I've been renting for about a year now, and my time at my current home is coming to a close. Looking to broaden my horizons. I am a casual stocktaker with a reliable income, and I work at various times on different days. I don't drive or own a car so I would prefer to be close to a station. I clean up after myself, am careful in my usage of home utilities and respect others' privacy and personal space, so I hope to expect the same from those I share with. I'm pretty quiet but happy for some banter, and I'm not opposed to house events and the like. :) In my free time, I tend to keep to myself and I'm a bit of an introvert. I like to play games, read, watch movies and learn things to cook. I don't often drink or go out, but I don't care if anyone else does. I sometimes have my boyfriend over for the night (21y.o), and other nights I stay at his (we work together). He is quiet and respectful, and I hope my housemates will be comfortable with him hanging around sometimes.
Hi, Im Haley, and here are a few dot points about me .Nerdy .quiet .bookworm .model builder .gamer .queer .transgender .avid comicbook fanatic .and currently looking for a place to call my own. Feel free to message me if interested
Easy going mature minded individual that is considerate of others space and things. Enjoys cooking and the team effort of keeping the place tidy. The home I see as a place to recharge for the day ahead, some social interaction and time out. Tend to be more social out with friends than at home. Preference for unit style accommodation with some yard & Lug. Thanks, Sam
Hi! My name is Gen and I am a full time professional originally from Singapore. I work in a special school. I enjoy chatting with people, but I also respect other's privacy. I have lived in sharehouses before and I enjoy having small gatherings with friends now and then.
My name is Josh, I'm 24. I'm very friendly and easy to talk to. I'm all about going out for a drink, have some food and a laugh. Most of the time i will be either at work, gym or chilling out somewhere reading a good book. More than happy for a guy or girl room mate/s. Non smoker, respectful and im also hillarious which is a bonus :) Looking to move somewhere around the end of January as i work in East Bentleigh and i live quite a fair way away from that at the moment :)
I'm a student at Monash Uni currently living in brunswick, which is a million miles away from campus. Looking to move out around February, getting in early on the moving scene so I can find a place I will mesh well in. I'm usually pretty easy going, I do bake and clean when I get stressed, shout when I get too excited (soz). I have grown up in a very wog family so if you want a good pasta hit me up. Always up for a drink, a party, a political discussion or a session of meme analysis. As long as the feng shui is tight we should all get along fine. I am a pesceterian but always up for a meal share as I don't understand portions and always cook for 10 instead of one. Send me a message if you are looking for someone in the future! Peace x
I am a super friendly, down to earth and easygoing person. I am respectful towards every living being. My positive and happy attitude towards life is what people have always liked about me. I love playing soccer, chess. Recently trying to meditate. oh yeaa, I love to cook.. i am really good.. seriously lol.. My ultimate goal is to learn as much as I can in this lifetime.
I am clean, respectful, fun and friendly.I love being both at home chilling out but also getting outside and doing cool stuff. I like exercise, trying new activities, exploring and being outdoors. I also love chilling at home with a glass of wine and catching up with my flat mates with some TV or a movie and dinner.
I am a very easy going, fun person who loves to have a laugh :) Am very tidy and can be both friendly around the house and engage in conversation or respect individual privacy and let you do your own thing :) I love sports and don't mind going out on the weekend occasionally too
20 year old female, working full time in retail at Chadstone. Ideally looking at something as close to Chadstone shopping centre as I can get! I'm tidy and organised. Looking for somewhere where I can be friends/have a laugh with flat mates, but also be allowed to have my own downtime.
Hey guys, My partner and I are a fun and friendly couple that love to work out and eat out but also enjoy cooking and lounging out at home on our days off as well. We're a tidy and respectful little team that would love to get together from time to time and hang out and make some new friends. Thank you for your time and consideration if you would be happy to live with us give us a call
Really positive and easy to get along with! Love everyone I meet, love my personal space and cleaning up after myself! But also am a massive social butterfly! I have lived in Torquay all my life but am ready to start living up in the big smoke! I am working two jobs at Chadstone Shopping centre and next year I will be studying Diploma of Sports Development. I love sport, exercise and eating well, I have a boyfriend who lives in Burwood so I might not be home all the time, however he would be over throughout the week also. Im a pretty chill chick n love some good banter! Feel free to hit me up if you think we'd be a good roommate match and we can hopefully organise to catch up for a drink and chat! I've seen plenty of really nice houses I would love to start applying for in the areas I have listed above already! P.S would prefer a room with either an ensuite or shared bathroom, but am open to come and have a look at the house either way!
