I'm Ryan, 25, full time electrical engineer working with robotics startup. I like music, going to gigs/festivals, having beers and hanging out, looking to move into a fun sharehouse where everyone gets along. Looking to move immediately for the right room! Some things that are on my wishlist but aren't deal breakers: -NBN or fast internet -Garage/Shed for tinkering Some things that are important to me: -Unfurnished room - I have my own stuff -Parking (permit/off street or quiet street)
I'm a full time Veterinary Medicine student who spends too much time with their head in a textbook. I come with my best mate Charlie, a 10 year old Spoodle X hot water bottle who is a heckin' good boy. He's a super friendly pup, is quiet and doesn't shed hair.
Hey! I'm Emma. I'm currently In the states but looking for a new room to move into when I get back to melbs. I'm super chilled and work full time in a child care centre in the city. I'm looking for an awesome house with some chilled and Amazing vibes. I love to travel and see live music, have a drink and head to music festivals. 420 friendly ! Look forward to having a yarn!
I'm pretty easy to live with, i work full-time tuesday to saturday and i have plans most times during the week with friends. I have previously lived out of home for two years from when i was 19-21 and only recently moved back with my family and looking to move out again. I'm a clean and tidy person and have no issue in cleaning rosters and things like that. I don't take up much food in the fridge because as i said i eat out a lot. I have an easy going personality and am pretty chill with anything. I enjoy listening to music, going to concerts and reading books.
Hi Guys! I work full time at an organic health food store, have been there for over a year. I am extremely mature minded and quiet. Non smoker, dont drink etc I have a cat. I love to read, watch films/tv shows. Im an aspiring writer. Im super easy going and love to chit chat over a pot of tea.
My name is Laura I’m 23, currently studying nursing and working part time as a carer. I am ideally looking for somewhere in the Inner West. My max budget is $200 pw but ideally would prefer between $150-170. A little about me: I am studying nursing in Geelong (I am usually there about 1 day a week), I work as a carer (presently I have contracts in Port Melbourne and Richmond but this changes on a regular basis) I work mostly days but can have the occasional late night. I am financially secure and capable of paying my bills on time. I am happy to contribute to household tasks such as cleaning. I enjoy cooking, travel, watching TV etc. I would describe myself as more of a homebody, although I enjoy going out to movies, brunch, dinner or the occasional drink. I have a sarcastic sense of humour so as long as you understand sarcasm, don't mind a laugh, drink or tv I'm extremely easy to get along with. I am looking for housemates that are happy to share a meal or a drink when we can, have a chat or watch a tv show. But also doesn't mind some alone time.
I am a 68 yr old male seeking a place of stay (room in house, share/house etc) in Melbourne for at least two months initially with the possibility of a permanent arrangement if suited. I am based in NZ but I regularly travel to Melbourne, hence the need of a place I can call my 'Melbourne home' and a place to touch down when I am there. I am tidy, reliable, good help around the house, have a sense of humor, and very easy to get along with. I can supply excellent references. I don't snore, fall out of bed, or make strange noises in the middle of the night (or at least I don't think I do). I would prefer a quieter place occupied by only one or two working person/s preferably straight, and a place handy to public transport into the CBD - say a maximum of 30 minutes by public transport. I mostly do my own thing with meals but also don't mind a get-together meal. I make woodworking projects (not at the property) and write about them for my website. That is my fun job and my hobby. Rent is negotiable, however it would be nice if the rent could reflect the fact that I will be away for most of the time after the initial two month. Say up to $160 per week. It would be a place I could call home while I am in Melbourne and would be my Melbourne address.
Hi, My name is Ivan. I am professional. I am very clean, organized and respectful of people's privacy and space. I enjoy a good chat and like meeting new people. I'm a clean and tidy person, have no doubt that I will help maintain a clean house and treat the property as my own home. Also, I am extremely easy going and I have a great sense of humor. Cheers
Hello, I'm Tara. I am 30 and I do some freelance marketing/writing on weekdays, and work in bars and clubs on weekends and some weekday nights. I also have a fitness/dance background. Hobbies: public speaking, dancing, traveling This is my last winter in Melbourne, and I would like a safe place to stay for 10 months. I plan to move interstate in March/April 2018 to study. But I promise to pay my bills and rent until then! I am staying in Melbourne for just under a year longer so I can work through naturalization/citizenship/passport processes. I am based in the inner Western suburbs, but would consider moving to Port Melbourne, South Melbourne, Glen Iris, Malvern, Maribyrnong, Ascot Vale and Kensington It needs to be close to public transport BUT with a parking spot, for my little red Ford Festiva. Prefer unfurnished as I have my own furniture. Awesome things about me: - self-sufficient - private, quiet, busy - health-conscious - drug-free, debt-free - I clean as I go PS: I share a lovely 3 level townhouse in West Footscray. My housemate is a passive-aggressive alcoholic man who is getting divorced. We have just been given 3 months to vacate; so while my official move date is June 11, July or August works for me too. If you are considering asking me to share a house with you, I think we would get along if you are: - not an alcoholic (manage your anger in other ways) - busy and have real hobbies - are in a good place financially (working/not a student) - understand that I'm paying rent for privacy, peace and quiet (I'm an introvert, not an extrovert. I am not obliged to be your psych/best friend) - clean, but not OCD clean - no shouting or cursing at me; please approach me in a calm and civil manner to discuss issues. Say "Please and thank you" These rules would go for me too! I would only share with one other person, to keep things simple. If I were to share a house, the room must be: - LARGE (at least 3.5m by 3.5m) - have large BIR - have an ensuite bathroom I can afford up to 350 per week, so that's what I'd expect. I am happy to pay for gas/water/electricity and Internet but NOT Foxtel as I am very much a YouTube girl. Thanks very much; hope to speak to you soon. Tara
Hi everyone! I am a 24 year old Kiwi who has been living in Melbourne for 6 months, and Australia for just over a year. I am a clean and tidy person I always make an effort to clean up after myself as soon as I can, especially in communal areas. I always make sure to do my share of the housework, you may even say I can be a bit of a clean freak sometimes. I am also an open and bubbly person who enjoys living in places that are somewhat social like maybe enjoy the odd drink together, but I am not looking for anywhere that would consider themselves to be a party house. I am looking for somewhere to live and be able to move in by the 01/06/17 I am currently working full time in the CBD, and I am hoping to find somewhere relatively cheap but I am trying to be a bit realistic. I would also like to find a room that is somewhat furnished as I don't have any of my own furniture. I also don't mind doing shared cooking, but I am also happy to keep this separate as well. Please no shared rooms I really do enjoy having my own space, so I am looking for my own room. I love animals so if you have any pets I will love them like my own haha, I really don't mind what kind of pet they are. Please feel free to message me and ask any further questions you may have. Thanks heaps, Rose

