From different countries and are bonded by the love towards this beautiful country we are looking for a place to call our own. I work for the Commonwealth Bank and my girlfriend is working towards her second year visa. We love the outdoors, adventures and travelling. We like to interact with people and are respectful towards everyone. Thank you.
Young corporate professional working in investment banking, looking for a place that is convenient for travel into city perspective and has a good local vibe. I usually keep to myself and most days work late. Keen on exploring new places, have my own car and usually spend the weekend out of the house. Open to share some exploring with flatmates. I'm very particular about cleaning and like to keep my stuff tidy, love cooking and rock climbing on weekends.
Hi, I'm Shannon, 24 and originally from Adelaide but have been in Sydney for about 3 months. I'm currently working fulltime in Media and am looking to find somewhere to settle into with some great housemates! I consider myself to be pretty neat and tidy and respectful. I'm looking to find somewhere where I can have my downtime alone when I need it, but equally can come home to people that I can have a laugh and chat with over a meal or some trashy TV (bachelorette anyone?). Overall I'm pretty friendly and easy to get along with, hope to find somewhere that feels like a home and not just a place to live. I've put down 6 months but looking to stay longer if I find the right people :) Just a few prefrences to note for those who are seeking roomates, I ideally am after a place with no more then 3 other flatmates (no couples sorry!), and no inside cats/dogs. Look forward to meeting you!
I work full time and am very clean and respectable. I'm looking to team up with other likeminded full time professionals, that enjoy a chat after work and are easy to get along with.
I'm a clean and tidy guy, originally from Greece but have studied in the UK and worked for a couple years in the US. Initially i was studying to be a architect in the UK, but dropped out to switch to an animal care degree so i could work with animals :) My family is from Greece, Italy and Australia so i'm used to traveling and living with all kinds of people, i'm also a pretty decent cook! I'm also looking to stay for a minimum of 3 months and possibly longer. I'm employed full-time. My move-in date is flexible. My Locations are also flexible to a certain extent.
We're two fun, considerate friends from London looking for a place to call home. Lucy is a nurse working in Strathfield and I work in the Not For Profit sector. We both enjoy cooking, meeting new people, drinking mugs of tea, hiking, swimming and chilling on the beach and a glass of wine every now and then!
Hi, I am Danny. I am 32 years old and single male. I am an accountant. I work full-time near the city. I am looking for an accommodation all for myself or TEAM-UP/SHARE near city. Any train station at walking distance, and parking for a large sedan is a MUST. I have a notice period of 3 weeks at my current accommodation which I will execute once I have found somewhere to move into, also, I can only move after 28th October 2016, so whichever is later. :) I like cleanliness around the house. I am a very easy going person. I am usually on the go at the weekends which would include going to a pub/club/restaurant or a meetup, playing pool, staying out the whole night or just stay at home and read a book or watch YouTube videos or a movie or marathon of any sitcom with a pizza and beer or whatever the mood is... I go well with people from all backgrounds. I respect privacy but also like to have a good chat (who doesn't?) and keen on doing joint activities with my roommate(s) like barbecue, groceries, shopping, gym, movies, sports or whatever they like. I am always open to doing new things. I have a new found love in karaoke lol. Not sure how long it will last before I hop onto some other interesting activity. I am very punctual about paying my rent and would want a roommate (in case sharing the rent) who always pays the rent on time. I am not looking for just another human being living in the same house who I barely talk to, unless they have a touring job or something that keeps them out for productive reasons. I look forward do build friendship with the people I live with. I am a vegetarian (not a vegan). I cook (not bad actually), and I love to cook for others too as long as it does not involve meat. I make my own cheese. :) I have no problem whatsoever if you eat meats. I do have problem with the smell of some sea foods though, like dried prawns. I volunteer with a food charity. Food is my passion. IMPORTANT: I have a queen size bed, an entertainment unit, a buffet table, a coffee table, a six seat dining table (BYO chair, LOL), a 3+2(recliner) lounge, a 3 door (385 Ltr) fridge, a big ass 65" 4K TV, home theater and a microwave, all of which I am happy to share. I do not have a washing machine. Depending on the rent and space I am happy to move a few things to storage. I do not have any pets. I love dogs though. Let me know if you have any questions. Cheers! Danny
Hi! My name is Liam and I am a 3rd year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine student at The University of Sydney. If you have a pet or want to know some gross Vet related stories, then I am the perfect housemate for you! But even if you don't, I am still the perfect housemate for you! My brother and I are looking for two separate rooms. I have lived in share housing for three years now and have got it pretty much down pat. I can cook, clean and live cohesively with other people. I am at uni everyday and work on weekends at a local pub. I am a quiet housemate but love having the odd dinner with housemates and friends and sitting around the lounge room just chatting. I am from a small country town in NSW and moved to Sydney for uni. I love to skateboard, go to the gym and go to heavy metal gigs. I would like to find a cool place with my brother Sean who does 2nd year Marine Biology at USYD. We would prefer to move into an established sharehouse and have no doubts we would fit well into anywhere we move into.
