$350/week•24 year old male
Hi :) I'm Stephen, 24 and I work full-time in Barangaroo in the professional services industry as a consultant. I'm looking to join either an existing share house or find flatmates to rent a new place. The type of place I'm looking for/looking to create is a humble home where we all enjoy each others company and are mindful of one another's needs. I can be both a quiet and chatty person so I'm after a social home but not a party house. I'm a newbie to share house living and have the intention of making some new friends along the way! A bit about me; I work regular to long hours and outside of work I live a pretty low-key life. I enjoy dining out, cooking, playing tennis, reading, obsessing over dogs and exploring. Like most I try to focus on keeping myself fit, eating healthy and finding good Netflix shows! I'm a sociable, bubbly person but also need my quiet time to recharge. I'm a clean person and don't mind doing the cleaning myself. I'd like to have the place nice and tidy. I have a partner of 3 years who I'd have around on occasion, but most of the time I hang out at his place which also means I'm not home much on weekends. With my move date, as I’m currently working from home due to COVID, I'm not in a rush and am using this time to find suitable people and a place. That being said, I'll be looking to move pretty much as soon as the restrictions are lifted and we’re back working from the office. I'm looking for similar professionals or like-minded people to join. If you think I could be a potential flatmate I would love to hear from you! Other: - It's no mistake my photos are of me with dogs; I'm a huge dog person so if your place has some four-legged friends, or you come with a four-legged friend that'd be a bonus! - Given my budget, I'd like to have my own bathroom or ensuite - It's important for me to have a room big enough to fit a queen bed and a desk for working from home - I do have a car that I use regularly so I'd need a carspot or available, untimed street parking - They key areas I'm looking at are Drummoyne, Chiswick and Balmain East and within 10 mins walking distance to the F3 or F4 ferry to Barangaroo

$300/week•45-56 year old male and female
Hi we're a couple who likes a laugh and enjoy socialising - having said that we're also happy to chill out and read a book. We enjoy camping and the outdoor life or going for a spin on the motorbike. We love animals and enjoy a drink, we don't smoke, take drugs or are religious freaks but we believe each to their own. We're very clean and tidy but not OCD. Sean has his own building business, really fit, still enjoys a game of football and young at heart. We do enjoy going out for a meal but also love nights in cooking. we both love animals so if you have a little live in friend that's fine, we love traveling and play a bit of music but wont annoy the neighbours, I guess that's enough for now and hope we sound like the couple your looking for

Hi potential flatmates! My name's Zoe. I'm a pretty bubbly, yet chilled type of person. I'm looking to be in a relaxed environment with a flatmate(s) who I might see myself being friends with! That said, I'm very respectful of others' space and enjoy my own time. I'm always down for a chat, a cup of tea, or a glass of wine on the odd occasion! I'm pretty easy going and don't mind you having friends/partners over at all. I'm usually quite busy with uni/work but I love to work out and wind down with my friends or a good movie in my spare time. I've lived in the inner-west for most of my life but I'm willing to throw myself into the deep end with a bit of a scenery change. I'm looking for either a flatmate to team up with or to move into a private room in an existing flatshare! Drop me a message if you feel like we might be a good fit :) PS, if you're slightly outside my listed suburbs, not a problem! Message me and I'm likely to compromise on location if I find somebody who's a great fit.

I'm a quiet and tidy mature professional who travels frequently on business, spends time overseas and who is looking for a change in my share accommodation situation. Preferably in a house share situation, for 12 months or possibly longer, depending on my work commitment overseas. Prefer Sharing with 1 or 2 females, (professional or otherwise), and don't mind living with someone who has a cat, but definitely no dog(s). I definitely don't want to share with someone who smokes either inside or outside, so please don't contact me if you do or are.. Room either furnished or unfurnished and maximum up to $350 including or excluding any outgoings, and this would depend on the premises and potential housemate(s). My suburb preference is Annandale, Abbotsford, Balmain, Birchgrove, Breakfast Point, Concord, Chiswick, Drummoyne, Leichardt, Russell Lea, Rozelle, and would also consider the lower North Shore, with off street parking if possible. I'm also interested in a Teamup to find a suitable place as I have furniture currently in storage. I'm easy going, a non smoker, non TV addict, non party person, who enjoys good conversation, is respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking.

Hey all, I'm Emil, 30, an exercise physiologist from Sydney. I'm pretty active and social. Love my sports but also like to occasionally chill on the couch after a long day of work. Looking for a house with people of similar age and people who are social but also respectful of the house and housemates. Love some good banter as well and would essentially like to make friends with my housemates. Definitely want a place I can call home and actually have friends over occasionally. I'm a home owner as well so I i'm pretty respectful, clean and tidy and maintain a house pretty well. Would prefer month to month or short term lease to start with the option to extend.
