Netflix binge with some quasi-healthy Ubereats on the weekend. I like cooking. My go to drinks are cider, wine and vodka (but never together...). I also enjoy podcasts and, even though I'm definitely an introvert, I do enjoy getting to know new people :)
