Hi there! My name is Bec, I'm looking for a place for my dog and I to call home for ~ 6 months to a year. Things about me (& my dog Carla) that'd make us good to live with: - I am an easy to speak to, friendly, laidback individual who appreciates both a good chat and some alone time in the home. - I like being in a clean and tidy space and am not lazy with chores and things to do around the house. - I love to cook, so hopefully I can cook something we both will enjoy ! Carla my pup is a one year old American staffy cross who is well-trained, attentive and smart, a lead is hardly ever needed on walks & she stays outside during the day, but is happy to chill on her mat inside when allowed. I currently get newstart allowance from Centrelink so I can still support myself whilst I'm completing full-time studies at TAFE, when I complete them I will look for an apprenticeship with an electrician.
My name is Michael and I'm orginally from Townsville, North Queensland. I'm a quiet, responsible and mature person with full time employment. I'm after a furnished room with off street car parking as I'm a tradie with a work vehicle. I enjoy keeping fit and exploring Melbourne. I'd be keen to enjoy a drink or meal with my housemates but also respect each other's privacy as required.
I am extremely outgoing, and love to party. But at the same time I also enjoy my weekends in, with my movies and food! I hate things being messy and dirty, but in saying that I dont clean the house everyday! Looking for new friends as well as a new roommate!
I am a 29yr old electrical and instrumentation tech. Clean, tidy, easy going (general speel). I am very open, honest and communicate well. I work hard so I can play hard. I am sometimes away for a week at a time with both work and play. Holidaying and visiting friends around the country. I am a social chameleon and I adapt to any arrangement available. Ideally would like to befriend my future housemate, I get along with nearly everyone. I love a good laugh (at anything, even my own jokes), dancing is a passion, listen to all music, enjoy the outdoors, gym has been neglected recently but have been known to enjoy a good lifting session and scare off training partners. I also do my share with chores and usually more. I enjoy a good wine, a good beer, a good whiskey... Let's face it I enjoy a drink with the right company in the right situations however I am respectful, not over the top and do not want a full time party house but am open to the odd one - communication and respect are key. Non-smoker I cook when I am home and there are always left overs (sharing is caring). I am especially fond of a 'family' Sunday roast. I don't watch a lot of TV as I would prefer to be active and finding adventures out of the house. Moving from Albury with work - gas industry - steady, well paying full time. I have 2 vehicles and I would really like secure parking for my personal car, with a little space for some tools and camping gear but not essential. Move date flexible -
My name is Aidan, currently I'm working full time as Customer Service Manager for a computer sales website. I work in Dandenong South. When I'm not working I mostly just relax by watching a movie or series, or playing some video games with my mates. I also enjoy a bit of cooking here and there and the occasional DIY project. Jake is also working full time as 2IC for an insurance company call centre. He is also a bit of a gamer, and spend his free time drawing and sketching. He has a friendly husky named Zeus. Jane is currently doing an apprenticeship. She is a fantastic cook, and is into cars, and bikes. She also has a great sense of humour and a steadfast opinion on the best order to watch the Star Wars movies. Jake and Jane are in a relationship and as such would be sharing a room. We are looking for 2 or 3 bedroom place, preferably with a back yard for Zeus. We are currently living in Greensborough and would be looking at similar locations, but also would be happy to move a bit down south so we are closer to work. Please call free to message or text me, I can't typically answer my phone during the day.
little bit about me. I work a lot and am often away. Grew up in a big family so I'm good at cleaning, I'm tidy and can cook. I surf and snowboard any opportunity I can get. Will definitely be having friends or siblings around on occasion. Love trying out new restaurants or just going out in general. I'm not at all fussy. I enjoy reading and sleeping, food, music, people and activities. :)
Hi there my names Rob and im looking for a place to rent, im a 43 year gay guy who pretty much loves to have fun and be happy, im not looking for anything fancy, just somewhere which has a good atmosphere and great housemates. tbh id probably prefer gay females as housemates as ive found theyre the easiest to get along with and live with :)
I'm friendly easy going but also happy keeping to myself - I am neat and clean as are my two furry companions who regularly receive compliments on how well behaved they are ! I'm creative and have always got time for expanding my knowledge about all sorts of things!
