I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional who travels for business, and relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments 6 months ago. Except for dinner parties, I'm not into house parties. I'm looking for share accommodation for initially 6 months and longer if the place is suitable, with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender. I don't mind living with pets but prefer cats..Room can be either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $300 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something in any of the surrounding areas of Abbortsford, Concord, Newington, but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking. In addition to other activities, I enjoy going to the markets, eating out on weekends and the movies.
Honest, reliable, empathetic, compassionate, considerate ,artistic yet practical, animal lover -ALL incl insects- non judgemental ( I hope ), good sense of humour, reasonable and reasonable culinary skills (Still learning), an altruist with misanthropic leanings and obviously quite humble :) Ps; Trying very hard to quit the gaspers!
Friendly, polite, clean and tidy female. Respectful of others space. Happy to be a part of a friendly share household, but mostly enjoy doing my own thing. Reliable on time rent and bill payer. Parking and storage a bonus.
**Update- looking to Team-up to lease or find somewhere pet friendly (got 2 cats with me)** I'm down to earth and feel im a genuinely friendly person with an eye for making sure situations are fair and comfortable. I try to stay humble and feel im socially and self aware. Im good at gauging someone else's need for space and have upmost respect for privacy however am still very happy for any sociable interaction and a laugh. If your clean/tidy I will make sure we don't get into any awkward "your not pulling your weight convos", and have will strive to have initiative about cleanliness /house maintenance. I work full time and am looking to study on top so am looking for like-minded people who want a quieter more laid back household. Looking to start my own lease, or teamup with someone who wants to start their own in the areas listed or surrounding. Litterally only want to live with 1 other person....2 max. So if you want to connect we can meet and create a plan of attack in terms of housing inspections ect. Otherwise if your already in a place and think id fit, let us know too, id love to hear from you :)
I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
I am Clare, I'm from America and in my mid-twenties. I'm a masters student at UNSW, and I also work part-time at the hospital. I am relatively fun and social, and I enjoy exploring all that Sydney has to offer. I will be traveling until the last week in August, and will need a place to move into when I get back. I'd love to live with some social flatmates. =)
Hi, I am looking for a room in a house share. I have a 7 month old cat and she is my little world. I have had to leave my apartment due to personal reasons. I work full time in recruitment and study at nights. I work in Surry Hills, so I am happy to look for accomodation within 30 minutes of travel if possible :)
My name is Howard I am from Ireland I am working full time in IT for health direct. I am tidy, very easy to get on with and like to keep fit - surf, run. I am also quite and reliable. I am looking for somewhere relaxed quite and modern and hope to find friendly flat mate. I am a permanent resident so looking for something long term. I have put $380 a week for rent and that is the top of my budget. Always respect your own privacy but hope we can do the odd thing together :) I will be working in UNSW so somewhere relatively close to that area Let me know if you think I would be suitable?
Im Dan. 24 year old physiotherapist working in Balmain. Looking for something closer to work because I'm sick of commuting. I like to keep fit, cook, read and enjoy the occasional netflix binge. Hoping to find somewhere thats a home rather than a house where everyone is friendly and we can wind down after a day at work together with a drink from time to time. Enjoy the occasional meal together but also can respect each other's privacy. Not looking for a party house. Cheers!
I've owned my own place before, so I know how to keep a house and stay clean and tidy. I have my own tv and wash machine (front loader) to bring to the table everything else will either need to be there already or can be acquired. I get centrelink on top of getting cash in hand for a nannying job I do on the side as well. I am studying full time at an online tafe program to be a preschool teacher. I am a smoker but will only do that outside. In my spare time I like to watch Netflix or Stan, study or read. I like to be fit and active as well. Please consider my application to be your flatmate. My current living situation is okay - I live with a friend and tensions are high lately, I want to move out before we stop being friends altogether. If you have any questions feel free to call.
Im very tidy and respectful. I will be working 60+ hours per week so i wont be in your hair all the time. I like to be very active and i also like to cook. I will be working at Harris Farm Markets in Drummoyne. Im very friendly and find it easy to get along with almost anyone :)
I am 37 years old, I work full time Monday - Friday in Sydney and looking for a place to live with quick and easy access to the CBD. I am an easy going, friendly and fun but respectful and considerate person. I am fairly social and do a lot of things outside of work so not always home, particularly on weekends, always out and about. I have lived in Balmain previously and I loved it so ideally looking for somewhere around that area but open to other areas in the inner west. Ideally, I would like to share with only one other person and to have our own car space and bathroom. I am open to either a team up or moving into an already established unit or house. I am a smoker at the present time, however, will only ever smoke outside.
Hard working tradie Monday to Friday, always keen for a casual drink and a feed. Love meeting new people really easy going. More than happy to lift my weight around the house, with chores, cooking and cleaning.
I'm a 23 year old male with a full time job labouring and guaranteed work. Looking for a place short term (3-6) months and would really love to check out any rooms you have up for grabs :) Looking forward to hearing from you! Feel free to give me a call Thanks, Elijah
very relaxed and chilled. If I'm not working I enjoy reading or watching a film. In my spare time I practice yoga and like to eat quite clean :) I also like to live in a clean space so I am tidy and don't mind cleaning!
Hello, I'm originally Persian. I have lived in New Zealand for 9 years. Since I have been a few times to Sydney decided to move to Australia. I've had ran Airbnb as super host for 2 consecutive years therefore I'm aware of responsibilities. Generally I'm an outgoing, sociable, positive and active guy. Recently, I have just got back from 4 months travelling to Nepal and Middle East. Im working with The North Face Australia. Outside of work gym and sport climbing are something that I do regularly. Primarily, I'm looking for a private room/masteroom furnished to stay for 3 months if I like the flat/house environment I will extend. It's important for me that your house is walking distance to Train Station as I work in central. I will be happy to hear your offer.
Hi all, My friends call me Batman, as it is my last name :) I work full time as an Inventory Controls Officer *no not a police officer* I have 2 motorbikes, one is a Ducati Monster 696 and the other is a Ural Ranger (it has a sidecar). I am quite frequently out camping, fishing and motorbike riding during the weekends :) I am after a nice group of people who like to enjoy there life, are' t antisocial and like to have a couple of drinks and BBQ together every now and then :) My reasons for moving is, id like to have a place where i can walk out side, enjoy the views, close to the water, find some nice restaurants, pubs and cafe's just walking distance, meet some new people and make some new friends. Hit me up :)
I'm in Sydney working as a photographer and studying screen acting. Originally from Perth, I managed my own sharehouse for several years and enjoyed meeting and accomodating several short to long term tenants during that time. I'm generally quite busy most of the time, either with work or study. Living with me you'll find I'm very considerate of my fellow housemates, especially when it comes to shared areas and respecting each others privacy. Having managed a sharehouse, I fully appreciate the importance of paying rent at the agreed time. I also pay alot of attention in keeping common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms and living areas in a presentable and clean condition. Feel free to be in touch to organise a time to meet in person! Cheers, Jad