I've been living in sharehouses for nearly 3 years now and I am fully house-trained. I'm good fun, sociable and a pretty good cook. I clean up after myself and liking keeping things tidy but am not OCD about it. I like having my privacy but don't hole up in my room the entire day. I like coming home after a day at work and have someone to chat with or share some good food and wine with. If it sounds like we can live together, without killing each other just shoot me a message and I'll be in touch.
My name is Matthew White and I am 28 years old. I am currently a final-year Science student at Monash University who is looking for reasonably-priced rental accommodation within vicinity of the university. I am conscientious and always pay my bills on time. My only requirement is a designated carspace, and I am looking for a stay of 3-4 months beginning approximately 23 Jan 2017.
Hi, I'm Karen. I'm looking for a place closer to work. I am an easy going, non smoker, friendly, respectful and neat person looking for similar person to share a house/apartment with. I'm very responsible and always pay the bill on time.
I'm a science student who currently lives in Warragul and is looking for a place closer to uni. I am a really considerate person and I keep my belongings organised and clean. I'm fairly quiet, bubbly and comfortable to be around. When I'm not at uni (or working) I like to read novels/comics, watch movies, chill out and have some chats. I have put 6 months but am flexible, same with the moving date - it's just an estimation.
Hello, I'm female, early 30's.... looking for a room URGENTLY!!!!! I'm a qualified Vet. I have savings. Rent will always be paid in advance, on time. I do have a large but very friendly dog. He is an older dog, sleeps all day and is basically a big lump however he will bark like absolute hell if someone knocks on the door or if there's intruders around. He sleeps beside my bed at night (in his own bed). He's toilet-trained and never had any accident in the house. Really the only flaw with him is that he will EAT continuously if given the opportunity! I clean up after myself and my dog. I've shared with people in the past and I'm definitely a very considerate person to live with. I'm a non-smoker and don't drink very often. I don't know anyone in Melbourne so I'm certainly no party-animal! Also, I should mention that my dog is very good with other medium-large dogs but due to his size, he may injure a small dog. He has been raised with cats and is fine with them once slowly introduced. If any or all of this is of interest to you, please let me know :) (Long term preferred but willing to accept short term also) Preferred suburbs - Clayton, Oakleigh, Noble Park or anywhere near the beach as long as you're within 1km walking distance to a train station. Move in date - NOW!!!!! Regards, Kris
Hey future flatties! I am currently doing my Masters of Psychotherapy, and working part time in retail. In my down time I love to chill, go out for a few drinks, or venture out for a bushwalk! I'm great to live with because I don't spend my whole time in my room, instead love to have a bite to eat or a chat with my flatmates. But I also love my down time, and zoning out in front of netflix.
Hey there, how's it going? Nice to meet you, my name's Phillip, I'm 21 years old & am a working sales professional for Telstra. In my time off I enjoy physical exercise (gym, basketball, swimming or even just going for a jog), cooking, cleaning & my own personal downtime. I am very big on privacy and will respect and honour each and every individual's privacy and personal space. I also believe that cleanliness is a feature of organisation and that it translates into productivity. I often work 6 days out of the week for a total of nearly up to 60 hours, so for a good majority of the day I will be absent as I usually visit the gym straight after work. I also have my own car, appliances and furniture that I am more than happy to contribute to any individual in the household. Coming up with rent money will never be an issue as I am more than happy to pay months in advance if need be. If this ad more than meets your criteria, please do not hesitate to contact me via mobile or email Hope to hear back from you soon. Kind Regards, Phillip.
