Hey beautiful people! My names Shannon ((but my favourite people call me Shaz)) and I'm a young chick looking for a home. I'm a pretty outgoing kinda gal, but also value alone time and like to give others their space too. I'm about to start a new job selling whiskey and other white spirits on a corporate level, working hard and working FULL time. In addition to this I also have plans to undertake learning of some kind over the coming months (none of this university nonsense though), and so will be pretty darn busy living life and (HOPEFULLY) loving it too... SPEAKING OF LOVE... I love music, and reading, and I don't mind a whiskey or two (or three, etc). I thoroughly enjoy a boogie on the D-Floor, but am ultimately a very respectful housemate with whom I am confident you will get along. I've never had a problem with bills (except for Bill Murray, but that's only because he won't answer my calls), and have never been late with rent money, a smile, or my English homework (that last ones a lie, but it's ok because I graduated high school and you get the idea...) I'm looking forward to speaking with you soon! Get in touch!! Shaz P.S. My profile picture is, regrettably, not me, but someday I PROMISE it will be
My name is Bethany and I am a permanent part-time employee working in fast food, also beginning my first year in a Medical Science degree. I am looking for a place that is a convenient for work and study commitments. I have a 5 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback x Boxer and I would much prefer a place that will allow me to bring along my well-behaved furry friend, I promise you'll like him! He doesn't bark unless provoked which makes him a handy guard dog, however he hardly has the potential to hurt a thing (other than the occasional fly). He gets along well with other pets, in fact, he used to sleep curled up with my mother's cat. I first moved out of home when I was 17 and have had my own lease this past year. I understand responsibility and I am courteous and respectful towards my housemates. A perfect Friday night for me includes socialising with my closest friends, a few glasses of wine and many laughs. Although, I'm often quite a nanna and go to sleep relatively early, so you wouldn't have to worry about me stumbling home in the middle of the night, as nights in town are only occasional. I am a tidy house guest and I can give you references from two different people that I have previously lived with. I look forward to hearing from you, thank you!
Hello people,if your looking for an amazing housemate keep reading!! Born in Adelaide and currently living at Seacliff Pk. I have recently completed Child, Family and Youth Support Work Certificate at TafeSA, currently working part time at a Record/Music store and also undertaking volunteer work to help gain employment in my new field of work. I am told i am friendly, social, happy, easy to get along with, clean, respectful and helpful. I like cooking nice healthy food (usually lol), reading, keeping reasonably fit, beach and playing basketball. I have legitimate reference/contact details from current landlord/business owner who rents out multiple properties and can provide character reference if needed. I pay bills/rent on time and looking for minimum stay of probably six months. If you want a decent normal trustworthy person like yourself in your house who will look after it, contact me for any questions or interrogations haha. I have already been offered other housing options, but am looking for what best suits me, i would prefer good friendly housemate/s i can get along and socialize with from time to time but also respect space and privacy etc. I will do my best to reply asap to any questions etc, goodluck..
Hey I'm a 30 year old female looking for someone to rent a place with that is happy for my 7yr old son to be in 50% of the time. I'm not currently working but receive full Centrelink benefits and should he returning to work in the coming months!
I work mostly afternoons/late evenings, relatively quiet and very easy to get along with, animal lover, can cook and clean.
I'm super easy to live with, laid back, reliable, generally am focused on work but up for adventures when not busy. Love getting out to the beach, surfing, diving, hiking, and am a bit of a fitness nut, but don't mind going out for drinks and chilling as well. Will have your back if you ever get stuck anywhere.
Hello. I am in my early 40's and am a professional who works full time within the Regency Park area. I have been with the same employer for 20+ years and love my job. I have recently separated so would like to move into the area. I have my own car and would prefer off street parking if this was possible. I can supply my own furnishings. I am fully independent. I have a small dog but have other arrangements for him so it is not essential, but would be nice to see him occasionally ...but again not crucial as I have other opportunities to see him. I am very neat and tidy, and keep to myself. I am getting back into fitness and healthy eating. I don't smoke but would occasionally have a social drink. I am completely respectful and respect one's privacy. I am initially looking for approx. 2-3 months but maybe longer.
I am 25 year old who has always lived in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. I work Full Time for Australian Motors and have a adorable, slightly overweight black and white indoor cat who mainly sleeps all day. I don't get a lot of time for fun because of the hours I work but I love to catch up with friends and family when I can and do enjoy drinking socially. I'm not big on going out and parting a lot anymore as I'm trying to get healthier and fitter. I think I'm a good person to live with because I clean up after myself and my cat, I keep to myself a lot so I wont be an annoying room mate who is always in your face but at the same time I do like to get along with the people I live with and hang out.
