I work in not for profit in Milton and love my job. I'm a people person so am sociable, easy to get along with. Clean and tidy, quiet. Considerate and respectful. I like a good Netflix binge of an evening but also go the gym 3-4 times a week. Summer months I love to go to the beach and/or fishing
Hi I am looking for a room in shared house/apartment. I am a working professional and like to travel, cook and read books. Looking for some one who is neat, tidy, respects privacy and like to share a quiet place.
Hi there! 👋 I’m James (23), a recent engineering graduate, moved up from Sydney to work for a racing team in Brisbane. I’m very clean, tidy and respectful. In my spare time you can usually find me playing guitar, going to the gym, volunteering at the RSPCA or out travelling and seeing new things. I’m hoping to expand my social circle (outside of work) by living with some flat mates who are young, sociable and share some similar interests etc.
Hello, I am Chloe, aged 24. I am a pretty relaxed person and like to always remain positive. So I like my household to also be positive, have similar interests and be clean :). I work full time and am often home late. I also study Forensic Behavioural Science online on the side. I love to make the most of my weekends by getting outdoors and soaking up the sun. I have a cat named Arthas. He is a short hair domestic cat and can be vocal if you pass his food bowl and he thinks he needs a second or third helping of food. He gets fed morning and night, but often forgets :P. He is also the best lap cuddle cat and is very friendly and relaxed. I am looking for friendly and tidy roommates. Ideally looking for a medium sized room for a Queen bed and storage/built-ins. An ensuite or own bathroom would be fantastic to maintain some space. I am looking for a place that has fly screens, etc. Arthas is an inside cat and I would want the place to be as secure and safe for him as possible. Also, the allowance of having a guest over for a night every now and then would also be nice :). Also, if the rental place was close to the city, I would love to get in the habit of walking or riding to work :). Thank-you, Chloe :)
Hi, my name is Andre, I'm from Brazil. I'm looking for a clean and tidy place to live with a respectful enviroment. I consider myself laid back and easy going. I love animals so I don't have a problem with that and neither with any type of sexual orientation of anyone. I'm looking for a place free from smoking and procrastination, I also need a room that has at least a bed. If you think that we could get along please reach me, thanks!
Looking for a pet friendly place available in the new year. My name is Brooke, I’m a 24y/o Australian. I'm a full time university student, I will be going into Masters of Chiropractic next year. Likely going to be working weekends. I am used to shared accomodation so I tidy up after myself and my dog. My dogs name is Louie. He is a small Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who is quiet, sweet, well trained, very gentle, he sleeps a lot and loves attention, a pat or cuddle and hates going for walks (I have to bribe him with treats). Louie and I are currently in Adelaide for Christmas. I would prefer a room with an ensuite or a granny flat.
I've just finished an exercise physiology degree at uni, work in sports and remedial massage, and work a lot in footy. On weekends I’m usually at the beach, catching up with friends, or watching some type of sport. I’m easy going, happy, clean and friendly. I’m usually always up for a chat, but also love my downtime and chilling out! Feel free to send to me a message if it sounds like I’d fit into your home or if you have any other questions :)
Hi! I'm Annie. I work full time as a radiographer/sonographer. When I'm not at work I generally enjoy going to the gym, catching up with friends, watching Netflix, going out to dinners and being outdoors. I'm pretty laid back and would like to find a share house where we can all enjoy each others company but still respect each others privacy and space.
I will be studying Justice at QUT in the new year and am preferably looking for a flatmate/s to team up and find a modern place really anywhere close to the city. I will be working part time + studying full time, and enjoy my own space. I'm pretty flexible with the move dates etc., ideally would love to live with some girls around my age with similar interests, and would love for my housemates to be my friends. I am tidy and respect personal space if you want some alone time aswell. Please message me if you think we would be a good fit!
Hi Potential New Housemate, My name is John, I'm a 24yrs old Dutch guy who's in Australia since May 2018. To give you an impression of my time in Australia I decided to devide my stay here into periods: - May 2018 - October 2018 The first five months of my stay I have traveled the whole continent by car, together with a friend of mine. After he went back to Amsterdam I decided to stay in Australia for a longer time. - October 2018 - May 2019 To make this possible I had to fulfill my 88 days of farmwork requirements, which I did in the Sunshine Coast. I lived together with the couple Tommy & Jon (40+) in The Glass House Mountains for seven months. A one week AirBnb-stay turned into a small gay household for more than seven months, the best period of my life! - May 2019 - November 2019 Back home in The Netherlands I have worked as an IKEA Sales man for 4 years, so it was an easy step to work for IKEA in Brisbane as well. As soon as my farmwork requirements were fulfilled and my Visa extension was approved I moved to Camp Hill, Brisbane. I've worked as a CheckOut coworker for 6 months at IKEA Logan. - November 2019 - Future At the moment I'm working as a Sales Coworker again at IKEA North Lakes. I'm living in the beautiful area of Lutwyche together with my housemate. Unfortunately the lease of our appartent will run out in January 2020 and the rental company doesn't allow us to stay another five months (only 12 months extentions are allowed...), so I need to search for another place to live for the last 4,5 months of my stay in Australia. My contract at IKEA North Lakes is 40+ hours, what means that I'm away for work a lot. I have my own car as well, so that makes me fully independant. I'm aiming for a place to stay at the Northside of the river where I can stay till the end of my Visa period (May 2020). Are you the potential housemate who can offer that to me? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About myself: My spare time consist of a lot of social activities, because I like to catch up with people and learn from them. I'm not a party type at all, but am always in for a casual drink and a chat. That's also the reason that I don't want to live by myself. It's simply too boring. Unfortunately it's still a necessity to mention nowadays.... I'm gay. All my former housemates were very open minded and also accepted me to invite friends to come over for a casual drink and a sleepover every now and then. Please know that I'm someone with a 'professional'-mindset, what means that I am aware of my housemates, their privacy and happy to adjust myself where possible. It's common sense for me to take part in the house hold tasks. A clean and tidy environment is a must for me. Maybe a bit stereotypical, but that's why I rather live with professionals than with students. I'm very curious what you think about my background and my vision of life. Preferably I want to move in as soon as possible, but am open to dates a little bit further in the future. Wanna grab a coffee to discuss the possibilities? Would like to hear from you. Dutch greetings, Gr. John
