Hi there potential landlords or housemates, I'm a female, 37 year old (young at heart) friendly and clean. I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I want it to be my sanctuary where I feel safe and peaceful. I don't mind what age you are or what you do or don't do.. that's your business! I respect ones privacy and also am happy to socialise or have a chat every now and then.. I also need privacy lol. I'm honest and direct. I prefer to sort out any problems immediately and believe trust and honesty would be very crucial if sharehouse is to run smoothly and harmoniously. private person but occasionally. I'm a huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 13mths old and super friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but a normal size backyard with grass not concrete!! The bigger the better though! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up and currently living with a family friend in Doncaster but I've overstayed by 2 weeks already to finding somewhere suitable is detrimental!!! It doesn't have to be available right now but not much longer than a couple of weeks time would be good. Just need to let friend know I've at least secured a place. If you'd like to know anymore pls feel free to call, txt or message on here. Thanks. Hope to hear from some good sorts... Cheers 🙂
Smart hard working have a dog I’m clean I have a full time job I’m a qualified boiler maker, I have a partner and we would like a place we are both welcome.
Hi there, I'm open minded, flexible and adaptable. I'm interested in a wide range of subjects from music to art to social justice. I have family in the area and have moved from Bendigo to be closer to them, originally growing up in the Yarra Valley. I live fairly quietly at home and enjoy my own space, as well as sharing a meal occasionally and interesting conversations.
Hey I’m Tilly! I’m studying visual arts full time at RMIT city at the moment. I’m a kind, respectful and caring person. Originally from Thornbury but am looking for a change of environment!
We are INTERESTING humans :) We need a place with/closer to the trees, birds and running waters where we can nurture ourselves and feed our creativity in creation :) Gareth and I,Tania, are kind gentle loving and caring human beings who have passion for free and self sustainable communal life style. I work already for myself (holistic massage therapy, project managing and assisting meditation retreats, facilitating meditation and teaching/sharing circles), and Gareth is about to do the same (music/singing, counselling, building/landscaping). We do also parenting for Gareth's son, Callum, every two weeks. He is 6 years old and has a quite gentle soul and is ready to explore the new life style. He loves animals :) We are mindful about wellness of the environment (humans, nature, animals) and we like to share space with same kind of TRIBE. We like to take only what we need and share the rest :) WE OFFER to work and help you develop and manage the property as a trade for full or partial rent if you are interested :) We make a GREAT TEAM with our complementary skills in area of life experience, social, cultural differences, counselling, project management, organisation, teaching, natural therapy and healing, cooking, making music, handy jobs and gardening. We could also have a YURT to live in on your property as an option too, if thats convenient :) We are working on a project of creating a shared communal property for living and healing retreats. Our move is a step in the line of this purpose.
First things first: I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my second cancer removal surgery, scheduled sometime between Feb-April 2018. I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, recently divorced. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which completed in late September. On Jan 23 2018, it was discovered that cancer has unfortunately returned to my body. Tests will commence ASAP with surgery and more chemo to most likely follow. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issues and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house in the eastern suburbs, and a share house in Darley (Bacchus Marsh). A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living. I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my 2018 surgery, which will be anywhere from Feb-April.
I am a quiet, down to earth, friendly person who love to keep to myself, I am always on time with rent and bills! I do love cooking and baking and I am a bit of a granny with early nights and crocheting, I am also a bit of a gym junky and don't like to sit and do nothing! I am currently looking for study/work and recently started volunteering! I do NOT smoke or drink, but I don't mind living with people who do, I am not a party animal either. I'm always happy to contribute and chip in where needed with the household. Looking forward to hearing from you! :)
Single, easy going with a cavoodle part time. No boyfriend, non drinker and non smoker. I am vegan but don’t care what you do as long as we all clean up after ourselves. I have an 11 year old boy who stays three nights a week. Work part time and study, as well as freelance editing. I keep to myself mostly- I’ve been raising kids for 22 years so I’m well domesticated and clean, tidy and introverted; enjoy movies, reading, meditation and Pilates. I’m LGBTQI and sex worker friendly. Ideally I’m looking for a house with separate living areas for privacy for both of us. I’ll need two bedrooms. At this stage just putting feelers out.
