Hi, I have been house sitting on the Sunshine Coast for the past eight months but now that my husband has sold our house in Canberra and is heading up here it's time to get real and find a more steady base while we start to look around for our own house to buy in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland. I am a 47yo self funded early retiree and my husband is a 53yo almost retired maths teacher. We will be out most days looking at properties. My parents also live in Caloundra so will be spending time with them. We require a clean home with our own private bathroom, as our furniture will be in storage we will also require bedroom furniture and a good mattress will be appreciated. My husband is really tall so we need at least a queen size bed. We are honest, respectable, clean and positive people who won't get in your way or cause a fuss. I also have a current police check that I needed for house sitting and my husband also has one that he was required to have for teaching. I also have current house sitting refrences. We also have an adorable well trained and fabulous little Italian Grey Hound Jack Russell x (small dog) who we will try and take with us when we go out but if we need to keep her at home we will require a secure and safe yard for her to hang out in, she is 8 years old and will only bark if someone she does not know approaches your house. Callie is truly fabulous and my soul mate so she needs to come with us. If you are not a dog person (how can that be??) she will change your mind :-) If you think that we may suit please send me an email and I can answer any further questions that you may have. YAY Sunshine Coast, it's just so awesome up here!!!XX Shelley
Both of us are pretty quiet, prefer to read or binge watch tv shows. Can be pretty outgoing. Get along well with other people. We will both be attending USC I, Brienna, will be studing a dual bachelor of law and creative writing and Shantel will be doing criminology. Looking for 2 rooms together or to start a share house with one or two other people.
My friend Brienna and I will be attending uni in February, So you'll hardly even know we are there. We will always be on time with the rent. If need be we will also take turns in buying groceries and stuff like that.
i`m helpful, i cook and clean, i am a very independent person that`s why i need to move out, will never be late on rent, i just need someone to give me a chance
I'm currently studying fulltime at university and am looking for somewhere quiet. I've been brought up to clean up after myself so that shouldn't be a problem. I'm trustworthy, respectful and have a sense of humour. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Iam a single person who is quite the handyman around the house. I enjoy gardening & love to cook. I am a quiet, clean person who likes to be sociable & also enjoys outdoor activities.
I'm a hardworking friendly 25 year old just looking for a place to call home preferably by the start of March. I'm a tidy person who respects others space and belongings. I think I would be great to live with, I'm always up for a laugh and a chat.
Very clean and tidy and respectful of other peoples privacy. Lead a very busy schedule with work, gym and outdoor hobbies so therefore rarely home. Looking for a modern spacious room with own bathroom, close to the beach!
A happy and helpful young at heart 50 year old. Just retuning to OZ after working OS for the past 12 months. I'm easy to get a long with, pretty quiet. I can appreciate and understand other peoples space. I like to live in a clean safe environment with other friendly people. Like most people when I'm not working I enjoy relaxing, with a bit of me time. I'm due to take up a new position in Caloundra in the middle of January 2017.
I need mid-term accommodation close to Caloundra as I have work here for the next 12 - 18 months (i would prefer to do six monthly leases). I am very easy going and I will be working 10 - 12 hour days and some Saturdays. I have 2 really friendly dogs, so finding a house that will suit them is obviously a major priority for me. Interested in teaming up to sign a lease.
I,m a retired active guy. Looking to move mid December 2016. I enjoy kayaking, walking, fishing and computers. I also like interaction and discussion with others but also appreciate their right to privacy as I do my own. Have travelled a little and done some cruising.

