I'm a neat and quiet, reliable person to live with. I work full time and I don't smoke. I'm no party animal but I still like to be social. I want to live with roommates who are like-minded. =) I like to spend my free time split between hanging out at home and going out with friends. Initially I would only like to agree to renting for a period of six months, which could be extended to another six months if all goes well. I would ideally like a room with a decent amount of wardrobe space and a private bathroom/ensuite if possible in a place that is close to public transport and shops.
I am organized with my things and clean after I go, cause I grew up with sort if an OCD mother. I like to be quiet and at peace when I am at home. But I also enjoy from time to time to have a social gathering within flatmates. My job was in Marketing so I am used to talking with different kinds of people. I am currently a student and part-time working. More inclined to arts as I love singing, dancing and guitar playing but very analytical and observant.
I am easy going, and very clean! I like to get up early to exercise a couple of days a week and chill out in my room most nights after work. I love catching up on missed TV shows and movies and would call myself a bit of a movie buff! I enjoy baking and making deserts. I am a social person and enjoy the company of others. I'm not a big drinker but do enjoy the occasional night out with friends.
I am a 27 year old lawyer working normal hours in the CBD. Interests include reading, true crime, fitness/health beach and outdoor activities! I also love a good netflix binge and trashy tv. I generally rise early during the week, try and exercise before work cook at home and got to bed relatively early. On the weekends I try to get out and about, do the usual beach/brunch weekend activities and maybe visit my family on the central coast. I enjoy a nice glass of red wine at home as well as out and about. I'd say my partying days are behind me and I'm looking for a home with likeminded roommate/s to spend some downtown with at home.
Hey guys, we're a couple moving up to Sydney from Melbourne. We are looking for a beautiful place to call home for at least 2-3 months. We are happy to sign an agreement for up to 6months. We are both super relaxed and keep ourselves pretty well entertained, but are happy to share a meal or some wine from time to time. I (Michael, 28) am an entrepreneur and public speaker from NYC, working with the government here, to provide training to their foster parents and Mo (25) is from Perth and is a youth worker. Things we enjoy: The outdoors, road trips, bike rides, roller blading, THE BEACH and home renovation shows, LOL. Looking for like minded, easy going people who enjoy the simple (and sometimes adventurous) life. Bonus points if you know who Eckhart Tolle, or Abraham Hicks are :)
I'm a full-time working professional (currently working in the healthcare industry) moving interstate for work. I have plenty of experiences flatsharing - have lived in shared houses with both genders for the past eight years. Quick facts about me: neat and tidy and will clean up after myself, respectful of your space but cool to have a chat, relaxed and easygoing, pays bills and rent on time, not keen on a party house, loves cats. Will need a place to park my car and I'm not fussed about the availability of internet as I have my own. I am also open to the idea of short term accommodation to get me through the first few weeks while I look for a permanent place to live in. I have past rental references if you require any. I will be in Sydney from 5 March onwards, so ideally would like to move in on that day if the arrangement is a short term accommodation. Please feel free to contact me if you think I'll be a good match!
Hi, my name’s Maddy and I am from the UK. I am coming over to work and explore Sydney and surroundings for about 6 months from January, am friendly and open minded. I graduated this year with a Masters in Biology, and hope to be able to use that to work in the natural areas around Sydney. I am hoping to be able to meet some great people and make some friends, it would be great if I could share a house with some other young, friendly people, who can maybe help me explore the city. I am not very messy, and enjoy baking apple crumble. 🌸
I'm an environmental noise consultant and I moonlight as a bicycle courier. I play the guitar and I can cook up a storm. I can talk about almost anything and I love getting to know the people I live with. I believe that kindness goes a long way and I like people who feel the same way. I'm looking for flatmates (or just one) to share a new place with. I like to keep things clean and I would prefer if the person I move with is willing to share the housekeeping responsibilities equally. I'm always ready for a chat and a few drinks, so of you are outgoing and generally optimistic about life, I bet we'd get a long well.
Hey we are a trio of two brothers and a friend, we all went to Rozelle Public School as children before my brother and I moved out near Tamworth. After reuniting properly in the last few years, we are all looking to live a little more indpendantly as we are all either studying and/or working. Easy going, respectable, funny young men who enjoy sports, fishing, reading, anime/movies and games as hobbies. I hope to get back into BJJ (and get the other two on board also) or join a rugby/afl team. We are self suffiecient and will keep places tidy and clean with no worries about disturbances or other complaints i.e noise. I wont be able to do an inspection (as I still live in Hanging Rock, near Tamworth) , but our third member lives in Sydney and could check sometime also. Thank you, and kind regards, Yirrbi
Hey my name is Afina, I’m 20, very social, like to stay active and love having a meal/ bev with my mates! I’m an ex basketball and rugby athlete but am currently nursing a knee injury so I do enjoy watching the NRL and union on the weekends. I will be working as a head trainer at F45 working 25-30 hours a week in Artarman so I can pay bills on time. Next January I’ll be studying at uni so I will be out of the house quite a bit trying to balance study and work. I’m super laid back and easy to get along with so feel free to hit me up if I’m someone you would want in a future housemate, cheers!
Hi, I'm looking for a great new place to move into! I keep pretty busy working two jobs and living a generally pretty active lifestyle. I'm a respectful, friendly, easygoing housemate who keeps things tidy. Please let me know if you have anything available. Thanks!
