Hi!

My name is Jake and I’m a 29-year-old teacher relocating to Melbourne from Brisbane and am looking for a long-term place to call home. I’m clean, organised, and respectful, and I take pride in being a considerate housemate who values a calm, well-kept living environment.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with gym and running, relaxing with good movies, and checking out bars and local spots. I’m social but also appreciate personal space, and I’m very mindful of shared areas and routines.

I’m ideally looking to live with a like-minded young working professional who values cleanliness, courtesy, and open communication. A 12-month+ stay would be ideal. I’m interested in properties in the southern, eastern, or northern suburbs close to the Melbourne CBD.

My move-in date is flexible between January 10 and January 25.
