Hi there! Working full time and studying at the moment, I work for an agency in Redfern and am studying psychology. I won't be home during the day, when I'm home in the night I tend to have a friend or two around every so often. I would love to have the kind of roommate that enjoys to socialise and would come and hang out with me and my friends. Newly single have been living with my partner for 4 years, non-smoker but not fussed if others are. Love cooking, am clean and neat in my own space. Enjoy watching rugby, playing etc... so during the footy season i'm glued to the TV. I try to head out on the weekends as much as possible.
Polite, clean and easy going. I am a fitness manager so I try to eat healthy and stay in shape. I enjoy personal development and working on side projects such as coaching.
Hi there, I am a 32 year old chef working in Balmoral. I am friendly, considerate, easy going and love to meet like-minded people. I have been living in Sydney for years and would love to find a place near my work. It will be great if parking is available. I am a dog lover therefore it will be totally okay if you got them at home :)
Easy going guy who has a wide variety of interests and can talk about anything and everything.. I guess I can go on forever but if you really want to get to know me feel free to contact me and we can go from there.
Hey Flatmates! My names Jake, I am a young full-time professional working in Pyrmont in Media/Advertising Sales. I am keen to get an apartment somewhere on the Lower North Shore ideally a two bedroom two bathroom place with a car park as I drive. Im from Melbourne but moved up to Sydney a few years ago for work. I am out of the house from 7:30am and dont come back until 6-6:30pm. Cons about me: I can't cook to save my life, love chocolate and regularly do late night maccas runs. My budget is $300-350 per week. There are heaps of nice brand new apartments available for rent in the 500-600 mark. I already have a wifi modem and free lifts to the city if you leave around the same time as me! I am extremely laid back but don't mind a good night out! Happy to include a 3rd person. I am a non smoker - have no issue if you smoke! Flexible with move in dates. Prefer Full time working professional. Let me know if you are keen to chat further! Shoot me a text anytime!
I am 43 and work full time as a nanny in Lane Cove. I have a 10 year old, house trained, gentle and sweet male french bulldog. He is an indoor dog and sleeps in my room with me. He comes to work with me most days. I work 12 hour days so on weekends I like to relax. I take my dog out for long bush walks or the beach and lounge about at home with a movie and a bottle of wine or have quiet meals out with friends. I love movies, cooking and jazz. Originally from Malaysia, I lived in NZ for 10 years where I went to uni before settling here. I don't actually know many people in Sydney so I rarely have people over. I am looking for a quiet place that is safe for my dog and I and somewhere we can call home. I am tidy, quiet and easy going and would like to be in a home where the occupants are stable without dramas. Perhaps an owner/occupier as I prefer a long term stay (1 year or more). I have lived on my own for 10 years but am starting to find it very unaffordable. I'd like to flat with people of similiar age and lifestyle (quiet, tidy and no party types). Ideally, I'd like my own bathroom.
My name is Laura, I am a 26yo vet nurse. I am not much of a party animal, super clean, friendly and of course I love animals. I just returned earlier this year after living in South Africa for 3 years. I also have my 2yo Wiemaraner joining me later this year. He is castrated, very well behaved and well socialised with all animals great and small (from little kittens to rhinos!).
* I'm very respectful of others * I'm a reliable flatmate (references can be provided) * I've worked F/time at the same company for 11 years - stable income * I clean up after myself, more than happy to pull my weight in cleaning responsibilities * I am a person who can give my flatmates space and content keeping to myself OR can enjoy a social chat as well. I have been renting with others for 10 years and i believe i am a reliable/respectful person who has a reference from my previous landlord to confirm my reliability. I'm a guy who no longer parties, i wouldn't be bringing friends over. You wont get any ugly surprises from me.
Hi there! I'm currently looking for a new place to call home along with my fur babies 1 x Kitty and 1 x pup. The pets are fully house trained. They sleep in my room of the night but are outdoors during the day. I have a fun bubbly nature, and I love to have a chat but I also need my alone time and am very respectful of others privacy. I'm very tidy, and when I'm bored I cook and clean :) (also 420 friendly) I work full time as a receptionist for Channel 9, so i get a bunch of free tickets to things which is a fun perk! Anything else you want to know just ask :)
I'm a fun and bubbly uni student who is looking for a room in a share house with a social atmosphere. I am a born and bred Sydney girl and I have lived in shared housing all around Sydney for over 4 years now so it is something I feel very comfortable with. I am clean, considerate, and like to spend equal amounts of time socialising with housemates while also holding up in my room studying and/or binge watching Netflix. I work part time as a nanny which is a job I love doing and have done for a long time whilst being a uni student (which has been quite a long time as I changed degrees haha). Other things I love doing are going out to see live music (always looking for new gig buddies also) and being a grandma (drinking tea, knitting and reading) so I fluctuate a lot on the introvert/extrovert spectrum.
Hi there, I am an engineer during the week, and a scuba instructor on weekends. I enjoy cooking, spending some time chilling at a bar or over diner chatting, but happy to have time to read & write. When I am out, I'm usually diving or hiking, or doing pilates as a rehab for my back. I'm tidy, pretty realxed, outgoing, a whisky and armagnac fan and a big lover of all films ever made! Hope we can get along well. Cheers, Victor
