I’m a great tenant. Tonnes of references. Also looking for more longer term in Balmain from August onwards. Prefer an all inclusive price (which is my budget - $300). Thanks everyone.
Hi We are Talisa and Georgia and we're currently looking for a new place to call home. A little bit about Georgia: She is 28 years old, an extroverted introvert, enjoys life drawing, heading to gigs and theatre, yoga, going on hikes and exploring book stores. She is also a foodie and loves the occasional wine with a cheese platter on the weekend. She likes a good doco and is interested in holistic health and personal development. She has worked as a social worker/counsellor and is currently working with youth. A little bit about myself: I’m Talisa, also 28 and currently working as a physio. I like to get out on the weekends whether it’s spending time in nature going on hikes, wandering around markets and bookstores or catching up with friends over a wine. Around the house you’d most likely see me reading and drinking too much tea as well as dabbling in creative outlets like cooking/drawing. We’re looking for a home to share with like-minded people who are thoughtful with shared living spaces, are relatively quite during the week and who are friendly and open to occasionally hanging out or allowing us to have a couple of friends over on the weekend. We would love a place to feel like a sanctuary , with understanding of when we might need some down time but we are also very open to organising brunches or dinners with our flatties! We hope to hear from you! Also - we had a profile exactly like this up a few days ago, but something went wrong and we've been unable to sign into the account. So if you have messaged in the last couple of days, please message again. Thanks! :)
Super-chilled girl in her mid-30's looking for a place to call home. I work part-time with kids with disabilities and manage properties in Sydney via short-term leasing; thus I work full-time. I am easygoing, relatable, flexible, respectful, clean and tidy. I enjoy conversation, though very much value me-time. I am often taking pup (9 years old) for a run, creating patterns, studying graphic design and interior design part time as I build up a business around renovating and short-term leasing. I look forward to meeting and creating a home with you.
Hey Guys, Originally from New York City living in Sydney for 4 months now, very social outgoing person with a pretty good circle of friends in Sydney whom I've known from back in the states. Currently living in Dulwich Hill and looking to stay in the inner west preferably. I am on my first working holiday visa and have guaranteed employment for the duration of my visa(s) so paying my rent on time won't ever be an issue. I work in hospitality more specifically hotels so my schedule rotates weekly meaning I get off early one week and late the next. I am a pretty good cook if that gets me any extra brownie points. Looking for some cool flatmates who are also CLEAN, preferably a modern home, and private room with enough space to keep to myself when i want and of course common space where we can all get to know each other while enjoying a beer and or a movie/game. Looking forward to meet you guys! - Daniel
Hi, I’m Jess. I’ve grown up in Sydney, and am a full time professional working in the digital space. I’m looking for a roommate to share an apartment with. I am easygoing and love to chill out, clean and (mostly) organised. Looking for someone who is also keen to chill, share a meal with here and there, and enjoy each other’s company every now and then. Would prefer to have my own bathroom but am flexible on that.
Helllllo! We are Brodie and Ben. A fun, happy and loving couple, moved up from Melbourne 6 months ago - here to stay. We are active, eat well, drink well and are very considerate. A Grade dog cuddlers, A Grade housemates. We like the house to be clean, fun, social (but not party 24/7) and easy going. Love to have a beer or wine and have a chat or listen to music. Ben works in smart technology and likes to surf and play guitar, I work in finance, love dogs and train horses. Would love the chance to meet you and see if we are the perfect fit!
I am 23 and work full time in events management at an art studio (it's the best!). I am a clean, friendly, and open minded housemate. I love to relax with my housemates, share a glass of wine, and watch a movie, but I also am happy to give space when it's needed. I am obsessed with Lord of the Rings (it's the best) and I love to read, even though I read all day at work. I do have a one year old kitty who is very friendly, relaxed and well trained. Feel free to ask anything!
Hi, I am a professional, working in the events industry. I usually work Monday to Friday and sometimes weekends. I am clean, tidy and respectful of personal space, but I also like to be social, have a chat and a few drinks. I love to cook and am a vegetarian. I enjoy live music, theatre, art, movies and food.
Hi there! I’m a friendly working professional in my mid 20s and am relocating from Brisbane to Sydney to start a new job. I am respectful of people’s privacy and enjoy some alone time but also would like a flat mate who would like to share an occasional meal or wine together. I wouldn’t be in the space much during the week as I will be working full time Monday to Friday and most likely at the gym or networking events in the evening. On weekends I’ll be relaxing, brunching, beaching and exploring beautiful Sydney! I’ll also be travelling back to Brisbane on the weekends quite frequently so you’d have the place to yourself often. I enjoy cooking, binging on Netflix and chilling out when I’m at home. My home is my sanctuary so I do most of my socialising with friends outside of the house and am very clean/tidy.
I’m flexible easygoing person. I’m Acupuncturist and Doula from Brazil studying childcare and working as a Nanny and Babysitter on Inner West and Lower North Shore Suburbs. Vegetarian friendly but not stricted on it ;)
Hi! I'm Elisa, easy going 28 yo female, looking for a private room in an established share house, preferably with a furnished room and parking.. I'm a non smoker, and get along well with pets, especially dogs. I will be training M-F 8am-4pm at Rozelle, and am looking for somewhere relaxed but social to live. I don't know anyone in Sydney, so I'm hoping to find like-minded housemates who enjoy cooking, a social drink and daggy TV. I enjoy the outdoors too, especially rock climbing and hiking. I'm always happy to share a meal, and enjoy planned 'family' dinners with housemates. I'm respectful of personal space, but almost always up for a chat. I have previously worked and will begin working night shifts again soon, so I understand how important it is to have your sleep, and won't interrupt you. All I ask is that is you return the favour. I'm hoping to move to Sydney after the 14th June, before I start a 2 month course at Rozelle in July. The course will finish at the end of August (dates not available yet). I will be allocated an ambulance station after the course, and depending on where that is I may be able to stay on in the house.
