So the story goes that I need to find a little home before the second week of February, because my current house is seddon is getting demolished. Which is such a shame. But im shanelle, I am 19. Although I do get told a lot that I seem older. I'm very independent, good with money management. I currently work full time at this awesome cafe in cremorne. I'm a very clean/ organised person. I'll be happily bringing a handful of plants into the home and no doubt more to come. I love design. Food is a huge part of me, i love to cook and will be more than happy to cook for my housemates here and there. During the week I do keep pretty busy. I try to do bikram yoga as often as I can. Come the weekend I do love a glass of wine and keen for a dance. I don't want to be living in a party house. But more so a home that you get along with everyone and be friends and live happily ever after. Send me a message if you are curious and want to know more, probably prefer to have a catch up over coffee if possible
Hello all! I am a 32 year old female who just came back to Melbourne to get my second degree. I work full time and will be busy most of the time, but also enjoy being sociable. My hobbies include dancing, yoga, pilates, and going on adventures..I also love to experience new things!
Hiya, I'm a 22year old English girl here on a working holiday visa. Currently looking for a sublet or room to rent for the next 4-6 weeks. I'm working fulltime in a restaurant in Fitzroy so anywhere in the nearby suburbs would be ideal! I love to travel and meet new people. Currently saving for my next adventure but the rent at my hostel is sky high so am looking to move out asap! I'm easy to get on with and can respect peoples personal space. Would love to live with some like minded people who are keen for socialising and the odd night out etc!
Hi! Full time student from Argentina, doing a master of engineering at unimelb. You won't have to worry about keeping the place clean and tidy. I suck at playing musical instruments, so I wont make loud noises either. I'm happy to answer any other questions you may have.
Howdy! I'm a German/Chinese/Fijian guy who has just returned back to Melbourne after a yearish of travel. I'm a Sport Scientist by degree, however I decided I would rather be a bartender, so that's what I'm doing at the moment, as well as operating a small business and trying to get a few other projects off the ground, all while simultaneously trying to figure out the complexities of the world and the nature of things. I'm a friendly and honest person, who enjoys the company of down to earth people. Always up for a movie night, game of chess, drinks, in depth conversation and having fun.
Hi future house mate, I’m Damien. I’ve spent my whole life living and working in regional areas of Australia so now it's time to head to the big city for a while. Key Facts - Originally from Coffs Harbour. - Almost 27 - Aspiring Frenchman - Accountant (don’t hold it against me) - Coffee - Sport and fitness I'm a fun and relaxed guy with experience living in share houses with both guys and girls. I'd prefer a social household where I can have a chat, share a meal and head out for a drink or gig (or both) every so often. Having said that I am independent and can entertain myself. When it comes to shared responsibilities I always pull my weight and I prefer a tidy house. I understand that everyone has their own lives and socials commitments and I am respectful of that. Cheers
Hi there, I’m Jess, a mid-twenties woman seeking a new abode to call home for a year, getting back into the health industry professionally after travelling a bit in 2016. I love a good laugh, having great conversations with others about experiences, philosophy, science, systems and nature. I like getting current with my housemates world and am a low maintenance kind of person, humble, clean and respectful of people’s belongings and personal time as well. I like to practice yoga and dancing, am into art platforms such as dancing, documentaries, paintings, sculptures, colour, nature, journalism publications, film and food. Heavy metal music is not my cup of joy personally, but like all other music genre. I am looking to move into a nice private room (whether existing or starting up a share-house) in the inner North suburbs by early Feb. Max budget $180 per week including bills, or some bills. A place that has space to move around in, some greenery, friendly people to co-habitat with that are independent, enjoy establishing good connections with those they interact with, and are considerate of others time, habits and ideas will be suitable. I am open to teaming up with like-minded folks interested in establishing a chill, easy- going environment to live in as well, so message me if you’re searching for a new place also with the suburbs I’ve tagged, and think we’d make a good fit. [I’ve minimal furniture to offer (only bedroom furniture, crockery, a blender and a table) but willing to resourcefully set up a house with others for the things we each require] A bathroom with a separate toilet will be a bonus, including a gas cooker, and a green patch nearby the property, or within it. I also do not have a car, so looking for a place close to PT, 15 minute walk max to a train station. I've share housing experience also and always proactive with paying rent and shared bills on time, and will continue at the next place I move to. Thank you for taking the time to read my description. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting good vibe people, Jess
Hey! I'm a 27 year old professional (scientist) looking for a place in the Richmond/Hawthorn area - either by joining an established place or teaming up with people/s. Lover of brunch, good chai/iced coffee, AFL (swans), netflix, road trips, netball and other such things. I'm originally from Tassie but been in melb 4 or so years now. I work full time shift work which includes stints of night shifts and weekend work. I prefer to head out with friends for dinner/drinks on my days off rather than partying it up these days. Love a good bbq, picnic or sunday sesh on occasion. Looking for similar people who are working full time (bonus if it's shift work), clean and tidy in shared areas and respectful of peoples space/things/work schedules...the usual things you want in a housemate. Definitely happy to share a meal or drink or generally just hang out but also happy to do my own thing. I have a car so would be looking at finding a place with off street parking of some kind.
