Hi, I'm Simon. I'm 29, currently studying teaching at Melbourne Uni, and work 2 days a week as an ICT manager in a school. I'm looking to move up because the trek from Geelong has gotten old. I am passionate about science, tech, and learning new things. I enjoy cooking, and sharing the results; I'm also quite handy at repair and fixing computer problems. I'm not a partier, but do enjoy socialising with a good group of friends.

I am respectful to my environment and my other housemates and expect the same too. Looking forward to meeting you.

Hello, My name is Joel. I am a friendly, organised, neat and tidy 34 year old Male, who works full time and enjoys music, books, documentaries and bike riding. I am looking for a creative household to call home in the Northern suburbs. Love to hear from you.
Hi. I'm a mature professional working as a Software Engineer and business owner. I enjoy keeping active, catching up with friends, enjoying weekend breakfasts at a local cafe, and working to grow my business which is in the video game industry. At home I like a peaceful space that I like to keep clean (not OCD), and that is smoke-free. I am an honest, fun and friendly guy who is very respectful and easy to live with. I am up for sharing the odd movie and having a chat after work. I also respect other peoples privacy and space. I'm not looking to join a party house, but am more looking to share with someone who likes to keep a clean and tidy home, who understands that it is our shared private space, who is mature and reasonably quiet and respectful.
We're late 20s full time professionals looking to find one other person to move in with us and our border collie pup. We're looking for someone who won't be home much, and who will be low key when they are. In return we are willing to cover all bills - you'll just need to pay your portion of the rent. We'd still like to get to know you and hang out from time to time, share some meals, have some drinks etc. Jono works in logistics in the Northcote area, likes punk rock and baseball, and rides a motorbike. Rebecca works as a teacher in the Glenroy area, likes dancing and theatre, and has a small car. We both work normal hours Monday-Friday. Adelie is a stay at home dog, likes playing fetch and giving cuddles, and prefers to run wherever she goes. We're after a place ~$600 pw, ideally with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms are optional but bathrooms is essential. A spacious house would be good as our pup likes to frolick sometimes. House also requires a backyard. We're currently renting in Footscray on a monthly basis, so we have flexibility to wait for the right person and the right place. We have all of the furniture and gear to fit a place out, so you'd really only need to have stuff for your bedroom. Cheers,
Hi! I'm a Canadian PhD student looking for long-term accommodations in Melbourne. I'm here for a 3 year program on a fully funded research scholarship. I'm friendly, tidy, and courteous. Looking for a flat to call home for the duration of my studies with move in dates Feb 21st - Feb 26th.
Hi there! My name is Casey, I recently moved from Brisbane to Melbourne and currently a full-time uni student studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. I love sport and socialising, but also love having my own space at times and respect that of others too. I'm a neat and tidy person and would love to find a place where I can easily make new friends. :)
I honestly enjoy being tidy and am respectful of everyone's space. I enjoy meeting people and hanging out. I'm undergoing my bachelor's degree at Latrobe uni and work part time as well. Being outdoors, and living a healthy balanced lifestyle is important to me. Feel free to contact me.
I am a recent Kiwi expat with over four years experience living in a range of share houses across New Zealand. I love being a part of a share house that I can call home and from previous experience all of my past flatmates have become life long friends so ideally I will find something similar here in Melbourne. I am fairly relaxed guy, enjoy doing my bit to keep the flat tidy, keeping active, having a laugh or a yarn and kicking back either by having a few drinks or watching a movie. Hoping to find a pre-exsisting group that will be willing to adopt me as I begin to settle into life in Melbourne.
Hi, I am Clare, 35 from North East England in the UK and have recently emigrated after my permanent visa was granted..this is a very exciting time for me! I am a professional looking for accommodation, initially for a 6 month period whilst I acclimatise to my new home, however if I settled well then I may be looking for a longer stay. I need the accommodation from the 17th March 2018, as this is when my Air B and B expires. I am sensible and considerate and looking to get along with others whilst I make this transition. I am very much into sports, as a keen triathlete am often out training and typically fit this in before and/or after work. I own my own home in the UK, therefore appreciate the hard work that goes into owning and maintaining this, therefore I will be clean, tidy and respectful of your accommodation. Whilst I get myself set up with work, I am flexible in terms of inspections so I can accommodate your availability. I look forward to meeting you :)