We are three funky friends looking to team up with some new pals to form a share house, hopefully in January ! Georgie has been living on campus at Monash for the past three years studying Physiotherapy (gives good massages), and Tim and Austin are making the move up to the big smoke from Tassie in 2017 and hopefully going to start studying at uni here too. Georgie also works a few different jobs, and the boys will be finding part time employment too. Georgie and Austin are a couple so would be sharing a room ($$$ off rent!!). We are all really fun and easy going people, love to have a boogie but (especially Georgie) love to buckle down and get some work done. We are all super clean and have good rental histories and references. We love going on nights out, hanging out at home with some bevs, watching tv and doing all the usual stuff you'd expect. We hope to find some like-minded folks to hang out with, cook family dinners and have an excellent year together!! Alternatively we're down to just find a property for the three of us.

I am PhD student at The University of Melbourne. A clean, responsible, fun loving person and respect privacy. I am a fun loving person (not a party animal) and I like to socialise with people (don't mind having few drinks). I m mostly busy during the weekdays with studies and gym. On weekends I play soccer and I catch up with friends/ relatives. So you wont see me most of the time at home. Looking for a shared accommodation In Carnegie, Murrumbeena, Hughesdale, Oakleigh, Huntingdale.
Hi,I'm originally from Indonesia currently studying at Monash South Africa, I will go to Monash Australia for an exchange program around January- February. I describe myself as a sportsman I like mostly any sport but soccer is what I'm best for. email me if you are in the same situation as me or offering a place to live in
I'm an easy going, tidy, light smoker. I start my bachelor of education next year so being reasonably close to the city is a must. I am looking for a long term residence, but have been fairly ok bouncing from short term house to short term house these past few years. I love animals, witty dark-humoured cartoons, and video games. I genuinely enjoy cooking and cleaning so am more than happy to do both of these things :) I have been living independently since I was 16 because I needed to live closer to the school I was attending in the city. Education has always come first for me, so I am usually studying, reading or writing, meaning I won't be a bother to have in the house!
Howdy! I am an easy going Aussie guy who works as a teacher at a university in East of Melbourne. I am a tidy person and enjoy healthy living (aside from a beer or two). My hobbies include swimming, salsa dancing, live music, horse riding, big movie addict and going to restaurants. My lease is ending so on the hunt for a new apartment. Ideally I am looking for an apartment that is long-term, relatively modern, parking of some kind would be great. If you have something suitable, hit me up! Cheers! Nicolas
Hi there, my name is Jo, I work part time and full time hours but do work 4 to 6 days a week. I have flatted for many years and have always created good relationships with my flatmates, I am still great friends with many of them. I'm respectful of others, I like to have a good balance of being social and having time to myself. Clean, tidy, smoker (outside) I love animals and spending time with my friends.
Student from Perth, Western Australia. Studying Arts, Majoring in Human Rights and International Relations at Monash University. Loves going to gigs, galleries, volunteering, going to the beach, for walks, cafes, bars or shopping. Hobbies include photography, pilates, reading and writing. You can find me out in a park, drinking coffee in the library or looking around NGV. Very focused on studies and busy outside of university, so I keep fairly to myself however always up to socialise and make some new friends. Super neat, Non-Smoker.
I'm clean, not a piss pot and do the dishes when I use them. I'm on the left of things and identify as a socialist, although I am not involved in any organisation at present. I like having political conversations if you want to, otherwise happy to discuss the tennis or your fave band. Always ready for a bit of fun but place high value on my chill time. Can cook, but sometimes the results are interesting.
I've been living on campus at Monash for the last year but want to move into a share house because rent on campus is way too expensive for what it is. I'm 20, I'll be in second year science next year hoping to major in maths and environmental sciences. From Gippsland and will likely go back every weekend to work and play netball so I won't be around 24/7. Ideally after around $160-$180 a week with an ensuite but not too fussed. Also probably won't want to move in until February.
