My name is Cass, I'm a 27yo female and I'm looking for a single female house mate! I work full time as a marketing manager. I'm friendly, easy going and usually up for a chat/socialising, but I also enjoy time to myself. I'm also very neat and clean, so ideally I'm looking for someone similar! :) In my spare time, I love cooking, being outdoors, exercising, playing sport and going out for dinner. I don't spend a great deal of time at home, however when I am home I will likely be doing a bit of study, so I'm looking for someone who will be respectful of that, fairly quiet and won't be having people over all the time. If you're looking for similar, I'd love for you to get in touch! :)
Hi, I am a 25 year old student from Sri Lanka studying in the city. I am a friendly, fun and easy going guy. Love to meet new people and always up for a chat. Planning to move somewhere in between 2nd or 3rd week of March. If you have any spare space, please drop me a message.

Hello there. I am a full-time nursing student and piano teacher urgently looking for a large room or preferably two for myself and daughter who is two years old. We sleep together and she is an easy-going and lovely child. I pay all my rent and bills on time and and am a quiet and clean person. I hope to be graduating mid next year and then plan to work full-time as an EN while studying for RN. My daughter is also quiet and she goes to daycare and babysitter fulltime while I work and study. I drive and am very well accustomed to house matters. I don't do drama or play games either and am very easy to get along with. I have a grand piano as well which I only play during daytime hours if I am home. I am looking for $800 to $1000 per month and can pay a month's rent and bond in advance. Suburbs of preference would be Wheelers Hill, Dandenong, Mulgrave, but will consider other places in South East. I have no pets and am non-smoking, non-drinking, non-partying single mum just quietly trying to live and establish her life. I also enjoy conversations and company and can share a meal and drink. Thanks in advance. :)
I am an 18 year old male thats is moving down to Melbourne from Albury to study and play national level sport. am very respectful of peoples belongings and space and will have a regular stable income . 😊
I am open-minded and non-judgemental. I respect others' privacy but am also happy to sit down and have a chat. I'm very tidy and organised. I'm an introvert, so mostly quiet and keep to myself. I always pay the bills on time, whether I am working or between jobs. I like to have open communication about household issues. I am happy to respectfully compromise on some things, in the interest of a peaceful, happy home. I have two beautiful indoor cats (Toulouse and Pippin) that are shy but friendly. They are desexed and microchipped.
I am currently looking for a place so I can remain close(ish) to work. I'm working rather large hours for the most part, so I probably wont be around all that much. I'm a very respectful person, of both space and possession. I'm clean and tidy. I generally keep to myself a bit, but am never opposed to social interactions. I can cook well, apparently. I don't really have any preferences when it comes to location and duration. Just need a bit of space to rest after work. Anything is open to discussion. Thanks.

I am a female in my thirties. I am currently in the process of moving myself from Philip Island back up to Melbourne which is where I truly want to be (I’m a Melbourne girl born and bred.) I have recently accepted an opportunity to take on a new job roll working for a Tech Company that specializes in Accounting Software. My previous work history has been in finance administration, banking and customer service so I'm excited to be taking these skills in a new and exciting direction. The Company is based in Glen Waverley so I am hoping to find accommodation in or around that area. I am pretty laid back easy going person, extremely respectful of others. I like meeting new people, learning about them and their experiences in life. I like to spend my spare time watching movies and catching up with family/friends and heading out for the occasional night on the town hitting the hit the dance floor with my besties. I am a Melbourne girl through and through I have been lucky enough to meet some amazing friends here who have now become my family. I count myself very lucky to be able to live in the greatest city in Australia maybe even the world. :)
Fairly easy-going guy who is quite busy with work and family responsibilities, so not much time for a social life. I like to play and listen to music when i get the chance and pretty much keep to myself, but i'm good for a chat now and then. In the process of rebuilding my life following a family break up. I have a 7 year old daughter and like to have her stay with me on weekends, so a child friendly environment is a must. I also run a small business, so an office space and a garage or work shed are vital to me space wise. Looking to share a place with one other individual, either with a room to rent or in a team up on a rental.
im a low maintenance guy that doesn't cook and work long hour. Im looking for a temporary place to stay for 3-6 mths (possibly longer) but I have a clean and quite small dog (2kg only) which follows me that is toilet trained.
Hi I make a living as a store man. I enjoy playing the guitar, reading, riding my motorcycle and exercising. I'm generally pretty quiet and keep to myself a bit, though I can be sociable.
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 28 and live a pretty clean lifestyle. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 5yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a longer term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.

A bit about us BELINDA Currently searching for full time work but have a fortnightly income, also have my own business doing pet sitting. MATT Currently looking for full time work, has a fortnightly income also. Smoker, smokes outdoors or off the property as respect to non smokers. Ideally we'd like somewhere long term, but we can do short term. Our budget is $300 a week including bills, if rent doesn't include bills our weekly rent will depend on how much bills come to. That would be between the two of us, not each. We're quiet but like to be social too. Like having communal dinners and such, but respect peoples privacy and wishes. Neat and tidy, happy to help with household chores, inside and outside. Will come with all bedroom furniture (except a bed base so if a queen bed base is available we'd happily take it) and a couple of things for the kitchen too. If you have a room that you think would suit us then please let me know!

I am sociable and pretty easy going. I enjoy good conversation and like to hang out with minded people. Now I am looking for a quiet place to call home and relax. Hi there potential landlords or housemates, I'm a female, 37 year old (young at heart) friendly and clean. I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I want it to be my sanctuary where I feel safe and peaceful. I don't mind what age you are or what you do or don't do.. that's your business! I respect ones privacy and also am happy to socialise or have a chat every now and then.. I also need privacy lol. I'm honest and direct. I prefer to sort out any problems immediately and believe trust and honesty would be very crucial if sharehouse is to run smoothly and harmoniously. private person but occasionally. I'm a huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 13mths old and super friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but a normal size backyard with grass not concrete!! The bigger the better though! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up and currently living with a family friend in Doncaster but I've overstayed by 2 weeks already to finding somewhere suitable is detrimental!!! It doesn't have to be available right now but not much longer than a couple of weeks time would be good. Just need to let friend know I've at least secured a place. If you'd like to know anymore pls feel free to call, txt or message on here. Thanks. Hope to hear from some good sorts... Cheers 🙂

Weekdays I'll be busy at work. Weekends, I hope to explore the city and whatever Australia can offer in my limited amount of time. I love travelling! Looking to live with like minded people who would want to join me in such endeavours. It can be hiking, going to the beach, or something as simple as eating junk food(once in a while) and drinking beer. I don't have any concerns about food (veg, non-veg, vegan - I'll eat anything as long as it tastes good). I am not restricted to living with just Indians. In fact I want to live with people from all sorts of different countries and/or the locals. Also, I love a clean place. And will do my part in keeping it clean too.

Hi I'm Duncan, a 22 year old game designer. I've just finished up 2 diplomas, one in game design and one in business management and am in the process of starting my own games business, can you believe it. I'm very friendly, sociable and love to share, be it food or fun, like bringing the people around me into any board games or video games (I've been responsible for a few apartment DIY pizza & game nights in my time so far). I'm considerate and helpful so if you need me to do something or even need help with anything I'm almost always up for it (I've even fixed toasters and broken flatmates back into their rooms after they've locked themselves out). I am forgetful, but I try my hardest and will work with you as long as you're willing to work with me.
