new team up in Northlakes or griffin area Or will consider 2br modern spacious granny flat with Undercover car park/carport/garage and sepetate entrance to main house . Clean , tidy , working, single mum looking for someone to share a new house with at start of next year . ( so will need half bond and 2wks rent) I have a 7 year old son who is quiet and well behaved and will be at school during weekdays and at his dad's every second weekend . Seeking a single tidy mature female to share , must work and be reliable for rent . Must love kids . Having one of their own is ok . I love to cook n bake and all that jazz 😉 And I Enjoy a glass of wine and chick flicks on weekends , dinners out etc Would prefer to get a new house together with a cool easy going roomie as I want it to feel like home for all of us more than just renting a room . I have a house full of furniture etc but welcome to bring your own too, hence the wanting a bigger house than what I have now 😊 Moving closer to city for work reasons but as a single parent on one income , I cannot afford the much higher rent on my own ... Together we could pool resources and get a great big place 😊 I'm preferably after a nice modern 4 bed home in North lakes or griffin area ( room each plus a spare for guests/storage ) If interested please message me to chat 😊
Hello! I'm 25, working full time Monday - Friday (occasionally weekends). I come as a package deal with my 3 year old Mini Dachshund, Willy. So am looking for a pet friendly place to live. I work in Yeronga and currently live north-side so am looking to preferably live there, but also happy to move east! I'm not looking to move out until the new year, but just wanted to put the feelers out there now. About me: Super chilled, easy-going (I think I'm pretty friendly), independent, not a big fan of confrontation - so it takes a fair bit to upset me. Very tidy person, often like to keep to myself but do enjoy family and girl-time. Non smoker, not a huge drinker (unless I go out, which isn't too often), but I don't mind a drink when I do. About Willy: The most handsome, sweetest little dude you will ever meet, that loves nothing more than your attention and some cuddles. However, I will admit that he can be a bit of an a**hole. Willy can be super stubborn and sometimes does his business in the house (generally when he can't get outside, or if it's raining). I am a clean person so always immediately clean after him or as soon as I possibly can. I would be very willing to work with a trainer on his 'issues' prior to moving out. If you're patient, love dogs and think we might get along please contact me, as I would be happy to meet up :)
I'm a project administrator & I work Monday - Friday. I'm a clean & tidy person who loves to share a few beers on a Friday night. Outgoing and friendly :) - Won't be moving until March 2018; on here early to suss out areas/$$ before I make the move - Would prefer bills inc. in weekly rent - Would LOVE to bring my dog (who is animal and people friendly, quiet, and well behaved)
Hoping to move to Brisbane next year and would love to find some great people to live with. From a small country town but have been living in Canberra for last two years. I'm a friendly, outgoing, kind and relaxed person who doesn't like to take things too seriously. I love music, sport (AFL and basketball), food, travelling, dogs, fitness, and having a laugh with mates. I am also very respectful of other people's space and am happy to clean and keep things tidy.
I am tidy, respectful of others property, quiet, not a party animal but will enjoy a few glasses of wine of weekends. I have a large dog, she's a Great Dane x. She's almost 10 years old, so she sleeps about 23hrs a day.
Hi! I currently live alone in a one bedroom apartment. I am looking to live with housemates again as I will be doing a trip to Europe in August 2018 and wish to save money. I work fulltime in the city and have my own car. I am pretty easy going and relaxed. I am usually out and about quite a bit on weekends but I don't go out much during the week. I have a two year old cat who absolutely loves people. She is an indoor only cat and can not be around other cats as she has cat flu.
Hi future housemates, I'm a down to earth remedial massage therapist who has own business. As well as working with a Chiro. I'm looking to share with 1 other person. I love to settle in, chat, watch tv and have a nice glass of red. On my day off, I love to catch up with friends, shop or go for a walk. I'm looking for an unfurnished airconditioned room, with own bathroom.
Bubbly and easy to get along with person. Clean and tidy. Looking for a short term accomodation while my friend and I are finding a place to live in together. I have a car and will need somewhere to put it (other than street parking as it's brand new and I don't want it to get destroyed).
I'm a super chilled, easygoing person, who loves to meet new people and have a good chat. I am quite a homebody though and I keep to myself when I'm busy with study, but love the occasional drink/catchup/boardgame/netflix. I've just finished my uni degree, and then getting stuck into post-graduate study in February. I work in hospitality across days, a few late nights and weekends, so I'm not home some evenings. I'm a clean person who respects others and their space and looking for people that do the same.
Full-time professional, sociable and easy to get along with, also enjoys quiet time. Neat, tidy and respectful. Relocating to Brisbane for new position. Ideally, I would prefer a secure car space or off street parking, a semi-furnished or furnished room and either an ensuite or own bathroom.
I am a tidy, friendly, mature aged editor and author who has had to return to Australia for family business. I am on the final proof and edit of my current book, so am working most days. My only real needs are cleanliness and a quiet environment.
