Hey! My name is Tram and I’m currently looking for 1 decent private room to rent. NO SHARE ROOM!!! Im a student nurse and I also work part time at a cafe shop. I’m very chilled, respectful, punctual and considerate of personal space and sharing space in general. Majority of the time I would be doing my own thing as I just prefer it, but I do hope there is some sort of a friendship conformed within just being flat mates! Feel free to message me to discuss further details :)

PLEASE DON'T MSG ME IF YOUR LISTING IS A SHARED ROOM OR $300+. I'm about to start postgrad (in film/media). I'm an easygoing person, and clean! I'm a chatter box and enjoy socialising but need my downtime too. My interests are drawing, reading, watching films and trawling Spotify - all pretty quiet, indoor-sy kind of hobbies. Because of study/work I'll be out of the house much of the time. I'm looking for friendly, drama-free roommates, and somewhere with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I've lived in share housing before, but this time around want not only a house, but somewhere that feels like a home.

Hello, my name is Ritvic Kashyap, a young part time professional currently looking for a full time job. I'm a chilled out person who loves to hang out, party at times but at the same time respect others private time too as I would from others. Love to make friends who are fun and open minded.. Love to game a lot and listen to music and play my guitar every now and then. I'm highly particular of cleanliness and keeping things organized and would expect the same from my housemates with a small level of leniency. I would prefer if utilities and internet are included in the rent. If you believe that I am perfect to have as a roommate I would be happy too join you by the beginning of July. Lastly, i'm open to having a semi furnished place as i have my own stuff that I can bring in myself. Thanks

Hi, I'm Kinjal :) I will be moving to Sydney mid-June to start my PhD program at UNSW. Ideally, I'm looking for a place near UNSW but as rent is expensive in that area, I'm more than happy to commute from the suburbs. I've lived in a couple of shared accommodation rentals in the past, and consider myself to be very chill and respectful, and I can definitely clean up after myself! My day-to-day life starts early in the morning and can end late evening most days. But I'm always up to hang out and socialise after work and weekends! My budget for rent is about $230-250/week for a whole house or apartment near public transport and some grocery stores. I don't have much furniture with me at the moment, so I will be VERY keen for a trip to IKEA! I'm looking to call Sydney home for the next few years, but don't want to overcommit myself in terms of the lease, so would love to team up with people that share similar interests! I'm currently in Brisbane just wrapping things up here, so I am more than happy to start house hunting and view properties once I arrive in Sydney in a few weeks! Happy to chat further if this sounds like something you're interested in :D
