I am very clean and organised with bills and living expenses. I'm easy to get along with, and keep to myself most of the time. I'm a professional hairdresser that loves movies and tv. I have a very fluffy cat called Marmalade, she is very affectionate and loving with most people.
Hi! My name is Lizzie, I'm 21 and studying ancient history and archaeology full-time at Macquarie University. I've lived out of home before so I know the drill. :) I live in Canberra at the moment, but am looking to move up to Sydney (either near Macquarie Uni or near public transport that’ll take me there, listed suburbs are just ideas) in mid-late April (can be flexible with dates), until mid July with the possibility of staying the rest of the year. I’m generally pretty quiet, a bit of a hermit and I like my own space, but I’m also very friendly and don’t mind a chat or to hang out occasionally. In my free time, I play video games and other dorky stuff like that. And of course, you can have access to my consoles if you like, but I warn you, I’m a demon at Mario Kart! :) I’m currently in the process of cutting down and quitting smoking. When I do smoke, I try to be considerate about it. I NEVER smoke indoors (or even near open windows/doors) or in the vicinity of non-smokers, and I keep my space clean. I try not to smell of smoke, either. Other than that, I’m pretty easy to live with. My party days are behind me, I just enjoy an occasional glass of wine. Very happy to share meals or catch up every now and then, and to give you space when you need it. I'm also fine with living with children and am happy to babysit (I worked in childcare for three years!). Pets are definitely fine with me, but I can’t live with cats, I’m deathly allergic. I clean up after myself, particularly in common areas. Furnished room would be helpful but not a requirement. Own bathroom would be a huge plus, happy to pay a bit extra for one. Not wanting to share a bedroom, sorry. I receive a regular income and my scholarship pays for most of my other expenses so you don't have to worry about my rent/bills being paid on time! Well, I think that’s it! Any questions, send me a message. Hope to find my new home soon! :)
Hi I am moving over from Perth to Sydney to work as an IT professional. Clean, quiet 9-5 guy who enjoys an active lifestlye so I won't be home most of the time probably at the gym or eating out. Yup I am a foodie ! And if I am home I'll probably be watching netflix or chill with my new housemates or in my room not disturbing anyone. Cheers !
Hi :) - Looking for either just myself or with my boyfriend. - We’re both quiet, relaxed & love travelling. Not social animals but happy to watch TV & have a drink together. - Will keep the room/house tidy. - We have 2 cats. They’re sually outdoors during the day & indoors at night (will have a small cat litter box in our room that we’ll change daily so there’s no smell, & vacuum daily so no hair build up). - Both shift workers so hours coming & going will vary. Adam works full-time, I dropped down to part-time as am going back to uni July 2018. - Hoping to stay somewhere for 1-2 years from May 2018. - Happy to share with anyone regardless of age/race/gender/religion/etc. Only musts would be non-smoking house due to asthma. - Both have cars but can park on the street.
I’m very organished and neat, I always clean up after myself and acknowledge the need for privacy. I’m usually very busy besides working so I spend lots of time out and about. I’m an actress so that takes up a lot of my time as I’m currently trying to further my career. I’m easy to live with and have a good sense of humour and always love a good night in with a good movie! Currently looking for employment in Sydney as I’m moving down from Newcastle.
I am 27 and an Electrician . I am easy going, friendly, respectful of other people's privacy and very clean and tidy. I'm also pretty quiet and often as not at home as I spend majority of my time spends on working. On weekends I spend my time outdoors and often at home relaxing.
I'm an easy going guy working in engineering field in the city. I like music, movies, travel, salsa dancing (skip for a while now), tennis, golf, karate, table tennis.. like to try out any active activities if having chance. Looking for a home which is spacious enough to give relaxing environment after busy working days and love to stay with positive flatmates who enjoy to share some good laughs and possibly share some social activities during the weekend.
Hi, I'm Georgina and I just started a full time job in Sydney and am looking for somewhere to move in asap. I'm from Newcastle and am a down to earth person who doesn't mind having a drink or two with mates. I like going out on the weekends, but also enjoy sleep ins. I have a one year old cat who I'd love to bring to Sydney with me, but I'm also ok with just visiting her on weekends in Newcastle. I'm a clean person who loves animals and going to the beach, drop me a line!
Hello :) I'm newish to Sydney for work and looking for my next abode to call home. I'm well travelled, open minded, positively orientated and into conscious living. I love my home to be my retreat space where I can relax and regenerate. I try my best to be clean and tidy, respectful and considerate to live with. I love to swim, run, dance, meditate, do yoga, be with nature, experiment with raw food and permaculture. Would love to share with folks who are similarly minded. I'm working in the CBD and looking for accommodation with good transport links. .
