I'm a part time performer, part time bartender. My hours vary a lot but I'm respectful and keep noise to a minimum especially when leaving early or coming home late. Not very social but enjoy hanging out occasionally and the odd party. Can be a bit messy but try and limit it to my room and keep up with washing up. Non smoker. Queer friendly.
If I'm here, then I'm still looking! I'm looking at everywhere now and is not limited to the selected suburb. I'm a grad architect looking for a cool place (own room) and people to live with. Mature, friendly and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. Have big items such as a car, a mattress, and a big cork table so preferably not furnished, and a flat driveway for parking or off street. Always busy with something but wouldn't mind a few drinks (coffee preferred) and what-not. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Would like a place where I can sleep normally too. No room sharing! I don't really have any preference as to location, and you can see I have thrown in heaps of places that don't quite connect the dots. Contact me if you are looking for a superstar. Not a premium member so I can't message listing that are recent.
I'm a friendly private guy who is looking for a nice private room (minimum 2 to 3 months) or a studio (I'm willing to rent for 6 months). I'm looking for a place which is conveniently located closer to Sydney CBD. I'm going to start working full time from 1st week of August. I don't smoke or drink.
Hi there, I'm a 21 yr old Construction professional working in the city / full-time student. Moving from the Sutherland Shire, looking to find somewhere closer to work. About me: - I work 5-6 days and long hours, leave early, home late. - When free I'm always down for: a drink, night out, a gig, pub feed, netflix binge or BBQ. - Love travelling!!! Been to 32 countries on 6 continents - Try to keep fit by going to the gym, but that's a constant struggle - Love animals so if you have pets that's a bonus. Don't have any of my own. - Like being social but also keep to myself sometimes. - Clean and respectful of others space - Easy going About my future place: - Private room, unfurnished / furnished are both ok. - Preferably located close to public transport. - Car parking is an essential, either off-street, on-street if easily available or near a parking garage if in the city. Really just looking for a chill place that I can call home and become good friends with the people there.
I'm an easy-going full-time Engineer, writing in the CBD. I'm sociable and friendly, more reviews happy to have a chat and/or a drink, but definitely not a partier. I'm clean, respectful, and responsible. I am fairly active in my free time, playing sports and generally trying to be outdoors, but certainly don't mind the odd Netflix binge. I here writing bio's and am looking forward to settling into a new home with likeminded people.
We have just relocated from Melbourne for new job opportunities; I am working as a Purchasing & Administration Officer and Courtney will be starting shortly as a Leasing Consultant. We’ve lived in Melbourne all our lives, most recently living in a 3 bedroom share house for the past year. We are looking for somewhere to call home that we can enjoy with our housemates. We enjoy spending time with everyone but also respect privacy and alone time. We also like to clean and keep everything tidy. We aren’t party people and prefer a night in to a big night out but also enjoy going out for dinner or for a few drinks. We enjoy going to the footy, movies and brunch. I play Tennis and aim to join a club close to home. We will both look to try playing some new sports as well.
I am a 29 year old professional working full time for a technology company in the CBD. Outside work, my passions are fitness, cycling, learning, NRL, great food and coffee. I don't smoke, do drugs or party and prefer to do most of my cooking myself (my espresso machine and cooking utensils are welcome to be shared). I am happy keeping to myself if that’s what works in your place, but would be keen to get a meal at a gastro-pub or good cafe every now and then if it's on the cards. Or if you’re into cycling, I’m always up for a ride. No allergies here and I'd be stoked to live along side some furry friends :) I may need to work from home sometimes, so high speed net and a quiet daytime environment would be awesome. Looking to move asap but would like to meet up with you for a chat or coffee and walk-through before making a decision.
I'm a cleanliness liking person who is friendly yet finds personal time and space to be important. Looking for a private room
Hi, I'm looking for long term room (minimum 6 months), ideally in a relaxed, positive home with genuine people. Consider myself to be easygoing and considerate. NOT INTERESTED IN SHARED ROOMS OR BOARDING HOUSES thank you! I have full time job with an eCommerce company in the CBD, and sometimes work from home. Been share housing for a while and always pay my bills on time. My interests are cycling, travel, movies, and live music. I sometimes play games on my Xbox to unwind, but mostly use it to stream Netflix! I'm from South America, but have lived in Australia for most of my life. I speak Spanish and am happy to help you practice :)
24 year old exchange student from Copenhagen, Denmark. I will be studying to a WSU for the spring semester. As a person I am very outgoing, respectful, clean and do not mind enjoying a beer/wine. Further, I do understand the need for privacy.
