Clean, tidy, reliable, easy going, friendly, well travelled, active, open minded, social, trustworthy, respectful, Australian. I enjoy healthy living, fitness, intelligent conversation, good laughs, travelling, markets, festivals, animals/pets, art, music, film and nature. Looking for an air-conditioned bedroom within a quiet and peaceful household sharing with like minded people. No dramas and good vibes only. 😁✌
Hello there! My name is Becca :) I am a 25 year old student who has just begun a Masters of Dietetics at UQ (evidently, I reaaaally enjoy food and cooking). Between this and work, I generally lead a pretty busy life and am home similar hours to an office-worker. While I do have a tendency to hermit myself during the week while I'm in study/exam mode, I am still undoubetedly a sociable lass who enjoys a chat, a Netflix get-together on a rainy Sunday, or a nice, quiet wine on a Friday afternoon. I have a partner-in-crime (my dog, Pablo), who will evidently be needing to relocate with me. He is a totally loveable little goofball of a staffy - LOVES humans and adores cuddles. His nickname is Sloth, as he tends to do nothing during the day/sleeps when no-ones home. He is quite insecure around big dogs/cats (loves little fluff-pups though), and so I would need for him to be an only-pet in a dog-friendly space. All in all, he's a perfect housemate, and leaves things just as clean as I left them. My main priority is that any potential housemates also love dogs, as Pablo always enjoys chilling with the humans or being a fellow couch potato with you if I'm at uni/work. I would prefer to pay nothing over $200, and am looking for private room to rent in the Western Suburbs (anywhere from Kenmore, Red Hill, Toowong to West End etc.) to the South side (Greenslopes, Fairfield, Dutton Park, etc). Thanks! :)
Hi, I’m from Ireland. Love travelling and hanging out with friends. Big sport and music fan so always up for a match or gig. Easy going but also very tidy.
21 year old male. I work full time in the city and currently commute an hour each way which I want to reduce. So i am looking to find a potential roommate with which I can share an apartment. Im a friendly, relaxed, tidy person who is happy to share a few drinks and socialise on an evening. Must like dogs as I have a small Cocker Spaniel.
Hey Brisbane, What is a good flatmate? 1. Pays the rent on time 2. Pays the bills on time 3. Clean up after themselves every day 4. Brings good vibes to the house – makes it feel like a home 5. Drama free 6. Has their own life – family, friends 7. Focused and passionate 8. Doesn’t bring crazy people into the house That’s me! You don’t want to dread going home because of your weird flatmate. You want to come home to a place where you feel like you can relax, where you’re leaving work and drama at the door. I’ve been sharehousing for a long time, so I know how to join a new family of housemates and not only fit in, but help make the place feel even better. I’m a busy working professional who likes his own space, and loves having a home that feels like a sanctuary from the world. I’m a massive movie nerd who is a huge fan of music, standup comedy, healthy food and exercise. I’ve lived with some amazing people over the years… I’m looking for a house to THRIVE in, surrounded by happy, healthy people that are really driven to create a great life. Hit me up! Looking to move soon, as my current rental is being sold in late April.
Hi! I’m Keisha. I’m twenty and currently studying and working part time in catering. I’ve just graduated from Griffith and now attend qut so being close by with easy access is the goal for me. In my spare time I like to ride bikes so a safe and secure place for them (and I!) to live is a must. I’m also after a place with room for me to have a desk, be it in my room or otherwise. I’m tidy, friendly and have plenty of things to contribute (or not) to furnishing a house. I’m ready to move kind of whenever at the moment and would prefer one to two housemates. Thanks!
Hi my name is Danielle. I am studying Graphic Design to complement my Marketing degree. I am a warm, friendly and social person. I cook and eat well and healthy and I clean after myself. My hobbies are zumba and yoga, I enjoy the beach and cafes a lot and sometimes try new things like going to new places to explore. I am looking for a happy house to live in. and ideally to be good friends with people I live with and share time together.
My friend and I are looking for 2 rooms. Ideally looking for one other to join us in finding a place. I'm well versed in sharehouses and a traveller at heart. I'm easy going and respectful of space. I'm clean and tidy and introverted but love to have a drink and cook, too. I'm a scientist by day, creative by night, keen on film and the arts. My friend is currently working in library and museum archives. Has a great, albeit dry, sense of humour. She's chilled out but responsible. Very likeable.
Hi I'm Kristy. I'm currently living in Ashgrove and am looking for a new place for me and my adorable kitten (she's an exotic shorthair and super affectionate to everyone). I'm a Yoga Instructor and teach weekdays in the mornings and evenings. I'm sociable and love having my own space too. I'm usually out and about catching up with friends on the weekend and if I'm at home I like to just chill out with a game. I'm very considerate, tidy, responsible and easy to live with. I'm vegetarian but don't care if you eat meat - I totally appreciate the smell of yummy chewy bacon. I love to travel and have visited 40+ countries. I've also lived in London for a year.
I am a 22 years old guy from Basque Country who loves rock climbing, hiking, listening to all kind of music and animals. While I was studying at university I lived in three different share houses so I'm used to share. I have just ended my University Degree at Renewable Energies Engineering and I am in Australia to develop my career and live new experiences! I am tidy and clean and I like to keep the place where I live in a good state. I enjoy social life as well as I like to have time on my own.