Hi! I'm a professional working in the city. I'm British, but hope to stay in Australia for good as I absolutely love it here. I'm quiet and keep to myself mainly, but don't mind hanging out with my flatmates in the evenings for dinner and a glass of wine. I like to eat healthily, go for long walks, and travel. I don’t drink to excess, don’t do drugs, not into clubs etc. Pretty sensible! I have two adorable ginger cats.
I am a very organized and tidy person who ensures to keep their living space in a respectable condition always. I am also friendly and a very family oriented person who appreciates activities such as cooking and cleaning and working as a tight-knit group. However, I respect mine and others desire to have some privacy and can be very flexible in living arrangments. I try to be an active person and therefore exercise during the week, which is one of my favourite hobbies. I am originally from Adelaide and moved here mid last year, so would love to learn more about Sydney, go sightseeing and exploring :).
Hi, my names Matt and my boyfriends name is Mark. I'm 23 and I am a qualified Cement Renderer/Solid Plasterer, I start work early (6-7am) and return usually between 3-4pm. Mark is 30 a qualified landscape manager, he also starts work early (6-7am) and returns between 3-4pm. We love to get out on the weekends and are very easy going people. You won’t have any problems with cleanliness as we are both very clean. We are outgoing, enjoy socialising and making new friends. We are both into most sports -mark trains during the week and plays soccer on the weekend while I enjoy playing touch rugby during the week
Hi, I'm looking for a spacious, relaxed and friendly household to join with like-minded people. A bit about me: I work in Social Justice as well as doing some P/T nanny work. Stuff I like doing is the regular stuff: reading, cooking, movies, yoga, weekend Farmers Markets, trips to the ocean, arty/crafty stuff, music and pottering in the garden. I go away fairly regularly on weekend adventures for a good dose of nature. Chats over cups of tea and wine are always welcome and I love a balance of connecting with flatmates but also respecting each other's space. I'm easy going, open minded and considerate. Reliable and good with paying rent on time ;). A little garden and compost would definitely be an added bonus.
29 year old, been living in Sydney for a couple of years. I work full time in recruitment and I enjoy a glass of wine, a pale ale but also like to make the most of the weekend and explore NSW!
I'm a very respectful and fun person to live with. Although I will be out a lot (I work 2 jobs), I'll always ensure our place is kept looking gorgeous. I'm very bubbly, energetic, I work in corporate sales and hospitality, I'm also a young 35! I'm looking for considerate flatmates, perhaps of a similar age group, not a party house. I don't mind pets and am helpful to have around. I do like to keep a clean house so living with others who are similar would be good!
We are a young, easy going, fun and friendly couple looking for a room Close to the city or surrounding suburbs. We love to travel the world and spending time outdoors. We are both very clean, minimalistic and will never leave a mess for later.
Richard here, i am a 29yr old who is searching for a new home in Balmain area. I work in Pyrmont full time as a Sales Executive. I work Monday to Friday 9-5. Looking for a new home where i can enjoy living, keen to have good housemates who can get on socially and enjoy same kind of things as I do. Reason for the move is I am looking for a new start, I have been in Crows Next area for past 4yrs so fancy a new change in a new area. I tend to go to the gym 3x times a week, I like to cook (Or what i call cooking!?), like to explore on days off and try to be outdoors. I am seeking housemates who are chatty, respectful, clean and doesn't mind my UK humour! looking to get to know my housemates where we can enjoy eachothers company with food and drinks. I want it to be a home for all of us where we are all comfortable. I will need some good recommendations too for decent coffee, beer and food so I am as my future housemates you can help me there!
We are Damien and Paul, and we are looking to establish a new home with one or two other people. We have been in a relationship for more than 5 years, across different continents, through different study and employment stages, and life stages. Damien works as a lawyer, but is also a very caring and friendly person. He teaches piano, and has a small digital piano in the home. Paul is a talented designer, currently balancing working remotely for an overseas company with developing a career locally. We like exercise, weekend trips, good food and RuPaul’s Drag Race. We do have Netflix and Stan subscriptions, but we are definitely not couch potatoes. We listen to podcasts and talk to each other in the evenings (often while cooking, which we do about 3 nights a week). We also like to sleep 7-8 hours a night so no weekday parties. We don’t do parties anyway, but prefer dinner with friends, or to go out to a bar and have a dance. At the moment we are living in Canberra and without housemates for the first time. We take a lot of pride in our home, we have some quality furniture and and we aim to make our next home as ‘homely’ as this one. We would have to live with people who are responsible about cleaning. We have many years of sharehouse experience, and through this we have learnt to be respectful of others, to deal well with conflict, and to know how to take care of ourselves and those with whom we share space. We are looking to find a place (either 2 bed + study or a 3 bed), with relatively modern fixtures. We have a car and many tools (because we are handy around the house, and also because Paul is a designer), so we would ideally like a garage or shed (or at least a good storage cage in an underground car park). We would love to live near to the beach or the harbour, or somewhere central to the inner west, although we are flexible. We have seen some good places as far west as Concord, and we would also consider as far north as Lane Cove to Castlecrag. Perhaps as far south as Wolli Creek / Turrella and Maroubra. The preference is definitely within about 7kms of the CBD. We are looking to share with either one or two others, depending on the size and price of the properties we find. We are open to who we live with (students / employed / etc). Please get in touch if you think you might like to live with us, and we can see if we could get along. Paul & Damien