29, Scottish, studying for PhD at Deakin Uni. Easy going person to be around and fairly tidy. Generally very busy with work but enjoy socialising in spare time. Looking for hassle free house share with good people.
Hey there! My name's Jerome, I'm 19 years old and I'm about to study full time at Swinburne. I'm looking to live with 1 to 2 housemates from any age up to their mid twenties. I am a clean, responsible and respectful person, however I'm always up for a conversation! I'm quite a busy bee; especially once uni starts, so you'll find I'm not home overly often, which is great if you prefer mostly having the house to yourself. I also work at a furniture shop, so if any communal furniture needs updating, I'm happy to lend a hand! If I sound like someone you'd like to live with, I'd love to hear from you! Thank you!
I am a really easy going person, and I am more than happy to tidy up after others if they've had a rough day. I used to be a beautician so I love spray tanning and whatnot ;) However now I work full time time in the city, so I try to go to the gym in mornings so I can come home to relax and binge watch tv shows during the week. I do also try to enjoy my weekends whether it be over a good brunch in the morning, a few drinks woth friends at night.
I'm Eve, I'm 20, a second year Deakin Student and I'm currently working two part time jobs back home that will transfer me back to Melbourne! I'm pretty quiet but I'm always up for a chat and good Netflix binge! I'm wanting to find a room in a share house, preferably in an all female house but I don't really mind! I wouldn't be moving in until March but I'd be happy to start paying rent in February if necessary! I've lived on Deakin Res so I'm used to living with a range of people in a share house situation! Hoping to live closer to the city and near good public transport! Really anywhere near the places that I've listed I'd be happy with! Shoot me a message if you think you're offering the house of my dreams!
Hi! I'm a medical student from France. In January, I will move to Melbourne for an internship. I am social, open-minded and comfortable living in community (never lived alone actually). I am a vegetarian. I love books, music (piano, singing), hiking, rock climbing, culture, theater,.. Hope to hear from you, à bientôt! Lola
Hey guys. I've recently moved to Melbourne from Adelaide and am looking for a nice place to live in. I'm very considerate, used to living with others and always clean after myself.
I'm a 23 years old french women. I live in Melbourne since 3 weeks. Really easy going, quiet, tidy, I'm always enthusiast for any activity. A few of my favorite things include : eating (sharing meals), discovering new culturs, having a nice glass of wine (beer is also ok... ;)), singing, reading.
I am a friendly, easy-going guy who's looking for like-minded housemates. I moved from Tasmania to Melbourne about a year ago to continue my career in web development so I'm into computers and programming but also like to play music, art, crafts, Photography and exploring Victoria with friends. I'm bilingual (Japanese) and love learning about other cultures and countries. I'm quite clean and respectful of space. I like a few drinks at the end of a week but am not a party-er.
