I am a very responsible, tidy and respectful housemate, I don't drink or smoke, always happy to lend a hand. On that note I am also quite handy with experience in various trade skills. Can keep to myself but welcome a chat. Always pay bills on time and my prior housemates/landlords would be happy to give a great reference. My preferred locations are east of cbd along train line. In my free time I either take time to unwind, go climbing or hiking. I also enjoy trivia nights and watching a good series or film. I study 2-3 days a week and work with most of my remaining time. I am looking for a place from April. I am currently doing a long term (11 month) house and pet sit. Please note my budget as it isn't very flexible, I keep getting offers to check rooms over $200/wk which is NOT in my budget. Yes, I understand the current market and what is out there but it doesnt change what I can afford being on a student visa with a limitation on work hours and paying for tuition.
