Hi All, I'm Raj and looking to move into a share house, or team up with someone in the same boat and start a new sharehouse, ideally with the options of going out/ being social / BBQ nights etc every now and then. I'm 29, male and work out in Kurnell in a stable job. I am clean, tidy, respectful and not afraid of work. In the past I have been quite solitary and so hoping to push myself and be more social. Non-smoker.
My names Reece, I'm 24. I work fulltime. I am very clean. Always tidy up after myself, very mature also. I'm very interested in looking at thespare room you have available. I don't smoke, I drink on a rare occasion and I don't do drugs at all. Feel free to message or call me if you would like to know more or ask any questions. Thanks!
I've been living in Newcastle for the past three years and want to move back to Sydney early next year. I have a cat, Leo, we're a package deal but he's pretty quiet. I have a Netflix subscription which we can split :) I love music and being social, but also enjoy relaxing nights watching movies and drinking wine. I'll potentially be back at uni in August. I am clean and quiet and always on time with rent. I would also be keen on teaming up with other people to find a place
Name: Charles Age: 25 Occupation: Student My name is Charles and I just turned 25yrs old last month(still can't believe that I'm getting old now.. huhu). I came from the Philippines and currently pursuing my further studies here in Australia as a full-time student. I'm an easy going person, a bit shy at first (that is why I don't talk that much) but once I got to know someone else, I become a bit chatty. I also respect people's privacy and their quality time because everyone wants to have it 😁.. I'm also a responsible person who always mind of my duties and responsibilities (very tidy). Hobbies and Interest: - Cook food (Not as a master chef level that you can watch on TV.. hehe) - Watching a movie (especially superhero movies) - Sports like swimming, badminton, and tennis (I just play sports to make myself busy and also a "bit" fit). I wouldn't mind to try out some new one. - Chill from time to time (spending time at the park or on the side of the beach just to see the view and relax).
I am twenty-six years old with a background in community services, currently unemployed but engaged in job-seeking. I am hoping to find a place that is pet-friendly as I have a friendly staffy that I rely on for my health and well-being. I am tidy, reliable and respectable of others needs. I don't party, preferring quieter activities, but I do try and be friendly.
Hi All, My name is Carly and I work for a professional Relocation Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 2 year working visas. We secure accommodation for them prior to arrival for 4 or 12 weeks (visa type dependant). 4 Week stays: we pay 4 weeks up front and the chef pays a 2 week cash deposit on arrival 12 Week stays: we pay bond (ideally 2 weeks) up fron and we pay rent weekly by bank transfer Extension of the 4 week stays are by negotiation between you and the chef and we are here to assist. The 12 week stays are likely to extend to 18-24 weeks. We are flexible with the type of accommodation and just ask that it should be fully inclusive of bills and furnished. We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. Hi my name is Jamie, I'm a 22 year old who works part-time as a labourer and makes Electronic Dance Music on the side. I enjoy going to the gym, playing video games and break dancing. I am Australian born Cambodian/Chinese and am accepting of all different cultural backgrounds, religions etc. I'm fairly quite, not a party person and I don't drink much. However, I am happy to socialise with new people, and I don't mind if you bring friends over. Feel free to message me if you have any more questions! Jamie.
My name is Steve, i'm 25 and work full time as an accountant. I'm all about personal space and being respectful of others. I'm looking for a room to rent in the Sutherland Shire. I live a healthy productive lifestyle which sees me away from home more often than not. I have an outgoing and relaxed personality. Looking for a housemate NOT a room mate. After someone who is clean and tidy and who is respectful of belongings. Do not want to be involved in any party houses, not huge on drinking and partying. Happy for the odd drink here and there aswell as gatherings and hanging out in general. About me: Im a 22 year old. I am a funny but quiet guy who isn't a party animal, is tidy and wants to focus on my Graphic Design studies to further my career. Currently working part-time whilst studying and interning, however does not affect my contribution to the house and/or bills. I have lived out of home for just over 2 years With that being said i do enjoy having some fun, I enjoy Sports, Video Games, Art, Gym and of course the beach! - I will need somewhere that i can store my motorbike. I will not do street parking, i simply refuse. It does not take up much space at all. *budget is slightly variable depending on inclusions and exclusions of property*