We're preferably looking for a room each in the same house but would consider living separately. We are both easy going, considerate, clean and fun girls looking for a long term home! Joanne works shifts in a well regarded restaurant/bar in Sydney (no anti-social hours). Laura is an Assistant and also studies. During week nights we are generally at Yoga, the gym, finding new eateries and out exploring at the weekends. We both enjoy cooking and a glass of wine or 2, are chilled and easy to get along with. We look forward to talking with you future roomies! Laura & Joanne.
Hey there! Liv here! I'm in my final year of studying nursing all while working full time in a CBD hotel in Guest Services. I consider myself to be pretty easy going (originally a Coastie), clean and enjoy playing a part in the household. Due to my study/work schedule my down time involves me either studying, watching American Horror Story or Kath & Kim repeats, enjoying some good ol brie and sav blanc. Im looking at moving elsewhere as I am after somewhere a tad more modern than my beautiful federation house in Balmain. Let me know if your interested xo Liv
Ciao guys!! Im 26yrs old, Australian born with Italian background. I'm a chef/pizzaiolo by trade and I've recently moved back to Sydney after 3 years of travelling and working around Italia and Europe. I have high standards when it comes to personal hygiene and am very clean and well organised. I'm always down for an adventure and to try new things! I have a good sense of humour (or so i'd like to think..), I'm well mannered and well spoken and not easily bothered. I love meeting new people and making new friends! I'm humble, laid-back and an open minded individual who never looks for trouble and trouble never looks for me. I love sports, cultures, I love food in general and cooking (love eating more!), love arts and music (mainly hip-hop and house but love all genre) and love to share a laugh over a decent bottle of red. I always contribute 100% and strongly believe in respecting other peoples property and privacy. Please contact me asap if you think i meet the right criteria to be your new flatmate! Kindest regards, Gabriele.
I'm looking for somewhere new to call 'home', with an easy-going full-time working professional who's got their life sorted. Either moving into somewhere new or renting a room & bathroom are ideal. I like to think I'm friendly, welcoming, personable and an agreeable kind of guy with my my head on right and my 'stuff' together. I work full time in digital media as a journalist, so I'm pretty busy at work during most days of the week as well as many nights of the week, so I tend to stay out of anyone's hair. My weekends are my own and I love down time spent relaxing at home, visiting galleries or beaching, going out and to parties, Netflix binging or watching movies, reading and trying to not kill my plants. I'm very clean and tidy, don't take up a lot of space and pretty open minded, like nice wine and fancy cheese and can hold a good conversation. I have a massive soft spot for dogs and all animals so if you have a pet, I'd be stoked. I do drink, I do not take drugs and I am also gay, if that matters.
I'm a 26 year old full-time graphic designer. I have a beauiful Kelpie X named Erik; he's house-trained, obedience trained, gets plenty of exercise and stays outdoors when I'm at work. My hobbies/interests include (but not exclusive to) reading, sci-fi, mountain biking, art, cheesy horror films, roller derby and the big outdoors. Looking for a relaxed, friendly household, I've been living in sharehouses for the past 8 years, so very good at cleaning up after myself! Would love to hear from you.