Hey there, Im Justin, I'm 23, single, work at flinders and in events for volleyball. Enjoy being sociable and would like to have a friendship with my roommate. Like most people I also like space when needed and respect other people's privacy. I have lived at home since born so this is my first venture into the real world. I have no pets, and would like someone who doesn't smoke inside. Message me if you want to know more.
We have now found a property in Seacliff Park, sea views and 2 storey large house. Large yard and plenty of parking. Rent will be $125pw + bills. My sister and I are looking for a 3rd Amigo. I have lived in share houses for the last 8 years so am familiar with how to live with others, Sophie (my sister) has been living out of home for 3/4 years also. You don't necessarily need to stay for the whole year, as long as you give us enough notice. House will be pretty much furnished, you'll need a bed but whatever you have I'm sure we'll find use for. She has a medium sized dog so you'd need to be dog friendly, we have applied for a couple of properties around Seacliff so hopefully will be able to change this ad to a property one soon. We both work full time and get along well, appreciate our own space at times but are both pretty chill. Banter and board games are a must. I love cooking and do so quite regularly which will be a bonus, I've lived with vegans before so can even cater to their eating needs haha. Feel free to contact me for any more info.
Hi there! I'm Maddie. I am very easy to live with. I am laid back and enjoy a good laugh. I work a lot and study. Some things I love are the beach, music, exercise, food, friends, and a drink now and then. I have lived out of home for many years so know what it's about. I keep the place tidy and am very respectful of others things. I enjoy chats but also like my own space! Flexible with preferred length of stay!
Hi im Bradley and im 18, i currently work a part time job monday to friday. I am a tidy and down to earth person who is easy to get along with. Outside of work i am active, i enjoy footy, cricket, fishing, camping, etc. When im not doing all that i love to cook, watch movies/tv and play ps4 etc. I do enjoy a casual drink but dont really head out to town that often at all. Im looking for a room to rent and or someone to team up with and find a place. I wouldnt mind someone who is tidy, respectful and around the same age. Wanting to live within an hour from the CBD.
My name is Amanda, I'm almost 21, I work full-time with great ambitions. I'm simple and easy to live with, tidy, considerate, helpful, reasonable, trustworthy and fun! I'm looking for somewhere to live as I've just moved out from living with my partner. I live to travel a lot, especially to the river. Weekends are to be spent wisely as the rest of my time is taken up with work. (I also love my sleep ins) I like to keep active and generally healthy (also can't go past a good pizza or two)
I am studying full time at flinders, Animal behaviour. I work casually as a Bar tender at the west lakes resort. I am easy going, funny, social, easy to get along with too, however I do enjoy time on my own too. I like to keep tidy and to make sure i live in a clean, happy environment. I love animals, reading, having a laugh and cooking. I am looking for people that i can feel and be comfortable around, people that love to sit and have a chat, but also can let me study for uni. I would want to live with people that don't mind if my friends/ family visits. Occasionally I do like to have a quiet drink with friends so I would need my future flat mates to accept that. I am not a party animal though. I would like to have my own bathroom/ensuite. I'm currently living on my own and I'm finding the rent abit too steep. I'm highly considering finding a place with flat mates. I have both contracts for internet and power and I'm happy to transfer it to a new place if finding a suitable team up. I would prefer to live somewhere with a tram or train close. Thanks :)

I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accomodation however never say never.
I am an easygoing person who likes to socialise and also enjoys having time to myself. I am clean and tidy and am always happy to help out with garden maintenance, household chores and such things. Hi! My name is Emily and I am relocating from Melbourne to Adelaide to complete my Masters at Flinders Uni. I'm studying archaeology, something I have always wanted to do and I love it. Might not be exactly like Indiana Jones' life but it's still pretty awesome! I'm neat and tidy, love hanging out with friends, going to yoga and watching TV. I enjoy sharing good food and a glass of wine (especially after a long day!), but I am also respectful of personal space when needed. I am keen to find roommates I can get along with. He is a beautiful dog who is very loving, well behaved, and doesn't malt!
We are three people in our mid-twenties looking to create a quiet living environment. One if us is a student and the others work full time. Some hobbies include the outdoors and gardening, so a yard even if small would be desirable We aren't party people and are tidy and reslectful

Hi :) As a person I'm easy-going, grounded and accepting of others. I am studying a bachelor of health science and hope to pursue a career in nutrition & dietetics. As a tenant I am considerate, respectful and will happily contribute to the cleaning and up keep of a household. Having been raised as an only child I naturally like having my own space and time to myself. I truly love the outdoors, fashion and having a laugh. I am the kind of girl who will keep her room clean, stop to say hello and always be happy to lend a hand. I’m flexible with my move-in date however looking preferably would like to find a room that’s available before the end of February. I currently live in Adelaide but am looking for accommodation in Adelaide as well as the Goldcoast. I am at a wonderful crossroads in my life where I can live and study in either state. Hello! I am a full-timer at Flight Centre who is easy-going clean and respectful. I am looking for my first share house after renting for 3 years. I work 9-5, other than that, you'll find me on the couch with a good movie and a glass of wine, or down the road at the gym (socialising, not actually doing anything! :) ). I would love the opportunity to come and meet some new people / pre-existing roommates or a new property looking to start a share-house.
