Hi there ! My name is Matthieu and I am a 29 year old French guy who just finished his studies and found a job at Monash Clayton. I will arrive on October 29th and start work on the 7th of November, which gives me a week to find a nice place to live in! I lived with roomates since I started University, including a year in Quebec. I am known to be a very good roommate, very tidy and respectful of my roommates privacy. I will be working full time, so I would prefer to find a more quiet place. But I also enjoy parties and having a lot of fun during the weekends! I like to believe that roommates can be more than just bill sharers: I enjoy sharing beers, watching movies together and catching up around a nice meal. Please note that I really would like to find a smoke-free place. My hobbies include playing volleyball, squash and badminton, watching series (although I might need some subtitles ;-) ) and listening to music (I love concerts). I really like discovering the place I live in, and Australia will be a heck of a discovery. I will be more than happy to share my French culture, but also very happy to catch some of the Australian way of life. So if you feel like showing me around, and if you can bear my English, I would be happy to become your new roommate. See you soon! Matth
Hi I'm Bella (intl - S.A) and I'm looking for a place to stay with my partner, James (local - Melb). We're both working part-time, and studying full time. Saying that, we don't really have a lot of free time, but when we do, we just like to take it easy, such as watching a movie or just chilling with friends/house mates. Looking for an unfurnished room, as we have furniture for our room already. We're not really party crazy kind of people, but we're more than happy to have dinner or chill out with a board game or two with you or binge watch a series to two. We're clean, responsible, and easy going :)

Hi everone! I am a third year Biomed student at the University of the Sunshine Coast. I will be traveling down to Melbourne at the start of November to participate in the Summer research Scholarship program at Monash University (Clayton campus). I am desperately in need for accommodation during this time (mid November - start of February). I will be spending most of my time at the university, and am hoping to find a room to rent close to the campus/ close to public transport. I am so excited to come down to Melbourne for a couple of months!

I am Ramin, 25 years and I am full time working in the coolest restaurant in Oakleigh. I just moved to Melbourne 2nd March from Holland. I am here to work full time and to start study in February. I am an easy going person who likes to socialise with people. I am clean and considerable. I have been working in a restaurant for 6 years, so I have passion for food and love being with humans. Generally a happy, friendly and sociable person who loves to have a chat and laugh along the way.
I am a PhD student at Warwick University in the UK and I will be visiting some academics at Monash University for a few months. I like animals, outdoor activities and rock concerts. I clean meticulously and like to tidy up after myself. I cook most of the time, so a lucky housemate could benefit from some free food.
Full time working, easy going, music fifa and netflix
I'm a 23 year old student and part-time worker looking for somewhere to live in the south-eastern suburbs for the next few months before I head overseas for exchange. I'm a clean and tidy person who respects the privacy and possessions of others, and I'm friendly and quiet. My schedule generally involves me being out during the day for work or uni and I'm the early-to-bed, early-to-rise type. I'd love to share a place with a similarly-minded person or people. Hobbies include playing reading and running, and playing musical instruments.
Accomodating easy to go guy, but serious with academic stuffs, I would like to prefer a place which is quiet and clean, specially because I would be pretty busy with my studies [PhD thing :( ]. I am omnivorous, but would prefer veg though :)
Hi there, I'm a 24yo female student, doing a master's degree at Monash and the course is due for completion in this December. So I will soon become a young professional. I'm a friendly, respectful and considerate person and well-trained to share the house with others, which means I don't make mess or leave dishes in the sink for five days or make noises at night etc and I would expect the same from you. I like my home to be clean, so sharing housework and keeping the place clean and tidy is very important. I enjoy having quiet time at home, doing my own things, such as reading or studying, so party houses or households having too many visitors are my type. But of course, I would love to have a chat or watch TV with my housemate(s). I'm hoping to move in January or February 2017. It could be either a room in an existing share house or teaming up to start a new one, preferably with people of a similar age. Lastly, as I have a car, having a spot for my little runabout is essential. If you find I may be the one you're looking for, please feel free to drop me a message or ask me any questions : ) Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Jessica
Im 23 and moving to Melbourne for work. I have just been offered a job in Melbourne that I couldn't refuse. I start on the 10th of October and wanna find something before then. I wanna live in the east as my Dad is in Rowville and wanna be close to him. I work in finance and work long hours during the week. Weekends I love to go out and about. I'm social and down to earth and looking for like minded house mates. I will know no one in Melbourne so wanna live with people i can go out with and explore what Melbourne has to offer. Hopefully hear from you soon ! Josh
Full time work so will pay rent on time and love to keep house neat and tidy.
Single female, clean, quiet, respectful. Ive recently re-located back to Melb looking for a relaxed place for 4-6 months. I like animals but don't have any. Need furnished place, but not a problem. Have 2 adult children. Previously worked in aged care, and recently as a receptionist. Enjoy being outdoors, walking.
I'm an accountant working in Moorabbin, looking to move in to a comfortable apartment/ house share , that is also convenient for me to get to work. I'm easy going and like to keep things clean.
Chilled, neat, & respectful person. I am in the medical field and I am looking to rent in the Clayton area, close to Monash Medical Centre. For fun, I go out with friends , explore Melbourne and regional Victoria on day trips. I get bored easily, so I also do quite a bit of overseas travel :) Love hiking, so it will be a bonus if my future housemates do as well!
I've been living on campus at Monash for the last year but want to move into a share house because rent on campus is way too expensive for what it is. I'm 20, I'll be in second year science next year hoping to major in maths and environmental sciences. From Gippsland and will likely go back every weekend to work and play netball so I won't be around 24/7. Ideally after around $160-$180 a week with an ensuite but not too fussed. Also probably won't want to move in until February.
Hi, I'm Emily! I'm a student currently studying fashion design at RMIT and working part-time at Monash University with the Academy of Performing Arts. I have a friend who is moving down from Sydney in late October/early November so we're looking for a place with two bedrooms. I work late nights as an usher at the university theatre, so we're looking for a place near the Monash Clayton campus. Nadia is still organizing things for their move down to Melbourne, but they're looking to study history at Melbourne University while working part time. I love theatre, sewing, reading, and hanging out with friends watching rubbish telly and movies. I'm a bit of a nerd and so is Nadia. We're both very clean roommates who love to cook and drink coffee. I mostly make costumes in my spare time, but I've been known to make the odd made to measure outfit here and there. Who knows, there might be something you'd like that I can make for you!
Needing to find temporary accommodation for myself and my 2 kids (7yo girl and 15 yo boy) - they attend local schools so I need to stay in the area (Clarinda/clayton south) but am willing to move a bit out as I can drive them to school. Nonetheless, I am a university student who is on the cusp of graduating, just waiting for my results actually.. I am currently looking for a home to rent, but there isn't really anything suitable at this stage, and I need to leave where I am staying ASAP, hence me looking in the flat mates classifications to see if there's anything temporary. I have quite a lot of furniture and a JetSki (however I will be putting this into storage) which is giving me trouble to find the right property, otherwise I'd move into the next available house for rent. I am also clean and fussy, most houses seem to be dumping places for people's rubbish which is offputting, I don't know how people can rent and then leave the property like a tip and then the agencies expect that it's good enough! So I will be taking my time to find the right place, but I will also endeavour to find the right place ASAP.