I work as a karaoke/trivia host four nights a week.I'm also a freelance video editor and comedy writer. I'm clean, quiet and pay rent on time. I mostly keep to myself but also enjoy a good chat over a coffee or beer with my flatmates. I smoke but only outside. I also have a gorgeous, fluffy 6yo cat named Edith Piaf who loves a good cuddle. Pick me and you won't be disappointed!
Hi, I'm Alex. I currently live in Northern NSW and will be commuting to Sydney for work, and working a rotating 24 hour roster as a Health Professional then flying home for days off with my family. So I will only be there half of the week. I am an easy going, reliable, clean and well organized person who enjoys cooking, skating and keeping fit in the gym. I am preferably looking for a furnished place, including bills, but its not a requirement. Have a great day :)
Hi, I am a 26 year old guy who loves nothing more than a good conversation over some delicious food and an even nicer beverage. I am a very hard worker, but also know when it's time to let the proverbial mullet down. I am looking for some housemates who are tidy, up for the occasional householdly dinner, but also happy to let the others have their own lives going on. I work for Indeed.com, love football (soccer) and have great taste in music - subjective. If you'd like to learn more, invite me over for an inspection. See you soon, Justin
I've lived in Sydney for two months so far and am looking for another awesome share house to live in as my initial place was only for two months. I am studying to become a Naturopath and love healthy cooking, yoga and exercising. I run my own business, Mother Nature's Alchemist. I also work part time as a medical receptionist at the Mater Hospital in North Sydney. I am clean and tidy, pay bills on time, am a good communicator and I respect a good balance of socialising and alone time in a house. I'm not opposed to parties though!
Hi, I'm looking for a new, long term place to hang my hat. Hopefully in or near the inner-west. In the last 6 years I've only lived in two different sharehouses, so I like to think that speaks alot for how I get along with others. I'm a 29 year old in my 2nd year of a PhD in music psychology research. I have a wage from this job to pay all my bills, don't worry about that. I also work freelance as a guitarist playing soul, blues, jazz, funk, etc. I am super respectful with noise levels and have never had a complaint from a housemate. Most of my practice is done with headphones, which is completely silent, and anything other than that would be gentle, soft acoustic guitar during the day time only. I am a clean guy, and its important to me that the place I live in isn't in shambles. If you live in a messy house, lets stop this right here. I'm not saying anal-retentive clean, but you know, the acceptable level for people in their late twenties and thirties. I'm also looking for a friendly place where we can all hang out in front of the TV or cook some communal meals when everyone's schedules line up. If you have an animal pal at the house, that's a total bonus for me. Both of the sharehouses I've lived in had live-in landlords, and both will give me excellent references. I always paid on time, got on with others, did more than my fair share of house work. My moving date is pretty flexible. I'm a straight male, but I am happy live with anyone regardless of their preferences N.B. I am looking for a house or townhouse. Guys and Ladies messaging me about apartments: thanks, but no thanks :) Also not interested in room share.
Hello!! me and my partner james are looking to move out asap into a sharehouse which doesn't mind our fur baby Uri who is the love of our lives. James is a 21 year old philosphy student/vegetarian/barista/craft beer expert(or so he likes to think lmao) I'm Karan, I'm vegan, 19 and working as a tele-fundraiser for charity while i also plan to study to become a mental health crisis worker!! our cat uri is 9 months old, he is a strictly inside cat who knows how to use the litter and is very particular about his little area being clean and ready to go for him. James works mornings 7am-3;30pm and i work evenings, 12-8pm so one of us is always going to be home to make sure Uri is all loved up! although i'm sure uri wouldn't mind an extra hand or two for pats, he also acts more like a dog than a cat. he gets very very happy when he sees people coming home from work or school which is perhaps the cutest thing ever. but we are super keen to move out into a long term stay of at least a year! we are willing to jump on a lease!
I'm a 27 year old Psychology PhD student at Sydney Uni. I tutor psych and work in research to pay the bills. When I'm not at work, I enjoy vego cooking, running and music. I'm a relaxed housemate. I like to hang out, cook dinner or grab a beer, but also enjoy unwinding by myself. Feel free to hit me up with any questions if there's something you'd like to know about me.
