I like to think I'm a reliable, energetic, easygoing and curious girl who wants to experience heaps of new things! I'm a neat and tidy person, and I always clean up after myself. : ) I would love to check out the place ASAP, and I’m able to move in straight away. Thank you : )
Hey peeps, Looking for somewhere to stay close-ish to the University of Melbourne, if anyone has a room free please let me know! I am also open to starting a new sharehouse if anyone is looking for someone to join-up with them. About me; I recently moved from Perth - enjoy a bunch of things like cooking, gardening, camping/outdoors, seeing live music, festivals, skateboarding and just chilling with friends. I'm pretty easygoing and respectful to my housemates, always tidy and considerate. I like a good balance between spending time on my own and with housemates and would be up for dinners and drinks together. I'm flexible with move-in date and length of stay, I'll be studying in Melbourne for the next two years.
Friendly, easy going couple looking to move into a clean, fun flat where people are friends as well as housemates. We would also be interested in teaming up with another couple and renting a whole property together. Flexible when it comes to location - our priority is to live with great people as we have been lucky enough to live with strangers in the past who we now count as some of our closest friends.
I'm Ana from Colombia. I'm a full time post grad student at RMIT and I'm also working part time in the CBD . My boyfriend, who is also a Colombian student and full time cook, and I are looking for a room to share. love cooking, eating and trying new beers. If you want to know a little bit more about us we are happy to answer any questions.
I'm a 18 year old Monash student from Tassie currently studying a Bachelor of Business. I currently live in student accommodation in Prahran but i'm looking to move into a share house for cheaper accommodation. I'm am a very reliable and respectful tenant that always makes bill payments. I work 3-4 nights a week/weekends and attend uni 3 days a week. I'd describe myself as a very flexible person who is up for pretty much anything Melbourne has to offer. Always up for a beer or two with my housemates and dont mind the odd night out. Looking for other young students to possibly team-up with and rent a house. Cheers :)
I've been in Melbourne for four years now - I grew up in Adelaide and spent a year in Sydney between. Ex-lawyer now working in payment tech for events, so if you like a good show, I've always got some tickets to share. In my spare time I run some industry passion projects, as well as am a freelance writer. I'm getting into a work out habit, so bonus points if that's your forte. I've been living in share houses for a few years so I'm respectful and used to the deal. I'm clean, reliable and pay things on time. Always down to share a meal with housemates, grab a beer or keep it quiet. All I need in a housemate is someone who's tidy, reliable with bills and drama free. I'm looking for ideally a house but will settle on an apartment with the right people. Some outdoor space would be great! I have a car so included parking would be ideal.
Hi! I’m a 25 year old female from the US looking for a rental for June and July (could start as early as mid May). I’m clean, chill, like to socialize but also happy doing my own thing. I’m finishing up a backpacking trip/sabbatical with a class in CBD and will be in class 9-5 weekdays, and plan on exploring Melbourne and Australia as much as I can after class and on weekends! I love a good glass of wine, live music, anything outdoors, art, dogs, and some good conversations about life and current events (preferably over wine). Open to any neighborhoods since I’m not familiar with Melbourne as long as they’re safe, easily accessible to CBD, and preferably has some good happy hour spots. Let me know if you have any questions or wanna chat more!
Hey y'all. 24. Graduate engineer. I keep my head down during the week, but generally am a chatty fella who loves to get amongst it on weekends. If you're looking to fill a room or want to team-up, shoot me a message! Keen to arrange a meeting asap. If you're one of those that keep their tomato sauce in the fridge, don't bother. Ta.
I'm an international student studying interior design at Holmeslgen 5 days a week. Fully supported by my parents, and currently also looking for some part time work to keep myself busy. I'm clean and respectful, enjoy a chat and the occasional dinner/drink with my housemates. I collect Funko Pops and have a great collection of them! I also very creative and enjoy arts. Hoping to find a great place to live with like minded fun people to enjoy my time in Melbourne.
Hey! I've just moved here from England and I'm looking for a place to live in Melbourne. I'm easy going and laid back, and keep my stuff tidy. I'm always happy out with flatmates, however I won't be offended if you prefer to keep to yourself.
Hey! My name is Romy. I'm 26 and from Sydney. I am looking to have accommodation secured by the time I arrive in Melbourne so unfortunately I won't be able to attend inspections. I arrive on the 2nd of May. I am happy to make payment to secure the room. I will be happy to stay at 4,5,6 + months if offered. I will be studying mathematics and science to get me ready to continue my degree next year. I will prefer something in the CBD or near a beach but I'm okay to take a 40-50 hour train ride to the city at most. Something longer than that is not ideal. I have a 3 year old Maltese Poodle called Ollie who will need to move in with me. He cannot be an outside dog. He has lived in an apartment since he was born. I like to keep to myself but also friendly. I will mostly be out exploring Melbourne with Ollie (my first time in Melbourne) and when I'm not out will probably be in my room resting or studying. I will also be looking for work in my first 2 weeks, but payment is no problem. My interest include music, movies, concerts, nature, animals, Netflix, documentaries, photography and travel (just to mention a few). I would say I'm pretty open minded too. I prefer a room with tiles or wooden floor but okay with carpet. I will also need internet. Thank you :)
When I'm not at work, I'm either at pilates or F45, having brunch/dinner or having a wine with some friends. Although I'm a real homebody, I love going out for dinner and or catch up with some mates on the weekend. I'd love to find a housemate/housemates. I love traveling so I'm away some weekends or for a few weeks at a time throughout the year. I'm currently working full-time in healthcare in administration. I am looking for someone who is tidy and doesn't mind cleaning but I'm also not OCD.
