Hi, I have recently moved to Wollongong from Melbourne to study postgrad at UOW. Previously I worked permanent part time as an allied health assistant. Currently I am not working (the move was very sudden!), but now I have found my feet here will be getting a few hours of work to compliment my studies (and give me a lil bit of extra pocket money). I do have all my own bedroom furniture, plus kitchen smalls (crockery, cutlery, glasses, pot, pans etc - no big items) & a couple of living room items (I would like to have some of these with me, but do understand that if room/space is a bit tight that I may need to store some of these) Am happy with team ups or joining an existing house, I just want to find somewhere homey & comfortable enough that I can chill & unwind after a long day. I am generally fairly tidy & appreciate the same from my housemates.. I am honest & transparent. I am usually fairly quiet at home, but enjoy a catch up, see how your day was & an occasional drink. I love pets (if you have any), enjoy quite nights in watching movies, just as much as I like a good night out, exploring the local area & hanging out with friends. I do have a bit of an obsession with good food & enjoy a bit of music.
I am studying primary education full time at the university of Wollongong and am currently in my third year. I work part time in a pharmacy where I have been for 5 years and attend church twice a week. In any spare time I have after this, I am usually most happy visiting family and friends 😊
Hi, my names kingy and i'm looking for a room to rent somewhere around north wollongong in a pet friendly house or apartment. I'm currently enrolled in online studies and and will be looking for part time work once get settled somewhere.
I'm an 18 year old student studying nursing at UOW. Super fun to be around, i love animals and adventures as well as movies and wine. I can't cook for shit but i'm damn willing to learn and i cook a mean egg sunny-side-up. Also looking to move in with partner (18 year old male student studying exercise science).
Hey, I'm a friendly guy who is an old hand at shared accommodation. Happy to group up for expenses, also happy to not if you're the independent type. Am a reader. Expect books. Also I will need to bring a cat. She is tiny and cute, and okay with the outdoors.
I'm happy and bubbly, I am employed and have my own car. I am just looking to live out of home and start fresh. I am social butterfly so I can get along with everyone. I'm a big person on respect. I don't have to be asked twice and I am more than happy to contribute with in the house with washing and cleaning and washing up etc I don't smoke or and rarely drink. I am single so won't have anyone staying over and I am just looking for a cheap nice room I can call my own :)
Hey I'm a 22 year old student who while likes to socialise can sit down and quote firefly and next generation to you. I cannot play games such as cod as I tend to either die first or accidentally shoot everything. I've had to spend the summer break living in Melbourne while my sister undergoes chemo, however as she will be finishing rehab I will be able to move back to the Sydney/Wollongong mid April. If you decide to accept this odd one, you will be having to accept that if time permits drinks out and groovy tunes with legends tends to happen. Dribbling about me is not my finest area. While I spend a lot of time at uni and work I need the social souls to help keep me sane. I'm a frother of learning new things, and will always have time for others. If you are looking for an absolute cruiser who is probably too easy going, but clean and pays bills on time then THATS ME... Hopefully. There is also the tendency to boogy around the house. I would hope that I'm easy going and open minded. Please feel free to yell my way if you like :)
I would be a good room mate im not a party animal but i like to go out sometimes. I have a boyfriend that i would like to stay sometimes and i also have a large family that may visit sometimes but not often.
Hey guys' just been relocated for work in woolongong' originally from brisbane.. very easy to get along with' clean and respectful housemate.. Im an electrician' work directly for david jones' i love to play golf' snowboard and pluck a few strings on the guitar. Fun dude to be around with and dont mind cooking up a mean feast in the kitchen.. Look forward to hearing from you guys Cheers Matty
Very clean, generally very quiet and very respectful of sound in the house. I always use earphones to allow others to focus on their own work with ZERO hesitation. MUST be respectful of being quiet at night time - I NEVER make skype voice / video calls, phone calls or any other potentially disturbing noises after 9pm that can be heard in the slightest way from my housemate's bedroom. I expect my housemate(s) to reciprocate back with the same level of respect and keep consciously quiet at night after 9pm. I am also an open book as much as I feel that I can be. I am flexible with my housemates with other requests, but my privacy and my need for quiet time to do my Teaching work, research and rest after a long day is an absolute, undeniable non - negotiable for me. For fun in my spare time I enjoy reading, researching, watching a comedy / drama and keeping fit. Ideally I would like to share with a professional, clean, quiet housemate who I connect well with and who is a respectful, open - minded individual.
