Hello! My name is Denise, late 20s. Ideally looking for a private room in an apartment with nice, clean and considerate housemates who enjoy a sociable dinner & drink every now and then but who also like to keep things fairly quiet during the week. I work in the city full time and work long hours so I'm home late some nights. I'm not looking for a party house and you won't have to tell me to turn my music off at 2am in the morning. I always like the house to be presentable to the queen. I am not afraid of chores - I'm not a slob, you won't have to clean up after me. l keep things tidy and respect common living areas.
LOOKING FOR A TWO BEDROOM PLACE BETWEEN $200-260. Ahoy there. I'm Sam, 28, writer and theatre maker, main employment as a Visitor Services Officer at the Powerhouse Museum in Ultimo, plus some freelance work as a Theatre Tech and as an Escape Room Game Master. I love theatre and art, cooking and baking and talking all things food and nutrition, rearranging furniture and nesting, being crafty and making things, and chatting about existential dilemmas. Currently living in Lidcombe and looking at move out by the end of this lease at on January 25th. I am looking for a large bedroom in a roomy 2-bedroom place for all my things and baking supplies, with someone who is friendly but independent, mature and tidy. Also ideally someone who is an artist or in the theatre industry. Show buddies? Yes please! My schedule is pretty busy so I'm usually out and about or locked away working on a script, but I am definitely looking for a home not just a place to sleep. Also I don't drive so I need a place with excellent public transport options. Cheers, Sam
I'm a 26 year female, working full time as a Business Analyst. Next year I'll be headed back to Uni part time to pursue my Masters at USYD, as such I'm looking to reduce my commute into work and uni. Given full time work and uni, I'm usually not home most of the day during the week and probably make it home in time for dinner. My weekends vary, anything from a weekend being social, or chilling at home watching tv and starting next year, probably a fair bit of time catching up on study. I'm looking for a comfortable place I can also call home. I'd love to be around people I can have the odd hang and chat with, but I am very respectful of one's own space. I'm clean and organised and would prefer to live with someone who likes to keep their living space the same. I hoping to find a share house with a private room and my own bathroom too. ps. I'm not the best cook so I'm hoping to find a flatmate who loves to cook! So I can learn a thing or two. I can pour the wine though! :P
I am Judy from Taiwan who is easy to get along with and tidy. I have just graduated from UQ this July. After considering the immigration option, I have to study a diploma of interpreting until 1st of August. I will possibly extend my lease if I work out my PR soon. If it is possible, I prefer an ensuite room with its own bathroom, balcony and a pool in the complex as I used to live in Brisbane. I do enjoy swimming, cycling, yoga, meditation, singing and playing piano. I like to share meals with housemates or hold a housemates' dinner casually if it is possible. I hope to find a place where people cherish the time to live together, but also be respectable to others' privacy and own space. I am a simple person and like to make my life simpler. I am looking for housemates who have the similar perspectives. My ideal housemates are either professionals or full-time students.
I'm a 24-year-old New Zealander moving to Sydney on the 12th of Jan 2018 I recently got a research job at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research in Darlinghurst, so I'm looking for a flat around that area, although I'll branch out on the train line. I'm very social and outgoing and therefore I am looking for a flat that likes to socialize and maybe go to a pub on a Friday night. But I also understand that people are busy during the week and I am therefore respectful of that. I'm also clean and tidy and happy to pull my weight in the flat. I recently returned home from two years in London having travelled to 37 countries in Europe and Africa. So I love to travel!!! I'm really fun, always up for a laugh, love a cheeky movie night and I always do my dishes :) Let me know if you think you'll have a room that suits me Cecilia
We are both full time students from Nepal currently on summer break working full time. We respect others personal space and interests and are easy going so quite comfortable to live with. Regularly clean up after ourselves and enjoy sharing what we can and live in harmony. On our free time we usually travel around new places or just binge on some shows/ play games. We are really laid back friendly and social people who respect everyones boundaries.
* About us: We enjoy drinks and good conversation, but we wouldn't live in a party house or with smokers. We don't have, but we love pets and kids. * About our roomies: Need to respect our space and keep the house clean with us * About the house: MUST be near a train station and no more than 20 minutes from Central Station or Redfner Station.

I am looking for a private room to stay for a longer term.
