Applying for myself only. Misses will not be moving in at all. Over all in extremely flexible as I'm paid till the end of the month on my current rental. However I can move in as soon as possible because I can get the remaining rent refunded which would be cool because I can get my misses an extra gift for Christmas coming, merry Christmas and happy new year in advance to all who reads 🙏🏻 I am forklift certified so that's at least a foot in the door 😂 for work I drive forklifts and skid steer loaders. I've got working at heights so every now and then I go up in an EWP bucket. I dont like cranes because they can tip over. I'm not doing any confined space work till I've reached my fitness goals so moral of the story... dont eat too many baked goods. Over all I'm not a prick when it comes to this type of thing. I'm just trying to get myself out of the rent market and have my own property by the age of 30. I also have Security Qualifications so I'd be happy to provide proof of that as well if it will ease your mind a bit as it can be tricky with some strangers out there sometimes. I have personally met a couple of red flags on here so far so I just thought I'd put it out there. I'm quiet in general due to always coming up with a new plan to make money " Legally" 😅 I don't like to fuss around. I adhere to high standards of cleanliness (Not a clean freak) because no one wants to live with a stinky piggy, let's be honest here. For myself its incredibly frustrating to come home to a messy kitchen when I've just been grinding all day for a hot meal so my resolution to this kind of thing is just to go eat at a nice restaurant with my misses instead of being annoyed. Aside from that I like to chill out and relax when the time is right, I play a bit of competitive dodgeball here an there, I love to go cycling on the cooler days and I might just add the classic "long walks on the beach" to the list just for giggles. I'm currently working on a kayak/dingy project with my mates (basically just doing up a bunch of those plastic kayaks with electric motors and the Aluminum dinghy is mine and done up, I keep it at a storage facility) I also want to build a floating sound system to sit on a massive donut floaty for summer get togethers so the more the merrier. Its honestly good fun if you're not a gronk. I like spending my downtime on the water during summer, whether its fishing or just cruising through the rivers with mates, it's always a good time. My personality is fairly inviting overall, I just like sharing the joy I get with the world around me. Over all I dont drink much. I do enjoy a brew with the lads however due to being Responsible I have to keep an eye out for everyone since my little boat is the one that tow's the lads around. (Hence the kayak electric conversion) overall I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to write here so I hope what I have written is enough.
