Hey Team! My name is Nick, I'm a 23 year old who just graduated from Uni and will be working at Westmead Hospital for the next year so am hoping to find places nearby or close to the train line. I'll be looking for places to move in around the end/middle of March but am flexible with dates I'm after a private room that is preferably furnished, but if not I can probably sort something out for the right place. We have to have internet and a good sense of humour. I'm a relaxed and friendly guy looking for some similar people to chill out with for a while. Always up for movie/food/adventuring sessions but also pretty good at being lazy and just taking weekends off to rest. Bonus if you work at Westmead too and we can stumble there together in the morning with coffee. Looking forward to meeting you soon! Let me know if you have any questions, places for me to look at, or will be a bit of a loner in the area like me and just looking for a new mate. Happy to team up with people and get a new place together Cheers Nick :)
During the course of studies, i have lived in Germany (5 yrs), Spain (2 yrs), Sweden ( 1+ yrs), Switzerland (5 yrs) and United States (2 yrs). I am from Nepal. I am a flexible, open and clean person. I will start my postdoctoral fellowship in Westmead (University of Sydney) from March 2018. For that purpose, i would like to list myself as a prospective guest. PREFERRED LOCATION- Westmead area or a location from where Westmead Hospital can be reached within 10 mins with public transport. I never had any problems staying in homestays or shared apartments in so many different cultures and countries. I am a positive person who likes easygoing people. I adapt to any surrounding. If you are multi-cultural, have traveling experiences or if you want to know such a person, it's great. Thanks, Kedar PS. If the place is well-located and situation-allowing, i can stay longer too.
I am 32 year Old finance proffessional and full time employed with one of the private firms in CBD.
Hi Future Flatmate, My name is Savio and I shall be moving to Sydney in Feb 2018 on a Resident visa. Hence, unless I find employment before I leave India, I will be working part-time or looking for work when I arrive in SYD. A little about me; I am neat and tidy without being obsessive about it. I take a some time to feel comfortable around people and once that happens I'm quite sociable. A non smoker but I do like the occasional drink :) My hobbies are dancing (western dances & ballroom), reading (fiction), working out and sports (like football & tennis).
Easy going, clean and a professional working mon-fri 9-5.

Hi my name is Madelina. I am 34 years old and come from Congo. I consider myself a very funny person and i love cleaning, cooking and listening to the music. I would really like to find a female flatmate to live together and share the rent. :)
Hello I am Pari, 28. I have traveled for work all over this great country and fallen in love with you Sydney :) I wouldn't say rosy stuff about myself to tell you why I am great to live with, I would tell you what I dont do: I dont glance every few minutes into my electronic gadget if I am communicating with you, I give my full attention when having a conversation. I dont expect the same its a personal preference, I dont smoke, I dont drink, I am not a party person. I have been told I am easy to talk to, caring and some one who can be counted on anytime. I am not a clean freak but need my surroundings fairly tidy. I work full time, love and respect mutual space, I am quite and enjoy my own company too. Ready to have a chat and see how it goes. I am looking to be around 5 mins to train station I am looking to share with female/ females only. No couples please
Hi my name is Andrew, I study B Nursing and am in my final year, I am also starting work at Westmead hospital. I am fairly quiet, I am usually working or studying, or crashed out after a shift, otherwise I enjoy hanging out with housemates with an occasional seeky beer. I am respectful of people and their space, am great with paying everything on time and have ran my own house for the last 4 years, and I love to keep things clean.
I'm a second year student at UTS and need somewhere to live as I'm not able to live with my parents anymore. I have a small dog named Yuki who hardly sheds. I'm happy to live in most places in Sydney as long as public transport to the city is easy enough.
Working professional who does not smoke but enjoys a beer and is also ex military, so very clean and tidy. Travel a lot between Australia and Europe for work, so enjoy having a chat about countries and meeting different people.
