I am a full time student at QUT studying IT. I easily get along with people and usually keep to myself during busy study days. Tidy, Vegetarian, Non-Smoker Looking for a 6 month stay or maybe even 1 year Not much of a party animal, so i prefer a quite and friendly place to live in but don't mind doing something with the housemates over the weekends
Hi! I'm Alejandro. 23yo. I'm tidy and responsible, sociable, can cook up to some degree, love music and somewhat play guitar. I'm not a party person, but I can enjoy having a drink from time to time. I'm a nice person to live with, or so I've been told! I'll be working at UQ for 4 months and starting a PhD on January 2018. I would love to stay for a long time, but as of today I only have the first four months 100% confirmed. Looking for a place to stay and find friends! Hope we can have great moments together! PS: I won't have an Australian number until at least August 26th, so it would be better if you message me
Hey, I'm very clean, organised and super reliable. Also, I'm a calm person and very easy to get along with. I love to cook and greatly enjoy books, music and movies. Parties are not really my thing though. What brings me to Brisbane? - I'm a 22-year old student approaching the end of my masters degree. From october to the end of march I'm going to be doing a research internship at UQ and since I'm not a local, I'm looking for a place to live. A room in a shared house with 2-3 flatmates or a small flat for myself located close to the UQ campus would be perfect. Preferably, the room should also be furnished, because I'll be flying in Oct 6th and won't have any furniture in Brisbane. That's because, in fact, I'm from Germany. Despite me featuring an unusual accent, english communication really shouldn't be an issue though. Quite the contrary I hope! I'm so looking forward to getting to know you and your city! Cheers, Felix
I'm 35 but younger looking and open=mind man with a sense of humor, sporty, friendly, tidy guy. I'm studying English and working par-time in Brisbane now and will continue mine studies at a college. I enjoy music, dance, cycling, having chat with friends, hanging out with friends, Capoeira and cooking. I'm looking for a long-term stay 1 year and longer, minimum 6 month.
Moving from VIC to BNE. Bubbly and conversational, clean, quiet and easy going. Active person who is mostly outside. I love camping, hiking and exploring my world. I own my own pet minding business which I am franshising up here. I have a pet reptile which is zero noise and hassle.
I'm a professional working full time. I'm very flexible on move date but will have minimal furniture initially due to my recent living arrangements (outside of a mattress and desk, situation permitting). Not a messy person, and won't leave the kitchen in a unkempt state (who likes cooking in a dirty kitchen?). I clean up after myself and am more than happy to be a friendly, social roommate, however like everyone I do enjoy private time. I also keep a fairly active lifestyle (running, cycling, etc). Most of the time, anyway :) Ideally I need at least room for a desk with a PC and books etc., on top of regular storage. I also have a car, motorbike and two bikes (pedal power) that will need to go somewhere relatively safe. Preferably two other roommates max, and a place with more than one bathroom. Female or males, I'm not picky! Message me if you think you may have something for me to consider, or if you want to team up to find a place. I'm looking to be west of the Pacific motorway, as I commute to Ipswich every day :)
Hi, I'm Luke. I'm a 25 year old Engineering student in my final year of study, looking for a room to rent until the years end, potentially extended further. (Depending on if I get my preferred job in the city) I'm a non-smoker, I enjoy the occasional night out once every few weeks but not much of a party person. I rock climb (not particularly well), ride my bike to uni (and would like to continue to do so) and am always up for a game of Cards Against Humanity or Counterstirke/AOE2. I'm a fairly quite guy, I am neat and tidy around the house, not much of a cook but I enjoy barbecuing on my Weber. I currently work causal night shifts 3 times a week (including occasionally on weekends), 5pm - 1am for an after-hours medical service. Would require space to park my car (off-street or on-street is fine, but no metered parking).
I am a postgrad medical student studying in UQ and am currently actively looking for a new place to move in as quickly as possible. I am mostly travelling to Princess Alexandra Hospital this year and next year, though also will be travelling to Redlands next year. I am mostly quiet keeping to myself, mainly due to the workload involved, so I am sociable when needed and happy to make friends. Normally I don't party. Never did drugs. Don't smoke. I am also tidy and cleans up after himself. I work as a casual online tutor with a lot of savings - enough to last me till I graduate in 2 and a half more years and start being an intern, so rents and bills are never a problem. I also have my own car, so parking is essential (can be on or off street).
I am a quiet, clean and well-mannered person that keeps to himself. I have little possessions and spend most of my time working, sleeping or out. I don't cook often, and if I do it's usually a frozen chicken. I am always out of the house and just need a place to flop that's closer to my work. I work 8pm - 4am. 5 days a week. Meaning I work nights. But don't worry, I am a heavy sleeper. I am ideal for someone that is looking for more of a ghost housemate that just pays rent and sleeps as opposed to being overbearing and controlling. I am LGBT. I love pets. I am not in a relationship. I do not drive, but worship Uber.
