I'm 28 year old male, easy going and respectful. I work full time and enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. Looking to rent around the adelaide hills area. Cheers,
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
I'm an easy going professional. I work full time and am really committed to my job. I love running, wine, my dog, netflix and G-rated chill nights, interior design, travel and the Adelaide Hills. I'm looking to either start a new share house or slot into a great home with another independent professional.
I'm 22 and from Adelaide. I'm responsible, clean, work hard and love to have a glass of wine every now and then. I love the being at the beach but the peacefulness of the hills is pure bliss. I work in hospitality, workings casual but full time hours aswell as studying online.
Full-time professional worker. I'm easy to get along with and pretty chilled. I'm fairly reserved and I respect people's privacy and space as I like to have my own space as well. Looking for a room in an existing share house with maximum 2 other people or housemate of similar age to apply for whole properties. Not specific in area. Just looking for the right place and people. Cheers
I am a professional working with the the Government Department in their Information Technology section. Just moved to Adelaide and looking for a room, preferably with attached bathroom. My minimum stay would be until the end of next year-December 2018. I am a friendly person, neat &tidy, a non-smoker, non-drinker. My interest is in reading books on History and Economics.
I am a full time student and spend most of my time studying, volunteering, or resting. I'm a respectful and friendly introvert; I will happily help around the house and chat over some food, but also respect and appreciate personal space. I'd prefer to live with at least one other female, but I'm happy with either mixed or all-female accommodation options - I'm comfortable living with or without pets too, and am generally pretty easy going.
Easy going and down to earth Love a good chat yet also like my own space Green thumb - love to grown, cook, preserve and eat food Nature, rock-climbing and hiking Outdoor Education and Teaching Yoga - inspires me daily Great communicator, clean and respectful
Hello! I am a 22 year old Canadian girl on a working holiday visa looking for a place to stay. I am very friendly and sociable, clean, and respectable. Planning on finding part time or full time work and will probably spend the time I have at home relaxing. I am pet friendly, love all kinds of animals and I have no allergies (food/animal or environmental). I really enjoy watching movies, doing crafts, journaling and adventuring out into nature as well as the city.
Easy going, social, hardworking, self employed business owner, clean and tidy, very accepting, non discriminant, have a car, can store personal furniture and effects off site, love pets, handy man, very resourceful, communal spirit, sharing, caring, enjoys cooking, living a healthy lifestyle and balance.
I'm open and honest, respectful and considerate of others, friendly, sociable and a pretty good cook. Enjoy my friends, live music, dinner parties, writing my cookbook after working as a chef have many recipes I've created. Lots more to learn about me, best done in person.
Seeking a room to rent in the hills as our lease is running out in Feb 2018 :) I’m 28, work full time in the city, study and also work casually in a cafe on weekends. I have two horses in Balhannah which take up most of the rest of my time! I’m easy going, respectful of other people’s belongings, quiet and considerate but do love a good wine and cheese night! I like to be conservative with electricity and water usage and come with bonus access to free fire wood. I like to clean but am a bit of a failure at using lawnmowers and the like.. I also have a male Dalmatian who has just turned 2! He is really good with other dogs but does chase cats. He’s fully house trained, doesnt dig, doesn’t chew on furniture and is really just a (giant) lap dog with huge personality. Max budget is around $120-$140, some/all bills included is a bonus but not totally essential.
I am 20 years old and currently studying Architecture at UniSA, and going into my third year in 2018. I am very studious and have experience in living independently. I am a tidy and organised person who would take good care of your place and get along well with the other tenants as I am very approachable and friendly. Enjoy cooking food for myself and others and am generous with my time and money. I work as a casual at Drummond Golf, and therefore have a passion for sport. I'm a very driven person and enjoy challenges, and love the opportunity to meet new people.
Hi my name is Hannah and im a 24 year old professional beauty therapist. I work at a day spa which im very passionate about. Im quite open minded, respectful, relaxed and free spirited. Hi, my name is Jasper and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am applying for a Cert III in Visual Arts via TAFE for next year, so I will be studying full time as well as seeking part-time employment. I currently work as a freelance commission artist, and am also pursuing a career as an art teacher in the future, so I'm looking for a stable environment where I can call home, and freely work to achieve my goals. My interests are in art, music and fashion along with many other things. I am also a quiet and relaxed person and I do like time to myself, but appreciate social environments, as I'm very easy to get along with and enjoy making new friends. I like to think of myself as a reliable and generous roommate who is up for decent conversation and always fun or easy to be around. The most important thing to me overall is honesty and communication, I believe those are the foundations for any successful relationship. I am looking for a house-share or accommodation with 2-3 open-minded individuals similar to myself who are genuinely interested in getting along with me. I would prefer to move into a home where bills are included. I'm very open minded, good with animals and kids, and generally quite accepting, so there are very little issues in environment for me. Thank you for taking the time to read over my profile, if you believe I would make a suitable housemate or tenant, feel free to contact me at any time. I look forward to hearing from you! - Jasper
