i'm an easygoing type of person, i enjoy meeting new people and learning from them. I am not a smoker and i have no pets and most definitely neat, tidy and pretty responsible. Looking forward to meeting you 'future house mate'*smiley face
I'm 19 and I study 2 days a week and work 2 jobs. I've been living with a roommate since I was 16 and never have had an issue paying rent or bills on time. I would like to live with another female. I like to keep my house clean and tidy, and I'm a quite person! I'm happy to get to know anyone. I'd prefer not to live with pets.
LOOKING TO STAY ANYWHERE IN ADELAIDE. A littl bit about myself, and hopefully I will be the perfect roommate or tenant you all being looking for. I'm a full time student so I won't be around the house much. Usually keep to myself as the semester progresses. I'm independent and keep to myself but also a great person to have a conversation with. I'm respectful, easy going, open minded, responsible, and a bit shy at first as I'm in a new surrounding but always up for a chat. I don't have any pets (sorry I'm not pet friendly) and an non smoker (don't mind as long as it's outside). I am looking for long time accomonmdation, preferably would like to stay in an all female house, with people who are around the same age as me. Mainly just would like to live somewhere until I finish my studies. I would like to find a place to live that is either close to my campus or has easy direct transportation to the city (preferably links to train station towards city or a nearby bus stop).
Hi there, I am looking for a room to rent for three to six months initially while I re-establish myself in my home town after travel and working interstate over the last couple of years. I'm a single professional in my mid-40s, used to share house living and looking for friendly but independent co-habitation. Furnished room is fine in the short term, and if I am to stay in Adelaide again permanently I'd like to settle in with my own things at some stage too. So at this point, I'm looking for short[ish] term living arrangements but open to something that might become longer term if the circumstances are right. Happy to chat with interested people. Taryn
I'm Lisa, 27, working full time in education. Looking to move anytime from Feb hopefully within 20-30 minutes of Lightsview (5085) as that's where I work. I'm mostly interested in beginning a new house (just as a preference) as I would like a decent yard for my 2yo pup Dutchess (who is house trained and very friendly). would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don'y mind paying a bit extra if it means i get a room with an en suite. Hoping to find people who are easy going and respectful. Feel free to contact me if you are interested Thanks :)
We are a french couple (Guillaume 29yo and Gwendoline 27yo). We are looking for a room to rent from the 27th of january for at least three month. I am a winemaker and I will work in a winery in Woodside.. My girlfriend will look for a job in hospitality in the city. We are nice, easy going, and tidy people. We love to cook and share a meal, and some wine.
Moving back to Adelaide from rural SA for a new job. I am experienced in living in share houses and have always enjoyed the company of having room mates of a similar age. I enjoy cooking, keeping fit (netball and hiking... hoping to take up gymnastics) and trying to master various hobbies (current: ukelele and gardening). I will be working full time as a paediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) and would likely be out often on the weekends also.
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean and tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide and reasonably close to shops and public transport . I have some furniture in storage. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying.
Hi Potential Housemates, I'm studying education at Magill and am looking for a place for 3-4 years. I don't have a car. I like children but can't do school pickups due to a chaotic schedule this year. I like dogs and am allergic to cats. I pay rent on time and clean up after myself. I want to live with people who don't smoke (including socially or outside) or do drugs. I am conscious of energy usage but grateful for air-conditioning and heating on extreme weather days; fans will suffice if no air-con available. I'm flexible on the moving date. If I find the right fit, I'm happy to sign or pay a deposit to secure a place. The important thing is finding people and a house that I fit. I speak Japanese and basic Spanish. I can contribute to setting up a new place but I don't need the best of everything, I'm happy to buy 2nd hand. I have most of my bedroom furniture, except for a double bed. I have a mattress but my bed broke in transit. I can buy one when I move if necessary. If you have a room that is partly furnished and still big enough to take my furniture (includes 4 large bookshelves), that's ok too. I look forward to hearing from you. Juanita
Easy going guy who loves to connect with others but also enjoys time alone. Respectful and considerate of others. Live an active lifestyle and often out during the week and on weekends but doesn't mind staying in from time to time.