I'm a friendly, easygoing and fun guy who's keen to help out around the house. I grew up in Annandale, Sydney and lived in a few share houses in Balmain/Chippendale. I'm studying full time at University of Sydney doing a Bachelor of Education (Primary), and working casually at a before/after school care in Glebe. I love coming home and being sociable, but also have study so know the importance of personal space and having time on your own. Lion King fanatic, Game of Thrones enthusiast.
PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU LIVE IN THE HOUSE.... I don’t want to hear from people trying to cram as many people into houses they own but don’t live in. PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE OFF STREET PARKING.... my profile clearly states this need so I am not interested in street parking If you meet these criteria, please read on. Hey, I'm Bec. I am a full time high school teacher in the Inner West and I currently commute a crazy distance to get there. I have lived in the area before and it's time to move back and regain some hours in my life. Due to the nature of my work, I am not home during the day time and am quite busy in school term. I usually like to come home to a relaxed setting, where sharing a glass of wine or few with dinner or TV is welcomed, but reasonable sleeping hours are also respected. I have shared houses in Australia and overseas, with friends, randoms, males, females, mixed nationalities, ages etc and have never missed a rent payment or a cleaning schedule. Ideally, I require a large-ish room, built ins and off-street parking. I am past the student life (been there, done that ... twice over) so I am being picky... please don't contact me if your room on offer is an expensive shoe box. I have a queen bed, a bookcase, a desk and then some clothes that require a built in wardrobe. Let me know if you can help me out or have any questions. Looking forward to meeting some new housemates and hopefully, friends. Bec :)
Easy going, clean, tidy, respectful and friendly construction management professional. No money worries and I always pay up front. I do need to be able to park my car, either off street or close by on street. I work 5 to 6 days per week. I own property so understand the importance of looking after things. I’m not a party animal and love my peace and quite.
We clean up after ourselves and have respect for other people’s privacy and space! Ben is a qualified musician and I’m a student of the Psychological Sciences so there’s definitely potential for some interesting conversations. We’re looking for more long-term stay as well as a room big enough for Ben’s music equipment. Pets are always a bonus for sure! We’re not much of the rowdy/party people type so a calm and chill place is preferred. We are currently both working as baristas under a cafe branch that’s very popular in America (can you take a guess?) ;) We’re chill, friendly and open minded individuals whose fun activity time consists of staying in, watching movies, music music music, and snacking (discreetly in the depths of the night...) :D
I'm new in Sydney, having moved here from the UK at the beginning of July. I'm easy going, tidy, and enthusiastic about most things. I'm a software engineer for work and outside of that I love being outdoors and spend a lot of time doing things like rock climbing and really want to get out on the water at some point and learn to kayak.
I'm looking for a nice place to come home to and chill. I am open minded and easy going, down to hang & chit chat now and then, but i definitely like my own space, and a good daytime nap. At the moment i work 3 days as a Nanny as i have injured my knee (sad face) but my job pays the billz. Once it heals I will go back to 5-6 days work! I am Vegan, but not a crazy intense Vegan.. I'm not too worried about living with meat eaters, but of course a vego family would be nice... Open to live with anybody as long as ur not creepy or dirty, kitchen and bathroom should be cleannnn, can't say the same for my bedroom mostly tho. xox
A laid-back, easygoing and clean guy looking for a private room not too far from USYD, where I'm attending grad school. I've got a pretty heavy study load, so don't have to worry about me throwing parties and making a mess etc. Though I won't mind joining roommate's party once in a while. Also, respect for personal space and privacy is essential, but I'm up for sharing a few drinks in spare time or chatting about random stuff, like the last season of GOT or whatever, lol. I enjoy the idea of living at a 'home', but not just some motel where ppl comes and goes.
I'm a 19 year old student from Melbourne, I've just moved up to Sydney to study Arts / Law at USyd and I'm looking for somewhere stable and chilled out to live. I love sport, comedy, music and movies / TV, and I'm a very social person so I'll happily be down for going out together or movie nights in or playing sport together, but I'm also chill with whatever the vibe of your place is, I'm happy to sit in my room and study as well. I don't smoke and I'm very extroverted and easy to get on with quickly so I'll fit well into a lot of places.
I have lived in share houses in the inner west for the better part of 10 years alongside every possible personality type, so I am pretty well educated in share house living. I work Monday- Friday programming music and entertainment. Weeknights are usually spent exercising, eating and sleeping, weekends are for beers, live music and being outside. I want my next move to be into a place that I will look forward to coming home to and live at for awhile, so more interested in finding the right people to live with. If you think I’d be a good fit, let me know :)