Hi, I'm looking for a place for myself and my 1 year old staffy cross. (Indy.) I have lived in multiple shared houses before so i know how important respect, cleanliness and pulling your own weight is to keeping everybody happy. I am a very tidy person not just to live with but in general and I don't have many belongings so I don't take up any extra space. I do check the yard for anything that my dog has left and needs cleaning up. When I get home from work I like to take Indy for a run and most days after work I like to relax at home as usually I don get home until around 5 or later. I'm definitely not much of a party person so I don't have party's or people coming around for drinks, I do like to have a drink from time to time but I hardly ever get time to with how much I work. A bit about Indy , Indy is very happy, excited and playful she has been with me since she was 7 weeks old and for the first 6 months of her live it was just Indy and I in a big house so she has always slept in my room but she doesn't have to if she isn't allowed. At the moment with all the moving around and me working so much she is slowly picking up bad habits. (We are working on getting rid of them) Indy is such a well natured dog, she is always good company and all she needs is a place she knows as home so I can get her back to the way she usually is. Please consider us for your room as we are looking to get into a new home ASAP.
Hey I'm Molly and I've recently moved to the Sunshine Coast from central Queensland. I'm studying psychology next year at USC and am studying disability at tafe at the moment. I'm looking for a place to live for me and my lovely little bird, Bobbie. He is an affectionate, clean cockatiel and will have his wings clipped and be kept in a regularly maintained and clean cage, and I do like to take him out sometimes; he is a good little study buddy :) I'm currently unemployed but will be finding a job as soon as I find some more long term accomodation (just so I know which area to get a job in, since sunny coast is so big!) I'll probably be snapping up a cafe job somewhere as I have barista experience. But even as I am unemployed at the moment- I receive Youth allowance from Centrelink- under a higher rate due to my personal circumstances, so if you're worried about my income- just know that I'll even write up a personal contract between us, and that I am very good with my money and rent will always come first. Talk to me more about that sort of thing through messages :) I'm a great housemate, I'm very very clean and always tidying up ( I actually enjoy it sometimes, if i have headphones in), I'm vegetarian and love to cook- still learning a lot though. I love horse riding and am hoping to get back into that again down here, and I love the beach and reading, and art. :) I do drink when I feel the occasional urge to go out, but I'm not a party animal or anything. I'm preferably looking for somewhere cheap - 200 max, but preferably around 150 or less. Give me a message or call if you have anything suitable, and we'll be in touch. :)
I am currently living and working full-time in Brisbane. I am due to commence Uni next year at USC studying Nursing. I would like to have arranged my living arrangements before then so I can be settled for my year ahead. I am looking to find a cheap place to live - preferably with other students or like minded individuals, A place close to the beach and the Uni would be ideal. I am interested in health and fitness, yoga, surfing and nature. I am vegetarian and I enjoy living in a clean and tidy environment. I've previously lived on a cruise ship sharing a very small room with others and I currently live with close friends in Brisbane, I am very respectful of roommates and their space and enjoy getting to know new people. I am very easy going and get own well with most personality types.
I'm a 19 year old full time and part time worker looking to move out of home. I have two cats and am looking for a quiet place to live. As I work two jobs I'm not looking for a party house but do like to go out every now and then. I like to keep to myself mostly and believe I am a reliable, trust worthy person.
Hi, I'm a really easy going, happy gal who is moving up to the Sunshine Coast to start Uni in February and looking for a place to live. I'm creative, love the beach, healthy living, and going on adventures. I'm also clean, tidy, respectful and always up for a bit of socialising. I can afford up to $200 a week (inclusive of bills)

I am 18yrs and very respectful, considerate and easy going being able to fit in anywhere without drama due to my personality. I enjoy the beach and the outdoors aswell as a bit of fun however am capable of keeping to myself. The reason for the move is that I'm going to be going to uni next year studying sport and rec aswell as education. I currently am a aflq development officer. I am also open to length of stay, weekly rent amount and would prefer a furnished rental aswell as all bills included (plus internet if possible). I hope to get in contact with you, thank you.
I got a lovely place guys, good luck to yous all!! :) Hi flatmates, my name is Jack and I'm 21 years old. I study Chemistry and Environmental Science part-time at USC and I work part-time in fresh produce at Coles Maroochydore. I'm looking for something in the area that allows me to readily get between work and university. I like quiet and peaceful atmospheres. I am a considerate outside cigarette smoker. I lived in a sharehouse in Mooloolaba in '13-'14 with two other people, if you like I can give you their contact # for a reference. I also rented out my own apartment in Buderim and have my tenants ledger available if you are interested, my previous real estate agent Rachael is happy to take calls to answer any questions. I'm currently living at home here in Bli Bli and am looking to move out, as I enjoy being independent. Generally I keep everything clean as if I hadn't been there at all, this gives me peace of mind so I don't have to worry about mess. I've found rosters to work really well with house cleaning e.g bathrooms. As a person I am easy going and pretty dorky in the best way :P

I come with a small dog (a long haired dachshund) he is very old and has impeccable references he gets along with all other animals but very energetic and untrained dogs and puppies scare him.

Would like a 6 month agreement and if my partner and I haven't found a place of our own, I would extend to complete the year. I'm new to the coast, so I'd love to hear about all the wonderful things on offer here
Hey everyone! My partner Darcy and I have been living together for 5 years. Darcy is a land surveyor and I am working at a local primary school. We are pretty private people and do enjoy our own space, but are very keen on making new friends! We are passionate about travelling and living a healthy lifestyle. We are both clean and respectful people. A couple of things: - We are currently on a waiting list to own a German Shepherd puppy in late Jan/early Feb so it is more than likely we will be a trio. I'm sure it goes without saying that we would be looking for animal (dog) lovers! - We are originally from Tassie (we only moved to Sunny Coast 1 year ago) so would need people who are open to sharing the place a few times a year with family & friends! We would be happy to do the same. - We are preferably looking for a couple but are more than happy to consider an individual. Please get in touch if you would be interested :)
We are a couple looking to rent a room of our own. The most easiest going and friendliest people you'll ever meet! Quiet and give a lot of space, however we enjoy being social & always guaranteed a laugh! Clean & tidy. We both love being outdoors & love adventures.