Hey! My name's Emma and I'm 22 years old. I am hoping to start up a sharehouse around the Caulfield, Carnegie, Murrumbeena, Hughesdale area at end of this year/start of next year. Let me know if you'd be keen on starting a home with me and I'll tell you more about myself! Also just a side note, I'm not really interested in taking a room in an existing sharehouse. I'm really hoping to start up my own place with someone so I'm really just interested in team-ups at the moment. I have a few nice places in mind :)
21 year old student at Monash! Originally from Perth, moved to Melbourne at the beginning of this year. I love to meet new people and travel. However I'd love to move closer to my university :)
I'm studying a Graduate Diploma of Reproductive Science at Monash University starting Feb 2017. I'm moving over to Melbourne from Adelaide toward the end of January or beginning of February. I'll be studying full-time and will probably be at the university for a majority of the week. I'd love to live with housemates that are able to have a laugh together and be able to have their own space as well. Would prefer to live with a non-smoker and another student.

I enjoy my privacy and i respect other peoples privacy very much. I am looking to move in with someone as soon as possible and would prefer moving in with a female as I have found in my experience that females care more about the cleanliness of the house than males.
Hi, I'm looking for some people within 5 years of my age to move in with or team up and start a new share house with. I work unloading shipping containers in Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I am also looking to start building and selling guitar effects gear as soon as I find somewhere stable to live. I am a respectful, mature, responsible, and clean person. I'm a huge music fan from traditional Japanese folk music to Swedish death metal to jazz, so music is what I dedicate most of my free time to. I do use headphones when listening to music and practicing guitar so it shouldn't bother anyone. I'm also into Japanese comics, Comedy shows like South Park, and old video games from the 80's and 90's. I'm fine living with students, religious people, people of the LGBT community, people of different cultural background, and nerds like myself who practice guitar for 3 hours then spend the next 4 hours binge watching a season of the dudesons. Anyway please contact me if you want to team up, have a spare room, or have any questions. email: maynardn777(at)hotmail.com

Hiya! I'm Stephanie and I study secondary teaching at Monash. I'm also a teacher for a tutoring institution. Currently I'm in a share-house in Springvale but I'm hoping to move further north around November-December to a place with a nicer vibe. Ideally, I would love to live with cool/kind people around my age, who I can feel comfortable around, who also wouldn't mind a chat and a wine (doesn't have to be wine).
Hi everyone! I just returned from living in India and travelling around Asia for the last year. I was previously studying science and engineering at Monash Uni, but now am changing courses and universities next year. I currently study by distance through Open University, so I will be a study bug some of the time, but I love the odd wine and cheese night as well. I'm happy to make friends with whoever I live with, but I am independent so if you'd rather mostly keep to yourself, I am ok with that too. I am staying with friends as I just arrived back a couple of weeks ago, so finding something furnished where I could move in ASAP would be ideal. Thanks!
I'm an easy-going and reliable person that loves a good laugh and spending time with friends and family. I love adventuring around and am currently studying at Monash Uni to become a teacher. I'm looking to move out to a place near uni at the beginning of next year!