Hi, I am 22 years old and will be studying at UTS from the autumn session. I believe in cleanliness and first things first, I am not a smoker and neither do I prefer alcohol in any form but am cool around people who have it because I understand that it is all about preferences. I am a calm, composed and an adjusting person who will not be a nuisance as I like to live peacefully, respecting the privacy of my room/flatmates. I will mostly be working, cooking and studying during my stay. If you live with me for a week, it would honestly be like living with someone you already know. I gel well. Thank You.
What makes me great to live with? I am an honest, and trustworthy person. I enjoy a good chat and can be quiet as a mouse when needed. I enjoy playing games, fixing my car and having a drink. Let me know if you want to know more about me. Cheers.
I am a easy going, clean and quiet person. I am a Software Engineer and actively searching for a job. I don't smoke. I intend to spend most of my time preparing for the interviews or learning some technical stuff. I am an Indian [and a vegetarian] but I don't mind to have a roommate/flatmate who is a non-vegetarian.
Hey there! My names Jaz and I am putting out this add in desperate search of a room, apartment, granny flat... basically anything! Myself and my partner are very easy going people, love to keep clean and tidy (im a perfectionist), show respect towards everyone and of course are always up for a good chat. We have previously rented out a brand new room in a townhouse in the heart of Parramatta, although it was a bit pricy for us so we decided to part ways with it. My previous roommate and lease holder are happy to chat with you for any enquiries. When we were staying there my partner, roommate and myself decided that we all wanted to get a kitten. So I am now trying to find a beautiful place for us three (Tyson, handsome the kitten and myself). We are both usually full time working although I am currently searching for a new occupation, I work as a barista and waitress and love that industry. My partner however is a full time working scaffolder. Usually he is tired and sore when he comes home and will most likely hit the hay. We are not big party people despite our age. If we want to do anything with friends we always take it away from the share house out of respect. We are known to pay our bills on time and just genuinely fun people all round. Please if you know of anyone or anything going about, feel free to message me Thanks for your time - Jazmin.
I’m a friendly and quiet person. I work full time, but I have a flexible arrangement where some of that is working from home. I will keep things neat and tidy, and I enjoy cooking. I’m really just want a quiet space to call my own with minimal fuss.
Outgoing fun guy working full time in marketing. I love cooking and the gym. I get along with a wide range of people and am super chill.
Good day, :) I'm a vegetarian, non smoker, private (but can be social), corporate professional, polite, friendly but not too familiar, religious, not a party person (but don't mind going out), enjoy cooking a lot (I'm of Indian descent and therefore cook With onion, chili and garlic), traditional yet modern, tidy, recently secured a role in Olympic Park so I'm looking for accommodation which is within 20 mins from work. I'm currently in Melbourne and it's the first time I'm relocating by myself so I'm looking for a home for 3 months with the view to extend, where I can have my space but also have a like minded person / a like minded family with values. Thank you for reading. Neha
~Ideally looking for a team up~ A little about myself, I’m 22 working full time for a non for profit in Parramatta CBD. My hours range anywhere from 7am- 7pm Monday to Friday. Outside of work if I’m not spending time with my friends or family, you’ll find me most likely watching some weird comedy on Netflix. I love to have a laugh and I’m a bit of a social chameleon. And if you’re wondering, my first name is pronounced like “Ryan” without the “n”. I wouldn’t mind sharing the occasional drink (or two) or meal after work but I also understand that some nights you’d just want to chill on your own too. I may not make my bed as often as I’d like to, but I like to keep both my private and shared space alike fairly tidy. This would be my first time living out of home for more than two months (hopefully) but I have always paid rent and my share of the bills on time and plan on continuing on doing so for the rest of my renting life 😝 I'm looking for an unfurnished room that can fit a queen bed and a desk. Looking at moving date around mid March. I don’t drive, so I’m looking somewhere within walking distance to Parramatta CBD or fairly close to a train station/shops. I value effective and open communication so please note due to my schedule, I will not be replying to messages for places that don’t meet the criteria above.
A recent finance grad from UOW, a very easy going person who enjoys his own space and is respectful of privacy as well as social and outgoing. Can pay bills on time, clean up after I'm done and more than happy to split duties around the house if needed. Really chill guy, up for dinners/outings whenever possible as well.