I'm single and I've been to afew countries so I have abit of knowledge! I enjoy some good red wine and going to a nice bar/pub and clubbing every now and then to hit the dance floor. I love music..mostly R&b, acoustic. I'm not too much of a loud person.. but I do love to chat :) I'm clean, respectful and easy to live with so make a good house mate/friend I get along with pretty much everyone, my dog is really friendly too! Me and 3yo husky are looking for a place..I take him to the dog park everyday unless its raining. He loves his toys and we both love the beach and exploring :) I was born in Adelaide and enjoy cooking! I'm looking to rent as long as possible. I work in a childcare centre, I work as a fulltime Nanny and work in a childcare centre casually. I also try to keep fit, I'm at Bootcamp 3 days a week in North Adelaide and enjoy going on hikes. We would love to hear from you!
Hi i'm returning to uni to do a masters but I work part time also to pay the bills :) I've flat shared countless times - I keep to myself when i'm studying but always up for a chat. I eat healthy (most of the time) I love dining out and I like to keep active when I can by running, walking, gym, sports. I always keep general living areas tidy, always clean up after myself and I'm pretty easy going. Oh and wine and cheese are probably there highlight of my week! I'm going to italy for 2 weeks which is why i don't want to move until after i get back on the 12th of Feb. I would prefer to live with a couple of people but am also willing to look at 2 bedroom places. If its a 4bedroom house there must be a second bathroom - i don't need that sort of stress in the morning. 4 people maximum household. non smokers, no couples please but dogs are a bonus :)
I am 24 years old with a full time job in admin. I was born in Adelaide and I studied for 3 years in uni, now I am ready to move out of my parents house. I get along with everyone and have an easy going attitude. I keep to myself and respect others privacy (but I will also happily go out for food, coffee, walks etc). I am also clean and tidy! My hobbies include hiking, scuba diving, and I love the beach!
Two hard working professionals who enjoy keeping active and are friendly and outgoing. We take pride in our home and are extremely neat and tidy. We have a Kelpie x who is adorable and well trained. Spends most of his day in the sun and likes to sleep on his mat next to our bed at night. We are hoping to find a home with some cool people, while we save to one day buy our own place.
I am a primary school teacher who is allergic to cats. I feel like that's all the important information... I also own a very fancy washing machine.... I have noticed washing machines are a selling point! 😉
Yo! Hello prospective dwelling-sharers! Plants, art and social/ eco justice are my main themes. I'm a gardener by trade, this year mainly focusing on completing my studies (PT) in horticulture and conservation. I'll grow us some greens and veggies. I've got illustration/ design skills and volunteer for an excellent creative activism group. I'm wanting home to be a relaxing space with a "homey" feel to it. I'm clean and relatively tidy, and will fairly share householdy tasks, but also won't pedantic it up. I hope to share some cooking/ meals together, maybe over a glass of wine. I'm a "mostly-vegetarian". For fun I enjoy bush walking, camping, swimming, sewing, reading, word-play and photography. I'm responsible, loyal, creative and value honesty, kindness, relative stability and sass. While I'm sometimes off-the-scale introverted, I'll always be up for quality conversations, scuba-diving style. Looking for like-mindedish, respectful people. No thanks if you're into drugs/ smokes/ excessive drinking. If it sounds like we'd get along, send me a message! Cheerio!
I am clean and tidy. Love to cook. I am a non smoker and non drinker. I love to read and enjoy my own company, but still enjoy social interaction and outings. I am Australian born of Maltese/English heritage. I enjoy movies and meeting family and friends and spending time with my nieces.
Do transcriptions online at home at moment. Looking for somewhere up to around 130/140 per week. Clean and quiet and considerate are my main things. Lived in a shared house in Gilles Plains for 4 years till recently, but had to vacate, landlord rearranging it. Current rent a bit higher at moment, so maybe somewhere to shave off $1000 or so over a year. Preferably somewhere south of Montague Rd/Ingle Farm, (still within 15-20 min of CBD). At least around 6 months, going to Europe for a month in July.
Hello! My name is Tiarna and I'm a 23 year-old theatre-loving makeup artist with a keen interest in writing. I have a fun, bubbly, cheeky personality and love a glass of wine on a Friday night with whoever's up for it. I hope I'm fun to live with.
Where to begin... I'm a friendly, generally happy, pleasant person to be around. I like to bake. My hobbies include writing short stories and drawing cartoons, and I love nay kind of adventure that includes a picnic or something interesting to photograph. I'm a giant nerd - I love Doctor Who and Lord of the Rings, as well as playing board games and card games. I have a sense of humour and a thirst for learning new things. I waste a lot of time on random Wikipedia pages. My boyfriend comes over a lot, we mainly watch movies and cook together. (also. He has a great beard.) I won't make a ruckus, I will listen to music while I write and draw, but I won't have it on heaps loud. Fret not, dear future housemate. Oh, and I have a deep abiding passion for good coffee.