Hi there, I've just moved back to Melbourne on 27/3. I already have a job lined up near Forest Hill, so within 40 mins drive from there. My friends would describe me as honest, considerate and easy going. I'm clean/tidy and looking for someone similar. The cheaper the room the better. I've put 6 months but can be longer if the situation is right. Longest I've stayed somewhere is 2 years. I'm open to different locations near those listed. Thanks for stopping by :)
Hi!! I'm easy going and friendly, just relocated to Melbourne this year. I'm very clean and tidy. I work at a travel agent and am in my final semester of study. I love travelling, I'm always up for a day out exploring and socialising, but also enjoy relaxing at home drinking tea and either reading or watching movies. I am looking for a 6 month stay but am definitely willing to extend it depending on the circumstances.
Hello 😀 My name is Layla and I came here from NZ 4 years ago. I am studying life coaching and business starting 2017 for a year and a half, to become an advanced credentialed practitioner. I work night shifts, full time. I enjoy music, cooking, research, studying, spirituality, exercising, exploring and meeting new people! I am moving out because my current landlord needs/wants more money than I can afford to give him. I need a more affordable home to live in, a house with stability, safety, and preferably not living with more than 4-5 people...A place where I can trust the other housemates and to not feel isolated within my own home. A place I can come home safely after work, and sleep peacefully, with no loud occurrences. A place with basic amenities, like a good, working oven, extras like dryers and dishwashers are definitely a bonus but not necessary. I don't smoke and I don't do drugs and I rarely drink, It's too hard because of study. I am super quiet when coming home after work. All I want to do is sleep 😴 😴 I have my own bed, some other draw furnishings and a mini-fridge. I need a wardrobe and a spacious room for all my belongings 😅 I can't wait to speak with you all and I can't wait to find a home and people that I resonate with!
Hey guys, my name is Daniel, I'm 26 years old and i'm looking for a flat because I'm doing an internship in Melbourne. I' have lived in shared accommodations for the past years, so I would like to move in a shared accommodation here as well. I would need the room as soon as possible and till end of July. I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Daniel
Hi I'm Kirsty I'm 24 next month, I have rented for the past 5 years. I'm very independent, clean and respectful of others space. I'm a bubbly type of person and very family orientated. I work full time in real estate and in my spare time catch up with friends ect. I do have one dog (small) who is one year old and very well trained and toilet trained, she is very friendly and gets along with other dogs too. I would most likely be looking to move out in the next few weeks. Just looking for someone to take over my lease. I would be looking for a long term type stay.
Hello, I'm Kamara, I work at an Eastern Hospital. I'm looking for a 12 month long term place to stay around the Eastern suburbs with people around my age, 20-28. Bit about me: I am organised so will definitely pay bills on time, I'm friendly, tolerable, easy to get along with, generally tidy and I always clean up after myself as I'm considerate of others. Socially, I'm usually up for a chat or hang out depending on the preferences of my housemates, but if you're someone who keeps to yourself that's okay with me too, as I respect that. I prefer a non party house as it's nice to unwind from a long shift at a peaceful home but I enjoy occasional evening dinner/movie nights with friends at home, just not wild parties. I also lead a semi-active lifestyle and go trail bike riding or running on my off days. If I sound like a good fit for you, please reach out, cheers :)
My names Ebony (you can call me Eb for short!) I am currently working as a telecommunicator, I am looking for somewhere to live for up to 4 months at the very least and potentially longer. Hi my name is Greg. I work in my own business representing a national company helping businesses with their cash flow. I am wanting to move into the new territory I manage and being mobile I make appointments then visit with business owners and provide them with information & systems to help protect themselves and put them in the best position to be paid by their account customers. I enjoy being in a peaceful environment where I reside and have a passion for music & sport. Living with others it is important to me about mutual respect for each other and contributing to the chores or jobs that need to be done. Whilst I don't have my own family I am family orientated and in general like to be inclusive, social and at the same time enjoy my down time and being self reliant. I look forward to exploring the opportunity to find a perfect fit for both of us. Thank you for your time & consideration Regards Greg
