Hi Guys, Moved to Melbourne around 5 months ago. Hard working professional. Travel quite abit so away a lot. Looking for comfortable place to relax when home easy going roommates. Love watching sport and having a wine or beer on the weekend.
Hey, I'm Eesh, I moved to Melbourne a year and half ago spontaneously from London. I love it here and plan on staying for a while. I'm very friendly, sociable, super clean and tidy. I'm known for being a big foodie and a bit of a whizz in the kitchen so you're in for some good feeds living with me! I like to keep things clean and tidy so I'll always wipe down the kitchen counter after I've used it. I work full-time for an advertising agency in South Melbourne and have a pretty busy work/life schedule working Mon-Fri. I'm looking to live in a home opposed to a house with no soul. I want to live with sociable housemates who are happy to hang out occasionally. I enjoy a night out, film nights, beach days, keeping fit, travelling, dancing, dinner parties and BBQ's and of course - vino! Equally, I really enjoy my 'me' time and am very respectful of personal space and privacy. Not looking for a party house either, I want my home to be a home. Drop me a line if you have a room going and feel I'd be a good roomie :-) Cheers, Eesh
Hi all! im 20 years old from new zealand, been living in melbourne for two months, i work full time as an assistant manager in retail and also at a club every friday and saturday night. that keeps me pretty busy but on my days off i like to sleep lol, and clean the house, organise, go for walks, gym, yoga, cook, meal prep and also sink vodka from time to time! would love to find a room in a friendly/sociable share house :)
I’m just about to move to Melbourne for work from Sydney. I’m working full time in a national communications/events role and looking for a like minded flatmate(s) to make my living experience in Melbourne enjoyable. I’m really excited to explore the city and meet new people. I’m a super easy going & a social person, I love checking out new bars/restaurants/clubs and will always be up for a wine or two. (P.s did I mention I work in liquor so there will be plenty of perks coming your way.) I’m a very clean person and love to keep my place tidy. I like to cook whole, plant based healthy food and will often prepare all my meals for the week. I’m also into the gym and will try to go before work in the morning. During the week I’ll generally be out at industry events or at dinners with girlfriends, but sometimes will just take it easy. I’m very blonde and tall, and often get asked if I’m swedish (which I reply to in a made up accent.) Preferences for a car spot, and furnished room, but it wouldn't rule a nice place out. I would love to connect and chat to you more about how I will be an awesome flatmate :D
I'm clean, considerate and have an eye for esthetics and most of my friends at dogs I am looking for a place with my own bathroom, modern with decent insulation/heating for warmth and air con close to a train station. Amenities such as a pool and sauna or something a little more spacious.
Hey guys, I've very recently moved to Melbourne and am now looking for a long term flat share. I'm 24 years old and am working full time. I love having a drink and a yarn, food, movies, rock-climbing and the premier league. I'm easy going and very friendly. I definitely appreciate people's need for space but am always up for a chat. I always pay rent on time and clean up after myself. Looking to move ASAP.
I resently moved to Melbourne and I'm looking for a long term flat share, no room shares thanks. I'm 25 years old and working full time. I love travel, food, movies, photography and a good wine. I'm easy going and very freindly. I'm always up for exploring and meeting new people. Very social but I appreciate people's need for space. I always pay rent on time and clean up after myself. Looking to move ASAP.
I'm a working professional from the UK who's recently arrived in Melbourne so looking to explore the area and meet new people. I'm a tidy and respectful housemate looking for a home not just a room to crash! In my spare time I enjoy swimming and being out with friends but equally enjoy a glass of wine, a take-away and a catch up with housemates on the sofa! If you have something suitable please feel free to contact me. I'm currently staying in a north Melbourne with friends so available to move immediately. Budget is $250pw max (inc bills)
I'm a student currently taking a bachelor's degree in film and I work part time in a video production studio. I'm clean, respectful of others' privacy, and I mostly keep to myself. I'm financially stable so you don't have to worry about me paying rent on time. I don't spoil Game of Thrones events ;)
Hi there! I'm free in endly and easy going - seeking a room with air conditioning/cooling and parking (on or off street). I am very clean, tidy and zero drama. Currently studying an MBA (almost finished!) and about about to return to working full time. Need to leave my current apartment in Elsternwick as the landlord wants to move in :( I am eager to move asap but can stay in my current place until first week if October if necessary. Seeking a room with space for my desk as I often have to do alot of study in the evenings. I have a fridge and washing machine I purchased only 2 months ago plus a couch and other furniture. Will either sell or put in storage if my new place doesn't have space for it.