Hello! After plans to move in with a friend fell through, I am on the search for a beautiful place to call home! I used to study Law at Monash, but dropped out because I decided the 9-5 grind just ain't for me. So now I'm working that hospo grind instead, saving all my pennies, travelling as much as I can and trying to figure out what kind of life I want to build for myself. Ideally I'd love to find a home full of like minded people that are driven and passionate about things important to them. I don't care what your interests are, but I just think it's important to be around people who are passionate and care about something in this world, as I think I'm getting too old for losing myself in Netflix series and meme wars with friends. I'm typically pretty adventurous and would always prefer a day out exploring somewhere beautiful to a day spent on the couch. I'm LGBTQI+ friendly, I hate Trump (who doesn't tho tbh) and generally try to do my bit to make the world a nicer place. I'm vegan, and while I would prefer to live with people who share my beliefs on this, I know it's highly unlikely, so I'm happy to live with people who eat meat. However, I hope that you will respect my beliefs and not be mean to me about it, just as I will not make rude comments to you about you eating meat. A lot of vegans can be really rude towards people eating meat - but I'm not one of those :)))) I would ideally like a house that isn't falling apart, but it doesn't have to have been built yesterday. I've lived in sharehouses for the past 4 years so I'm well house trained, on the cleaner side and would prefer to live in a house of about 3-4 people max. I have all my bedroom furniture and happy to chip in for furniture or appliances if need be. :) Photos and bio probs are a bit scrappy, so happy to come around for a chat and cuppa to figure out if we mesh :) NB: Yaaaaas I am open to creating a house with other lone riders! Happy to live with couples (makes for cheaper rent haha) and don't care too much about location, as long as it's pretty close to the city and PT. Also no party houses pls! Been there done that. :)
My name is Megan. I've just arrived back in Melb after a few months working in China, so I'm on the hunt for somewhere new to call home/unpack my suitcase! I'm 29, originally from NZ but have lived in the UK and Melbourne for the last 6 or so years. I work in marketing in Collingwood so would love to be somewhere with an easy commute, or even a walk to work! I love to travel, snowboard in winter and get out and explore Melbourne and all that it has to offer!
Social and very tidy couple looking for a room. We are moving over from NZ and will both be working full time in Melbourne - In accounting and digital consulting. We are looking forward to exploring the city and going on adventures in the weekend are keen to meet new people :)
Hello :) I'm Chris, 25, originally from Canterbury, UK, but have lived in Adelaide for the past 4 and a half years. I am someone who is house proud and respectful. I enjoy movie/games nights, dinners, drinks and chats about anything and everything. I do however also enjoy some time to myself. I will be working full-time, trying to explore Melbourne as much as possible, as well as attempting to keep fit (we will see how that goes!!). I am an optimistic individual who loves to smile, have adventures and experience as much as possible. I love coffee, wine and trying new foods, whether that is at home or out and about. If you have any questions, or would like to get to know me a bit more, just give me a message.
My name is Kath and I recently moved to Melbourne from New Zealand to start a new job. I am based in Bundoora but happy living in the north/east suburbs. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, explore the outdoors, and enjoy trying to cook delicious food. I am looking for a quiet place to call home with friendly and relaxed people. I value open communication and mutual respect in a house share situation. Looking for people similar who are friendly and like to have a chat, share the joys and challenges of life, yet is independent and enjoys their own space.
Hey my name's joe, I work full time in Parkville, enjoy gigging and hanging out with mates. I'm looking for a share house, a social house would suit me pretty well but doesn't have to be raging every night. If you're interested hit me up.
I’m an easy-going 25-year-old female, working full-time as a paramedic. I work a roster of 4 days on followed by 4 days off, which means sometimes coming home between midnight and 3am, but I can assure you I’ve become very good at sneaking around so I don’t wake anyone! I keep pretty busy socializing with friends, hitting the gym, and going out for brunch/dinner/drinks. When at home, I keep a clean and tidy space, and enjoy cooking healthy meals, sleeping (love a good nap), binge-watching Netflix, and having a banter over a bottle of wine. I am looking to move further in towards the city to take advantage of the city lifestyle.
