I'm Ryan, 25, full time electrical engineer working with robotics startup. I like music, going to gigs/festivals, having beers and hanging out, looking to move into a fun sharehouse where everyone gets along. Looking to move immediately for the right room! Some things that are on my wishlist but aren't deal breakers: -NBN or fast internet -Garage/Shed for tinkering Some things that are important to me: -Unfurnished room - I have my own stuff -Parking (permit/off street or quiet street)
I'm Sarah I'm 25 and I come with one dog Ruby a siberian husky. I've been living in Melbourne for almost 3 yrs. And working at my job at H&M for over 2. I'm also studying in the CBD. I consider myself pretty chill to live with clean and tidy. Keeping my mess to my room. I also like keeping a neat lawn. In my spare time away from uni and work I'm at home with Ruby relaxing or hanging with my friends. I'm not a big drinker (if there is a birthday I'll endulge myself) nor do I smoke or take drugs. Very social able always up for a chat. I also enjoy cooking especially for other people. Although I don't cook meat. If you're interested in can meet with you soon just message me here. Thanks :)
Greetings, I'm a student perusing Masters of IT from Charles Sturt University with a full-time job,( mostly evening/night shifts). My interests include reading, music, watching documentaries and indulging in healthy conversations. I'm a responsible individual punctual with rent and always there to lend a helping hand. A good part of my time is spent on traveling to Work/University, need to cut down the traveling time so I’m in search of a private room in a shared accommodation which has access to public transport, (Bus, Tram, Metro Station) and is at a respectable distance from the City, (Traveling time – Half an hour to one hour.). Feel free to message me. Thanks.
Male Late 30s Full time AV Technician - work in the CBD Monday to Friday. Am looking to find a nice clean comfortable place to relax & hang out with fellow flat mates. I'm very quiet and keep to myself most of the time. I am very easy going and like to spend my time computer gaming , relaxing , watching sports & hanging with friends. Happy to work together with flatmates to keep place clean & tidy. Feel free to contact me
Recently graduated in electrical and electronic from Swinburne Uni. Continuing my part time job in the catering business until I find a professional engineering career that suits me. Paying rent on time isn't an issue. With my lease at UniLodge over, I'm willing to relocate. I like to think of myself as an ordinary INFJ wanting to realize great dreams. Currently educating myself the realm of entrepreneurship and hoping to have my own start up one day. While I appreciate privacy, I also feel housemates are a 'family', away from family. In my last 4 or so years of living in shared accommodations, I've made sincere friendships which I truly value. I wish to continue doing so. Plus, I find animals adorable so if there's a pet at home, it'll find a good company. And oh, I don't leave my dishes go stray. : ) I have a thing for modern aptmnts/units and I'm not much fussy about the suburb tbh. Happy for anything in between 30km radius from Melbourne I guess.
Hello! I'm looking to join a friendly household that has the right balance of hanging out together and doing our own thing. I work full-time as a youth worker, and in my spare time I'm either spending it with my boyfriend/friends/family, dragging myself outside to exercise, cooking vegetarian food, or parking myself on the couch to watch terrible tv. I'm considerate and respectful of others, and I love having a laugh/sharing dog videos to balance out the seriousness of my work. My other loves include hunting down the best brunch spots in Melbourne, going to a few gigs and music festivals here and there, and baked goods. My ideal housemates are around the same age or older, working full-time, easygoing, and tidy. I'm hoping to be moved in somewhere by mid-April/early May so give me a shout if you think we'd be a good match! :)
Working full time Mon - Fri (shifts between 8am and 7pm) I'm quiet and friendly, keep to myself at home most of the time Up for a chat and a drink of course if you are :) I clean up after myself
Writer, student, cricket tragic and aussie rules fan, and loving life in Melbourne since I moved from country WA at the start of 2016. I'm pretty easy going, enthusiastic about life, enjoy cooking and eating healthily, and keeping fit and active (cycle, walk, gym, swim, cricket). My dream house share would be a quiet, friendly, clean and tidy household in the inner west - emphasis on the clean and tidy bit! I'm over grotty cluttered house shares. I'm seeking like-minded housemates who will all do their bit to help keep the house (and garden where there is one) presentable. Not a dog fan, but cats are good. I enjoy a quiet drink most nights, and would be up for some shared cooking and socialising. I do need my own quiet and private space though, as I often work and write from home, so need a decent-sized bedroom where I can fit my desk, bookcase and bedroom furniture is a must. Finding a housemate who's also into sport would be a huge bonus! I play cricket for Spotswood CC in the summer, go to many cricket and footy matches (Sheffield Shield, BBL, AFL) and watch even more on TV/live apps. I also enjoy exploring new parts of Melbourne/Victoria and catching live music and writing / book related events. I'm currently in a share house I've called home for 1yr+ that is better than many, so I'm not in a huge rush to move out; but I am keen to find housemates and home where I will fit in better.
Hi everyone, My partner and I are both respectful, responsible 19 year olds that are mature for our age. We are both currently unemployed but can both assure we can pay for rent and bills and are actively looking for work. Despite our age we are very quiet and would prefer a night in on the couch than going out every weekend so there is no need to worry about us coming in late every weekend. Thank you for your time and we are forward to hearing back from anyone with an offer.