Hello all, A 21 years old Aussie looking for a place to move into hopefully sometime within the next two weeks. I am currently residing in St Kilda East but looking for a clean and slightly quieter place to transition to. I'm looking for a place that is relatively relaxed on weeknights but totally happy for some rowdiness on the weekends. My rent max is 250p/w including bills!.. would be fab :) I'm your gal for a weekend coffee and brunch, I'm down for house family fun nights, movie night, game nights, party nights. I'm in search for a comfortable place where people communicate and live as a little family home rather than just a house. Looking for a place where I can relate to housemates, have a chat and call a place a home for a while. I love animals so bonus if you have or allow animals, if not that's cool too because I don't own any and do spend some time volunteering with animals. I currently work Monday-Friday full-time hours in South Yarra and study Vet Nursing part time online mostly. I am still relatively new to Melbourne and love adventuring out seeing all the city has to offer. As summer is rolling around, it would be fab to find some house mates that enjoy getting outdoors in the sun and water. Please feel free to hit me up if you have a young 20's - 30's household in need of a clean, respectful, easy-going, fun, young, independent white woman. I love you all! Stay groovy, Alesia :) P.S. Furnished would be ideal, though could make unfurnished work for the right place as there are plenty of groovy op shops and people to buy from around.
My name is Alice and me and my housemate Charlotte are looking to move to South Yarra/Prahran/Richmond area mid November when our current rent runs out. We are both 22 and studying! We're both from Tassie and have been living in Melbourne in shared accommodation for 3 years (which also means we come with almost all furniture for common areas!). We love just hanging out but also going on a night out every now and then! We are both clean and like to hang out but respect everyones space. Unfortunately Charlotte is allergic to almost every pet so we can't have any pets in the house. We are looking for someone to sign onto at least a year long contract, max of about $230 a week and right near a train station. If any of this sounds like it would suit you, send us a message!
I'm a registered nurse working at the Alfred hospital, i do shift work which means my time at home varies from week to week. I grew up in East Gippsland and have lived in various other places before moving to Melbourne at the start of the year. I am friendly and easy to get along with and looking for something a bit closer to work, to shorten the commute and take full advantage of the Melbourne lifestyle. I am looking for somewhere with housemates i can be friends with but not a party house. I am also an avid cook and love to travel :)
I'm friendly, easy to get along with who would enjoy a few drinks with flat mates but also respects privacy. I enjoy cooking, dinner parties, playing music and work Sun-Thurs in retail. I've lived overseas and have been back for about 2 years now. Very open minded person who is looking for rad people to find a place with
Me and my daughter are jumping the ditch from New Zealand to Melbourne in early October! We are super laid back and like to get out explore and check out what cities have to offer! We love anything from gigs and chilling in the park to going on a bush walk or road trip but mostly we love the beach. I also enjoy a good drink or 12 :) We are looking for some like minded people who doesnt mind being sassed by a 6 yr old. We would also prefer to take over the lease on a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. I am willing to pay more to have our own place close to the city.