I am looking for a place asap, short term with an option to extend. I am an occasional smoker but never in doors. I work in mulgrave and run an online business, i am also trying to finish a writing project. I have been in Melbourne for over a decade, from the UK, and enjoy the people and the laid back lifestyle. Oh and I have a scouse (Liverpool) accent, you will get used to it. all the best Mark
Hello! I just finished my first year of University at Monash and I had to move home. However, I want to move to Melbourne for the christmas break before the commencement of university. I speak Italian, French and English and I'm from a town on the border of News South Wales. I'm super easy going, super clean, I enjoy working and studying and I'm looking for a short stay before I go back to college in March.
My name is Max and I'm a 24 year-old full time student. I've travelled overseas extensively and stayed in various hostels so I'm used to being sociable as well as being considerate of other housemates. Im easy-going and enjoy nights out as well as quiet nights at home. I like a social drink, I am tidy and will pay my rent on time. I prefer housemates in the 20's or early 30's age group so if you think I'd be a good fit in your house I'd love to hear from you . Cheers Max
Two easy going guys, one student and one full time hospitality worker. Social, tidy and respectful of boundaries. Keen to team up and rent a place for 6 months or longer. :)
Hi there, my name is Jill and i'm a 26 year old mature student entering the Bachelor of Psychology program in Monash University (Clayton) commencing Feb 2017 and i'm looking for a place to move in around the first week of Feb! Just a little background about me, I'm from Singapore and i'm quite easy going. I love to socialise but also like my privacy and respect the privacy of others as well. I'm very responsible, especially over the common domain areas. I worked mainly as a marketing executive and run my own online music tuition business, www.themusicgarage.sg. I also sing professionally in Singapore part time and i’m also a serious hobbyist in salsa dancing! I have a long term relationship with a wonderful fella who’ll be staying in Singapore but will be coming by every 3-6 months or so for about a week each time. He’s really low maintenance so you’ll barely notice his presence when he does come over unless you’d like to hang out which we’d be totally happy with!
I love to socialise with my housemates in my spare time and also respect the needs of the house and other housemates. I love to listen to music, watch a movie, go out to dinner, walk along the beach or play a board game in my spare time! Work full time as a manager at a local pub, free drinks anyone? 😊
Hey, I am a 1-year exchange student from Germany with a full working week and hopefully satisfying experiences on weekend! Clean, responsible and sociable. Looking forward to traveling a lot and learning to know Melbourne and its people.

Hi, my name is Jess and I am looking for a place where my cats and I would be welcomed. If you have a garage and would prefer the cats not to be in the house then I'd be happy to set them up out there. I am a smoker but smoke outside. I am looking for a place to stay from 4 months to year. I am friendly and easy going, punctual with payments. Ideally looking for a bungalow but if my cats are welcome then I am happy with anything
I m an italian-aussie girl who is going to start an undergraduate degree at Clayton. I like reading and even if I like spending some time alone, I can be pretty chatty. I am open minded and I like to keep things clean and in order but I am not a particular person at all. I don't smoke and I don't have pets, anyway I wouldn't mind living with smokers or pets. I have already lived in a shared flats for 2 years. I like play pool and enjoy movies. I love boardgames and poker and I wouldn't mind a drink with friends sometimes. Not convinced? I can solve your rubik's cube or cook for you (pizza, bolognese pasta, tiramisù...) ;) See ya!
Hi I'm Bella (intl - S.A) and I'm looking for a place to stay with my partner, Jim. We work part-time and study full time. Saying that, we don't really have a lot of free time, but when we do, we just like to take it easy, such as watching a movie or just chilling with friends/house mates. We're looking for some where unfurnished, as we already have bedroom furniture. Not really party crazy kind of person, but we're more than happy to have dinner or chill out with a board game or two with you or binge watch a series to two. We're clean, responsible, and easy going :)
Hi guys, my name is Tobias and I will spend the whole summer in Melbourne. I am working full time, but nevertheless want to have a great time during my stay. I like to socialise but also need my private space from time to time. I'm responsible, reliable and just relatively "normal" in terms of integrating to a group. But you will definitely have a great time with me ;)!
I'm a student at Monash, in my 6th year of studying engineering and law. I'm pretty chilled, I like to socialise and go out when I can but also like a clean space to come back to where I can spend a day reading or binge watching TV. I'm going away in December so looking for a place early January!
