Hi there, I am looking for a room that will fit a queen size bed, I also have a desk and computer so preferred to fit in the room as well but not a deal breaker. I love being social but also love my alone time I can't get enough as my job is quite full on and involves alot of social interaction. I would like to live somewhere, where my friends and family are welcome to come visit, not for long duration but here and there. I love the outdoors and going to the gym. I also love travelling, which I also do alot for work, which normally am away nearly 3 weeks every 5 to 6 weeks. I love animals so much I dont eat them, I dont care if you do I just request none of my cooking equipment gets used to cook your meat ☺ Also if you have a dog or cat that is great, am happy to walk your dog for cheaper rent as well.
Hi there, I'm a non smoker, clean and tidy, well mannerd indervidual! I have a 2 year old daughter I have every fortnight so must not mind kids, have my own buissness so am always busy with that 5 days a week to 6! Not really good at these so ask me if u have any more questions Thanks
I'm a considerate, open minded and laid back person. I like to be social but also value my alone time. I'm currently working as a disability support worker and studying Social Science/ Anthropology. Music and nature lover. Looking for a room, or would also be happy to join up with other people to find a place :)
I have recently moved up here from Sydney after my partner has taken my children overseas I am currently on the pension but am hoping to go back to my line of work with I have done for over 15 years I can cook good and I also Like to have nice lawns and gardens
I work full-time, am tidy and generally keep to myself - although I do enjoy the occasional night out/ social drinks. I'm wanting to move out of my current place, because I am looking to get a dog and I'm not able to have pets where I live. So dog friendly is a must!
I am a quiet, easy going student, who enjoys a conversation but also some down time. I do have 2 pets which can be a deal breaker, however, I assure you they are toilet trained and wouldnt be a hassle.
Hi my name is Jess, I am an easy going, tidy person looking for a place to live. I would love to find someone in a similar situation as myself to apply for rentals, or would be happy to move into an established place. I am quite mature and not a party animal, but still quite social. I work full-time and have rented privately for some time now with no issues. I do have a cat, Hugo and he is very easy going. He has lived with other animals before and gets along great with them.
Hi everyone, I am looking to move for a change of scenery as well as to continue my study. I like to live an active lifestyle and get outdoors and also hang out and chill. I am friendly, tidy, easy to get along with and am always up for a chat, but i am also happy just doing my own thing.
We take pride in being responsible great tenants and intend on keeping it that way. We are fun energetic teens with great responsibility and respect for ourselves and our property. Currently living at home but want to get a place of our own down on the coast as it is where family and friends live and is an amazing place to be apart of and the citizens and community are amazing and friendly. I mickayla am currently working at a beach cafe part time whilst still in school, Damon working full time plumbing and Claudia still in school looking for apprenticeship. In my spare time I love surfing and going on adventures during the weekends exploring new places.
57 year old single friendly guy..Very easy to live with..Never smoked..Rarely drink..Never taken drugs or been locked up...Always pay my bills on time..I am clean and tidy..I am very handy to have around because I am a talented handyman..Not much I cant do..Car repairs..house repairs etc etc...I don't have any mood issues....Pretty bloody normal really...I do like to chat and can talk about most subjects..I just need a secure nice place to live long term...Too much to ask?..The only other thing I would prefer is off street parking & maybe a little spot for my tools....But not essential...Wayne.......I AM HAPPY TO STAY OR MOVE FROM SYDNEY...CENTRAL COAST...NORTH ETC ETC...LET ME KNOW...DONT BE SHY.
Hey I'm looking for somewhere to stay on the Central Coast. I work in Sydney 5-6 days a week. I'm usually up at 5 and don't get home till 5. I'm currently doing my certificate 3 in Arboriculture or more commonly known as tree lopping. I'm a none smoker. Recently quit. I hardly ever drink and rarely ever go out
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