Hi, My name is Noi. I work full time as a flight attendant, therefore looking for a place that is within easy distance to the airport. I work shift hours, usually away on an overnight 2 - 3 nights, per week. When I'm not working, I am out with friends, at the gym, the beach or at home with a good book. Not a party animal, but I do enjoy good company and having a good conversation over a few drinks. I'm pretty easy going, very clean and tidy, and respectful of other's personal space. Would prefer to share with other females but I'm not too fussed if you're respectful, clean and easy going as well. (Looking for a place that is flexible with length of stay as I am planning on doing some traveling in the next year or so)
Chilled, clean finance professional. I come bundled with a cat called Oliver. Ollie is also chilled & clean. I'm happy keeping him confined to my room (assuming the room is big enough & I have an en suite) I’m cool with most things, but I sleep from 11-7, and would need my potential room mate to respect that. Looking to share with 1 person (max). Apartment must be new and modern with air conditioning and within a 5 min walk to the train station. Oh, and I need my own bathroom :) My work requires me to be quite sociable, so a lot of the time I'm quite drained. Happy to watch a movie together or share a glass of wine, but I also thoroughly enjoy my private space. No raging parties, cheers.
Hi There, I'm Alex. Am a 46 year old sales professional working in the city Mon-Fri and the odd weekend. Am positive, easygoing, trustworthy, reliable, clean, sociable and handy. I'm not scared of spiders or cockroaches. I don't smoke or gamble (except Melbourne Cup). I have a well behaved 11 year old son that I have for 1 day a week and 1 night a month. He's not scared of spiders or cockroaches and doesn't gamble either. I already have furniture/whitegoods/kitchen equipment. Am looking for a team up in the Rockdale area. Being near a train line is pretty important. Ignore the move date but I can move pretty quickly if I have to. Cheers.
Hi flatmates! We are a quiet couple. We like to make new friends and meet new places. We look for a good place that is clean with good, organized faltmates. See u!
My name is Munya. I'm a friendly, laid back, neat and tidy guy looking to relocate to Sydney for work. Quiet and out of the way personality. Looking to be working 80% of the time. Looking for like minded professionals with a great sense of humor and a positive outlook. Looking for a few months accommodation to get settled down in Sydney. Love music, making and creating it. I'm an easy going person and enjoy spending time with friends, hiking and tennis. I am from Adelaide originally but am moving to Sydney for full-time work after graduating from uni. Looking forward to exploring Sydney, and hoping for something located within a reasonable commute of the CBD. Just a note, Huw is pronounced the same as Hugh (Welsh spelling)!
Hi, I'm Pridhvi. I'm moving to Sydney from India on 1st Dec on a work visa. I'll be working full time in an analytics firm in CBD. A bit about myself: I'm a very laid back person, respectful of boundaries but always up for a chat/drink or two. I'm quite athletic if I say so myself, up for most physical activities although I don't have that much of an experience in exploring the great outdoors. I play/watch football (the English kind), table tennis and a bit of the cricket. I'll be working from 9-7 Monday-Fridays and will be free on the weekends and would like to to explore Sydney and surrounding areas. When I'm not at work, you'll likely find me binging on TV shows/movies etc. I'm quite knowledgeable in all kinds of films and always up for taking/giving suggestions. I keep myself/surroundings tidy and am quite ready to share household chores. I'm looking for a private room in a share house preferably starting from around late December. Looking forward to having a great time down under :)
what makes living with us great is we're out going and wouldn't mind a few quiet drinks every now and again with our house mates although we like to have our own space as well. We are polite and also love things to be clean! We like to go out most weekends and do things together but we like to have weekends relaxing at home too We both work Monday to Saturday so we really won't be home all the time
Hello! My name is Amal and I am a 24 year old postgrad student relocating to Sydney from Melbourne! I'm trying to find my home away from home with a female housemate or two to share with! I am very sociable and I am always up for the occasional dinner, brunch or a cooking bonanza sesh. I'm a pretty easy going person and love to have a good chat/laugh. I live by the motto 'work hard, play hard.' Thus, despite being busy throughout the week, I believe in downtime and love to go on city adventures, beach escapades or just binge on Netflix whenever I can. I am clean and tidy and consider my home to be my haven to escape from the daily stresses of 'adulting.' I am looking for someone like minded to share a sanctuary we can call home with! I look forward to hearing from you xx

Hi! I’m an extroverted young professional looking for a place to share (1-2 people) near the south eastern train stations (Work in Kogarah). I’m very clean and expect my housemates to be the same and respectful. I work day and night shifts so I don’t like loud parties at home. I’m always up for quiet dinner parties with friends finishing off with a movie, boardgames or mafia! I also love travelling and have been to 30 countries! Please contact me via message/email as I am currently overseas. I look forward to meeting you! :) ps. I require an undercover off street parking
I am not your typical male housemate. I am clean and tidy, quiet (i study part time and work full time) I love to cook, but I don't like to leave a mess. Flatmates are just friends I haven't made yet! I am looking for flatmates or a team up to find a new place!
