Hey there, my name's Ethan and i'm looking for a new bunch of legends to live with! I work full time as a carpenter, but like to spend my free time taking trips down to the coast, riding the mountain bike or enjoying the company of my friends. I've been living in different share house configurations for the last few years, but as I'm sure you know, things change and people move on. I'm very tidy, respectable, and punctual with rent/bill payments. I can provide roomie references from any of my previous share houses if needed!
Hello there! I'm a 21 year old aspiring Earth Scientist who will be in Canberra for 3 months from May to July to take on an internship at the ANU. I'm into reading novels, watching TV shows, game a bit and enjoy travelling and just generally like going to new places. I keep clean (most of the time), don't smoke, and will respect your privacy. I am currently looking for a place at not too far a distance from the ANU. Basic amenities like Internet, Washer and a Kitchen would be necessary. Open to sharing rooms should such a circumstance arise. Also, I'd be staying for 3 weeks from 6th-26th July. If you're easy going and are kinda into the same things I am, then we will get along pretty well!
Hello Flatmates! I've been in Canberra for about 8 years now on and off between uni and work. I work full time in Watson at the Academy of Interactive Entertainment in IT and I spend most of my spare time Bouldering, Rock climbing, hiking, slack-lining, or getting out to gigs! Though if I'm indoors you'll likely find me with my guitar, or curled up drinking tea and reading a book or watching ted talks. Yo hablo un poco espanol, I love to cook, I have a gorgeous 6yo RSPCA rescue ridgeback x greyhound called Ollie who is an absolute joy, I dream of tiny living out of a bus one day, I play guitar (and sometimes badly sing), I follow a vegan diet (but I never judge anyone about what they eat - it's a personal choice for me), and I also study on the side all that. I'm looking for a house/to team up with a vibe that's chill and occasionally social but not a party house! I'm quite independent and busy during the week splitting my time between hobbies, sports, my girlfriend, and study during semester means I'm usually short on time but on the occasions that I do have free time I love to hang out, share a meal and a glass of red, play board games, watch trashy Netflix, or have good conversations about anything and everything. I'd like to move somewhere with a yard for Ollie and somewhere my girlfriend and I can split our week between. We're both really busy and we currently spend 2-4 nights a week with each other but split that between each others places so that it's not overwhelming for either of our share houses! I'd also ideally like a 6-8 month lease as there is a possibility I could be moving early next year! I'm pretty flexible with move dates of the next month - Ideally I'd like to move after the 27th of June and before the 12th of July but totally happy to start paying rent earlier for the right place! Would be keen to team up and start a share house if the timing works out and I'm looking at a few places in the inner north area! :) Hope to hear from you! Cheers, Chris
Hey, My name is Rohit and I feel like a Canberra veteran as I've survived three winters. I am currently developing, designing and strategising content for the ANU College of Business and Economics. I like to do a lot of things ranging from being a bookworm in a library to going out on Friday nights until the sun comes up. Running and playing soccer on Sundays are regular routines. For my future flatmates, I am a senior resident at Student Lodge for two years. So, I'm trustworthy, organised and can save you if there's a fire :p Anyway, would love to discuss more about my house habits and to learn about your house rules. Best wishes.
Hello, I am Ryo, a PhD student in Barcelona, Spain. I will do a research-stay in ANU from 26th of July to 2nd of November 2019 (about 3 months). Let me introduce myself a bit. I am a Japanese guy, tidy, open-mind, and respectful. I like soccer, eating, cooking, wine, reading, and movie. Thank you so much for your consideration!
Easy going, friendly and self sufficient! Looking for a place for around 6+ months from end July. Prefer to own bathroom and stay with one other person! I am a Coeliac so kitchen hygiene is essential!
Heya, I've just finished studying population health at ANU and work as a nurse in the Woden Valley. I have a cat named Beck who is 11yo who spends most of her time napping, watching the world go by or purring loudly. I adult quite well, I pay my rent and I clean. I’m respectful and honest. I like nature and learning, music and peaceful sleep-ins. For fun I like to dance or ride my bike, rest in my hammock, have a drink with friends or binge watch Netflix. I'm a vegetarian and a feminist. I'm usually trying to be a better human than i was last month. I have to move because there is a big leak in my current place! I’m looking for somewhere big enough to fit a queen bed and desk. I'm interested in is a ground-floor apartment or a house.
Hi my name is Lauri :) I'm a Dietitian working full-time, looking to move in with someone with a similar lifestyle: I'm super clean and tidy, love keeping active and cooking (not always as healthy as you might think ;) I'm super social but super chilled at the same time so I love hanging out chatting in the afternoons or over dinner and watching movies. I love a good market and finding hidden nature gems... Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi! I am a 34 year old professional who works full time in the city. I am tidy, respectful, open-minded and good company. I am looking for a room in a share house not too far from town, or near a major bus route. My hobbies and interests include arts, music, going to see live bands, going to the movies, and I am LGBTQ identified so being chill with diversity is a must. Actual hair colour may be different than that in my profile pic.
