Hey, I’m Luca—36, freshly imported from the Gold Coast, and now officially calling Perth home. I’ve spent the last month getting stuck into my full-time job as a commercial painter, which means I’m usually out the door by 5:30am, covered in paint by noon, and ready to crash by the evening. I work long hours (weekends included), so when I’m not working, I like to keep things low-key—think good food, chill vibes, and pretending I have the energy to stay up past 9 pm.
I also have a little four-legged legend named Nala—a miniature long-haired dachshund who’s sweet, well-behaved, and also very low key, like father like daughter!
Now, let’s address the elephant in the room—yes, I have facial ink. No, I’m not in the mafia (but if I was, I obviously wouldn’t say so). In Italy, this is completely normal, but moving to Australia six years ago was a fun little lesson in stereotypes. The reality is I am actually very handy around the house, clean, respectful, and generally a top-tier housemate.
I’m super easygoing, always keen for a chat, but also more than happy doing my own thing. Just looking for a solid place to call home—bonus points if it has good coffee nearby!