Hi everyone. It's Luca here. I'm a 35 yo guy, I'm full time employed working in Customer Service and looking to find a room around Haberfield/Leichhardt area. I do speak Italian (native speaker) and Spanish (fluently) therefore I can help out if you want to learn/practice any of those language. You'll find I'm a very easygoing type of guy who is down to earth and respectful. I am very clean, tidy and always take care of the place I live in as if it was my own place. I am also quiet but don't mind having a chat over a beer/wine every now and then. :)
my name is Charlotte, I am a student (TPC, high school and design ) and I need a place to stay while I study at tafe at ultimo in sydneys CBD for a year or so. My income is stable ( I always pay on time ), I'm a easy going house mate, I'm a fun, outgoing, social and neat person and ill probably be gone every weekend. Im currently living in a share house so I have a referance, would prefer student share houses, a backroom or female room mates but in saying that I'm pretty open minded to living situations I am looking for accommodation around the inner west e.g. newtown, marrickville, summer hills. Im keen to make friends with my new housemates and create some groovy memories including wine and banter :-))) feel free to hit me up if your looking for a housemate / team up towards the end of 2016 xx.
Im a 19 year old student, who is looking for a place to live in Sydney, im currently living in Goulburn while im on holidays and with luck hope to find a place before i commence my studies again, i have a busy schedule with studies, work and travelling to see my family in Goulburn, on my free time i like to gym and be active so im hardly at home, i occasionally have a friend over, i keep things clean, i try to eat healthy and to be honest im pretty shy at first but most people can easily get along with me.
Hey, I'm Pieter. I'm a 23 year old South African male working in the online video tech industry as a YouTube Talent Manager. I'm a tidy person, easy to live with and sociable. In my spare time I play guitar and sing (I can also give you free guitar lessons), go to gigs, read, play Xbox, binge watch Netflix series and try to find the greatest foods in Sydney. I'm looking for a place in either Glebe or Camperdown, as I work in Pyrmont and skate to work.
I need a place to stay while I am working in Lewisham for two nights a week. I love pets (especially cats) and am a part time student doing IT on the side. Happy to interact with other housemates and love all things TV and tech. I hope to hear from you soon!
Hey I'm Evie I am looking for a place to call my sanctuary. I cook, clean, I'm social and toilet trained ... I have 2 pets (cats, who are also toilet trained) .. and they're never home mostly - they wander the streets like cool cats (pun intended). As embarrassing as it is, they have a better social life than me. I work full time at a cushy desk job (i joke - can't stand it but it pays the bills) and I'm hoping to get back into riding a motorbike. I don't have a massive social circle but that's the way I like it. I'm really easy going and hoping to find a place/people to suit. Please note - looking for a property where I can have visitors, be they men or women. I'm not a party animal but I do have friends and I do date so if visitors are an issue, please do not contact me. Thanks in advance. Evie
Clean, friendly & quiet. Work full time with NSW Ambulance and clean up after myself. Musician, bicycle riding, left leaning, non smoker or drinker. Looking to move simply to save a bit of money to travel more often.
I have a pretty busy life working as a journalist in Surry Hills. I get to attend a lot of events, when I usually need a plus one and tend to drag housemates along. I'm pretty fun and can carry a decent conversation, so I'm always personable and reliable.

I'm a physiotherapy student looking for a nice gal or guy to share a flat with. I prefer a price range of around 300/week each (approximately). Ideally we should find a place around early December. I'm a social, easy going guy. I can provide all the furniture except for those in your bedroom. I also have Foxtel and WiFi available. We will have to share the bills for utilities and internet (which includes Foxtel). I'm happy to meet up and have a chat to see how we get along!
Hi my names Cait. i just got offered a new job in sydney and am moving down from Newcastle. I like to have my own space but do enjoy socialising over wine and some good tv. I love baking, vidoe games, fashion and dogs. Definitely not after a party house and would enjoy sharing with some polite and respectful people who are partial to a good brownie.