Reliable, clean, father of one that lives with mother so I'm not in to partying but focus on working, going to gym, playing sport and spending time with my son
I'm in Adelaide for doing an Internship at the water treatment plant located in Hope Valley. I would like somewhere between the city and Hope Valley. About myself, I like sport and I have a girlfrien living at Adelaïde too. I will be enjoyed to meet you and to share these 4 months in a new flat/houseshare. I'm used to living in flatshare because I did it in Adelaide during the winter (3 months) then in Montréal (4 months). So I'm sure all will be going fine.
I’m quite, friendly but keep to myself. I’m a lot more comfortable chilling out at home then going out and it’s very unlikely I’ll be home late 😂 I work Full time as a child care educator and have a kitty called Charlie who is very cuddly but keeps to himself 😊 I’m on a delivered meal plan weekly so i won’t be making many dishes but I am a very clean person anyway who looks after themselves. 😊
Laid back and easy going. Get along with pretty much everyone. Like to have my own space but always keen to binge watch a Netflix series or five. I work part time at a gym and love keeping active. Not in any hurry to move, rather just keeping my options open. I love modern, spacious houses. If you think you have a place that I might like, feel free to message me. Also keen to team up with someone!
I'm a country girl who has recently turned 18 and moved to the city to work as a dental assistant in Modbury and to study at Adelaide Uni. While I have never rented before, I am a respectful and sensible person to share a home with, while still being fun and outgoing socially. Ideally I would like to share a house with people similarly aged to myself, and I don't mind living co-ed. I'm currently on an unlimited internet contract and would love to bring and share that internet in the new house. I'm looking at moving out of my current accommodation in the new year after my job settles down and I am able to predict how much I'll be earning. While I love being proud of my home, I don't want to be spending more than $170 per week on rent and bills, and would therefore prefer to share with multiple people to keep costs to a minimum. Please message or text me if you're interested in finding a place to share with me! I would love to catch up for a chat or for coffee to meet you!
Hi, I'm looking for share accommodation close to the city, I'm 51, very responsible, mature, non smoker, professionally employed in real estate. I have a maltese dog (10) and my own home in the country, so I would only be there during the week. Thanks!
We are a couple from Brazil just arriving in Australia. We are easy to live and get along with. We don't drink or like to party too much, our ideal date with friends is movies, games, and conversation. We can speak Portuguese, English, Spanish and Chinese, which can facilitate the dialogue between roommates. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have.
Hi, I'm Kris, If you want a stable, sensible, neat housemate, who is an excellent cook and mixer of exemplary cocktails, look no further. I run my own business, whilst studying Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience full time. This keeps me quite busy and has me sequestered in front of a screen or book, or with clients and out of trouble for much of the day. I don't play loud music, and late, raucous nights are something that you do not need to worry about. I generally keep pretty fit, Running, riding, gym, various martial arts. If there is somewhere to install a small boxing bag, that would be just dandy. If there is a shed or space (about 4 square metres) available for my tools, I would be very happy. I am a capable gardener and handyman. I am looking for an unfurnished room, big enough to fit a queen double, I will also need room for a desk, bookshelves and a metric tonne of books... I may be exaggerating a little... maybe. Complimentary bonuses that come with my residence: Tools and someone who knows how to use them Regular kitchen knife sharpening Costco Membership Amazon prime video Leather repair service Jar opening and top shelf reaching services A green thumb (figuratively, not literally) The understanding ear of a professional counsellor Free cocktail making lessons A sparring partner in boxing, BJJ and MMA A free set of steak knives! * One, maybe two housemates would be great**, I am, however, severely allergic*** to drama, gangstas, kleptomaniacs, neurotics, regular illicit drug users, people who form opinions without checking facts, people who throw their phones, the highly religious, mean drunks, and bees**** I'm looking to move sometime in the first half of December, I have a couple of weeks wriggle room on the date. If this all works for you, and you are on the eastern side of Adelaide, within a stone's throw of Magill Rd, I look forward to hearing from you * While stocks last. ** Furry housemates don't count towards the total. Especially dogs. *** I break out in a serious case of NOPE **** Actually I'm not really allergic to bees, I quite like them... and their sweet sweet honey.