I'm 23 working in Marketing Operations. I like to fill my precious time off with great food, wine and friends. I also go to the gym a few times per week. Favourite show is suits mostly because Harvey Spector is gorgeous! I do have a cat which sleeps inside at night on my bed and outside all day. If that's an issue I can give her back to my parents but if you like cats I can bring her - flexible either way! Personality wise I'm outgoing and driven. I'm not home a great deal of the time but when I am I'm looking forward to a chat or an occasional shared meal as I currently live solo! My lease is up on the 14th of October so I need to move between the 1st-13th of October. Open to team ups! I have a whole heap of brand new furniture I can bring or can store at my parents :) Any questions let me know :)
I love socializing, doing yoga and pilates, go out for a drink or a bite to eat but I also enjoy some time at the house and relax, listening to music and cooking! I am here on a work holiday visa, but I got flown over to work as a PA and Nanny in Malvern. I am part-time living in (so one week I will be there Thursday till Monday morning and the next week Wednesday till Friday). At the moment I am sleeping in Hostels in Melbourne and trying out different areas, well actually I only stayed in CBD until now! Anyway! I would love to find an apartment where I can leave my stuff and enjoy my free nights! Not to far from Malvern, because I still have to go back and forth on the days I don't sleep there! Somewhere between Malvern and CBD. I am pretty laid back and off course I clean up after myself! Moving date is not important and the lenght of my stay depends on how long I will be in Melbourne! But probably 9 months up to a year in melbourne
Hi! I'm Martina and I'm a media & com student at Swinburne. I've been in Melbourne for 3 months at a short term stay and am looking for my next place to move. I would consider extending the lease if I like the place/roommates :) I am a quiet, respectful, easy going friendly person. Also a bit of a clean freak. I would love to live with some people my age so we could hang out on evenings and weekends! Ps I need a furnished room :)
Hi I'm Amy, I'm 25 and originally from Ireland. I've been living here in Melbourne for over 14 months now and absolutely love this city. I work full time during the week but love to socialise at the weekends and explore the city. I'd love if I could share a place with someone I can be friends with as well as roomates but I would respect each other's privacy also. I am available to move in as soon as possible.
Hi there! My name is Toni Wong and I have recently moved to Melbourne from Auckland, New Zealand. I use to work in an office at a company similarly to Harvey Normans. I am also looking for full time work. Since I have just moved to Melbourne, I will most likely be out and about exploring, I am a total foodie and love trying out new cafes. I enjoy baking however, will need a few helping hands to eat it with me. I have flatted before and loved it! I enjoy being around people however, also understand if the other person would like their own space. I am bubbly, friendly and reliable so bills will always be paid on time. Thanks!
I work in a studio in St Kilda and am looking to find a place closer to work so I can spend less time commuting. Because let's face it, who wants to spend their precious time in traffic? Although I will definitely miss the entertaining and often comical mishaps of peak hour, preserving my sanity is more important which has led me to create this profile. Currently most of my homely belongings are in storage. I come with appliances, couches, utensils, rugs and everything in between (I'm also house trained). Although if not needed this stuff can stay in storage. I can't cook but will often be seen trying. If you like to live dangerously you can accept my offer to have some, but please note; I will not be held accountable for any damages yourself or the bathroom incur. Consider this a disclaimer. I am an avid gamer and try to keep my in-game rage cursing to a minimum so as not to disrupt the equilibrium. Playing games is required of me for "work research purposes"... so technically it is still adulting. I also have a fantastic collection of memes that I am more than happy to share with everyone. Most importantly I am a super clean dude! My room is usually in disarray but I always make a conscious effort to keep my clutter out of communal spaces for the happiness of all. Also, if I destroy the kitchen trying to prepare one of my tasteless meals I can rebuild it as I used to be a tradie. I am very tolerant to all traits, except rudeness. That sucks and has no place on this earth. For my line of work and the fact that sometimes I work from home, decent internet with large download allowances is generally a must. I know I'm probably reaching too far here given Australia's woeful connections but having just spent the last year somewhere with the worst internet... I would like to move on from that experience. I don't take myself too seriously, I love what I do for a living, I think I should drink wine more often, I can shake my eyeballs and I love miniature long-haired sausage dogs. Here are a few keywords to describe me: Imgur, Trance, Coffee, Seasonal, Bearded, Positive, Generous, Chill, Sound, Music, Lucky, Respectful.