Hey everyone! I’m a responsible, clean, friendly musical type looking for a new home! EITHER: - Sublet/short term/housesit for 2-3 months, $600/month or less - OR long term/permanent home for about 1yr+ $700/month or less (will consider more for the perfffeck place tho). Available to move in NOW. Read on for details! I'm a 28 year old friendly & housetrained musician, I have a steady income teaching voice, modelling, & working in events. Been renting for 11 years and never had trouble paying rent or bills. I'm super clean & tidy. I sing a lot but I'm apparently pretty good at it. (I don't mind if you sing badly though! No judgement!) I don't drink much but up for a wine now and then, I don't smoke (no indoor smoking houses please). Looking for somewhere preferably northside, no more than 20min drive to Brunswick, preferably more like 20min cycle or if not then close to trains :) I wanna live in a HOME, not just a house... with friendly people who have their own lives and value time alone, but also want to hang out regularly/chat at the end of the day over a meal or wine or tea and do stuff together now and then. I'm done with houses where I hardly ever see anyone, time for a housefam vibe! Bonus points if you're musical/artsy, especially if you like funky music, and the decor style is art & houseplants. If you don’t have a TV that’s A-OK with me. Super bonus if the house gets good sunlight…! I need somewhere off-street to chain up my little postie motorbike (garden/side path is fine). --- For shortterm places: Looking for somewhere til early or late May. $600/month or below would be best. Open to roomshare for the right place/people. --- For longterm places: I come with hardly any furniture (so I'm looking for an already established place), but I do have a (very small, halfsize upright) piano I would love to bring, so hopefully there's a nook for it somewhere? (you are welcome to play it!) If there’s no room for it / already a piano in the house (!) I can put it in my studio, so no biggie. I'll be away for 2 months in either May/June or June/July, so you'd need to be okay with me sub-letting my room during that time (but I am very protective of my home & belongings, so you can bet your booty I'll be choosy about who comes in, and you get a say in it too of course.) --- Hit me up if you think I might be a good match for your home! I can move in literally any day but really need to find somewhere by the end of Feb. xox
I've been share housing since I was 16 and have lived with all kinds of people. I get along best with people who are kind, compassionate, independent, creative and who clean (at least occasionally) and contribute to the running of the household. I like to think that I am all these things, as well as understanding, non judgemental, supportive and patient. I respect people's right to live their life as they see fit (consenting adults and all that jazz) and understand that being human can be a bit shit sometimes and we're all doing our best. I'm in the midst of a career change, figuring I may as well do something I enjoy if I can get away with it. So I'm transitioning into event coordination and taking any event related job until someone gives me the full time event job I want. That means that sometimes I'll barely be home, and other times I'll always be home. I always pay my bills on time. Things that I like to do with my free time include cuddling cats and doggos, free food foraging, dumpster diving, baking (I like food), reading, watching my favourite tv shows, or pursuing a creative endeavour (currently crocheting jellyfish for premature babies and making some plans for an amazing costume for Burning Seed). Let me know if you think I'm the kind of person who'll fit into your household and we can make a time for me to meet and see the place. Have an awesome day.

Hey guys, just a friendly chick here looking for a place to call her own. I’m very clean so don’t worry about me making any mess :) Would be a roomie that is welcoming, friendly and fun, but also respectful of space. Currently working part-time in retail and am going to start study this year. I'm a mean cook, love to travel, drink loads of T2, read books and go to music festivals in my spare time. Hello, I will be uprooting from Sydney to Melbourne (long-term) in a month's time for work and seek a roof over my head for when I hit the ground. I've been living in a share situation for the past few years and am not fussy in most regards. I'm quite pensive and adopt a simple approach to lifestyle. I imagine like most, I appreciate some space, quiet, cleanliness and friendly vibes in the environment.