Hi there, My name is Matilda, I am 21 and am looking for a room to rent. I am currently working full time at an early learning centre while I complete my training to become an early childhood teacher. I have been renting a place for the last 6 months but am looking to move a little closer to work. I am a friendly, independent person who enjoys movies, listening to music and catching up with friends but am not much of a party person. I look forward to hearing from you. :)
Hey I'm Jess. I have recently moved from Tassie for work. I'm staying with my sister temporarily in Kensington, but I'm looking to move to the North Sydney area, as I am going to agist my horse in Terrey Hills. I also have two cats; Rufus and Dusty (currently still living in Tassie) that I would love to bring to Sydney. They are friendly but pretty quiet and keep to themselves, they get along really well with dogs. I work full time in the city and keep pretty busy on the weekends. I enjoy keeping active, cooking (and eating it too!), horse riding and travelling. I would love to find a place where I can meet some new people and go on some new Sydney adventures. I'm super neat and tidy and easy to get along with=D I previously owned my own house, so I have pretty much everything needed (like every kitchen utensil/appliance imaginable!) except furniture and white goods. I'm not looking to move until about May, but would move earlier if I find the right people/place. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi! I consider myself easy going, friendly, organised and responsible. I like to respect each other's privacy and space but at the same time always open for a chat or casual light drink. I’m a very neat & tidy person and enjoy to share accommodation with someone who is like minded. I often work 6 days a week and usually out of the house by 6:30am until late afternoon or evenings. Well on weekends (Sunday's), if I’m not catching up with my sleep, you’ll find me occupied watching some NetFlix 😊

Clean, tidy, easygoing full time worker who enjoys Latin dancing, snowboarding, scuba diving, swimming looking for another person or two who can clean after themselves and make the place I can call home comfortable and clean to stayespecially after a long day at work. I use kitchen a lot in the morning for breakfast and also preparing lunch but never leave dishes unwashed. I cook dinner almost everyday too and never leave dishes overnight so I expect the same cleanliness. I have stayed in a two bedrooms apartment for the last 5 years and have two bedroom worth of furniture including laundry washer, fridge, coffee machine etc etc which I am happy to offer if I do teamup with someone.
Hi, I am a caring gentle person with a creative side and good sense of humour. I like being outdoors in nature, and am passionate about dancing. I am currently studying psychology at macquarie uni. I am very quiet and easygoing person, enjoy socialising and will keep the house tidy and clean. I am over 50 but very young for my age and get a long well with younger age groups.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
hey I'm Kat and I'm half Thai so therefor I make amazing food! I'm quite introverted and work full times but a Netflix binge, wine and board game is something I'm always down for. I'm also super duper neat and clean and will always have the place looking super cosy and home-y!
Update: I've just got my own 3 bed house half way between normanhurst and waitara train stations. About 10 mins walk to both. It's a large home and I'll have 2 bedrooms available for rent with off street, out of view parking for everyone (not garaged). I just moved in 24/02/18, so need a week to setup the house. One bedroom is really large with full wall mirrored built-ins and the other a bit smaller with a small cupboard but no built-ins. I'll put up a listing once I've got the house setup. Preferably share with other full-time workers of any age. Budget is approximate + expenses. I'm a full-time Finance/IT professional, been in my current place by myself for 13 years. Unfortunately Landlord needs his place for his Son and I can't find a new place for the same rent so looking to teamup. Somewhere less than 10 mins walk to a train station. As I've been living by myself I have furnishings and house stuff for everything except a 2nd bedroom - washing machine, couches, cooking, home entertainment etc. (open to sharing an existing place but I have a lot of stuff, so need more than just a bedroom - minimum of off street parking plus secure storage for my bike and car things). I'm nice, friendly, easy-going, non-smoker, non-drinker, and vegetarian (I don't care if you're not :)). I'm clean, but far from fussy about things. I just need to sleep at night - so expect people to be respectful of noise late at night. Don't mind people coming over but I'm not a huge party person. Non-smokers only please. I'm not around much most weekends. I spend more time editing photos in my personal time (part-time photography business) than anything else, intertwined between cycling, guitars, gym, motorbikes and race cars.
Just graduated as a Registered Nurse. Currently working as an assistant nurse at the SAN until I start full-time work in June. Looking for a place that would be suitable for me, preferably a self-contained granny flat or private room with ensuite. I tend to keep to myself and would love a place that would allow a small dog :)
Hi future roommate person/s! How weird is it to write about yourself? I'm a 25 year-old male slave working and studying full-time. I’ve just moved up from Melbourne to Sydney to study at USYD. With whatever time I have spare I love to chill with video games, watching anime and having the odd Mario Kart competition to assert my dominance (Fkn shotgun Peach bruh). I also part take in the masochistic activity of learning Japanese 😭. I'm a bit of a dork, love to make people laugh and find the humour in almost anything. The more dark and sarcastic your humour, the more we'll get along swimmingly. I’m pretty flexible with locations, so open to anywhere in the city (though, I’m not keen on moving to Penrith).
Hi There! I’m Alessandra. I’m 35 years old. I’m studying Higher Education at TAFE Meadowbank. I work part time and I’m looking for a nice, clean and quite place to live.

Cleanliness is something I appreciate. I also love a good chat here and there. I am a bubbly 20year old that works with Primary school aged children and studies at Uni as well. I am quite independent and self reliant and happy to just to my own thing too. I love the outdoors and meeting new people as well.
I m very easy going, clean and organized. I enjoy a good conversation, a glass of wine , a walk in the beach. Looking for a place clean ,quiet and where people respect others. Walking distance from a train station.
