I would prefer Port Stephens/ Nelson bay area, however anywhere in Newcastle will also be ok. Ideally no more than $220 a week for rent. I will be working full time in a Reservations role. Ideally a place where there aren't too many late night parties would be great.
I am currently studying full time and working part time seeking share accomodation in the Port Stephens area. I am clean, tidy and easy to live with. I am good with finances and generally keep to myself but enjoy good company, music and the beach.
I am clean and tidy...get along well with everyone. I like to socialise a little and also enjoy time on my own. I work 10hr days, 4 days a week on a 7 day rotating roster in a Holiday Park which I enjoy. I live and work in Nelson Bay....I enjoy the beach, going for walks, yoga, meditation, swimming, gym and bike riding. I love to cook and eat healthy meals but also enjoy a night out for dinner and socialising. I don't smoke, rarely drink and I like movies and netflix.
I am currently working two jobs part-time looking for a place to share - I'm not picky and get along with everyone. I'm also an artist and paint a fair bit
We are looking forward to living in Newcastle, making new friends and becoming a part of the community. I have owned and taught in a yoga school in Melbourne for 13 years and hope to establish a small school in the area. Steve has lived and worked in the dairy industry and more recently in wetlands restoration and maintenance. We have spent the last 18 months travelling around Australia and think it is probably time we went back to the real world...
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Looking for a share house for myself and partner. I am clean and tidy but still relaxed. I have a budgie which would be nice if he could live with me too :) I currently work full time as a veterinary nurse. I like spending my days off at the beach, watching a movie or having a few drinks with my friends and family.
Hello, my names Latisha I just turned 20. Looking to finally live out of home and become more independent in myself. I work full time. I pretty much just go to work and come home and keep to my self. I am a pretty out going person but also like to keep to myself a lot! Like to catch up with family and weekends on weekends.
I only work 3 days a week but i spend 1 week a month in sydney. I'm a clean and friendly person. Im a big fan of dogs and have my own but she lives with my parents for the moment. I'm not a big drinker but i wont say no to the occasional beer. I only have my bedroom furnishing but if need to i can buy furniture
I'm an easy going old 21 yr old guy doing engineering at uon while working part time in hospitality. I'm tidy, easy to get along with and don't drink often( when I do it's not at home). I also don't smoke.
I am an American expatriate currently studying business in the south of France. I will be relocating to Newcastle, Australia in January to complete my MBA. I am clean and tidy, appreciate my quiet time, but also love to hit the bars. My life revolves around yoga, running, reading, writing, travel, art and anything vegan. xoxo
I am looking to move to Newcastle in May 2018. (A while off I know, putting the feelers out now!) I currently live in country NSW and will be moving to Newcastle to be back near the beach/sea. I work FT as a Production & Graphics Manager for a Promotional Merchandise & Signage company based in Sydney. I have been working remotely for the last 2 years and would consider renting 2 rooms (bedroom + office/ study) in the house or can rent an office externally. I am originally from country NSW however, have lived in Sydney for 20 years and overseas. I have travelled locally & abroad extensively, I love the sea (and miss it!), love to cook, have a laugh and am generally calm and laid back. I keep active by going to the gym, access my creative side through wood carving and volunteering for local organisations. I love gardening, growing my own herbs and veggies is a must! I am looking to move to Newcastle as I have a few friends there, and every time I visit I enjoy myself.. plus it is coastal (and not in Sydney! haha :-))
Hola! I'm currently living in Sydney but I will be getting relocated for work to Newcastle later in the year, around the end of November. I work full-time as a Civil Engineer, ideally I would like to make my transition to Newcastle towards the end of November - begging of December but I'm flexible in this regard. I been living with flamates/housemates for some time now, and I'd like to think that I'm good housemate. I enjoy a good balance of privacy and social life. Never used the 'Team Ups' option on here before but I'm very open to it, so if you are also looking for a place around the same dates and would like to Team up, just send me a message! Ed.
