Hello, myself and my children are quiet very friendly people, we are social yet we also remain mindful of space amongst those we live with. we are very respectful and we seem to be great at making those in our company smile and feel great simply by just being ourselves. We love to walk, run, ride, roller-skate, go out to restaurants, soccer, dance, gymnasium, I love to sit by the beach and read, I love to get out every day and see the sun rise and set
( no I don't always make it...but I try!)
I think the last time I sat and watched tv it was a Bold and Beautiful program at old friends place so fair to say I'm not one to sit and watch tv with unless you ask or offer. We are very clean, very trustworthy tidy people. we are a close knit family and so sharing a room is very easy for us as my children ages 6 to 11 and we are very appreciative souls but don't worry we are also on the small side so we fit and wont be squashed like the croods :-).
I have recent and late references concluding both short term and long term feedback as well as their numbers should you want to call to confirm. We pay on time and I've paid both cash and direct debit so I can work according to how you like.
We have our own furniture however we have somewhere to store it too...we can comfortably all fit into a queen bed ( i do have my own king bed and couple bunk beds ) otherwise happy with two singles.
I am studying and also working casually. in my spare time I am cleaning and gardening in that of where I stay. I am at the gym a lot ! I also run most evenings and so you wouldn't see much of us. our schedule is predictable so you will find us easy to navigate with. i am not the type of person to bring people around so you will have peace in knowing your privacy will be kept and your home well looked after. we are happy to stay short term and if you like us then we can stay long term. we are looking also in Perth however we will settle for what comes up first and suits best.
We get on with all genders and ages, we adore animals and the ocean is my calm and favourite place to think. a place by the ocean or closer to it would be surreal.
Having me as a tenant means no spending money on cleaners or gardeners and even having your own live in PT if your into that as well. I also don't mind child/teen minding as I sometimes do this for work. So this can also save you money and worries if you happen to accept that from me also.
I enjoy cooking but I will keep it real and let you know although I like to cook I like to hit the gym a lot more so I'm not the ideal live in cook but if you are and want company then of course I can join...
I am keen to rent a whole house if you will allow me to have the option to have a live in homestay student (school aged) to help with the term fees otherwise I am happy to rent on my own up to 500 a week and happy to rent a room up to 430 a week with it covering bills. I am hoping we will find something warm and inviting and amongst decent people who keep it real so we can stay in Adelaide as ideally I don't want to have to shift schools and move interstate but we are slowly packing to be ready for either road.
Oh I also enjoy renovating and painting houses so please consider us and don't let the numbers scare you because although we are not just one person, you will find that we really do just blend in and we are very helpful non judgmental people. my children also have beautiful manners and they love to be outdoors with me or in bed reading books and drawing. they are really easy going little peoples whom i just adore so very much!! !
Our most recent reference had a room available for a few weeks and they let us slot in the gap while their tenant was on holidays. This was just a short escape that we needed for a bit.