I'm a 31 year old professional, value my privacy, peace and quiet but enjoy sharing a meal from time to time. If I'm not at work, I'm pursuing interests, catching up with friends, running errands or relaxing with a book so I'm not at home all that much. I'm seeking a like minded person, a professional that is mature and settled in life, looking for a quiet space to call home, not into parties and has discernment when it comes to who they invite over. A lawyer, surgeon, shift work medical professional would be an ideal fit lifestyle wise, as I'm not around a lot either and when I am, it's basically down time. Sharing longer term would be great but I'm open to six months to begin with - I'm open to discussing this. I'd like an ensuited room or similar and I'm leaning towards seeking a fellow lady to share a home with but a tidy, respectful guy would also work well too.
Hi, Im a 29 years old, originally from Italy, I work as a chef in a Italian Restaurant in South Brisbane, i also own a mobile food business. I get most of the mornings off and work most nights, very respectful and tidy, Im also into MTBiking a lot, so every bit of free time i get ill spend it riding. Very easy going, party days are long gone so no need to worry about me being a home wrecker.. Very social person that would definitely enjoy the roomies company as well as some quite times. Can contribute with furniture if needed to. What else.... Would love to come around have a look at the house and have a quick chat see if this could work for both of us. Thanks Ben
I'm currently working and studying part time as a clinical research assistant in at the Princess Alexandra Hospital while also doing my masters degree at UQ. When I'm not at work, I'm playing Gaelic football or will be out and about I'm neat and tidy, easygoing, love to cook and enjoy a glass of wine and a chat at the end of the day, but also to have some quiet time now and again to study. Non-smoker
20yr old Not studying at the moment but will next year so just working and saving. I work as bar tender in CBD and just pub work so seeing and greeting new faces isn't a problem, I'm chilled and easy to talk to. I am respectful and tidy, always keeping common areas clean and keep room organised. I mostly work nights so days I'm sleeping or just chilling out. Enjoy sport, keen to go for GC beach days for surfing and swimming in summer 😎
I am a personable Canadian University student studying Electrical Engineering. I am doing an internship at the AIBN at UQ from September until December. I can get along with anyone, but can also keep to myself if preferred. I am clean and quiet. I enjoy adventures, board sports, music production, meeting new people and learning about other cultures. If you have any questions let me know!
My name is Chloe, I'm a 23 year old teacher. I love the beach, outdoors and am into keeping fit and healthy. I'm looking for a place to live that is central (south side area) and a room that preferably has an ensuite/ individual bathroom but if not it's not an absolute deal breaker. I am tidy and respectful of others privacy but also enjoy socialising and having a chat!
I am an easy going, down to earth guy, I'm into skateboarding, tinkering, mountain biking, gaming, music (I play several instruments) and am a qualified chef looking for work but I'm picky after growing to rather dislike the industry, self-sustaining though. I am respectful and quiet and am not much of a party animal but definitely know how to party, I don't really come in late, and if I do I am but a little mouse. I like to think I'm pretty easy to get along with, somewhat spiritual, nonjudgmental, funny and cool to have around :) as is my gorgeous kittycat Clio, we come as a package deal, she is an outside cat, toilet trained for us to never see it, and loves pats :) If I seem like a good fit, hit me up, I'm looking to move asap :)
I enjoying socialising but am mindful of quiet time and personal space. I enjoy baking and am happy to share my baked goodies. I am very reliable and pride myself on being tidy. Help a sista out.
A little about us - My name is Gemma, 26 and working full time in HR. My partner Brock is 30 and he works as a teacher. We are just returning from 6 months travelling overseas and looking for a place that is close to our workplaces, gym, etc. We are both very easy-going, clean, social and live an active lifestyle. We are pretty quiet during the week as we work Mon-Fri but like to enjoy our weekends out and about and with a glass of wine or 2.
Looking for a spacious, bright room somewhere within biking distance to the botanical gardens, until the end of the year. Vego, don't smoke, international PhD student, love animals so happy to move to a place with pets present. I'm not highly social but enjoy a good conversation, watching a movie or having dinner or a drink with housemates, but definitely also like to keep to myself in the evenings and chill during the week.
I am a clean and Tidy person who won't be home much as i work full time. I am fun and have a great personality, i enjoy exploring the world and creating music. I am very friendly and easy to get along with and have amazing chats with
I am currently doing relief work in childcare but also searching for a different career path at the moment. I am extremely clean and take pride in keeping my space nice and tidy, I am very friendly and always up for a chat, love music, I like going out on the odd occasion and love going to do new things on the weekend. I also have a little beautiful cat I would love to be able to bring with me.
Work full-time in HR and moonlight as an Air Force Reservist (so you know I'm tidy!). Friendly, sociable and conscientious - always happy to pitch in around the house. I work standard office hours so I'll be away majority of the working week. In my spare time, I play sport (tennis, touch, rock climb), hit the gym or head out with friends for food / bevvies. I enjoy: - Travel (26 countries and counting) - Musical Theatre - Cheesecake - Anime / casual gaming - Trashy reality TV - Dad jokes - BIG, fluffy dogs If you'd like to know more, please let me know. Cheers!