Hi! i'm looking for place to with 1-2 awesome roomies in either yarraville or seddon, (no more than 8mins walk to a station), preferably a house, (not a tiny bedroom) with a little garden to call home. I'm easy going, mature, quiet (most of the time), open minded, and independent. Currently working part time, and have my own small business. I'm interested and love (parts of) spirituality, assisting others, meditation, and caring for the environment. I'm pretty much a junk food vegan but wont judge your food choices. Love to travel and will try to take short adventures any chance I get (if my work and bank account will allow). Love a good meme! Enjoy creating heartfelt connections with others and deep chats and conversations about the world we live in. Also I do enjoy a bit of crap tv including reality (oh gosh) and more! Happy to be a part of the house family but also enjoy my solitude and quietness, looking for others who do and feel the same. Love to cook so more than happy to have chats and joint meals time to time. Big fan of cleanliness in shared spaces and respect and understanding of others! Don't mind a place with animal roomates as used to dogs and cats (am more of a dog person though). So that's a little bit about me! Looking to move in late April/May, preference is for the right place and people than date. Please contact me to see if we'd make a nice fit. Ta, Lillian :)
Hey There, I'm looking to find a place to move into where i can care for my two children (a 4.5 yo boy and a 2 yo girl) whom i only have on weekends as they live with my ex wife during the week. Im a provisional Psychologist completing an internship in Footscray and a really great person to share with. I love to cook, drink coffee, and wine and I'm a super sociable person. I enjoy playing board games when i have time, and the friends to do so but i am mostly a netflix and study kind of girl when I'm not with my kids. I'm not a needy housemate, but i do enjoy cooking for others all.the.time. I'm not opposed to living with men, women or couples but i would need you to be willing to have a working with children check so that i can feel that my children will be safe. I look forward to hearing from you, if you'd like to team up! FYI; move date is super flexible and i only chose may 31st because i needed to choose something!
Currently from Newport and looking for fun, easy-going people of a similar age with similar interests. I recently finished studying psychology but working full-time in bookkeeping and tiling! Love going out for a drink and being social. I am respectful, clean, and will be reliable with payments:) I don't currently own any pets but love dogs!
Hello, I am looking for a place as a transition point into Melbourne. I have recently applied for mid-year University entrance and I am waiting for an acceptance letter from them. I am a quiet, clean person with a tendency to keep to myself. I enjoy reading, visiting the city and spending time on my computer. I have a cat that I would like to bring with me, however if that is a problem I can leave her behind.
I'm social, quirky and responsible. Can pay bills on time without being prompted, can chip in with the communal chores etc Love to share times with board games, movies and just general chat times.
I'm really easy going, I work full time and stick to myself mostly but would be down to have a few drinks/chill every now and then! I do keep a neat place and I have a cat Kenny, he's pretty chill too. I'm looking for 1 or 2 people to move in with and I have a few places that would be cool to check out.
I'm 19 almost 20, currently in my second year studying a bachelors of youth work at VU Footscray Park. I want to move a bit closer to the uni as I currently live in Geelong :). I love travel and being spontaneous. I love trying new things and meeting great people. :) I also work part time at Bunnings.
I am a 68 yr old male seeking a place of stay (room in house, share/house etc) in Melbourne for at least two months initially with the possibility of a permanent arrangement if suited. I am based in NZ but I regularly travel to Melbourne, hence the need of a place I can call my 'Melbourne home' and a place to touch down when I am there. I am tidy, reliable, good help around the house, have a sense of humor, and very easy to get along with. I can supply excellent references. I don't snore, fall out of bed, or make strange noises in the middle of the night (or at least I don't think I do). I would prefer a quieter place occupied by only one or two working person/s preferably straight, and a place handy to public transport into the CBD - say a maximum of 30 minutes by public transport. I mostly do my own thing with meals but also don't mind a get-together meal. I make woodworking projects (not at the property) and write about them for my website. That is my fun job and my hobby. Rent is negotiable, however it would be nice if the rent could reflect the fact that I will be away for most of the time after the initial two month. Say maybe between $100 - $160 per week paid by automatic payment. It would be a place I could call home while I am in Melbourne and would be my Melbourne address.
Hi there, I'm pretty open to options at the moment that are either: - Furnished in the short term - Or open to staying 6 months or so in a furnished /unfurnished Hoping to find a nice housemate or housemates who are interested in spending some time together either eating or watching tv every now and again. I'm vegetarian, aspiring vegan, but won't bug you about your own food choices. And if you have pets that's cool, I love animals(: I'm friendly, respect shared areas and considerate of other housemates. I've been in 3 share houses in the last 5 years so I know how this all works. Hoping to find a friendly housemate who is considerate and doesn't need a surrogate parent in a sharehouse. Currently working in media at a lovely agency in South Yarra so keen to find a place nearby(although anywhere is closer than my current commute) to unwind after a fast paced full day at the office. Being introverted in such a social workplace means I'm exhausted so no not after a party house. I spend my free time at the gym, catching up with friends for a bite, love going for long walks, and live gigs/concerts as well as the footy. But when I'm home I'm pretty much straight into my pjs.
I'm a happy-go-lucky 26 year old professional. During the week I work full-time as a user experience designer in the CBD. When I'm not at work I enjoy kicking back at home with some music, TV, or a good book. I enjoy socialising on weekends, but tend to keep things relatively low-key throughout the week. I appreciate having a private space and some alone time, but I'm rarely opposed to spending time with housemates over a glass of wine and/or a meal.
Hi guys, my name's Carrie. I'm 27 and working full time as a Displays Administrator. Looking to move into a place with friendly and easy going housemates, who like a good laugh and who are also clean, respectful and independent. I'm into music, art, movies and tv, brunch, COFFEE, sleep. Just the usual. If you think we'd be a good fit, please contact me :) Thanks!
