(Hopefully) Less boring stuff about me: - Will be there for you to edit your essay/love letter - Will share hilarious memes with you whether you like it or not - Will make sure you are consulted when ordering uber eats - Can contribute x2 house plants - Will never judge you when you make bad choices (e.g. watching house hunters all day) Would love to hear from you if you think we'd get along :)

Hi, I’m Mathew, I'm 35 and I study Aerospace Engineering at RMIT in the city. In my spare time I like to play video games, watch suff, go to the beach, see a live gig, explore Melbourne or catch up with friends. I'm also dabbling in the world of health & fitness. I need to find a place somewhere north of the city. My course moves to RMIT's Bundoora campus next year and I am hoping to keep my commute reasonable. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon. Any other questions, please ask.
Hi future houseshare, I run my own space clearing declutter business so I am very respectful of spaces and keeping them tidy. I have travelled with my work all over the world and have stayed in many airbnbs, holiday rentals, hotels as well as private homes. My friends call me the bed whisperer :) I like to use my home base as a chill zone and focus on my business. I will usually go out to see a movie or hang with friends, I don't drink or smoke or party I did all of that in my younger years. I love one to one conversations and not into small talk, in fact I like to keep to myself mostly. Not in an weird way locked in my room, more about meditating and working, so I like to be free of distractions. I love to cook and love watching the odd rubbish tv show occasionally. I have an easy light personality so not into drama or heavy negative energies. Spontaneous dancing may occur. I practice Qigong and Kundalini Yoga and will finish my Lomi Lomi Massage Training at the end of this year in Hawaii. I love to laugh and believe everyone deserves to be respected and listened to. Because my business is about CLARITY, I like to discuss and clarify what is expected in the domestic running of the house, so that there is no room for confusion. It's also important to be aware of boundaries. Really look forward to finding a space that feels like "home" .... and chatting with you soon Thanks Eirena ( aka ell ) PS Some things that are important on my list. -NBN Internet is very necessary for my work -I run my own business, so my hours vary, so when you ask full time and mean the conventional 9 t0 5- that's not me. -I really would like a place with a bath tub - Love love love gardens, so prefer a house to an apartment
Hi guys, Thanks for checking out. Wonder if anyone are keen to house hunt with me or have a large room for rent? Both my housemate and I are renting and sharing a 2 BR unit for the past 7 yrs in reservoir. Love my room size but We were given notice to vacate the unit by 13/9/17 due to owner wants to renovate his property (tile the floors, renovate the bathroom, car garage, etc). My housemate has already secured accommodation to move in his sis's place while i'm still looking for a place. We have kept the unit about the same condition as when we moved in 7 yrs ago. So can say we are good tenants. About myself- 39 yrs old male (don't drink or smoke) Self employed working professional (mostly out working or just out) easy to get along type Basically just like everyone else. We do our own thing, pay our rent and bills on time. Current rent I pay - $160/w + share bills (wouldn't mind to pay a bit more for the right place). An ideal if you have just moved in a 2 BR empty house/unit. I can help chip in for the fridge, washing machine, sofa etc. Prefer to have a garage/car port or be able to park on driveway as I've over $1000 worth of stock in my car boot. (I m onsite computer technician). Thanks
Hey, I'm Dean 25. I'm a freelance videographer/ photographer when I have time otherwise, I work as a bicycle mechanic. I'm easy going very respectful. I enjoy music, movies/tv, always out on my bike, food, a good laugh and just hanging out.
Hi, I'm Hansine, 21 years, I'm a Human Rights Law Student on exchange in Melbourne so I have a pretty flexible schedule. During the week, uni will be my top-priority, but socialising, trying new things and getting lost in a good book are also up there. I'd love to share a glass of wine or the like and a chat with a potential roommate(s) every now and then, but private space is equally important. Staying healthy and active is important to me, but I'm not preachy!
Looking to study at Melbourne Polytechnic in Heidelberg West. Coming from Adelaide, South Australia. Easy going, enjoy being active, happy to get along with others and just looking for a relaxing place to live for a minimum of three months.
