Hi I’m Kait, I’m looking for a share house in the general south east suburb area of Melbourne; sort of around Ashwood, Glen Waverley, Clayton south, Carnegie areas but I will definitely consider locations further afield if they are the right fit. I have rented in my current share house for approx 8 months but my housemates and I moved here together from a previous rental where we lived together approx 3 and a half years. I have a solid history of timely payments, (which I can provide if required) I am currently employed part time and work on three days a week, my budget is $155 per week including bills. I am looking for an unfurnished private room with a built in robe/large wardrobe for storage and a space to park my car as I drive. In my free time I enjoy reading, attempting craft projects, movies, nature and spending time with my family and friends, I am quiet and conscientious. I’m moving from my current house share as the lease is ending soon and one of the housemates has bought a unit to live in, the other is planning on relocating so I am looking to move around the end of August/start of September.