I am a very friendly, down to earth & responsible student. I am currently working part time as a nanny for two lovely families who both have young children that I care for. I have proven my mature approach & outlook within this role, as well in my personal life. I consider myself to be reliable, trustworthy & cooperative. At times when sensitive issues arise that need to be addressed, I can say I am definitely approachable. Apart from all of the serious qualities, my sense of humour, light heartedness & the enjoyment of a good laugh, seem to make a well balanced, 17yr old, partime nanny X full time student. I have references available upon request, work related & personal.
Very easy going, polite, respectful and mature. Work as a secondary teacher fulltime. Spend a lot of time out of the house visiting family and friends, working, gym, riding and playing sport.
A post-grad student at Flinders uni looking for a place a stone's throw away from campus so that I may dash over to uni when I need to. I am friendly, approachable, and sometimes quiet; I respect personal space and I appreciate people who do the same. I like occasional get togethers. Interests include reading, wine, local markets, drawing and painting, cooking, and anime films that rip my heart out. I love animals, especially cats, but I won't be bringing any with me.
Helllooo! My name is Holly and I'm 21 years old and looking to relocate back to Adelaide in the mid year. I previously lived here for two years so I am looking to live near Oaklands Park again. I'm really laid back at home as I work full time (will be looking for full time work again). However, I know how to keep the house clean and tidy. I'm usually always up for a drink and a laugh or a shared meal as I love to cook. I'm a vegetarian but not one of those annoying ones I promise! I also understand and enjoy quiet nights as well. Don't hesitate to ask me any questions! Thanks, Holly
I like to think I'm super funny & entertaining, love some brilliant banter but also pretty good to chat to about more serious/personal stuff. Love having some good fun but also appreciate my down time and privacy. Love the footy, so if I'm not over in Melbourne watching the mighty Tiges you bet I'll be watching it at home! I'm tidy and overly organised, easy to get along with. I also have a lot of homewares to contribute!! + I love KFC so I'll shout ya once a week xoxo
Hi, I am Alex, a laid back education student / part time professional who loves most sports, video games and general banter :) Currently looking find a new house or current share-house to move into which is a quiet and study-friendly / respectful household due to my study workload I love to have nights in with my housemates, playing games or watching movies with a few drinks while cooking up a decent feed together .Love the footy, during winter you will have to put up with me yelling at the TV from time to time I occasionally head out to town but that is on the rarer side at the moment :) Looking to find a place around the start of February so if you are keen, send me a message and we can work something out. Alex
Im working part time at a pizzeria in Henley. Need to rent a room in a share house as living alone is expensive and i feel it will get lonely. I am very easy going, friendly and fun! I wont be throwing parties and i clean up after myself..can also cook :) No pets currently, I am not a smoker but don't mind if others smoke!
I like to wake up with the sound of birds and the sun shining in through the bedroom window. I like the smell of freshly brewed coffee and freshly baked/toasted bread in the morning. I like to walk outside barefoot, breathe in the fresh morning air, swim in the ocean and feast my eyes on the beautiful natural scenery. I like to go on road trips and stop at random cafes on the way just for the experience. I like the feeling after having had played tennis for 1,5hrs and having had shower afterwards. I like the feeling I get the next day after a vigorous workout, especially in my stomach area. My heart sings seeing other people being happy and sharing their affection for each other. I like to cook and being cooked for. I like to eat and enjoy the food with all my senses. Each meal is a feast for me and I devote my full attention to it. I like to have stones, seashells and fresh flowers around the house. I like to burn incense in the morning upon waking up and sound my Tibetan singing bowl as part of my daily ritual. I also love the feeling during chanting and meditation. I like to work in the garden and take care of it. I like to grown my own fruit and veggies, bake my own bread, make my own cheese and do everything my own when possible. Home made is the best for me! I thrive in light and avoid dark houses, however natural darkness at night is magical. I like to sit by the bonfire at night and listen to the sounds, look into fire. I like to read a good book on a Sunday morning or any other morning :) I like to explore, discover and learn new things. I prefer improvisation over careful planning. I value silence and natural sounds, natural fragrances and nature, however, I can also appreciate good music :)