Hey everyone! I am Ombeline, a 23-year-old French student who will do her 3-month internship in Sydney! I'm quite excited for this new chapter in my life, Australia being located on the other side of the globe, this is an incredible opportunity for me to experiment daily sun and meet kangaroos! Coming on January 19th, I'm quickly looking for an accomodation. Quiet and clean, I'm also flexible and love sharing flats with international people. I've already lived in Finland for 1 year and met so many nationalities, it was amazing to learn from them and share moments. Hope to hear from you :)
Hey :) My names Jax, im 31yr old, super chill aussie girl, originally from wollongong, however have lived in sydney for 9yrs, and have also been living in a ski town in canada for the past 2.5years. Ive been back living back sydney since september, at place in Chippendale. Am keen for somewhere with a little less city, a little more nature. I work full time in the city as an Executive Assistant at Ticketek, so have been fully abusing my perks for free tickets since I started haha. I trrrry to go to the gym to burn off all the chocolate I eat, so Im pretty low key during the week, and generally just watch netflix:) I love snowboarding, the beach, hiking, music, travelling, festivals, movies, drinks and just doing social things. Ive lived in quite a few share houses in both sydney and Canada, so know how to respect everyone's privacy and space and can confirm I know how to clean up after myself :) I actually did housekeeping while living in Canada, so know how to clean a house... but definitely in no way OCD. Just hoping to find a nice place to live, with some chill housemates. I've always been super lucky and been friends with my housemates, would be awesome to find the same again! In saying that, I have friends in sydney and family/friends back home in wollongong so also have my own life and do my own thing :) Can of course pay Bond/rent up front, and am very flexible with a move in date! Any other questions just ask Thanks, Jax
Hi guys, I've just taken up employment with a bank in Sydney CBD so I'm looking for a nice and relaxed living environment close to the office with a private room. I'm a chatty and friendly guy who is interested in catching up with friends, sport, and film/TV (especially GoT: roll on April!) Please drop me a message if you have a room available in the Inner Western Suburbs.
I'm a mid-30's accountant working in the city. New to Sydney, originally from Brisbane and looking for a place to call home within 5km south/west of the CBD. I'm fairly laid-back, quiet, clean, tidy and considerate - happy to socialise with housemates or just do my own thing. I've lived in shared houses for well over a decade and am still close friends with most of my past housemates, several of whom would be happy to provide a character reference. I'm Ideally looking for at least a 6 month stay, if not longer. Ideally looking to move early-to-mid February, but do have some flexibility for late-Jan or later in Feb. Looking to share with late-20's to early 40's, but flexible with this. Good public transport links to the city required.
Hi, I’m Frieda! I am 21 years old. I work for a Nutrition company full time which is hard work, yet rewarding in Olympic Park. I enjoy spending my time outdoors, but also enjoy a pizza on the couch. Socialisation is a big part of my life and more than likely won't be home much. Times that we're both home, I'd appreciate a chat over some wine on the lounge, but also looking for someone who is accepting of alone time. I am looking for a clean, fun and outgoing housemate.
I'm Vanessa and I am, alongside with my friend Karina, my corgi girl Queenie and my two cats, Albus and Iggy Pop, looking for a place we can all call home and for flatmates who are wanting to share a home with us. Ideally, we are looking for easy going, honest and reliable people who love pets and who are looking to form a nice friendship and bond with us. We both work in the educational sector full time, we are both from Brazil and we have been living in Australia for the past 6 years. I enjoy binge watching on netflix, going to the movies, exploring new cafes and restaurants and am obsessed with my pets. I like having my alone time but also love to share a homemade meal with my friends and to have good chats. We would prefer to share with other girls, non-smokers, but we are flexible. Send us a message if you're not looking for a share house, but if you're looking for a home! <3
Hey we are a fun and friendly Scottish couple! We are clean, tidy and will most likely be working a lot 😊 we like to have a few beers, a laugh and cook often! We both love to go out to the pub, the outdoors or even the beach in our spare time! 😘
I am a very easy going and respectful nurse. I am no Mary Poppins but I do love team work and will always be apart of the house cleaning and chores. I am always up for a chat but also respect your privacy and space. I work shifts (no night duties) and I also teach at a university. I love seeing the sky and doing anything outside but also very much enjoy an inside ‘blob’ day every now and then. I am no party girl but do enjoy a nice night in or out with a wine and a seafood platter. I am looking for a room in a house that is clean, has good light and a space I can call my own. I would love to have roommates that are friendly, clean, a little fun and also respect my time-out time. I am also happy to live with boys and girls.
Journalist returned to Oz 6 months ago after 6+ years in the UK. Keen to live with a decent person or two. An actual kitchen, from which I'm always happy to share the end result, is a must. Some sort of outside area (I have an old school barbie), wifi that works and good transport links to Pyrmont are equally important. Prefer not to live with a couple. Note: Please don’t get in touch if your place hasn’t got a living room in addition to the kitchen (you'd be surprised), if you’re offering shared rooms or if you're an agent who hasn't read this - just a wastes our time.
Hi there! I am a doctor from the UK moving to Sydney to work in A and E, explore a new place, meet people and have a bit of an adventure. I love socialising and meeting people, going out, the outdoors (I love skiing, climibng, tennis) music and generally up for trying new things. Looking for some like-minded to live with and explore Sydney.
Hi, I’m Claudia and I’m 30 years old. I work full time at the University of Technology Sydney. My passions in life are women and breakfast foods. During the week, I like chilling out at home with my dog and studying. On the weekends, I like socialising and having fun. Waffle is a 6 month old cavoodle who is toilet trained and loves the park, other animals and humans. A very affectionate lap dog.
Design architect, quiet, straight, mature, friendly, and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. If you can read this, then I'm still looking! Have a 2.4m long table, so it needs to go somewhere :( If the room is a 3x3, the table will effectively use up 50% of that space, fyi. Also have 2 x corner chairs and a car. Don't need to be furnished. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Career driven, I'm always busy with something work related. I'm also flexible with the location, as long as it is not too far away from public transport.
