$450/week•28-30 year old woman and man
Hi there, we are Marina (30) & Mathis (28) – a couple who’ve just relocated from Tassie to Perth and on the lookout for a place to call home 🏡
A little about us:
- Marina works in media & comms at the Dept. of Transport and loves horse riding, reading and hiking.
- Mathis is a remote climate scientist (originally from Germany) who’s into climbing, snorkelling, freediving and cycling.
- We are tidy, respectful, and experienced in shared living – we value a homey, relaxed vibe where there is space to hang out together but also respect for downtime and privacy.
- We are non-smokers, have no pets and can provide solid landlord and work references.
What we’re hoping for:
- A place with 2 bedrooms (ideally so Mathis can have a workspace, but flexible!)
- Up to $450/week for a share house and $600/week for a place of our own.
- Parking for one car
- Flexible move-in date from mid July
- Ideally west-side Perth, close to public transport
We’d love to find like-minded housemates who enjoy a chat over dinner or a beach day now and then, but also appreciate their own space.
