I currently work part time for Telstra doing tech support. You can generally find me laying in bed watching documentaries/reading or outside somewhere exploring. I am a very easy going, clean/tidy, open minded human. I love animals except I have a mild allergy to cats and some dogs unfortunately :( But i am always willing to suffer through the pain cause who wants to miss out on cuddles.
I'm Virginia, a quiet, keep-to-myself tidy type who loves TV, reading and dining out. A few notes about me and what I'm looking for: - I'm only looking for a woman of similar age to start a share house with - I'm retired so will spend time at home, as well as out with friends and appointments etc. - I'm looking to have my own defined space: my own bedroom, bathroom and living area - happy for this to be a third bedroom though. - I have a small house's worth of furniture, fridge, washer/dryer etc, happy if my housemate is the same and to compromise, keep some in the garage or shed etc if it doesn't all fit! - I have one adult daughter who's left the nest but we're close - no partner and no other family in Melbourne - I currently have no pets, but love all animals, especially dogs! I'd ideally like to get my own dog in the future so if you have pets and we find a place that is happy with them from the get-go, even better! - I would like to keep to myself mostly, but happy with some social interaction! I'm a kind, big-hearted person and a good listener who loves telling stories. - My lease is up in March so that's when I'm looking to move in the outer East or so - if you think we could get along, send me a message!
I am looking for a nature surrounding property adjacent to rural land or part of the rural property like converted barn or studio. Great views and high altitude with fresh air. Some gardening is required. I would not like to share a house with many people. Location has to be quiet and relaxing. Proximity to transport and conveniences are not required. Furniture is not required.
Hey there, Me and my partner Mitch are looking to move at the end of the year into a share house or any type of accommodation. We are looking at for the end of the year because we will both have licenses as well as I Rebecca will be 18. A little bit about me: My names Rebecca. I currently live at home with my mum & boyfriend. I have a part- time job and am currently studying year 12. I have a passion for basketball, music and animals. Also I'm not as good as my wog mumma but I love to cook and am willing to cook a lot. I own a turtle, he is in a big tank and he is very cute, he will need to come with me and I am happy for him to be in a space with everyone or in my own personal room. I am very mature for my age and am prepared for anything. I love a challenge and like to work hard. I want to have success in life. A bit about Mitch: Mitch is 20 and is working full time as a carpenter, his job is reliable & stable. He loves cars, driving, anything to do with a vehicle. He is a smoker, also loves a casual beer by a fire. Loves camping and the outdoors, like watersports. A bit about us: We have been together for nearly 2 years (by the time we want to move in). We are a very mature/grown up couple. We both enjoy cars and own a cat at my mums (will most likely not be coming with us). We are both neat, hard working and willing to undertake roles within a household as we do at home already. We both have reliable and stable jobs to be able to support us. As this is our first time living out of home properly we are very determined to make it a good experience and good life lesson. We are very fun, loving & loveable people, easy going, neat, reliable, trustworthy and cruisey couple. We like to go out and party but also enjoy quiet nights home and willing to engage with anyone we are with. I hope to hear back from somebody willing to welcome us into their home or start a new adventure with us. Also looking forward to making new friends/new friend. Any other questions please feel free to message. :)
I am a mature woman who moved from Mosman in Sydney to Melbourne six weeks ago and I was invited to take up half a house in Mt Eliza, Victoria. The owner occupier, a man in his forties, offered me a long term stay, but five days ago, he gave me two weeks' notice as he is now selling his house. This was NOT disclosed to me at the time of our first meeting, an unconscionable act! I have two kittens, Miss Ellery, one year young and Miss Hermione, seven weeks young whom I rescued after she had been abandoned on a neglected farm paddock. I come with excellent references from Ray White in NSW and also from a prior landlord who was an owner occupier of a beautiful timber cottage on 2 acres. I have always paid on time and I am reliable, I like peace and harmony in my surroundings and I am neat and clean but not to the point of obsessive. I DO like my space and while I'm reasonably social, I would prefer to share with one other in a age range of 45 - 60. I would never impose a lot of visitors at any time on my flatmates and I would expect the same courtesy. I had my own business for many years, I keep a clean and tidy home, and I am a lover of Nature and my diet has been vegetarian for over 25 years. I am also fond of all animals, large and small, but particularly CATS and I volunteered in an animal shelter in Ingleside, Sydney for three years. I am a native French speaker with a European background and my professional work has changed towards creative pursuits, now that I wound up my business of thirty years. As I have been a home owner several times in my life, I would look after a property as if it were my own and I would synchronise well with an owner who has no pets or children living at home and who travels a lot for work and/or pleasure and who will APPRECIATE a responsible and kind person. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
Currently reside in Hobart, but have visited Melbourne a few times. Looks and sounds like a great city to live and reside in. I am currently taking a year off from my University studies to search for other work, study or volunteer opportunities. I wish to travel to further places in the future. I hope somebody can share with me their knowledge of Melbourne, and if they are interested, I can share with them my knowledge of Hobart too.

Hello, I am an 18 year old female moving from Alice Springs to Melbourne in May of 2017. I have previously resided in Melbourne but I am moving back due to my sisters pregnancy. I have lived in Alice Springs for almost 6 years and will never regret the opportunity to expand my horizons. I already have a job in Melbourne, have my drivers licence, and have been independent for a few years. I need a place to stay for 6months-1year as less moving would be preferred. I like pets and don't mind smokers, am easy going and i'm always up for a chat. My job will involve some 4:30am starts but I promise I won't be too loud. I enjoy a clean house and will always stay on top of my share. I enjoy making new friends, am good with people and have worked in retail for almost 4 years. I currently work 50+ hours a week with two jobs so I am very hardworking. I will have my own car by the time I move into any house, and will already be working. Thankyou :)