Hi! My name is Roni I am 23 from California. I will be attending Monash to complete my Masters degree. I am super laid-back and like to have a good balance between my social and personal time. I live a very balanced lifestyle and like to have fun while making sure to take care of my body. I have been living in share houses/apartments since I started uni at age 18 so I know how to be a respectful housemate and I expect the same of my housemates. Above all, I am open-minded and like my home to be a comfortable space for everyone. I do tend to like larger bedrooms so please let me know if you think it would be a good fit! I am pretty flexible with lease length as I will be around for at least 2 years, but ideally would like to start end of January! Cheers
Hi Guys! I've just returned home after spending two and a bit years in the UK. I'm a full time working professional. I'm a business analyst within a large blue chip organisation. I'm single 28 and slowly adjusting back into life after relocating. I have an active social life as I'm Melbourne born and raised. I'm quite during the week and respectful of people's privacy, I'm social and independent however at the same time would like to live with a house mate who would like to share the occasional meal and wine. I've lived in shared house for a few years now, I'm very tidy and quite easy going. Anything else let me know :)
Hi you?! How are you? 🤗 My name is Gwen, Frenchie from Paris and arrived in Melbs back in July 2016. I'm super sociable but can be a bit of a hermit at times, so a friendly and considerate home is what I'm looking for. I am a full time Master student and a part of clubs at my Uni which keep me pretty busy 🙂 I love to keep my door open during the day and look forward to being friends with my flatmates ! I'm also not one to cook, but I do make killer Sangria and the occasional M&M cookies! I have lived until now in Carlton and have yet to really experience living in the suburbs and get a different feeling of the city.
Hello, My name is Nic, 27 years old and I work in Education! I'm a bit of a clean freak so If the like the house to be kept tidy most of the time then i'll be a great addition to the house. I don't like to be late! so paying bills and rent on time won't be a problem. I've just moved from Gold Coast to start my new job which is located out in Walla and I will need to stay overnight at my work during the week and weekend sometimes, so I won't be around the house as much as I would like too. I enjoy being social and getting out being adventurous when I have the time off. I like going to a footy match in the weekend or go out for a scenic drive for a bit of a road trip. I get a lot of holidays and I usually get away to Europe as I love to travel, so if you do get sick of me then you will have the chance to get a break from me for a coupe of weeks every second month. I'm not the biggest drinker, but I enjoy a beer at a sports event or hanging out around the house on a sunny day! I have a dog called "Bobby" he's 1yrs old and he's a black Moodle! He is 4.5kgs and the size or a watermelon. Bobby is very loyal and enjoys company! If you love little dogs but don't want to have the responsibility of looking after it by feeding and paying vet bills, then Bobby will be a great addition to the house! Bobby is toilet trained and doesn't shred. I respect everyones own space and own possessions, but if you go into the fridge and drink 100mls of my Ice Coffee, I won't hold a grudge against you as I'm a pretty easy going guy and don't like conflict.. I'm very busy and enjoy life and would like great positive people to make my time in Melbourne a good one!
Hi! I'm looking for a housemate or housemates who are tidy in the common areas and open to sharing some food a couple of nights a week. I love to cook, particularly for other people. I'm clean and tidy, but not a perfectionist. The best approach for me has been a clean a you go approach, with people taking it in turns to clean bathrooms, floors etc. I respect the common areas and try not to hog too much space. For fun I cook, cycle and rock climb (mostly indoors (in a gym, not the house)). I work full time for a software company and will be starting a Masters degree this year, so probably won't be around the house a lot. When I am, I'd love to hang out and watch a movie or show, or enjoy some food together with housemates. I don't watch Game of Thrones. I used to and loved it, but I'm committed to the book storyline for now. Ideal move in date is the 28th of February, however I'm happy to start paying rent on a place available earlier to lock it in, as I'll be in Austria from the 3rd of February so won't be able to inspect places after that. I have some furniture, so if an outgoing tenant is leaving some gaps I can fill them in. Otherwise, my sisters are in need of furniture so I'll just leave it with them. Apart from that, I can contribute with some good kitchen things, cook books and a Chromecast. I have some friends in Richmond, so living in that area would be ideal. I work in Windsor, so somewhere around there is great as well.
