Hi, I'm very new to Australia. I'm a student full time working on my research projects. I'm clean and tidy and expect the same from flatmates. I'm friendly and like socializing, but still like my own privacy and space. I like healthy lifestyle and enjoy jogging and listening to my favorite musics. I'm a big fan of watching good movies with a friend. I cook, perhaps we can share a dinner together. I'm quiet and I'm not a big fan of very crowded places. Non-smoker, I'm sorry no pets. preferred room/suit: Furnished, Female flatmates
Hey I'm Emily, I'm 19, studying Journalism at Griffith and work a part time job throughout the week along with an internship. Besides work and study, I like to read, craft, go outdoors and also tend to play a lot of video and computer games when uni is finished. So, with my moving in you will gain an Xbox 360 (that looks like R2D2!). I am very chill, easy to get along with, tidy and respectful of others privacy and I'm looking to move out once more!
I am a recent graduate of Fine art A hospo gun and professional Aestheticly minded Warm and emotional Accepting and flexible Tidy and responsible Social and inspiring :)
Hi! I'm Ellie - I'm 20 years old. I am currently studying a dual business degree at QUT (Kelvin Grove & Gardens Point campus), and I graduate in 2 years. I am a part time nanny, which I looooove, and also a casual medical receptionist at a GP practice which keeps me pretty busy. I am friendly, clean, fun, social & hardworking. I like living with really relaxed people who are also fun & clean! I am looking for a room big enough for a queen size bed and a desk :) x
I am wanting to move to a nice house somewhere in northern Brisbane around the middle of June. I am a student of Mathematics at QUT. I love cooking, playing tennis, and playing piano. I am quiet and likely to mostly keep to myself. One of my past roommates (she was 26) and I would have dinner together once a week; this is something I was very fond of and we became good friends.
We both are form South America. Recently married. So we are in the most wonderful days of our relationship. We are looking for place to live and also near our schools or place of work. It has to be $275 or less per week for the both of us (including bills). We have our own furniture for the room if needed, otherwise we can sell our stuff. We wouldn't like to share a bathroom, please no share bathroom places. We both work in food delivery and some other jobs (cleaning, couching). I am studying my undergraduate Biotechnology (Honours) at UQ St. Lucia. I am a full scholarship grantee from the Government of my country. Foreseen to graduate in December 2018. Now, my wife studies English at Langports near Brisbane city. She would culminate her English course in January. Then She would like to get a Management certificate. We are the most adorable couple in the world. We are known to be tidy and easy to live with. We are in a mature minded marriage, respectful, kind and overall supportive. We are not planning to stay in Australia after we finish our studies. the reason is simple, I have to come back to return the scholarship I was granted by my country. In other words, we are looking for place to call home until the duty call us in our country. Also, something crucial about what we want, it is to be considered as independent couple and have our privacy above anything. Hope you could grasp a little of what we are as couple. We do not bring any surprises as we are always sincere and honest of anything you may want to know. Again if you are considering to have us as guests in your home, we will always appreciate that gesture and we won't disappoint. Cheers.
Full-time student studying Bachelor of Commerce, part-time real estate admin. Originally hailing from the Sunny Coast. I love the beach, live music, trash TV, camping, struggling to keep my innocent plants alive and a refreshing beverage or two on the weekend. For the past two years, I have lived in an amazing share house with an awesome crew - I would love to share with fun & respectful roomies who are looking for a friend rather than someone who hangs out in their room all day. If you are looking for someone who is easy going, clean, curly-haired and friendly, I'm your gal! PS Move date is flexible as I currently live with my sister - although I would prefer to move during mid-sem break to save myself the stress.
My name is Mandy i'm 31 and a working professional. I am into fitness and the outdoors. Love to laugh and joke around. Very relaxed and easy to get along with. I am clean and tidy and cook for myself (or order Youfoodz). I am currently working in commercial leasing in Milton. I hit the gym most days and would be home late most nights. Am looking for people around my age. I really need something furnished (light traveller lol). Want someone like minded who likes their own space but is also keen to hit the markets/breaky/have a bevy/or series marathons haha. PS: not looking for team ups, just want to slide into something. Mandy
I work full time for a commercial music company but have a passion for photography and music. I work as a freelance photographer after hours and am a private music tutor to school aged kids. Play in a local brissy band and only a few weeks away from relaeasing a new album. I appreciate a clean house and my own space but not much better than kicking back over a brew or 5. Keep myself pretty active and like getting out and about. Not a big partier but like to keep social. Nightowl and a big movie fan.
We're a couple that has been together for 4 years, we've recently relocated from Melbourne to be closer to relatives & for work. We are looking for accomodation close to Fortitude Valley, also a space preferably with our own bathroom. We are very neat & tidy people who enjoy a bit of quiet time after work & we can respect other peoples privacy. We also love socialising with friends and family often, going out to try new cafes & keeping active (adventure walks, gym etc.) on the weekends. Our length of stay is flexible approximately 6 months, but maybe longer with the right housemate/s. If you think we could be suited as your housemates, feel free to message us :) Look forward to hearing from you, Shanelle & James
Hi there! I'm a 29 year old woman looking for a room close to the CBD. I work full-time in the city and study part-time so I'm very busy and not home a lot. I am a friendly, easy-going person but am also respectful of others space and belongings. In my spare time I enjoy keeping active with gym/hiking, eating healthy, binging on new TV shows and going out for the occasional drink. If I sound like I might be a good fit please give me bell! *Note: I'm only interested in living in the suburbs I've listed, also not looking to live in a large share/partyhouse, would rather share with 1 or 2 people. Cheers, Bec.