I work as a copywriter full time in the city. I like to keep it pretty chilled during the week, and also enjoy brunches and going out for dinner. I'm always happy to have a chat and a glass of red wine after a long day at work. And I'm also a great baker (for vegans too if you want!). I also have an indoor-only rescue cat called Mia. Like me, she's clean and quiet.
young at heart, clean, friendly, respectful, flexible on length of time of lease or to stay, also flexible on when to move, i am easy going, work full time and love to travel so some weekends i am away and some i am home relaxing, love to go out and meet new people and try new adventures, love all people no matter what nationality or lgbt etc, i like to socialise a bit with flat mate but also respect privacy and time alone etc. i have a cat and 2 small dogs that are NOT yappy, so looking for something with a backyard or some sort of grass. the bigger the place to share the better, the more housemates the better i say b happy to share with 1 there in a 2 bedroom or happy to share in massive house of 6 rooms etc
Hi there~ I'm working full time in Surry Hills as a receptionist. I eat meat, I smoke outside.I like sharing my things. Admittedly an introvert but enjoy socialising with good people. I listen to SmoothFM. I'm turning 25 in October. Needing to move closer to the city and be the strong, independent woman I think I am. I also have a car so, parking - yay! Looking to move soon. I'm available this weekend to check the room out. Hit me up 🙂
Hi, I'm Adrian and I'm currently looking for long term accommodation. I'm open to either setting up a cozy new home or moving into an established home. I'd like to find somewhere that is pet friendly as I have a couple of cats. I'm married, but not living with my wife at the moment. She's living and working long term overseas and isn't looking at returning for another 18. She's may come home for a short visit, but I mostly travel to see her overseas. Once she returns we would be looking to set up our own home. However if the right living situation presents itself, we're also OK with sharing for some time. I work full time as an Apple Technician/Genius in Bondi Junction. I've been working there for almost 5 years. I like long term stability in my work life. I also work on the side as a Web Designer/Developer. I love my home to be a welcoming and relaxing environment. I like the idea of sharing a comfortable space with someone else, but I'm also aware we need our space to chill out, so I live a pretty quiet life at home. I'm happy sharing household chores. I'm clean around the house, but definitely not in your face about a speck of dust on the coffee table. I'm happy to shop for food myself and share other common household expenses and a meal or two whenever I can. I'm mature about living arrangements and life in general, but I'm definitely not old fashioned. Socially I mainly drop over and see friends on my to and from work. With irregular hours it's easier. On quiet days I may have a friend over for a visit for lunch, coffee or dinner. No loud and rowdy business about the house though. I'm considerate in this regard. I have a couple cats named Frank and Lucy Lu. Frank is a big gentle cuddly teddy bear and Lucy Lu is a sassy little girl. They're both desexed, vaccinated and flea treated regularly. They get along with each other very well. I make absolutely sure they're clean, well groomed and looked after. They get along very well with humans as well, however I've had a couple of experiences with children who aren't used to pets so they became very stressed. So a quiet gentle environment would be great for them too :) A place on the Sutherland train line would be fantastic as it has a direct line to Bondi Junction. However I'm open to living in a range of locations as long as it's not more than 30-40 minutes public transport travel time from the city. I do ride a motorcycle at the moment, so having easy access to public transport on a rainy day is great. Happy to hear from you any time to ask any questions you like.
Hey, my names Jei am a full time professional, looking for somewhere in the inner west area or close to. Pretty busy with work during the week, so not after a party house. Though i'm always up for a beer/bbq/whatever, would like a place with similar aged prefessionals. Clean, tidy, sociable and pay bills on time!
I am from regional Australia and am moving to Sydney for the summer period to gain experience for my degree. I am currently studying law outside of Sydney. I am very tidy, quiet, easy going and have good rental history. I will be working full time from the 21 of November until mid February, I can be flexible around start and end dates of rent beyond those dates. In my spare time I love exploring new cafes and different suburbs. Though I will be at work during the week, I am always keen for a Saturday brunch or some house drinks.
I am an easy going guy who ocasionally loves to grab a beer in nearest pub and enjoy time with his friends. I am working a lot, especially weekends, but in my free time I like to travell and explore places around Sydney. On rainy days I love to stay in bed the whole day watching TV shows or movies. If I can obviously. If you know TV show called New Girl, these are the people I am looking for to live with! P.S.: Preferring private room
