Hey potential new house mate :) My name is Emily, I'm 25 work fulltime in Childcare and am chilled out down to earth kind of person. I love connecting with people and having chats but also really dig my alone time. I like to keep things clean and enjoy housework (weird yes but I find it therapeutic) I am a caring, empathic and giving person by nature and I'm sure we will become good friends. I have 2 beautiful loving boxer dogs that will be coming with me, I'm sure you will fall in love with them as much as I have. I am looking for someone to find a place and sign a lease with and consider subleasing to someone (we both agree on) to bring our rent cost down. If you'd like to know any more about me or anything hit me up :)

Hi there, I am 21 and live in Penrith and want to move out of home. Currently I work within the fitness and aquatic industry, as a swimming instructor/coach. I have also just recently started a position as a personal trainer. Whilst working I am currently studying online, for a diploma in nutrition. I have a massive love for sports and fitness and have my whole life. I'm fun, friendly and outgoing, happy to hang out and meet new people or just to keep to myself and give space. I respect others personal space.
Where ever I live I treat it as my own, proactive, very thoughtful, mindful of others, happy out going, like to keep things clean and mess free. I've lived in a number of different types of homes/places, with all kinds of different people from different walks of life. I'm a spiritually minded person, glass half full, stop & smell the roses kinda person, love kids, animals, nature and being around great like minded people.
Hi my name is Michael. 48yo I'm a Aircraft Engineer and I'm working at the RAAF base from the 28/8/17. I will be working there until Christmas. I'm looking for a place close to the base. Most weekends I would be surfing or going to Canberra to visit friends. I have a reference from another flatmate from the sunshine coast. I only left there in June. If you would like any more information just contact me Cheers Michael
Hey!! My name is John, I'm British, from London, lived in the USA since 2013 - so you'll get to hear a "cool" accent a lot lol. I'm 31, a vegetarian, and will be starting work at WSU. I am a biologist and I'll be teaching and conducting research at HIE. In my spare time I enjoy running, hiking, soccer, cooking, like to drink socially, traveling and visiting places and have experiences I've never done before.
New to Sydney from Perth, full time job as an electrician on the North West Rail, enjoy a cold beer after work, but equally like to chill out and do bugger all. Been house sharing for the last couple of years and can provide solid references. Clean tidy & respectful, up front rent no problem.
I am looking for 2-3 other people to team up with to find a rental around the Hills District. I would be willing to pay extra for the main bedroom. I am 22 years old and work full time as a marketing consultant. I also have a 6 year old english staffy named Kevin. He got hit by a car when he was 1 so he has problems with his back legs, nerve/spinal damage and a plate in his front shoulder. This worsens when he is outside in the cold so most of the time he is inside with me. Because of this, I would need to find a place that allows pets. However, he is not good with other dogs so would need to be the only animal in the house. In my spare time I am usually out with friends. I appreciate a clean house and respect having own space. Contact me if you would like to chat further.
I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
I am respectful of other people opinions and life choices. I love contact with others yet am happy with myself as company. Now retired and love the Gym and healthy living and reading fantasy like Stephen king, movies and riding my Ducati monster occasionally, or discovering Aust with my C'Van.
I am tidy and communicative about everything and anything pertaining to the house/apartment and any bills, issues etc and will happily chip in if you need a hand with something. I am a little shy in person but this just means that I will happily give you your space as needed, though this means I'm not really the type when it comes to parties and multitudes of social gatherings. I love animals and so if you have pets, I will probably love on them and take care of them if need be. Move Date is just a rough idea for now.
Chris and I are a down to earth, friendly married couple who love to keep things neat, clean and organised. I am an Australian Citizen and Chris is American and we are looking for somewhere to live within the Hills district. Ideally, we'd like a Granny flat or Unit, but we're also open to a Master bedroom in a shared house with our own ensuite. Thanks! :)
I'm easy going, social, respectful, friendly, and most importantly.... clean 👌 oh, and I love a glass of wine, partnered with cheese & flashy crackers (lavosh, of course) ! I'm a social worker at Blacktown Hospital (so I class myself as an impeccable listener). Now, how else does one sell themselves as a stellar housemate? 🤔
