I am easy going, clean and funny...but that last one is just my opinion. I will be working full time in the new year (currently 4 day a week) and studying online. I don't have any pets but I'd love to live with a dog (or person) who needs a jogging buddy. I am happy to help with the cleaning of shared spaces and quite enjoy cooking; although I normally meal prep once a week, I am definitely open to "family" dinners on occasion. I am vegan but I don't care what you eat as long as you don't ask me to. I'm normally down for a catch up, drink or movie night, but do need my own space at times. I can contribute a fridge, washing machine and some other electronics if needed; and would prefer an unfurnished room, but I can be flexible with this. (Own bathroom would be the dream...*happy sigh*)
I'm 22 and from Adelaide. I'm responsible, clean, work hard and love to have a glass of wine every now and then. I love the being at the beach but the peacefulness of the hills is pure bliss. I work in hospitality, workings casual but full time hours aswell as studying online.
I'm looking for a granny flat for myself OR half a house to share with one other person. I do have my own furniture so would need to have a bedroom and study at minimum. I'm happy to halve all bills. I'm tidy, very quiet and respectful of others space. I'm also a non-smoker and have no pets or kids. I'm not really into loud music or party houses - home is more of a sanctuary for me and I have to have my 8-10 hours of sleep or I'm ruined. About me: A fulltime Graphic Designer with my own office on Unley Road. I'm also a former Occupational Therapist. I like designy things, art, travel, reading and yoga/pilates. I'm also mainly vegetarian and happy to avoid bringing any fish or chicken home if you are sensitive :)
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Hi guys, My name is Cindy. I'm working full-time as a Marketing Coordinator for a startup ISP in the city. I'm quite outgoing and love good companies. I'm not a party animal, but definitely, enjoy a glass of red from time to time. I do respect others' time and spaces, so if we can hang out, it's good. Otherwise, I'm working full-time (usually leave at 8 am and come back home at 8-9pm). I'm pretty much out on weekends, so you won't see me very often. I prefer places with more bathrooms/ toilets so nobody needs to queue up for long in the morning (if you know what I mean ;) ) I maintain a healthy lifestyle, so I've been practicing yoga and love cooking good/nutritious food (looking forward to my Yoga Teacher Training to become an instructor as the second income). I love attending networking events & getting to know more people in my industry/ young professionals. Other hobbies are traveling, painting & learning new skills/ trying out exciting things. I've just moved to a new place for a month but because of a personality clash and strict house rules (they don't allow friends coming over or hang out at the place, coming home late, etc), I've decided to move out and find a new place, preferably young professionals enjoying good company and friendly. I love having pets in the house so no issues if you have dogs/cats/ fishes. I drive to work every day, so off-street parking works for me! I'm a neat and tidy person, but absolutely not a clean freak. I respect the shared space and love keeping everything clean and tidy. Happy to discuss if you're having a room in a shared house available. Cheers, Cindy
Hi, my name is Hilary :) I've been living in Melbourne for the past few years for uni, and am excited to be moving to Adelaide for work in mid-October! I'm looking for a nice share-house within commutable distance from the city, preferably somewhere with a bit of a backyard/garden to hang out in :) One small proviso is that I'll be doing some long shifts at work, and occasionally overnight, so preferably not a big party house! I've previously been in a few share houses, and enjoy socialising and having a laugh. I also value keeping things nice and tidy and contributing to the household :) In my free time I like cooking, bike riding, yoga and getting outdoors. If you're looking for a new housemate I'd love to hear from you!
Hi friends I'm a relaxed, easy-going environmental management student with two casual jobs. I'm pretty tidy, respectful, and friendly. I enjoy hanging out and having a couple of drinks and a meal, but also like my own space for quiet study/reading. I love gardening, camping, riding my bike, and surfing. I have a small, old dog named Basil who loves naps, pats, and the occasional walk. We both come with references. I'm 26 so not looking for a party house- somewhere to call home for longish term if things work out between us would be great. If you like the sound of me, send me a message! Cheers :)
Hello im Antonio, ill be relocating from Sydney to Adelaide. Im a student & will also be working part time. Hi, I am a 21 year old uni student. I study part time and play soccer, so I'm generally pretty busy! I love to socialise and hang out with friends, but I'm also very independent. I'm clean, organised and tidy. I am looking for a clean, comfortable place to live with friendly but not too loud housemates. I am currently living in a sharehouse but want somewhere a little quieter and with less people (ideally 3 people in the house). Would love to hear from you!
Hi there, I work down at Glenelg casually in hospitality where I work approx 20 hours per week (up to 40 in summer). Also go to uni full time studying education and I play footy so from December onwards I have training at least twice per week. Have a small sausage dog who is house trained and four years old (always send her to my mum's house if I'm out of the house for 8+ hours at a time). My current lease loosely ends on the 5th of November and am happy to live basically anywhere between the hills and the beach, south/east of the city. Cheers :)
Work full time in private wealth and risk management and completing my Masters in Feb; so study most weeknights and generally make little noise even when socialising. Clean, great at fixing things / handy, active, healthy eater (but a whisky and wine lover), cook a lot, gym daily, read a bit, and come with a ~9,000gb movie and series collection that makes Netflix look lame and an awesome coffee machine. Flexible on furnishings / appliances etc, happy to sell or store gear, but have almost everything. Keen to hang out a bit, not fussed if you want to keep to yourself. Happy to move as early as December. Listed suburbs are preferences, happy with anything within around 15 minutes drive of CBD. Share housed for about 6 years in total generally with 2 or more people.
I'm clean, relaxed, and love to socialise. I will respect those that I live with and expect the same in return. I like to knock back a bevvy every now and then. I am also an avid cyclist and HPV racer. P.S. I cook meeeeeaaaaaannnnn pancakes
Two working professionals looking for furnished accomodation to rent starting in November, price negotiable. Looking for long term let, south of the CBD area due to work commutes. Ideally a house or unit on our own. I am a full-time veterinarian and my small dog comes to work with me everyday. Full references available.
Hi, I'm in my last semester of my undergrad studying Marine Biology at Flinders Uni. I am currently working part time. Love a laugh and a good chat with wine and cheese. I also really like entertaining. I'm respectful and easy going. In the summer I love going scuba diving every second weekend and I'm passionate about saving the sea turtles.
Hey Y'all :) My name is Ella I am a bubbly and sociable person who is finishing their degree @Flinders, being in my last 6 months I am looking for a nice place that I can make my own with nice quirky people who don't mind if I have people over (no parties just entertaining). I am currently working and staying over the summer break so this to me is "planting my roots" as I am originally from Darwin and have been living at Flinders Living for the past 3 years! I will be a graduating teacher soon so I can't go past a glass of red wine and the beach :) I love indie music and have a fair amount of artsy posters and fairy lights to make any drab room a home. I am looking for a furnished/ semi- furnished room, as long as there's a bed and a wardrobe I can make do with the rest!
