I'm a 24-year-old kiwi moving to Perth to spend more time with family, and for a bit of a change. I enjoy spending time outdoors, going for walks, cooking, reading, and chatting with friends. I’m a big fan of wandering around weekend farmers markets and drinking coffee! My job can be full on, so I really value a tidy space where everyone pitches in to help clean. I don't own pets or have kids, and don’t smoke or vape. I’m very social and love to chat, so would like to be a part of a home that spends time together/chats but values space/alone time when needed. Aside from family, I don’t yet know many people in Perth so I’d prefer to live with similar aged people ie. 22-28. I’m always down for a drink in the sun although I don’t drink a lot, but am not bothered if other people do!

Hey, we are Nic and Sam from the UK (age 24 and 25). We have recently arrived in Perth, after travelling South East Asia and living in New Zealand for the last year. We are both on a Working Holiday Visa. We are looking for accommodation from 26th April for next 3 months. We are laid back, easy going, quiet and clean people. Non-smokers. Sam doesn't drink but I like a cheeky Margarita every now and again. We are sociable people, but we are definitely not looking for a party house. We enjoy being outdoors and active.
