We are a couple - Eve (27) and Gabriel (28). I (Gabriel) work at the Department of Environment and am transitioning to a career as a Social Worker after completing my Masters last year. Eve works as a disability support worker and is an artist as well. We are relaxed, friendly people who enjoy keeping a pretty calm and clean house, but don’t stress the small stuff. We enjoy cooking most nights and sharing a drink or a cuppa tea with housemates and friends.
I’m Jess and I’m looking for a place to live. I’m a public servant who works full time and sometimes on the weekends. I am tidy and housemate trained. I’m sociable but like my own and respect others personal space. I’m easy going and looking for a nice household with a chilled environment.
I've just moved to Canberra from Sydney to start an APS Grad job. I'm always up for a chat but also respect other people's privacy and space. I'm easy going, I clean up after myself and I keep common areas tidy. I enjoy cooking, board games, and I have a love of microbiology. I've spent a bit of time travelling and working overseas and I like to unwind with the occasional glass of wine. I'm flexible with move-in dates between the 17th and 30th of April.
Hi there, **I'm interested in teaming up to rent a place as well. I'm Desmond... 32M, I am a digital designer working full-time at a graphic design studio in the north side. I have been in Canberra for a while now after spending time studying in Melbourne and looking to make the next move into another place. I am looking for a place to call home not just a house, I know how to cook, clean and pay bills so if these are your focal points then don't worry, I have that covered. When I am not at home I like to go for a cycle, play the guitar, do some cooking, go for a walk or hang out with family. I can only write so much in this description, so it is better to talk in person over a coffee or tea... Just give me a call to arrange a time!
I'm searching for a new place to live in the Inner North of Canberra as it has lots to do and it is close to everywhere I normally need to be. I've lived and worked in lots of strange places with a huge variety of people over the years. Some of them were party houses which was cool at the time but I could do without it now. Mostly I am working and studying, not making much noise though I do like a good chat and friends dropping in is fine with me. I also get out of town whenever I can, especially between semesters. If you think we can help each other, send a message.
I’ve recently moved to Canberra from Adelaide to start as a grad in the APS. I’m friendly, easy going, neat and tidy. I appreciate the need for personal space, but I’m always up for a chat over a cup of tea :) In my free time you’ll find me cooking/eating, rewatching Parks and Rec, hanging out with friends and road tripping to the coast at every opportunity. I’m hoping to join a sharehouse in the inner north in the near future, but I’m flexible in terms of the move date. Send me a message if you've got a room going and I sound like someone you could live with!
Hi there! I am a happy and friendly person who loves life. I enjoy the outdoors and sports, even in the Canberra cold! Always up for coast or snow trips, and a few backyard ciders here and there! I love to cook though that can be a bit hit and miss sometimes haha. I'm a respectful individual who works fulltime (journo) and studies partime (ANU). I enjoy living with other people. Honestly I think I am mostly great to live with because I enjoy making a house feel like a home. I think that's really important. :) I also love love love music! I enjoy watching homeland and how I met your mother... and basically every other show on netflix. So please shoot me a message if you're like minded and have a decent size bedroom I could fit a bed and a desk and still be comfortable in! :)
Hey! I'm a 29 year old professional from Brisbane working full-time in the city. I'm experienced in sharehouse living who has lived with all sorts of people. I'm very conscientious who expects the same in others. I'm always open for a good chat over a glass of wine but also respect the privacy of others. I like to keep a pretty healthy and active lifestyle but also love to veg out and watch a great movie. If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
Hi! I am a 28-year old software engineer working in the city. I tend to be fairly busy during the week and spend a few nights at my boyfriend's house, but I would like to find a house in which the other housemates are friendly and happy to have a chat over a beer/wine, cook a meal together or watch netflix every now and then. I enjoy gardening so a house with a veggie patch would be a bonus.

I will give a brief introduction about myself. I am a tidy, easy-going and respectful person. Due to the work reason I need to move to Canberra, and I will do some study as well. I've been in Sydney for three years, and before that I was in Singapore for five years.
Hi all, I'm a sociable and respectful roommate who works full-time. I moved from Tasmania 4 years ago and have lived in two houseshares, two years in Kaleen and two years in Yarralumla (currently still renting here). My current houseshare is splitting up unfortunately as the owner is returning, meaning we will have to vacant the premises. I have a few household items (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, 50 inch TV, etc) that might help towards a current or potential houseshare. I have lived with a mix of couples, males and females where we have had a mutual understanding to actively participate in the household cleaning. Ideally, I am looking for somewhere close to the city (so I don't have to pay for parking whilst at work). My interests include my love for sports (especially rugby), and any dogs (my parents own 4 beautiful Rotties). I tend to spend the majority of the week out of the house, either at work or at training. My move date is flexible and am willing met any others looking to team up or believe I may be a good fit for their place. Thanks for taking the time to read the above..
Hello! I have relocated from Brisbane for a grad role here in Canberra. I'm 22 and like to live a pretty routine lifestyle throughout the week, but love to get out and about, and away for the weekends. I am hoping for easy going and social housemates, who can appreciate clean and tidy shared living spaces. Looking to team up with some like minded people to create a happy, home away from home.
Hi! My name's Liska, I'm 22, and studying Classical Chinese and translation at ANU. Looking for a place to stay for a few months in Canberra until I finish my degree. I keep my space tidy and am always keen to plan and cooperate over chores. I enjoy chatting with housemates when we're in the kitchen or lounge together, would be open to cooking together too (although I'm vegetarian)! I spend my free time listening to music, seeing friends, writing and playing video games. I usually head up to Newcastle once or twice a month to see my girlfriend and family for a few nights. I'm looking for a room with easy biking to ANU, ideally sharing with one to three other people. Let me know if your place sounds like a match!
Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m a young profession relocating to Canberra from Queensland for work. I’m clean and tidy, outgoing but respectful and am just as happy partaking in a few après work beers as I am having a quiet night in with take out and a movie! I don’t know many people in Canberra so I am looking for a larger share house (minimum 2 flatmates). I’m also fairly active and like to spend a lot of time outdoors so ideally I’d love to find a place close to open spaces/ walking tracks.
Hi,I’m a Italian girl who move to Canberra one year ago. Now i work full time as a chef in a Italian restaurant in Kingston,Agostini’s and I would like to move close to work. I’m a very easy going person, organise and clean. I like spend time with friends but I also enjoy having some quiet time.
Fun, tidy and easy-going, I'm a bit of a goofball, I love music, books, art and gardening. I'll talk with anyone about most anything. Grew up in rural NSW but have lived in Canberra for 2 years. I've been in many share houses over the years and I will always do my part when it comes to keeping the place clean and respecting the space of others. I appreciate good hygiene practices. I enjoy/need my quiet time and may have quiet days, but also love to sit around with a beer or glass of wine and have a chat. In my down time, I usually spend time in the garden, going for walks, or reading and I love heading out for a drink and a boogie occasionally. I am currently studying horticulture at the CIT. Looking to find either a room in an established house or teaming up with some people to form a new share house. Looking to live in the inner North or South of the city. I have a lot of furniture that I can bring along, as well as a pretty decent record collection. Flexible on move date, anytime from now. Have two cute kitties (Fernando and Harley) that I'd love to move with, but no hassle if not.