Easy going couple who love music, design, cooking, travel, snowboarding, reading, exercise and socializing! Jon is a Digital Designer and Sacha is a Speech Pathologist. We are very clean, considerate and like to live in a welcoming environment. We would love to hear from you!
Hey, hope you are well! I am a 20 year old full time worker in media (advertising). Working during the week I won't be home much on weeknights but would love to be social and out and about on the weekends. I'm looking to either team up with another person or move into a place that I can add a little extra personality too. Whilst I like having my own space, it would be great to establish friendships over wine, netflix or overall social activities. I am a neat and tidy person so I will be cleaning after myself wherever I go. Let me know what you think! Happy to catch up over coffee if interested. Otherwise happy housemate hunting! Thanks, Kim :)
Hello, I am caroline from france and I looking for a share house with my boyfriend. He works in hospitality and I am beauty therapist. I love to do some painting in my spare time and try to learn guitar as well. We are both tidy and discrets. We are as well smoke and drugs free. But we love to discuss around a beer.
I am a professional family man. My family lives in Brisbane and I am working down in Melbourne. I am a quiet considerate person. I would be traveling back up to my family every 2-3 weeks. If you fancy a chat in the evenings over a glass of wine/beer that would be great. I enjoy running and cycling and meeting up periodically with friends in town.
Helloo, We are a young couple moving from a small beach town near Byron Bay to Melbourne in February. We have just had a year off doing full time work, and travelling Europe together for 4 months. We are laid back, friendly, independent and clean. We love cooking for ourselves and others, having a drink, relaxing with some nice tunes, and taking our 2 year old Boxer dog out. We both have artistic hobbies, that usually take up a lot of our free time, but we also love gathering with friends and having a fun night out (or in). Zeus is our 2 year old Boxer Dog. We absolutely love him and couldn't imagine living without him. He is well trained, loving, and extremely entertaining. Zeus will need a yard, although we are not all that worried on the size, as we take him out everyday. We will be super excited to hear from anyone who is also looking for a pet friendly abode. Our budget is around $350 for the 2 of us.
Hi! My name is Mia, I'm 24 years old, looking to move out of home for the first time. I am tidy, friendly and respectful. I don't party hard, but I am sociable and always happy for a chat or a glass of wine. I'm studying psychology and a cert IV in Mental Health, I volunteer at a telephone crisis line for women, and I work 4-5 shifts a week at a part-time hospitality job. When I'm not working I love to write, read, watch movies, visit museums/art galleries, and hiking/going to the beach. I also love to travel, if only I had more money for it! :'( If you are LGBT+ friendly, smoke-free, and looking for a female housemate in the areas of Hawthorn, Toorak, South Yarra, Richmond etc., then I would love to get to know you! (Move out date negotiable).
Hey gorgeous souls, Me and my friend, Scarlett are looking for a place around Glenferrie station, but we're happy to move around Hawthorn, Richmond and Camberwell area. We'd prefer a double room with 2 single beds. Both of us are students from Swinburne University and work part time. We are neat, respectful, and easy going people who love cooking, chilling and will go out often. Message me in Flatmates (or preferably through WhatsApp) if you are looking for someone to join your shared house or if you would like to team up or find somewhere together. Thank you ^_^
Hey! I'm a 22 yo graduate with a full time job, I'm clean, sociable, and pretty chill to hang out with. I enjoy cooking, good cinema, and I enjoy a wide range of music genres, and I love to have a cheeky wine and beer on the weekends :) So don't hesitate to give me a shout if you think I can contribute as a housemate to your home 😊
Hi! I'm Fredrika, coming in from Lund in Sweden. I'm here for an exchange semester on University of Melbourne and I'm looking for someplace to live in Melbourne. I'm an amazing flatmate (according to previous ones, please contact me for references), who is a decent cook and amazing cleaning lady. I've been told I'm quite fun to hang with. I like to watch and discuss Netflix series, music and I do enjoy a beer or few from time to time.