Hi, we are a couple in our twenties, looking for a place to live! We are looking to move early August, when our current lease is up - not before. Both working full-time (between Melbourne & Geelong). Easy-going, tidy, love a Netflix sesh and a few drinks on the weekends. Cannot live with cats or smokers, due to allergies and asthma. Interested in both rooms in share houses, or someone to team up and find a new place together, so feel free to message us :)

Hello there! We're both easy going, friendly, independent & conscientious. We're good at cleaning up after ourselves and all that other dull house stuff. Edward works in a bottle shop so he can get cheap beer and Alex is an interior designer, so she can give you hot interiors tips. Alex plays netball, likes cooking/going out for food and hanging out at the pub, especially in summer. Edward also likes hanging out at the pub and playing in video game tournaments. We both smoke outside. Ideally we're looking to start a house up in Footscray with another couple, but we're open to whatever we can get really! We have a full house of furniture too, including a great zombie apocalypse board game that is more fun with more than 2 people and a framed collage of Sarah Michelle Geller. No pets please, as Edward is allergic. Hope to hear from you soon!
Im a friendly, compassionate, kind hearted soul that tries to see the best in everyone even if it is hard to do so at times. Nursing student at ACU, currently on gap year to find work and take some time for myself. Happy to keep to myself reading, listening to music or playing games when at home. I have no issue with parties or people being over but not looking for a party house.
Hey, I'm JP! Originally from Canberra, I moved to Melbourne about a year and a half ago. I've been living in the same house since then in cosy Brunswick, but I think its time for a change! I'm looking for a house where we aren't just housemates, but good friends. I'm very much into cooking, kitties, sharing a meal, doing odd jobs around the house, playing board games/cards and just being a domestic god. I am currently finishing up some post-grad in Anthropology and volunteer part -time at the Red Cross. I trade stocks on the side for a small income (15,000/20,000) and I love chatting about politics and advocacy. Most importantly, I'm a doer. I like to take action and I especially love collaborating with others to make a house cosy and convenient. personal interests include guitar, bicycles, memes, podcasts, coffee, handyman projects and chats. Admin note: My move in date is flexible. Ive told my housemates that I am thinking about moving and Ill give them a months notice when I lock down somewhere new. hopefully with you!

Hello! I'm a Creative Writing student at Deakin University (Burwood) working part time. I write a blog about anything and everything. I'm not a big party person although I do enjoy dinner and drinks, and prefer to watch movies or Netflix in my leisure time. I'm a relatively quiet person, albeit quite social as well and I try to maintain a tidy space as well as living minimally in my space. I like to get things done sooner rather than later. I get along very well with pets (but don't have my own) and will be mindful of others during night time hours.
