Im looking for a peaceful place to call home. Im very friendly, respectful and tidy. Pay always on time. Im interested in arts, culture and international social and politics subjects. I eat pretty much vegetarian but I also sometimes have meat. I Really enjoy healthy lifestyle but I love to go out to dance and have drinks too. Hit me up if you're looking for someone simple and fresh. I don't mind pets or kids over 6 years old. Im ready to move straight up, but I can wait a little bit longer for the right place. Thanks and have a good day :).
I love to meet new people and I am looking forward to see how it is to live in Melbourne as I am coming overseas from Germany. I am working full-time for a company located in Bayswater and in addition I have to finish by bachelor thesis. Therefore I like to go out and see and explore the city and Australia but also like to be sometimes on my own to read a good book, watch Netflix or just do some cooking or exercise. I am a relaxed and organized person and also very reliable.
My name is Shadi Alexander and if you recognize me it's probably because I was on First Dates Australia for 3 different episodes but have given up pursuing a career in acting for something more stable. I work for one of the big 4 banks in the head office located in Melbourne CBD. That's why I am looking for a unit or town house preferably in the the inner CBD or inner northern suburbs but am very flexible. Happy to stay in the right place for 1 year and beyond. I've been living out of home for many years now and I think I'm pretty much the perfect house mate, not too boring but never in your way either and not intrusive at all. I am very neat and clean and I have lived in share houses before so I know the ins and outs. I am easy going and fun to be around but also responsible and respectful of others and their space too. Also I am quite busy during the week as you'd expect working two jobs but always make an effort for my housemates regardless of how busy life gets. If it sounds like we'd get along feel free to drop me a line.
I am working as an IT professional in the city. I moved in from Sydney. I like listening music in my headphones, mostly lead a quite life and not home much in the weekends as I will be out exploring Melbourne or meeting friends. I am looking for a room close to city or walking distance to train station.
I am a clean individual and also am very good at respecting other people's need for quiet and privacy. I work full time as a software developer and I try not to spend too much of my free time at home although I am quite happy to hang around and chat/do interesting things with the people I live with. In my spare time I like to try new things, meet new people and take care of my health and fitness.
Hey y'all. 24. Graduate engineer. I keep my head down during the week, but am a chatty fella who loves to get amongst it on weekends. If you're looking to fill a room or want to team-up, shoot me a message. Keen to arrange a meeting asap. Ta.
Hiya my name is Lucy and I recently moved back to Oz for my second year working holiday visa. I am originally from Hertfordshire, UK. I work full time in recruitment/HR/admin. For fun, I love socialising, travelling, discovering cool bars, outdoor cinemas and gym. I LOVE food and have an eclectic taste in music - gigs, djs, festivals are right up my street but I am also into staying in and having a nice chill out on the sofa with Netflix or a film. I am clean and tidy and will get stuck in with chores. I try and eat healthily during the week and indulge at weekends - although this does slip at times because I am such a foodie! I like to have a good balance of being sociable and having my own space.
My Furbaby Bailey and I are looking to find a home suitable for us to live. I work 2 jobs, part time in a warehouse and Nursing - so I'm naturally all about cleanliness. I tend to work a lot and usually work weekends, however I'm not impartial to a bit of rowdiness, but I tend to reserve drinks socially every now and then. Bailey is a very affectionate English Staffy who has been an inside dog all her life, so she is very much housetrained. Her and I are pretty inseparable, if we're not out at the park or beach we're usually at home sleeping or chilling. She usually lives with my family while I work and stays with me on my days off. I'm currently in Altona Meadows and hoping to stay somewhat within this area. I'm hoping to find a home to share with some easy going flatmates who Bailey and I fit in with well :)
I'm moving to Melbourne for work in March. Ideally I'm looking to move into a fully furnished place and to rent a room with own bathroom which is centrally located, initially for six months, but if we get along than for longer. I'm a female professional in my early thirties. I'm clean, tidy and have house shared in the past. I'm social, enjoy a chat and sharing a meal now and then. I enjoy the simpler things in life - spending quality time with friends and family, cooking, reading, eating out and travelling. I have a cat who will be moving with me. She's a Russian Blue, an indoor cat who is housetrained and while initially shy, extremely affectionate once she gets to know you.
I’m relocating to Melbourne from Qld to start a new job so am looking for a room to rent (short term for 4-8weeks) to stay in when I first arrive till I find a permanent share house! Ideally from 1st April. I’ll be working Mon-Fri 9-5, am a friendly person, easy to get along with and have shared before so I’ve got that down pat. I have a pretty low-key lifestyle; I enjoy catching up with friends, going out for dinner/coffee/drinks, going to the beach, cooking delish food, binging on trashy reality tv etc but not one to be out partying every weekend. If you something available let me know! :) (Max budget $250 per week for room, but willing to spend more if someone has a one bedroom unit to sublet)
I am a health professional ( Dietitian and Personal Trainer ) working full-time in the city. I am outgoing, love having a healthy and active lifestyle (obviously :) outdoors and arts. I am a multifaceted person. ;) I love going out with friends for the usual coffee, dinner and/or drinks. Also, the occasional social event and all that Melbs has to offer. I am always happy to chill after a long day, have a chat and/or meal after a long day but I also enjoy having my own time. I respect people's time, space and privacy because I know how important it is. I am clean and respectful of common spaces, so I like to keep everything clean and tidy without being OCD. Once in a while, I like to have friends over on the weekends for dinner or drinks. But nothing crazy.