My name is Anna and I am seeking accommodation! I am currently studying full time and working part time during the week and over the weekends. I am a motivated and tidy individual. I am highly invested in my academics and so do spend some time to myself. However, I am a very sociable and personable individual. I love to cook and am always up for a chat. I am a non-smoker and drinker, I lead a very healthy lifestyle. If you feel I may be a good match for you property or tenants, please do not hesitate to contact me!
Hi - I'm Glenn. I have a long history working in the helping type fields such as nursing and psychology with multiple undergraduate and post graduate degrees. I am very caring, empathic, considerate and have always been compassionate towards others, regardless of who they are or where they've been. I guess humility, acceptance and openness are some of my key values/traits and although my path is not the same as others, I love to hear about other people's past experiences and their hopes and visions for the future. Sadly, after some 20 years, I had a bad experience when nursing and made the decision to try alternative work (Happy to go into details if you'd like to know - I'm fine now but needed a change). I'm currently doing forklift work in Kilsyth, but I'm enjoying it. It's hard work but the people are great. So, am looking at rentals / flatshare in that area -Kilsyth, Croydon, Bayswater, Boronia, Lilydale, etc I'm also focusing more on my music composing. Last year, a friend was suicidal and in a very bad way. She had several admissions to hospital, and some very intense treatment. It was heartbreaking that she was unable to see just how beautiful and special she is and just how much she is love by those around her. I wrote her a song titled "We love you" which tried to remind her of that fact. It seemed to help and it felt good to see her smile. So, I feel passionate about reminding people when they just cant see it - through music - just how important they really are - Every person is inherently important and an integral part of the world. I also LOVE animals - and I have two adorable cats. You don't have to love them - but I could never live with a cat hater. I am their carer, protector, food giver (most importantly) - and they rely on me. Having them is a gift and I don't take that lightly. I need somewhere that they would feel comfortable. I pretty much get on with anyone and seem to be able to find something to talk about. I make a point of making people feel comfortable and welcome without being over the top. I'm probably more mature now and settled and stuff and enjoy more quieter times. I'm very respectful, considerate, empathic and compassionate, and a great listener. But, I'm also sensitive to other people's needs and respect my own and others personal space. Oh and as well as working full time, I also make a point of doing regular volunteer work where I can. As a bonus I also come with an unlimited supply of lame jokes and am the person to have on your trivia team if the subject "Hits of the 80's"ever comes up. Probably crapped on enough. Cheers Glenn
Polite, respectful and house trained. Hi, my name is Callum and I'm an avid fan of music and am a musician (can use headphones to be respectful of others). Love nature, festivals / gigs, sport and psychological thrillers :) Capable in the kitchen. Looking for a nice place that has a little bit of space out the back.
Hi there. I’m currently renting alone in the Chirnside Park area but anywhere in the “outer” east would work better. Im looking to team up with somebody to start something new or just be a housemate. I work full time and am often away or at least work late. I have 2 beautiful boys that stay or come over often. I’m fully set up and am house trained but am looking to save money. I take pride in the place I live in and the way it’s presented. And expect the same in return. I love being social but also like my own some time and space. I’m not a party animal but love to have fun and make the most of life. I’m open to living with a male but I associate with females better so would prefer that (without any sleazy expectations or ambitions of course)
Full time Accountant, also studying my CPA program. I'm financially stable, organised and very clean. I've been living in share houses for the last 7 years so am very accustomed to the living arrangement. I love sports and keeping active, especially love golf. Don't mind a nice glass of red or a few beers. I'm easy going, enjoy a good chat and a laugh but also enjoy my own time.
I am a bright and bubbly chick. Super easy to get along with. Im very understanding and always love to have a chat but also realise that some people are a little different. I am very social but at times like to keep to myself and have some down time. I do have kids who dont live with me so I understand the demand and dynamics of a family home. I am respectful and have no issues paying my bills and things on time. I am always happy to negotiate if there does happen to be an issue from time to time and I dont always have to be right :P I am almost 30 so ive outgrown the immature craziness of life and will be quite busy in the time I am there. I will soon start study and also working so there could be quite alot of time that I am not home. I do like to be able to have someone stay over from time to time so I would be looking for flexibility in that respect however you can be assured I would never just bring a random home. I love animals and generally have no issues with them. Im happy to provide more info or meet for a coffee if you would like to know more about me or feel free to give me a call, send me a text or email me.