Hi possible flatmate! My name is Bárbara but they call me B or Barbs. I'm a 32 year old chilean (yes, my mother language is Spanish) designer, photographer and ex hiking guide in Patagonia. After a 6 months trip around Europe and Asia I've decided to settle down for a while in Melbourne. Initially I'm looking for a place for 2 months, but if magic happens and we really get along and I'm happy I could extend it until June 2019. Mi maximum budget is $250p/w bills included. I'm a very easy going person, friendly and would be glad to share nice moments and conversations with my flatmates or even hang out when possible. Looking forward to live with someone around my age and with similar interests, ideally a girl. But I don't discard living with a boy. I enjoy silence, and need to have my space. Some of the things that I really love to do, watching movies, music, dancing, ridding bikes and horses, hiking, traveling, eating and basically having new experiences! Lately I have discovered that I also enjoy cooking too, so would be nice to cook and share a meal from time to time. Looking forward to have tidy and clean flatmates cause for me is important to have a nice place. I love to go out but I'm far from defining myself as a party animal. Anyway, I prefer to meet people in person and see what's the vibe between us. So, if I sound like a perfect fit don't hesitate to contact me! Looking forward to hear from you! Saludos! (cheers!) B
Hey all, my name is Gazain im 22 years old from Dubai. I've lived in Melbourne for about 3 years and just graduated, so will be job hunting for the moment. Hi there! My cousin and I are both independent adults where we both share the same opinion about optimism and positivism. We want to achieve both our goals in life in a positive way and we empower and encourage everyone around us to be their own self and throw away all the negativity in life. We are both international students from the Philippines (you can expect goodies from back home or you can go with us for a vacation and visit the wonders & fun back home) and are both studying here for quite awhile, probably 2-3 years most. We're currently looking for jobs but you don't have to worry on how we pay rent (our parents kindly told us they'll pay for the few months while we are looking and searching for jobs). I can also assure that chores won't be a hassle as we also help participate in cleaning and all that jazz. We are pretty much flexible and let's work together to make our stay fun and positive all the way!! P.S. It would be nice too if its near a bus and train station since we both can't drive at the moment.
I’m from Thailand. I was a System Engineer for 5 years’ experience at IBM. I came to Melbourne for study. I've early morning class till late noon and sometimes do part-time in the evening. I'm a sociable person, keen to meet new friends as I am new in town. I consider my self easy going, neat and tidy and also down-to-earth. Openminded to learn international cultures and languages. I though I'd be your co-traveller, if you want me to :) I like taking photograph, I probably give you pretty shots in return. I’m a sporty and active. Enjoy yoga, tennis ,golf , long walk and even for outdoors. Can definitely have play time and catch up for a conversation during meals or my spare time. I like trying good food, good coffee and grab couple glasses of wine at bars.
We are very clean, easy-going and sociable housemates. We would definitely prefer to become friends with existing housemates rather than just housing companions. We both love our sport and work full time. Matt works in construction and Zac's a teacher.
**Looking for two rooms** We are fun lads who split our week by uni, part-time work, hitting the gym and the occasional Saturday night out. We are clean, respectful and responsible. 100% guarantee on the rent being on time. (covered by youth allowance and parents as guarantors) Looking to move in order to be closer to university as we are both currently commuting around 2 hours from Geelong.
Hi I'm Aliah, I'm back in Melbourne after travelling overseas for close to 2 years, and looking for some cool people to move in with. I work 9-5 office job in disability employment services. I'm a fairly laid back and sociable person who likes to go out from time to time but also really enjoys her downtime. I'm well housebroken with plenty of sharehouse experience, able to keep things clean and tidy, pay rent and bills on time and all those other necessities for harmonious living. I like to be able to entertain on the odd occasion but do not want to live in a full time party house. No preference on gender or sexual orientation, just looking to find a place with some cool people that I can get along with and share the occasional meal/drink with, whilst still living independently from one another.
I'm a very chill housemate, tidy and respectful of other people's spaces. I like to socialise and have drinks/watch movies and whatnot with my housemates but I will also spend a bit of time in my room painting and drawing. I'm vegetarian and like to cook a bit, am also great at taking care of the dishes. I have a cat who is very loving and energetic, loves cuddles and being played with so I'd be happy to share his attention with others.