I've house shared for the better part of ten years so I feel this has left me with a pretty keen awareness of the general do's and dont's of sharing protocol. I hold a permanent job and am always reliable with rent, very respectful of common areas and really like to make a place feel like a home (... the occasional meal, drink, chat together, that type of thing). I'd describe myself as warm, with a dark, self-deprecating sense of humour, an extroverted introvert insofar as being quite outgoing and social, but also needing quite a bit of downtime to retreat and decompress. Food-wise, I generally fend for myself most days but love to cook for the house when the occasion calls ... I cook 100% vego but that's largely because I-just-fucking-love-vegetables / have sub-optimal meat cooking abilities. I work for the public service in multicultural affairs, though I'm just about to drop to 3 days a week to start studying my first undergrad degree at Melbourne Uni. I am very food orientated, enjoy cooking, and eating my way through Melbourne's cafes and restaurants, and I've also been learning how to swing dance for the last year. I've also recently jumped onto the podcast bandwagon (S Town, This American Life, Radiolab, et al ... ) Finally, I also have a cat named Brian: a devastatingly handsome, affable tabby. He will enthusiastically headbutt you to indicate affection. He lives outdoors by day and on my bed of an evening ... may or may not have a few memes made in his honour (provided upon request).
I'm relocating to Melbourne from Adelaide early August to look for better job. I'm a professional high school physics teacher and work should be easy. I'm a very tidy and clean person. mostly sociable but prefer to have my own space from time to time. I can cook good middle eastern food since I;m originally Egyptian. I might end up doing PhD in Education since I'm eligible for a scholarship. Please contact if you think I'm the right person to share accommodation with. Cheers Adam
I'm a fun loving student with a job looking for a home away from home after a series of disaster households I'm easy to live with, clean and respectful most importantly fun I'm happy to extend contracts if they work out! Let me know if I seem like your kind of Gal Steph ^_^
Hi there ! Liam and I have been dating for 3 years, we are a pretty fun couple. Liam is originally from Qld, he is a tradesman (very handy to have around ahah), working full time, he is a bit of a workaholic. He aslo spends a lot of time at the gym and loves playing around with tools/car/building stuff/fixing etc. I am a bartender working in the CBD. Originally from France, I moved to Australia 4y ago and now have permanent residency. I enjoy cooking, travelling, reading, but overall, I'm quite a lazy person. We are quiet, private people, but also very friendly and easy going. We are an honnest drama-free couple. We enjoy living in a clean and tidy environment and would like to find housemates on the same page. We are not party people but enjoy the occasionnal drinks. We love any outdoor activities and enjoy going away for the w-e quite often. We'd love to eventually be friends with our housemates. We have a quiet friendly little bunny living with us, and are planning on adopting a dog in a near future. We are experienced, responsible animal lovers. We are currently living in Southbank, but we would like to move out to a bigger place furtherer from the city center, and we would love to share the place with a nice, friendly person/couple. We've found a few places already, so we are now looking for housemates to team up with. We are only interested into places that have ensuites or several bathroom as we don't want to be sharing bathroom. We are looking into long-terme accomodation so would rather find housemates who wants to stay in Melbourne for a while. We are also very interested in existing sharehouses fitting our needs, so if you have a room for us and our furry friends, we'd love to hear from you! Feel free to contact us if you have any questions/ideas!! :)

Hi! I'm Ruby, 24 y/o makeup artist. I am currently looking for a new *cat friendly* place to call home. I have a small, well house trained half indoor/outdoor cat called Luna and we need somewhere to live by 11/08. A bit about me: I work in retail, I enjoy reading and watching Netflix, I am quite a social person but will never bring that home in regards to parties or anything - not looking for a party house either. Really want to find somewhere I can settle down long term. Thanks
A friendly couple from London coming to work at universities in Melbourne for a few months (can provide previous landlord references if needed). Looking for somewhere to stay from October onwards. We're both slight nerds who have PhDs, are vegetarians, and love music, books and dancing. Clean and tidy people looking forward to enjoying the sea, sun (?) and culture of the city.
I've recently transferred to La Trobe from Murdoch uni in WA; studying film and sociology full-time and working hospo when I can. I'm tidy, I enjoy good company/conversation, and I'm pretty laid back and easy going. I lived in the UK for 11 years, and I once won a limbo competition. Good with dogs.
I'm a friendly, easygoing gay man. Originally from the country but have been living in Melbourne for about three years. I've been at my current place in St Kilda for over a year now, but am looking for a change, ideally to move northside.
