Hey there! I am looking for a place to call it home around North Sydney (or easy to transport there.) Willing to rent the whole place (lease) with someone interested in, around 2-3 bedrooms, for 6 months - 1 year lease, moving in 2-3 weeks preferably. My priority is a modern nice clean place near public transport, preferably around North Sydney or CBD or easy to travel there ( max 3-4 train stops around will do too). About me; Engineering graduate, used to work in arts and music and dealing with marketing lately. I will be studying and working most of the time. I love to keep it to myself and will respect other's space and definitely will be sociable , sarcastic, fun but quite as a housemate. I enjoy art, wine and cheese; nice flatmates who are clean and respectful to others. I have been sharing with many different people and living in different countries, I really enjoy parties outside of the house and love coming to a peaceful home :) Just to clarify again, I do not want to share with loud people anymore. I am hoping to be lucky enough to get a nice place with great souls! If you are interested with renting a place please let me know, I can also be flexible with time and location :)
I am an easy going 28yo with interests in arts & culture, design and photography. I like to have my own space, but also want to be able to get together with housemates. I want to have the flexibility and freedom when living with others as well as mutual respect for common areas. I've travelled around the world a bit so I am capable of looking after myself. I'm outgoing, a great talker, and love to get to know new people! I enjoy going to art galleries, trying out new foods & film photography. I work full time as a designer in North Sydney, so I'm also looking for a comfortable commute.
I am a professional working in IT in my late 20s who enjoys a relaxed week / going to the gym / catching up on netflix and going out for the weekend. I am respectful of people's space and am very easy going.
Hi, I am Anna (28 years) and looking for a new home with lovely, tidy people. I am currently living in Kirribilli and really enjoy the lower north shore. I love to be outside, at the beach, hiking and if I am not at work or outside you will usually find me on my yoga mat or preparing delishes food. Before I moved to Sydney (July2017) I worked in the media industry in Munich/Germany, travelled the world with my backpack for a year and lived in New Zealand. I am working fulltime and teach yoga as well, why I try to stay in the area. I keep my home very clean and I respect privacy and space, but always open for a coffee and chat. Any questions, please let me know.
Working full time in the IT industry (don't worry i'm not a super nerd), pretty active (play a lot of sport), and very easy going. I'm also a Kiwi so hopefully that's not a deal-breaker. I'm starting a new job in North Sydney at the start of September, so I'm looking for a place that's available around that time. I'm currently in Canada / the US and will be until around the 30th of August. I will be in Sydney on the 3rd - 5th of August, so would be looking to check out some places / meet some people around then. I'm reasonably flexible with the start dates, and wouldn't mind a place that starts a bit earlier or later if the fit feels right. If the dates i'm in Sydney don't work out i'm happy to do a video chat or something.
Hi, my name is Niklas, I'm from Germany and I'm doing my PhD in Australia and Germany simulaneously. That's why I'm looking for a flat for only 3 months because after that period I'm going back to Germany for a while. In my free time, I love going to the gym, playing the piano and go rock climbing. But I'm also keen for an occasional glas of wine or a beer and a good chat in the evening. Cheers!
I moved out of home at 18, and have been paying my way since. I have ranged from living on my own, with another guy, a mother & daughter, and a house split with 5 girls. I work full time in the city for an IT consulting company, often stay back late, but also work from home every so often. Have an 18 month pug, loves people & dogs. He was sleeping when I decided it was photo time. Hobbies: Keyboard (with headphone), drinks & pool, walks with dog. I have inspected different Meriton 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments with pool, spa and gym around Mascot and Rosebery for approx 700-750 p/w, and now am looking for someone to take second half of rent. Let me know if interested. I can/wan't to be the only person on the lease - so you will not be locked in unless you want to.
I am an architect from Guatemala City , studying a masters degree in project management , Uts University and working full time on a North Sydney architecture firm . I like to workout, cook and chill. My days of big parties already ended but I like to go from time to time to a bar or having a glass of wine at home. I’m very friendly and looking for a quiet place where we can shared but also respect our space and have it clean.
Hi I am Afaz, 31 years old from Brisbane. I am going to move to Sydney on 30 June. I have already joined a company in Miller St, North Sydney as a Data Scientist and will be working there from 1st July. A bit more details: I just finished my Ph.D. seminar at the University of Queensland, but still, need time to finish the thesis. That's why my employer is allowing me to stay in Brisbane and work from home for this month. I will be working day-night to cover up my office work as well as study. And most of the weekend, I will be flying back to Brisbane, as my wife is doing Ph.D. in Brisbane at the Queensland University of Technology. There is a chance that she might be in Sydney for some weekends (probably once in two months). I am a very friendly and chatty guy with good cooking skills, but most probably I will be buying foods in bulk and store in the fridge to manage my time. I love having dinner with housemates and talk about their life and share knowledge. I am non-alcoholic (but ok with others having it), hardly smoke, but never at home and don't like anyone doing it at home as well. I do not prefer any night party at home, but small scale social and friendly gathering is welcome.
I am Rachit, 25 years old and working full time Weekdays in IT as a Cyber Security Engineer. I am ideally looking for 2 or more people to team-up and lease out a house/apartment together. Ideally, looking for people in their 20s. But also open to a nice room in an already existing share house with great people. My current accommodation is proving to be very boring and I am looking to pair up with people and start a new home :) If teaming up - I don't have any furniture but we can chip in an purchase everything we need for the house. - Would love to cook and share food. - Netflix and chill - A good chat with a glass of wine to relax - Occasional Drinks - Welcome to invite friends! I love to meet new people and make friends. - Considerate and Friendly - Thoughtful - Live like a family rather than mere housemates Be social but at the same time I also respect privacy and enjoy my own time. I am not just looking for a room to sleep, but a home with empathetic people . I cook and share meals. I also like to have dinner together. I am also up for the occasional house parties, get together and dinner with friends, the Friday/Saturday nigthouts, netflix binges, movie marathons. At the right place, I am looking to stay long term - 6-12 months or more
