I've been catching my breath at Rainbow Beach for the past 4 months with my 2 1/2 year old Belgian Shepherd and we will be returning back to the Sunshine Coast mid-April. I started to make a career change a couple of years ago and recently finished a Masters at USC to help that process along, so for the past couple of weeks I've been putting out the job applications on the coast and will continue until I find something that fits. Fingers crossed it happens sooner rather than later, but I'm not putting myself under a heap of pressure. I'm pretty relaxed these days and love to work and swim and generally hang out at the beach with my dog as much as I can. She has a beautiful and affectionate nature - but she is always on guard - so you would have to be cool with that. Anyway, despite my age, I am really young at heart and love to have a laugh and a party when the time is right.
We are a married professional working couple seeking another long term couple / fifo worker. We would love to share a large home between Wurtulla & Peregian Springs with a like minded couple. $300-$400 per week, each couple. Starting late April/early May. 6 or 12 month lease. (Ideally a beach front location) We have recently returned to the Sunshine Coast after residing in Sydney for 5 years. Who are we: Young married working professionals, who have relocated to the Sunshine Coast for a life change, who wants to live in the city these days!? We are after a "retreat" style home to unwind & relax, with a wine or two after work. We live a fit and active lifestyle, nonsmokers and would love to find a like minded couple! With an excellent tenancy ledger of 6+ years renting, we are reliable and trustworthy. With two friendly house trained low allergenic cats we hope a couple would come to love our boys. Rebecca works fulltime in Allied Health, while Justin is currently transitioning from the Navy to a sparky, also working fulltime. We have good quality furniture & are happy to supply the main furniture pieces. However we are flexible and would appreciate working with your circumstances. About you: We are seeking a like minded fun couple, who respects everyones privacy and will treat the home as their own. Non-smokers are essential. Open to having dinner parties on occasion. Excellent tenancy ledger, able to provide their share of a bond, share the rental lease agreement, 2 references min. Ideally loves cats! We also love dogs - so if you have a small dog we have no issue. If you like what you see, we'd love to hear from you! Send through a PM with your circumstances. * We understand some may be hesitant with cats. For the right couple who can commit long term we will consider leaving our boys with family. ~ Justin & Bec
I'm looking to rent a MODERN, clean, 1 bed, 1 bath and undercover car space. 6 month lease to start but planning to stay for 1 year + I'm a full time wedding and events co-ordinator looking to move to the Sunshine Coast in the next week as I'm starting a new job. I've grown up in a family full of girls and being an event manager I am OCD when it comes to having a clean, organised and well decorated home:)
Pretty chill, enjoy fitness, staying healthy, exploring consciousness. Meditation, yoga, cycling, running, climbing, appreciating the moment... Enjoy culinary experimentation and a well kept kitchen. Wild party years are behind me. Let's be real -- I'd like to live with adults and not adult children.
Looking for a place for myself and my 3 year old lab/kelpie who is an outside dog. I am clean, non-smoker, quiet, not a partier. I work as a dental assistant and am also studying part time.
Easy going, respectful, social. Clean and tidy but not worried about how others live. I'm financially responsible. I'm a zoologist- run my own business and am away often. Love the outdoors and the Sunshine Coast - lived here 15 years now. Outgoing but laid back, environmentally responsible but pragmatic - value everyone's unique lifestyle choices! Looking for likeminded people. Not particularly looking for a party house but can and will have my arm twisted! Love pets, looking for short term-ish stay initially 3 months or so but if the house and people are right I'd be happy to sick around. Would push the budget for the right place and right crew! Cheers!
New to the Sunshine Coast, love the beach and getting outdoors, to work on my surfing skills! Emma is working in healthcare and Aaron as an electrician, we are both quiet, relaxed but like to hang out and chat.
Hello, my name is Summer Rose and my partner's name is Kyle, we are a very hard working couple, I work in Nursing and am due to study in the 2nd semester (June/July) and Kyle works in Tourism as a JetSki tour guide. Mature graphic design graduate from the University of the Sunshine Coast; an art gallery attendant; creative entrepreneur with illustration being a speciality. I have an ethereal nature, a quiet one to have around and mind my own business. Very clean and tidy chap! :-) Seeking a room from April 2017 (for 3-4 months) with weekly rent rate to be inclusive of all bills. I would suit a mature household/apartment: Semi-retired, retired, or out 'n out professionals who need someone to put the front door night light on for them. Valid blue card and have no problem with pets. I can provide great references from past and current tenancies, so feel free to contact me if you require more information, if you are genuinely interested.
I am a respectful, quiet but sociable 22 y/o male looking for a place to move into in the first week of March. I need a place to call home for 6 months to a year. I have a full time job working Monday to Friday and most weekends I will be in Brisbane. In my spare time I aim to be at the beach or partaking in various outdoor activities.
Hey! My name is Emily, and I am 18. I recently moved to the sunny coast and am very willing to get to know some new people. I am looking at the moment for a share house, I currently have a bartending job in Coolum so any where around that area would be amazing! I would be easy to live with as I am friendly, and respectful of other peoples space. I am also very easy to get along with! A downside would be I work in bartending usually 5 nights a week so get home late at night, however I would try my best to be quiet:) Planning on staying here longterm and Cant wait to see whats to come :)
I'm easy going, tidy and clean. Im an osteopath and work 4 days a week. When I'm not at work I like to be somewhere near the water or practicing yoga! Looking for someone that is tidy and easy to get along with :)
Hi my name is Ali, i currently work at Cricks auto group in Noosa as a 2IC in parts. I am clean, organized, self sufficient and i enjoy a drink. I am looking for somewhere to live with people that are like minded, clean people that enjoy kicking back and having a good time. I am respectful, and i do appreciate and understand the need for alone time.
I'm a 26 year old female who works full-time in Noosa. Love to keep busy with training before work and Pilates or yoga in the afternoons. I enjoy keeping to myself but always up for a chat or a coffee! Preferably after something long term.
Hey! Im a 23 yr old to be student, moving from Wollongong NSW to the Sunshine Coast for a bit of a change, I have spent the last few years travelling on and off and have decided to stop for a while and take up a Bachelor of Animal Ecology at USC in the upcoming semester. Because im new to the area id love to live with other students or those in my age range interested in making friends and enjoying dinners and days out together. I love getting outdoors and being adventurous, camping and water sports are what I would normally be up to on an average weekend. I love to cook and make almost all of my own meals at home, and enjoy a beer or wine on any occasion. I dont mind sharing with men and women, preferably looking for a furnished room, but not a priority.
I currently live in Noosaville and work part time in Noosa junction. My lease ends in my current unit in two weeks so I'm currently trying to find a new place to move to! I'm clean, tidy and respectful of my other house mates. I spend most of my spare time at the beach. I'm really easy going, pretty social but also love my own space.
I'm a fun, out going, respectful housemate. Enjoy time to myself, however love to have a good chat, play board games and have big group dinners if that's what you'd like to do. Love to read, draw, write, go to the beach, go on hikes! I'm a clean person, i definitely keep things tidy and clean up after myself, but am not absolutely anal about things being spotless.
We are pretty easy going, I like to run and do casual exercise. Nothing too hardcore. I also like to cook when I can. I enjoy having a social drink or two, but definitely not a big drinker. I like to read and binge watch on netflix... You know, normal stuff. I'm pretty tidy most of the time and I like it when other people are too. Im moving from Sydney for work, which is located in Eumundi. Ely is a Pilates instructor so lives an active lifestyle too. She is very friendly and social and would be a fantastic flatmate for any like-minded house. We both come with great references.