Oh Hi, Hello!! I work full time in retail in CBD. I am very friendly easy to get along with almost everyone. I am fairly quiet, tidy, clean and more importantly respectful and trustworthy. I live an active, social and healthy lifestyle. My hobbies are fitness, beach, road trips, music production, modeling and travelling. I'm fairly chill and tend to keep to myself most of the time working on my computer desk in my room. Although I love having a good chat or hanging. I am not a party person but I don't mind going out partying over the weekends. Also I love animals and if you have any, I would adore them.
I'm a relaxed, friendly and (i think) pretty funny guy from Sydney, recently moved up to Brisbane for work. I'm really into music, I love going to gigs and i make electronic music as a hobby. I enjoy watching sports and (for lack of a better term) Mind-fuckey movies. I like to stay pretty healthy (exercise regularly, eat reasonably cleanly) and I will clean up after myself. Reasons to pick me: 1. You'll have a New South Welshman handy to make fun of when QLD inevitably wins another origin 2. Pretty much always down for a beer 3. Tall, will be able to reach high places and condescendingly pat you on the head 4. Cooks a decent spag bol
I work remotely as a full time project manager for a start up, so I have a stable income and I can be around during the day to receive your packages and grocery deliveries so you don't have to visit the post office or Coles. I have recently returned to Brisbane after living overseas in Cambodia, Nepal and Kenya for several years so I have many entertaining stories to tell. I'm house trained and I make a delicious hedgehog slice. My hobbies include boozy brunches, free concerts and sitting under a tree and reading.
Hi I'm Bartosz and I am currently studying environmental engineering at ETH Zurich in Switzerland. In mid march I am flying to Brisbane to conduct my master's thesis at the University of Queensland. I am looking for a shared flat with easy going and relaxed people who are down for some mad hangouts. Looking forward to meeting new people and getting to know the city. In my free time I enjoy skateboarding, city trips, photography and many other things. Always down for some beers on the weekend. Interested? Lets have a chat on skype!
Hiya! My names Josie I'm 24 and moving back to Brisbane! I have been living on the Sunshine Coast for the last two years and previously before that I was travelling over seas on cruise ships for 2 years. I am a hairdresser/barber by trade working full time. I am also studying a double bachelor of Design and Laws at University full time. So needless to say I'm pretty busy! I understand the meaning of personal space but I'm definitely looking for a household where we are not only roomies but friends as well! I would prefer my own bathroom but sharing is okay for the right house. I have no pets (However LOVE PETS - unless you have a pet spider.. then lets be real I'll be to scared to move in) I have my own car (so a parking space is preferable) I want to start moving from the 1st of March. Hope to hear from you soon!
I'm an American girl living in Australia. I'm 29 years old and work M-F fulltime in the CBD. I'm very clean, love to cook, and keep an active lifestyle. I don't party or like hard drugs around, but I do enjoy having a glass of wine or going out for a beer every once in a while. I like to go hiking and to the beach, but unfortunately don't have a car here. I've been living in Brisbane for over a year and I'm still trying to find my feet here, so would be great to find someone in a similar situation!
Hi there! I’m a clean and tindy person to live with (I love having a clean kitchen - but won’t be mad if you leave a mess because we’re only human 🤷🏼♀️). I’m always up for a chat and/or bevy but I’ll probably be quiet as I’ll be working. I’m respectful and reliable, so I won’t ever cause any hassle! I’m not a grump, and I’m always up for fun! ✌🏽
I am a full time engineering student, work part time as a consultant, mostly fly in fly out. I’m easygoing, considerate, quite and I clean up after myself. I'm fairly active and I spend most of my weekends (when not working or studying) out diving/climbing/skydiving or anything that sounds fun. My room mates are selling their house, I’m sure they’ll give you a great reference. I need to be out in around 6 weeks but earlier is cool. I’ve got a 4x4 that I can store elsewhere if need be but I’ll need somewhere to park my work car when I’m in Brissy. On the street is fine. Only things I’m not down with are dirty people and junkies, anything else is none of my business. Not home very often, especially on uni breaks (I think I’ve spent 2 or 3 weeks at home in the last 4 months).
Hello! I'm 27 and work full time in the city. I'm pretty relaxed and live quite an active lifestyle. I'm chilled out during the week, but pretty social during the weekends and really enjoy spending weekends away or at the beach. Ideally, I'm looking for a chilled out home with a good bunch of people with a similar mindset who don't mind sharing a wine and meal every now and then. I'm also very mindful, tidy and respectful of others and their space. If this sounds like a good fit please feel free to message me. My move in dates are flexibile and ideally I would be looking to stay somewhere for at least a year. Liz
Hey I'm Janessa, I'm 20 yrs old working full time in market research. I'm looking for one or two females of similar age to share an apartment/house with. I'm very easy going so I don't mind having chats over a drink, or keeping to myself, and would like someone the same. I'm also super clean and organised. Big animal lover so if you have pets I'm definitely down for that!
I am currently a student at UQ. I have a 2 yr old Siberian Forest cat that will be moving with me. She's absolutely precious to me, so I want to find roommates who will respect and cared for safety. I would also be interested in teaming up to rent a place like this: https://www.realestate.com.au/property-townhouse-qld-st+lucia-423219190?rsf=syn:fm:rent