I'm here to team up with one person (guy/gal) to rent a decent 2 or 3 bedroom unit/house. Budget is up to $300 but willing to increase if we find an awesome place. Move-out date can be quite flexible. No bragging but I can confidently say I'm friendly, social, tidy, clean, easy-going and adaptable. I dont smoke and I dont have pets. Full-time professional. Not a party animal but wouldnt mind inviting a few friends once in a while. If my profile sounds good or if you have any questions, feel free to hit me up.
Hi, I'm looking to move to the North Illawarra area from Canberra. I have a beautiful big inside dog named Supti who goes everywhere with me. I'm a student of philosophy and film, and a yoga teacher. I'm a non smoker/non drinker, clean and considerate. I love live music/markets/local arts, all things beachy, healthy living, and dance. I appreciate space/privacy and also friendly chats/company :)
I like wine, a good banter, Netflix, cooking, am clean, and prepared for a zombie Apocalypse, if you're not sold on what I listed let me buy you lunch!
Hi guys, Just moved down from QLD and am temporarily living in work accommodation at Bowral and working from the Moss Vale office. I am working full time and will be predominantly based at of the Innovation Campus once I move into Wollongong. I'm an easy going guy and enjoy a quiet week working Monday to Friday and having a few drinks or finding something to do on weekends! Keen to do a few weekends at the snowfields too when winter comes around. Maybe the only thing I'd like to be able to do is to be able to see the water from the place in the mornings! Please send me a message if you have any questions. Thanks, Sam
Hey, I am a 21 year old Journalism and International Studies student studying at UOW and interning at the South Coast Writers' Centre. I am a pretty quiet person, probably because I am fairly shy when I first meet people but still very easy going. I love reading, writing, knitting. I also play roller derby and netball and enjoy a good netflix binge. Clean, respectful and more than happy to help out wherever I can around the house. I am hoping for a granny flat or studio, but more than happy to make friends if I move into share accomodation The $250 includes bills and hopefully Internet also. Feel free to message me and ask me more questions if I have left something out.
I enjoy others company and also enjoy a comfortable and relaxed household. I am tidy, clean up after myself and value an organised and aesthetically pleasing environment. I am also quiet and innately respect others space.
Hello! My job has just moved to the Innovation Campus, so I am looking for accommodation that lets me get to work there really easily. I do have a car (annoyingly) so some sort of parking is needed. More on me though, a musical, environmentalist nerd type guy who likes to sing.

Hi there! I'm a 29-year-old creative writing PhD student and the founder of Wollongong Writers Festival. I love swimming, running, yoga and red wine in equal levels haha. I'm LGBT+ friendly, and identify as a feminist. I’m on the introverted side in terms of day-to-day living, and spend a lot of time reading and writing (I’m currently writing my first book). However, I do love checking out live music, literary-arts-related events and catching up with family and friends once I’ve got my fix of solitude. I love cooking, and like to keep the place I’m living pretty clean and tidy. I’m kind of undecided if I want to stay in the Illawarra (the view! the nature!) or move to Sydney (the arts events!), so am just putting some feelers out at this stage. I’m currently leasing a place in Thirroul, but have to move out in April 2017. Cheerio, Chloe
Hello, my name is Luke and I'm looking for a room between Stanwell Park and Thirroul. I'm a teacher working in the Sydney which keeps me fairly busy. I do a lot of surfing, and am also writing a book which takes up time too, I am in fact going through the long process of finding a publisher - takes time. I also do a lot of cooking and photography (I have a market stall at Paddington markets, although I'll be attending to that less in the future), as well as music (the guitar - in a quiet way) and if I can I like to restore, paint, and fix up furniture and the like. I'm easygoing, but I seem to have a lot of hobbies - which means I'm up and about a lot of the time. I like to go out when I can too, and meet up with friends, I'm not at all the party type however. I'm just looking for a place that fits with all of that. I'm a clean flatmate and would prefer a place that's looked after. I also like to chat and spin yarns with my flatmates if there's time, and with whoever else might be around. Thanks for you time. Luke
Fun and easy going human being. Professional and busy most of the time. Very respectful of other people's space, privacy and belongings. Like to keep a tidy house and enjoy cooking and having a nice relaxing catch up with friends.
