My name is Parth Prajapati. My wife and I are planning to relocate to Melbourne from Adelaide, and we are very interested in leasing a studio, 1-bedroom apartment, or master bedroom for an initial 6-month term, with the intention to extend. Our rental budget is between $1,600 and $2,200 per month.

I am an Architect by profession, and my wife is a Chartered Accountant. We are quiet, responsible and long-term focused tenants who take pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept home, and we would take great care of the property as our own.

We will be in Melbourne this week and would really appreciate the opportunity to inspect any suitable properties at your earliest convenience.