Hi I am relocating from Newcastle to Brisbane at the end of Jan beginning of feb. I will be working at the international airport. I am looking for a team up with one other prefessional As the places I am looking at are around $375-400. I am very friendly, and moving to a city where I don't know anyone, so would prefer a housemate who would interact and spend some time together and become a friend. I am into fitness and go to the gym alot. I enjoy a social drink when I have a day off. It will be Likely that I will be working shift work so would have to be okay with this. Would prefer to get a 2bed 2bath appartment If this sounds like a match, send through a message :)
My name is Oliver. My partner and I, Eleanor, are moving to Brisbane in early November to work and are looking for a room. I am starting a full time job with a company called 'yLead' on the 13th of November. Eleanor and I are currently finishing up our Honours degrees in English Literature at Victoria University in Wellington (NZ). We like music, art, books, films, talking about the world and I am a big sports fan. We are pretty laid back. If there is anything you want to know about us just let me know. I know we are across the ditch, but I have some very close friends in Brisbane who I will be working with who could come by and look at a place. Eleanor and I would also always be available for a video chat.
Moving from GC to Brissie for work, my current lease ends in late October. I have a bit of furniture so I'm preferring to TeamUp to find a new place. This includes lounge, kitchen and bedroom items. Location preferably is inner suburbs of Brisbane, I have only selected a few on this site but open to suggestions. Looking for a roommate who's clean, has a job, can have a laugh and of course respect each other's privacy when needed. Let me know if you are looking for the same or have any ideas. Happy to meet up for a coffee and discuss 👌
While being fully toilet trained, I also have exceptional table etiquette and have a plethora of knowledge about native fauna. (2/3 are false) For reals... I am a full-time working photographer, I am a dad, I love music, I love burritos and cake and I will probably try and get you to drink wine with me. My son stays with me 3 days a week (mostly depending on me travelling for work) . He definitely has exceptional table etiquette and is fully toilet trained. He is 7. He is named Jude. After the Beatle's song, not Jude Law.
Looking for a place around the 25th of October. Looking for chilled, relaxed, clean and sociable people. I want my housemates to be more friends rather then just someone you live with but at the same time being able to have respect for one another. Nbn would definitely be a selling point as I am a bit of a gamer! I'm a tradesman who works 5 days a week and I'm up around 5.00am with the occasional Saturday from time to time :) I would prefer to live around the northside but am open to outer areas. I also will have a car 😊 I'm looking for a place where I'm not locked in but with guarantee myself for 3 months and will give you at least 2 weeks notice.
I recently moved back to Brisbane from Canberra. I Work full time in the financial services industry based in the city and live a pretty active lifestyle. I'm an extremely clean person & easy person to get along with. I am a morning person and I like to get out and about. I'm hoping to find a room mate that enjoys a glass of wine & binge watching TV series. I also really appreciate my privacy and like to have alone time every now and then. Bentley is my small dog well behaved, house broken and doesn't bark. I'm hoping to be able to bring him with me or at least have him around occasionally for sleepovers. He is my life so it will be very sad to have to live apart from him. I am currently studying part time on top of working. I will be bring my own bedroom furniture along with me.
I am a quiet and respectful 18 year old female. I am from rural Qld with the hope to move to Brisbane for more opportunities. I am ideally looking for something reasonably cheap and inclusive of bills. I like to go out and have a few drinks but also enjoy nights in with friends. I am an animal lover so a place with pets would be great as I am leaving mine behind. Housemates around my age are ideal.
Hi, my partner and I have just moved to North Brisbane from NSW. Currently staying with my parents in Bracken Ridge which isn't ideal but just temporary so until we find our own place and decide where we would like to settle, we are looking for somewhere to stay for at least 3 months. Depending on the accommodation we would definitely look at staying 6 months, possibly longer. Josh works full time for Logan City Council and I am studying Aged Care through The Wesley Mission. We are a very healthy living couple and love to keep fit. Josh is also a Qualified Personal Trainer. We prefer to stay at home with a movie. Definitely not party people (non-drinkers) and generally like to keep to ourselves. We do have a very small dog as well (Dachsund x Foxihuahua) who is very well behaved and toilet trained. He loves other dogs too. We are looking around the Northern Suburbs. Please contact us if you think we may be suitable. Thanks, Kaye and Josh.
Hello, I'm Mel! I am from Dallas Texas, and have lived in QLD for over 5 years. I'm looking to move in with some cool new flatmates. I am chill and easygoing, I clean up after myself, and I respect personal space yet enjoy occasionally socialising as well! I'd prefer to be friends with my housemates, rather than just live together and avoid each other. I would prefer my own bathroom! I'm also totally chill with all pets, I love both cats & dogs and etc! So a little about me! I love animals, chocolate, music, fashion, art and a great wine & cheese platter! I like to... Draw/make art Write my blog Photography Listen to music Dance Go out once in a while Go to the gym Drink wine Watch Netflix & movies/tv shows Check out trendy cafes and bars Explore nature Go to the beach I also enjoy cooking and I would treat my roomies to my chef creations. I won't... Eat your food Leave passive aggressive notes around the house Bring crazy people over Be messy If you think I would fit in your home, shoot me a message and I'd be happy to meet up! x Mel
I am new to Brisbane. I don't really know anyone here so ideally would be nice to move into a share house or apartment with people I can hang out with and have a few drinks with from time to time. I am very chilled out and easy going. At this stage I am looking for a furnished room.
I am currently running bootcamps early in the morning, and as of the 30th of October will be working full-time in recruitment so during the week my time at home will be limited! I have been living with four boys so I understand the importance of patience, enjoying each others company but also having some time to yourself as well! I am hoping to find a house mate that I can call a friend and we can make an enjoyable living situation together that feels like home I enjoy eating healthy and exercising, but will never say no to a pizza and sneaky wine night because #balance. Looking forward to talking to you soon! :)