Hi! I'm a young design professional from Los Angeles on a working holiday in Australia. I'm laid back, relatively neat, and outgoing. I enjoy going out for dinner or drinks but also like a lazy night in. I'm new to Australia, so I'd love a roommate(s) that would love to hang out and go on adventures around the city. I love nature, sports, architecture, photography, board/video games, and movies.
Hi! I'm Ally :) I work full time in Melbourne CBD and also study part time in the evening at RMIT (only one semester left!) I'm currently living in Kensington but looking for somewhere a bit closer so I can walk in and out of work as much as possible I love being active, I've recently gotten back into my yoga and pilates and am always up for a walk or a swim I love my own company and space but also want to live with someone (or a few people) that are happy for a chat I love traveling, I've lived in Europe, spent last summer in Indonesia and am hoping to do a big trip to India in the next year or so My move date is super flexible as well :) I do however need to look for a replacement at my current house
I recently moved to melbourne six months ago for a change of scenery and to start a new job. I'm originally from New Zealand but have been living in this beautiful country for the past 12 years. I work in the Insurance industry as a relationship manager, servicing insurance brokers in VIC, TAS, SA. I do travel interstate for work a few times a year and am often out entertaining clients or being entertained. You'd be surprised the Insurance industry isn't that boring. My week days are fairly busy, I work Monday to Friday and sometimes work late if necessary. I love yoga and am looking forward to doing a 30 day yoga challenge at Move Yoga in the city next month, lets hope I succeed! I also enjoy going for walks, exploring, sightseeing, enjoying Melbourne's culture and heading down the coast for road trips if your keen. I call also surf a little bit and look forward to getting back into the water. I LOVE music and often have music playing in the background rather than watch TV. I'm not a party animal anymore but do love a wine every now and enjoy getting out and checking out Melbourne's new hot spots for a drink. In saying this I need my downtime (typical balanced libra) and love to chill, whether thats with a book, movie, hanging out at home. I consider myself a clean, respectful, considerate and friendly housemate.
We are a young couple who are moving to Melbourne from Sydney at the end of January 2017. We are a working couple, following our careers in Engineering and Entrepreneurship. We are both happy, friendly people who have lived in plenty of share houses for the past 6 years. We are social, tidy people who are very interested in making new friends in a new city. We cook a lot at home and love some good banter with the occasional drink.
Hello ! We are couple coming from San Francisco and Paris. I (Ethel) will be studying in Swinburne University and Kimo will be working. We will be in Australia for around 6 months. We are familiar with Australia as we were both living in Sydney but we are new to Melbourne. We want to make the most of Melbourne and ideally want to find flatmates who we can enjoy with and not just live in the same place. We are clean and tidy and lots of fun on the evening and week-ends but we also like to chill. We enjoy seeing live music, travelling, Kimo likes to cook and we are respectful of the place. Now let's answer the question in everybody's mind : we do not fight :), we've been together for 3 years and we are not one of those annoying couples, we are fun to be around together of separately.
Hello! I'm Katie, 22, just moved to Melbourne from the UK and I'm looking for somewhere to live for 6 - 12 months with a great location and lovely flatmates. I've recently graduated in the UK with a degree in English and Classics. I've moved to Melbourne to live and work somewhere new and to experience all the art and culture the city has to offer - and of course the weather too! I'm sociable, easy going and always respectful of others. I also make a great cup of tea.
Hey there! I'm a training doctor completing a research year at the Alfred Hospital, after which I will complete my final year of my studies. I also work part time in hospitality. As such, I lead a pretty busy lifestyle, but you can rest assured that I'm a very caring, organised and responsible housemate to have. :) I'd say I'm easy going and respectful. I love spending time with others, having a meal, chat and a laugh together, as well as spending time on my own. I would love to get to know my housemates - going on adventures, brunching, or just kicking back with some Netflix. :) Other than studying, I do aerial silks and hoop (as a form of dance and exercise), go to the gym, catch up with friends, explore Melbourne's best brunches and coffee, cook and sleep. I like to live a healthy lifestyle, so most of what I cook will be only good, healthy stuff. I do love to whip up a delicious cheesecake every now and then though! I'm not a party animal - especially not during the week! - but don't mind a social gathering. I am a delicate blend of outgoing and quiet. :3 I have lived out of home since 18, so I can confirm, I am trained in housemate rules. Would love someone who likes being active to go to the gym/ yoga/ be exercise-y with! Won't lie, I tend to be a morning person!
