Hi, I'm Sonny from Jakarta, Indonesia. I'll be taking my master degree at University of Melbourne in July this year. I'd love doing sport or reading in my leisure time. I'm looking for a simple one-person room for staying during my study.
My friend Simona and I are looking for 2 rooms in either a sharehouse or a 2/br place. I will be returning from exchange in France for my last semester at unimelb studying geography/politics/french and Simona who I have met in France from norway is coming for a semester exchange at unimelb studying comparative politics! I consider myself a plant mum and I live for live music and a good sunset. Simona is savagely funny, loves a good conspiracy/true crime podcast and is very well travelled, so name a place and she has recommendations for everything! I am 22 and Simona is 21 and we both have previous rental experience living in share houses. We’re quirky, fun and motivated people and we love a good dinner party and a nice glass of wine! We arrive back in Australia mid July from France, but we are very prepared to pay rent from now. I also have friends in Melbourne who could do an inspection on our behalf if need be, and we are available to do a video call so we can properly chat as well!! Simona will be staying until end of November/early December, and I can either move out at a similar time, or stay on the lease for à longer period as I’ll likely be working in melbs after I finish my degree in December.
Hi all, I’m an easy going guy from South Africa. Looking for housemates to share a house with lol. Ideally looking to build friendships with people that have a love for life, nature and other individuals. As long as you’re a good person, you meet my housemate T’s&C’s, so contact me if you would like to discuss accommodation options.
Hi, I am Tapojoy, a Master’s degree student at RMIT University and will be arriving in Melbourne on 9th July. I am looking for a short stay around Melbourne CBD for two people - male and female, preferably a double bedroom from 9th July onwards for a minimum of 2 - 3 weeks. Please confirm the availability and the cost including all other charges. As per my friends' feedback, I'm considered to be a genuine and pun-loving person, definitely a foodie, and a big-time movie/pop-culture lover.
I'm a 32 year old gainfully (over) employed ex-research scientist (neuroscience, genetics and environmental engineering), now teaching casually at RMIT, working for state government and volunteering/working on passion projects in my spare time. Looking for a sunny, friendly long-term home a bit closer to the CBD so I can stroll/cycle to work. I love to travel (25+ countries), cook, read, a cosy glass of red and interesting conversations. One current passion project is a book on the science and psychology of love - if you have thoughts on the subject let me know! :)
First year at University of Melbourne, and this would be my first time away from family. Generally keep to myself and willing to contribute. Currently looking for work. Looking for an affordable place close to transport or uni.
