In the 19 years I've been kicking about this is will be my first time renting and away from family (not that we won't become one in our own right haha). I imagine this place to be fun, respectful, social and tidy but that last one goes without saying I guess. Hopefully some of my roomies will be interested in reading, surfing and going out just like me. I'm only a morning person if I'm going for a surf otherwise I don't mind a bit of a lie in so there's not much chance of me waking you in the morning. I can be a bit of a night owl if there is some sport on or might be binging a series/book but this is done quietly and thoughtfully. Have always helped out with dishes and cleaning around the house which will be no different here if allowed. I work full time in hospitality at the moment so won't just be lounging around all day but do hope to bump into and chat to my flatmates in between working hours or over a feed/bev. My stay is flexible and can start off with a month to test the waters and see if both parties are happy. Thanks for taking the time to check me out, all I can ask is that you give me a go!
