Hii, my names Riley I’m 18 and a gay trans disabled man desperately looking for a room for rent due to an unsafe home situation with a family member and need to get out as I’m starting to medically transition soon and need a safe space to do so
SOR and/or near to Curtin is preferred but NOR is fine just not in the wanneroo/ joondalup area
Looking for somewhere chill, clean and safe where I can relax and get to know my roommates, I love to keep my space clean, will mostly keep to myself at first but I love to chat when I warm up to people, I’m quiet and not a fan of parties so you don’t have to worry about that 🙂
I’m a current student at Curtin in my final year of my BA in creative writing/fine arts and am going for a tattoo apprenticeship when I graduate
My budget is no more than $250 a week (preferably bills included but will make do) as I’m on DSP and would need a place that has acess to public transport as I don’t yet have a license
Private room preferably but am a-ok sharing a bathroom
Would love to be able to have friends over but it’s not a necessity(not for parties, just for chill nights etc)
If you’d be open to having a dog that’d be a lifesaver if I can I’d love to take my dog with me he’s a 3yr old choc lab named Nico, well trained and has a heart of gold, huge snuggler and assistance dog in training