I run a training and advisory company called Dent Global. We help entrepreneurs grow their business and stand out in their industry. The business keeps me busy and I do a bit of travel interstate as a result. When I'm at home I love health and wellness, go to the gym and prefer my Sunday to a raging hangover from the night before. But that's not to say I don't enjoy a wine and letting my hair down with mates and housemates! Currently live in Sydney with a crew of three others - all get along like a house on fire and its lead a pretty easy-going home life.
I'm 19 and in my second year of studying a Business degree at QUT. I work two jobs - one in the City and the other in Chermside. I enjoy running, exploring around Brisbane/the Coast, going out a bit and being social, but also relaxing and having my own space when I have work to focus on. I’m very easy-going, friendly and considerate of other people's space and privacy. I'm tidy and clean up after myself, and would expect the same from the people I live with. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
Hey potential roommates!! Not sure how to start this so i will just give you the general idea of myself. I'm looking for somewhere close to the city (therefore close to uni) to live between 6-12 months. :) I'd like to think im a pretty awesome room mate haha! I'm a full-time University student studying Psychology and Business at QUT and i also work part time, so i wouldn't actually be home that often- which is awesome if you're someone that likes your space. I am a little bit of a gym junkie and always adventuring (another reason why i wouldn't be home often). I love to cook and im extremely clean - perks of growing up with a european grand mother haha! I am not a massive party animal but do enjoy hanging out with friends and watching movies with either some delicious chai tea or a glass of red! I study quite a bit and am hoping to live with someone that either studies too or at least is considerate during the main exam period not to have massive parties every single night ahah :P I'm the type of room mate that would love to wake up and say hey whilst we have our coffees, happy to have good conversations and hang out, but also love my own space. If your sick i make a really awesome soup and if you have had a bad day i know the best chocolate to give you (it seriously makes you feel so much better) haha. I'm after my OWN bathroom and decently large room as i am female and therefore have way too many clothes and varieties of shampoo haha. Interested in a team up or to move into a place already. I have heaps of furniture, but don't have to bring it if the home already has it- but in the case of a teacup, i have come prepared! haha (minus a washing machine).
I am an architect from India and would be moving to Brisbane as a student to pursue masters in architecture from july 2017. I am very friendly and outgoing. I enjoy spending my free time watching movies, reading and doing some creative stuff
I'm currently a university student studying bio-medicine/business at the University of Queensland. I'm easy going, pay bills on time and have 2 part time jobs baby sitting and waitressing. I'm a quiet and conserved 18 year old however loves the occasional chat with my housemates.
Need to move in July 📆 looking for 1-2 people to share a CBD/inner suburbs apartment (and a few drinks) when my current lease ends. I work full time in PR/marketing for the QLD government. I'm easygoing, social and always up to hang out, but am respectful of privacy and like my own downtime as well. Fairly active and like getting outdoors on the weekends, but I also bake a mean cake and am an excellent addition to any pub trivia team. Always clean up after myself but definitely not a neat freak. Would ideally take the master bedroom/ensuite , but I'm flexible :) don't have a car so parking space is all yours. I do have a very low maintenance cat, but I have somewhere else for her to stay if she's a deal breaker :)
Urgent need of a place to move into! Very flexible with area and housemate. I'm always up for some adventures or just spending a night socialising with a beer or two. I'm pretty relaxed living with, previously lived in a sharehouse and enjoy being able to hang out. I'm a Swedish backpacker who's currently working at Kangaroo point, so if you have a spare room somewhat close to the city send me a message and I might have a look at it.
Hello there! You can call me Bela. I'm currently doing my MBA and working at a tech company in the Valley, both keep me quite busy. I am looking for a tidy, chilled and friendly place, a house that I can call home (move in date can be manageable, but preferably early June). I love tea, running, Netflix, brunches and my morning smoothies. Ps: Will lend my clothes for food!
Relaxed friendly clean. Like art, sports, music, gardening and pets. I'm pretty easy going but not an early bird. Like to cook maybe share a few dinners and glass of wine. Work part time as a visual merchandiser, like to paint, garden and swim in my spare time. I'm originally from Melbourne and moved to Brisbane a yr ago. I have a 16 yr old daughter who would visit a few times a yr. I love all sports especially AFL and enjoy going to see live music. I also have a beautiful 9yr old dog , Samoyed x golden retriever . She is very friendly well trained and generally just loves company and to just hang out and watch the goings on of the house. Would love a chilled vibe with no dramas.
American traveler working in Brisbane as a part time waitress and relief teacher. Looking for a place to stay until June 29th. Active, non-smoker. Clean, responsible, and easy to live with :)
