Not sure if there's any opportunity to survive on rent at $40 a week. But to prevent being homeless, I have to cross my fingers. I have no family here and most of my friends have no room for me and I don't want to burden them anyway. Also it hurts to ask those you love for somewhere to stay only to hear them say sorry! I would rather try to find a way on my own two feet without feeling like that. I would work if I could but oHS prevents me so because all i can wear are thongs as I have issues with my left foot. Mortons Neuroma, Bursitis and Capsulitis. I'm currently waiting to undergo surgery. Anyway.. I have to post this, so here goes.. fingers crossed! Please if you can help, msg me or email me and lets organise to meet :) Just needed to add.. Also I can help out with other services such as cleaning.. I grew up with a Mother who has OCD and everything had to be spotless and in its place. I'm also a qualified cleaner and was a CSO of a cleaning company for Toll Dnata, cleaning Aeroplanes such as Emirates, Singapore, Thai Airways, Cathay Pacific and another 4 airlines for 4 years. I had a team of 20 people under me and I trained and supervised about 80 staff. I am quick and thorough with my work. I also grew up with a handyman father and I know the basics in gardening and general maintenance. I also own a car, I wouldn't be able to get around on my foot if I didn't. So I can do the groceries or be a taxi if need be.. I just can't afford fuel thats all. Hope to hear from someone.. And thank you to anyone who took the time to read this. Grace :)
Presently working long hours with early starts Mon-Fri, looking for tranquil house with relaxed, stress free roommates. Love the outdoors, hiking, bicycling, 4wding, beach activities. Open to a social beer and occasional BBQ with roommates would be a bonus.
I'm a student currently studying at ECU in Joondalup and looking to move in somewhere around Perth with other people around my age group. I don't smoke but don't mind anyone who does. I'll be spending 4/7 days at uni and then the others either working (I currently don't have a job but will be looking for one when I move) or visiting family/friends down south, so I won't be in your hair. I normally spend most of my nights in but do enjoy having a few drinks in or out on the weekend. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me :).
I'm very very tidy. I'm not very social, so there wont be a million people visiting all the time or crazy late nights. I don't drink or smoke. I love to read or watch movies. I enjoy having a laugh with people and im very friendly. I have a small black female sharpei who is a predominantly outside dog with no vices.
Hi there I am a happy person to live with enjoy meeting people but also enjoy my own time, I am clean and tidy and respectful of others ,I am however expecting a baby as I am 4 months pregnant,i do have two children that I have every second weekend,i am in need of something ASAP,i look forward to hearing from you soon
Hi, my name is Stacey and I am 28 years old. I'm a primary school teacher currently, who is working relief this year. I'm clean, tidy, honest and trustworthy. I enjoy a full social life, particularly spending time with my family and friends, going to restaurants, pubs, special events, going to the beach, chilling out with a good book, and generally hanging out!
My Best Friend and I are planning to move to Perth for our Post Graduate Degree at ECU Joondalup by 22/02/2018.We are looking to rent a furnished room with ensuite big enough for both of us to share in and around Joondalup for about 6 months. We are easy going,clean,26yo,Indians who grew up abroad, reserved,Single men,who enjoy a cold beer or two occasionally looking for a quiet place to stay with easy access to public transport. Our Budget for the same is about 230$-250$/week including bills ( or 2 rooms with a shared bathroom for about the same rent) P.S: We love Pets! xD
Im bubbly happy 99% percent of the time outgoing. Easy to talk to and get along with. I have a cat who is up to date with vacanations and is micro chiped and sterilized. I need to be able to keep my car in a secured garage or a fenced in area.
We are an easy going couple. I, Jayde, study law full time and work, and Bryce works full time doing security installation. We play sports and like to keep busy doing something, so we are not often at the house during the week. We like to keep our space nice and tidy. We are friendly too - don't hesitate to message us with any questions!
I'm currently looking for places not far from the Joondalup train line to move into ready for when I start TAFE. I can be a bit messy and disorganised at times but willing to change my ways to make sharing a place bearable. I'm currently located in Gosnells and work in Kelmscott but will be seeking a transfer or new job once I confirm accommodation. I would prefer to have bills and internet included in the rent unless the rent is a decent price. Please note that I am looking for somewhere no more than a 10min drive away from a train station along the Joondalup train line.
I'm chill, quiet and I like real nerdy stuff, video games, dungeons and dragons, cosplay and bad jokes you will probably sigh at. I'll be bringing with me two bunnies and a guinea pig who thinks he's a bunny, he can actually jump really high it's weird. Hit me up!
Working full time at a Perth hospital and go home to my country town every second weekend. Very easy going, love gardening and I am very clean and tidy. Love to have a chat and a wine or two. Love walking and travelling. Very reliable. My preference is for an all female flat and I require parking for my car. I don't smoke. My budget only allows $180 a week in rent so please do not message or ring me if you are looking for more than that. I'm also a contractor and can't commit to anything longer than 3 months at a time. Thanks
We're looking to rent a room together as I am studying this year. We are both quiet, tidy, thoughtful, friendly and both receive regular income. I myself have work experience in cleaning, babysitting and house/pet-sitting.
Hello I am a student at ECU completing my Masters degree from India. Excited to move to Australia, Won’t mind pets or drinking, look forward to make some new friends. Would like stay at a friendly and safe place so I could concentrate on my studies.
Hello, I am looking to share with 1-2 people. Looking to move from mid to late February for at least a year in or close to Joondalup I don’t have a car so being within a few km of Joondalup train station is imperative. I am open minded and friendly but also enjoy my own space. I've been living in London for the last year where my closest family live. I grew up in Perth. I’m a languages teacher. I have shared with flatmates and also own my own property in Perth. I’m responsible, mature and willing to do my part in shared living. I like to do yoga and swim for relaxation in my spare time.