Hi, I'm Michelle. I'm 27 and have just moved to Melbourne from the Gold Coast. I work as an early childhood educator, with work hours varying. I like to keep a good balance between relaxing at home and being out exploring. My interests include cooking, binge watching TV shows, yoga, hiking, live music, and having a drink or two. While I very much enjoy my solitude, I'd love to be in a sociable household, where flatmates are keen for a chat or weekend outing.
I'm 25 years old, single. I've been working as a circus artist for the past four years however I've just decided to go back and do another degree at uni. So now I study nutrition science full time at Deakin and work part time at NICA, teaching acrobatics. I'm a minimalist and I like my house to be clean and tidy. I prefer to keep my food/cooking separate but am totally down for a weekly family dinner or wine and nibbles. I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. I wake up early to go swim laps at the pool, which I love, and occasionally I do dance classes like jazz or hip hop. I'm hoping to find somewhere to live that is close to public transport because I study out in Burwood and I don't have a car.
I'm very easy to get along with. I love all kinds of people and am very sociable. I have just moved to Melbourne from a small town in NSW so I'm still exploring. Work full time for the NAB from 9-6 Monday to Friday. I do enjoy drinking so love to have fun but also like down time. Love tennis and soccer, big NBA fan. But yeah, that's me in a nutshell.
Hi guys, we're a couple from the UK & Germany and are currently looking for a room in either a house or an apartment. We love travelling, cooking, brunching, watching Netflix and have the odd night out! Both of us are very clean, respectful and easy going. If you find we would be a suitable match for your place, do contact us, we'd love to come in for a viewing and meet you! xx Callum & Sara
Hi, I'm 23 yo and from Germamy. After traveling for about 3.5 month I wanna settle down for some work in Melbourne and therefore I'm looking for some flatmates to save some money :) I'd consider myself as very easy going, tidy and funny and love to meet new people from all over the world to chat with. I like to go hiking, cycling, swimming or setimes even rumning.^^ But also up for sunbathing and lazy days as well as a couple of beers in the next pub. I'd love to cook together and get to know other cultures.
Hello! I'm Antonia, a Philosophy and Literature uni grad, who's just moved to Melbourne from London and can’t wait to find somewhere to call home! As a flatmate I'm pretty easy going - someone who likes things kept clean and tidy (within reason), enjoys cooking, drinking wine and being social, but also likes having some time alone to chill out - all about that balance. Which also means you'll find me attempting to keep fit at the gym/yoga/running to compensate for all the wine, chocolate and brunches I like to have in my life... Looking for flatmates who can become friends and are up for cooking together or chilling in the evening sometimes and exploring at the weekend! Would really like a social household where everyone feels comfortable chatting and relaxing together, not hiding in their rooms the whole time - obviously do appreciate everyone needs their downtime too! If you think we'd be a great fit please let me know as I'm sure I'd love to meet you! :)
Express of Interest - APRIL 2018 Hi people! I'm Natalia, early 30's from Chile, and I'm looking for my next "definitive" place to stay for at least 6 months, or maybe more. I'm a chilled and easygoing girl, working in admin close to the city, clean and tidy (sometimes too much, lol), respectful, looking for a place where I feel "at home". I've worked and lived in NZ, Chile and USA, and have shared apts before, so I know how it works ;) I enjoy watching movies, 420 friendly, sharing a bottle of wine or a meal, but also really appreciate the quietness during week nights. I'm looking to have a private room, hopefully with own bathroom, but don't mind to share it with one or two more. Not more than 3 ppl living in the apartment please! I'm escaping from a 6ppl house :) I'm willing to pay between $600 and $700 a month, plus bills. Need to have public transportation close and to be not too far from the city :) I have a pretty active life, I like going out, listening to live music, go for drinks, or picnics in the park, dancing, sometimes have a couple of friends over for dinner, and happy to be friends with my housemates, if that flows naturally... so if you're looking for someone like me, send me a msg! Thanks! :)
Hi Guys I'm Chris (30) currently living at Southbank. I'm a neat & respectful professional (lawyer). Generally reserved when meeting people for the first time but open up upon getting to know somebody. I've shared many times before. Most nights I enjoy Netflix and light socializing but often retire back to my room to get some space. Really keen on getting into the city lifestyle. I've got a car, so need somewhere close to park on/off street. I have 3 loves in my life - travel, the NBA and Jeopardy.
I am really easy going, clean and polite! I love keeping fit- I’m always out doing something and always keep things quiet at home. I have always lived in share places sooo i know the importance of being respectful to other people’s privacy! I work full time Monday - Friday in Events- Sometimes weekends!
I'm Aaron, 28, working full-time in logistics. Looking for either a room in a share house or to team up and find a place. Looking for like minded people that like enjoying an occasional hang out/meal/drink but also respect each others space. About me. I'm from Ballarat, lived in London for 3 years, spent last year in Brisbane and now looking to make Melbourne home. I love music, attempt to play guitar, and try and go to as many gigs as I can afford.