I'm 29 and am currently finishing off my Masters in Renewable Energy Engineering and working part time. Before getting back into study, I worked in Investment Banking and then Digital Advertising so I'd say I'm more a working professional in terms of lifestyle than a typical student. I'm a very laid back, easy going person and like to live with relaxed, social people who are down for a chat and catching up occasionally but equally happy to do their own thing. In my spare time I get outside whenever I can, love going to the beach, do lots of yoga and enjoy music, reading, cooking, riding around the city, socialising - pretty much just like keeping busy, having fun with mates and trying new things. I like to live with people who are neat and tidy but am def not OCD and while I enjoy going out and having friends round sometimes, I'm more of a keep the late night partying at the bar person as opposed to bringing it home. Hope to hear from you and shout if you have any more questions :) Ash
Easygoing and able to get along with everyone, wanting a warm and friendly share house. INFJ that would love to hang out with housemates but also values alone time. Love to cook and happy to share it with my housemates too!
I'm Caitlyn I am a 21 year old Canadian, yogi traveller and I'm looking for accommodation in Melbourne, VIC. I'm very clean and organized and I exert positive energy. I'm interested in a solo place but very open to houseshare to meet some friendly humans!

Hi future housemate(s) ! I'm a 26 y/o female who just moved back to Aus after living in the states for 23 years (!!). I'm currently living up in Eltham, but will be starting an 18 month Diploma of Nursing course in Box Hill (in early Feb) so looking to move closer to school (on the same train/tram lines) + closer to the city to get a more authentic feel of Melbourne livin' :) I'm a positive, open-minded, very easy-going, warm and friendly person. Love meeting new people and getting to know them/their stories, but also love time to myself/my independence, so I enjoy a balance. I take responsibility for keeping my own space clean and tidy, as well as doing my part in communal areas. I'm hard working and will be very focused on school, but also love to take it easy and enjoy good company too. Photography, pilates, traveling, camping, plants/nature, the cosmos, bbq's, hiking, pescatarian (almost full veg), music festivals, fashion design, energy healing/reiki, meditation, red wine, animals, kindness and authenticity... a few bits and pieces of my life :) Hoping to find someone (or a few!) to share, live and grow with!
Hey how's it going? I'm Claire! I am a 27 year old female who has recently relocated from Bristol, England. I'm a friendly and sociable housemate who is also clean, considerate and tidy. I blog, love photography, music and adventures. I also enjoy exercise and good food / white wine in equal measure. Basically in a nut shell, I wont keep you up all night with wild parties but you will always have someone who is up for going out for wine or cocktails, I smell nice and will clean up after myself and I am always super keen for seeing or doing something new. I've lived in shared houses for years so I'm also respectful of other peoples space, sleep and property. I'm looking to get out of my current living situation ASAP so I'm open to short of longer term rentals so get in touch if you think you have a good fit! Cheers! :)
I'm going to be a full-time psych student at Melbourne Uni this year, so I'm looking for a share house close to the uni/on a public transport line. It would be great if I could share with some other students, but it's no necessity! Ideally I'd love a place where we can hangout as a house every now and then (just sharing a beer in the evening would be swell) but also like to chill a bit. I'm a super easy-going, social and tidy person, with a knack for squeezing in a nap whenever and wherever necessary. I play soccer, like going to concerts/theatre/comedy shows etc, enjoy a wine or 20 and love exploring and trying new things! Love a good boogie from time to time, but also appreciate my down time for (aforementioned) naps and watching The Office. I like plants (so am happy to help keep alive any kind of garden or house plants if necessary), LOVE dogs (but also like cats), am not strictly a vegetarian but don't tend to eat much meat, and I don't smoke but don't mind if others do! I'm entirely house trained, so am no stranger to cleaning - actually love it when I'm stressed and/or procrastinating - and I'm no Nigella but I can whip up a mean toastie on the odd occasion.
